Don’t Get Old

October 16th, 2009

There have been times where I surprise
myself. Sometimes I come up with a
particularly brilliant idea and I end
up amazed.

When I teach a seminar or do a lecture,
I always watch the play back of the DVD
or listen to the recordings of my workshops.
I usually am astounded at what I said
and I always enjoy the playback as much
as I enjoyed teaching it.

I am not bragging. I am really flabbergasted
at what is channeled through me when I am
coaching a student or working with a patient.
I am sure these bolts of energy that flow
through me has to do with all the years of
hard work I did studying, practicing, and
training. My Qi Gong practices, meditations,
internal work and the years of healing work
are now paying off big time; in my own
practice and the classes I teach.

If you are in Miami join me, but if you
are not, you can still get the goods by
joining the Qi Gong inner Circle.
www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Every month, I record my classes and send
them out to the members so that they’ll
be updated on teachings of all forms of
internal work.

I admit I have had the privilege to work,
study and train closely with many masters
in the Taoist, Hindu and Tibetan systems
of meditation, as well as healing Masters
from China, Europe, South America and
the Good ole USA.  I found the right
teachers and masters or they found me and
pass along these extraordinary teachings
on internal longevity practices, energy
medicine, internal self programming,
Breath Yoga and re-programming NLP
communication skills.

My main focus for years has been to build
energy; it is said that at the time of
our own death we have only two things.
The amount of love you have given and
the amount of energy we have stored.

Most of us learn how to give love, but we
don’t have a clue when it comes to storing
energy. If you want to stay powerful and
stay young, you need to learn how to store
energy.

That’s what I teach to the inner circle
members; the formulas to slow the aging
process down.

Don’t be left behind. If you don’t train
you will age quicker than you ever wanted.

It sneaks up on you like a thief in the
night and boom, before you know it, you’re
an old man or lady.

Join me and a group of doers while you
still can. www.Qigonginnercircle.com

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth
and happiness,

Why doesn’t the Chinese clock go tic-tock?

October 16th, 2009

Everyday we experience changes in our body; sometimes sleepy or restless and other times, hyper and energized. These repeating patterns of changes occur in our bodies throughout the day and we are not even consulted on what or when things happen to us, they just do. The Chinese have a system that can tell you what’s …

Thunder Magic

October 16th, 2009

Last night around 3:00am, I jumped out of bed from all the action happening outside. The sky was lit up and my whole house was shaking from the thunder. The energy was AWESOME! When the BIG thunderstorms roll in, I am wide-awake running the energy through my channels.

Grabbing the Qi Could be Costley

October 16th, 2009

I don’t watch much TV, but last Sunday night I was at a friend’s house and we were watching the MTV Video Music Awards. There are some really talented artists and the dancing was incredible. But there are unscrupulous people who will do anything to steal someone else’s glory

Mirroring The Master

October 16th, 2009

Yesterday, Greg emailed me back from one of my blogs and asked, “Dr. Wu, I am curious on how you came upon Medical Qi Gong?” So I wrote him back… It was back in the late seventies and I was living in Detroit, Michigan.  I was training both in Aikido and Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Eat or Be Eaten

October 16th, 2009

The height of the first Florida land boom was in 1925 when the great Biltmore hotel was built. This is where Johnny Weissmuller (Tarzan), prior to his tree-swinging days in Hollywood, was a swimming instructor and broke the world record at the Biltmore pool

The Horns of The Rabbit

October 16th, 2009

Once there was a very clever rabbit hopping down the road. One particular day wasn’t one of his lucky days, or was it? Unknown to the rabbit, he was heading on the same path of a very large and ferocious lion coming from the opposite direction.
