” King of the Energy Gems.”

February 25th, 2011

It’s the middle of the tourist season
here in south Florida and things are
really jumpy around here.

I haven’t had a moment to spare,
with full time alternative medical practice,
writing books,blogs, producing
DVD’s and my personal training.

I am booked.

This time of the year is a really exciting
student’s, friends and family are visiting
every week.
Mostly from the North to escape the winter,
but the South Americans are here too.
I have a groups of the most interesting
people from all over the planet drop in
this season.
Miami Beach is the place to be in the winter.
Just last week, Peter Dragon from China showed
up with the most magical gems I have ever seen.

He brought the most incredible Luminescence Gems
from China. They are called Yeh Ming Ju
and are considered to be the
” King of the Energy Gems.”

These gems are infused with Rare Earth
Elements and once they are charged up by
the Sun they radiate Qi.
In a sense they are alive and have awareness.

I was lucky enough to get a few of them for
myself and some of my students.
The Gem holds and radiates Qi.

How cool is that.

When I ware the Yeh Ming Ju
I feel like I am wearing Body Armor.

Everything Good has been happening.

My energy seems to have increased,
my endurance is great, I sleep better,
and my creativity and awareness have been
heightened.

Peter said he would be sending me some
more information about the gems and the
alchemical process that they go through
to get them. He is finishing up his book
on Energy Gems this spring.

I’ll make sure that you are well
informed as I get more info and if I am
able to get any more of the “Yeh Ming Ju”
I’ll turn you on to it.

It’s not inexpensive and like any rare gem
it’s hard to get.

I found out that even the information about
the Energy Gems in English is very limited.

When I talked to my friends from China
they all know what “Yeh Ming Ju” is,
although most have never seen
it. But they want to get some if they can.

In ancient times only the Royal family was allowed
to own this rare Gem and it never left China until
just recently.

I was lucky enough to secure a few choice pieces
and hope to get more for students and friends.

If you want let me know and I’ll put you on the
list

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Alternative medicinorthodox medicine and medicine that really works e,

February 24th, 2011

I usually don’t forward along letters,
but this is one from my mentor in
Switzerland. Dr Thomas Rau totally
dovetails with the medicine I practice
 in my clinic in Florida.
Dr. Rau explains here the difference
between
Scientific – or Alternative – or Complementary

“In the January editorial, our CEO Ulrich
Schelling talked about the Federal
councillor’s enjoyable and surprising
resolution to comply with the will
of the people, and to thus integrate
the 5 traditional-medical approaches of

1.Homeopathy,
2. Anthroposophical medicine,
3. Neural therapy,
4. Traditional Chinese medicine
5. Herbal therapy (phytotherapy)

with basic health insurance coverage
for an additional trial period.

This is indeed most enjoyable,
but time will tell how the Act
will be implemented by ordinance.
However, I would like to make a
few remarks here on the question
of what the terms «scientific» or
 «complementary» actually mean:

Throughout the past 60 years,
academic «orthodox medicine»
has managed to present itself in
 a hypocritical light of «academic
credibility», and to self-righteously
exclusively acknowledge what complies
with its own conception of «science».
 Reputed «research studies» are issued
to prove the alleged effectiveness and
safety of drugs or procedures.
Frequently, even so-called «double-blind
 studies» are applied. Medical journalists,
 pharmaceutical representatives,
and physicians don’t grow tired of pointing
out on these studies’ reliable results
again and again, and to use this as an
opportunity to present alternative
approaches as «unscientifically».

However, if we look at the protocols
issued in relation with such like
«studies», e.g. on new chemotherapeutics,
we will quickly recognize that they were
indeed conducted in a most unscientifically
and truly «blind» manner themselves.

An example: new anti-cancer drugs are
being tested, and respective patients
are monitored by the project director
 – however, they are never interviewed
on their nutritional diet or asked if
they additionally apply alternative
 treatment, such as e.g. high-dosed
vitamin infusions, which feature a
long-proven effectiveness.

In this case «double-blind» thus only
means, one patient will receive the
medication to be tested, while
another patient participating in
the study is administered a placebo
 – and neither the patient nor the
physician in charge know which group
a patient has been allocated to.
 However, humans are highly complex
 regulative beings, and their cure
depends on numerous factors –
with only one tested variable,
a clinical study will be anything
but reliable from a statistical point
of view, unless thousands of subjects
would participate in it! Mostly, though,
studies involve only dozens of subjects
– and are thus statistically completely
irrelevant.
Consequentially, smallest patient-groups
are used as reference for general validity
– which is scientifically indeed most dubious!

Probably those actually smart physicians
and medical journalists do sense this,
and then «hide» behind self-serving
declarations and prejudice, saying that
«antiquated» naturopathy simply cannot
 be effective.
It reminds me of somebody who does not
speak a specific foreign language but
claims it impossible to express oneself
 in the respective language.
What is furthermore interesting is
the fact that again and again drugs,
which had successfully passed all
clinical studies and controls,
are withdrawn from the market,
being most harmful and causing most
 severe adverse effects
(Contergan / antirheumatics, e.g. Vioxx).

This is opposed by hundreds of years of
experience, made by and with umpteen
millions of people (homeopathy and,
in particular, Traditional Chinese
 Medicine and most recent
physical-physiological findings on
the active principle of therapies
 (magnetic field therapy, electrotherapy,
 hypothermia, or neural therapy).
The methods applied by experiential
medicine are indeed the tried and
tested and thus actually scientifically
sustainable and ethical ones.

On the term «complementary»:
we will probably just have to accept
 the fact this completely incorrect
 term has established itself.

Paracelsus Klinik intensely applies the
substantial «complementary medicine»,
which relies on various methods.
We call it biological–integrative medicine.
The term «biological» has been chosen
 because it supports biological healing
processes instead of suppressing them –
and «integrative» because in rare cases
it also integrates orthodox medicine..

Biological-integrative medicine facilitates
the successful treatment of numerous disorders
– in particular of most severe diseases such
as cancer or autoimmune diseases such as
polyarthritis, colitis, or MS.
With respect to the treatment of these
autoimmune disorders, we even seem to
 be significantly more successful.

Thus,  biological medicine is not a
«complementary» but far more the
«primary» one, which is – in rare cases
 – complemented (i.e. supplemented)
by orthodox medicine.

«Alternative»? Yes, indeed alternative
– however, in the sense of an alternative
to the artificial and exogenous system
of today’s unfortunately frequently
medicament us only orthodox medicine.”
-Thomas Rau MD

In the USA we snobbishly think that
Traditional medicine is the best in
the world. Well guys guess what in Europe
are light years ahead of us when it comes
to wellness

Good Days and Bad Days for 2011

February 24th, 2011

Ray and Frank flew in from Michigan last
night and missed a huge ice and snow storm.
I hear that the temp dropped
down to 4 degrees, that’s too cooool for me.

These incredible gentlemen travel all over
the world, counseling governments and
multi-national corporations on there possibilities
for financial growth, from a different prospective
than most.
They are masters at watching and predicting
cycles.

They brought me Ray’s new book
“Forecast 2011” by Ray Merriman.
This is a really excellent overview of
the year 2011 with Special attention on
cycles with Geocosmic signatures related
to global and national economies,
stock markets, currencies, precious metals
markets,grain markets, crude oil, interest
rates, the United States and its President,
the federal reserve board and weather
patterns.

Ray has developed a very interesting approach
to mastering cycles.

He is well versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.

In one part of the book I came across a list of
good days and bad days for 2011 that I’ll
share with you.
The good days indicate favorable
times to schedule important meetings,
gatherings,or anything that you wish
to proceed smoothly and harmoniously.
The bad days are just the
opposite.

I’d like to share everything with you but
that wouldn’t be far to Ray so here
is a peek:

The Good times dates are May 2nd to June 5th
and July 18th to August 1st.

The bad days are February 2nd to 26th
and March 21st to May 1st

The book is full of goodies like that
but that’s all I can reveal.

I am not sure if there any books left
but you can try to pick up a
copy of Forecast 2011 by Ray Merriman
by calling Seek it Publications
1-800-662-3349.

Whenever I plan a workshop or even a
lecture, I always take a look at
his calendar and make sure that I am
on a good day and avoid all the
bad days.

The book has been really a good guide
for me and I am sure it can be
helpful for you too.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

The Bunny in full armor is here, are you ready?

February 15th, 2011

The Chinese New Year lasts for 15 days.
This year it started on February 3rd and
the celebration is coming to an end in most places in Asia;
time to get back to work.

Chinese New Year refers to the holiday 中国新年(Zhōnɡɡuó Xīnnián),
which is often called Spring Festival in China.
Spring Festival is the most important and biggest festival in China.

During this Festival, every family decorates their homes,
and friends and family reunite.

I think it’s the only time the Chinese stop working.

When the other parts of the USA are freezing,
living in South Florida in the winter brings a lot of
friends and family my way from December until mid May.

This year of the Rabbit was no exception.
Friends visited from China and the festival
started in my home with decorations,
fireworks, special diet, drinks and offerings to
bring in the New Year.

What fun!

My friends have left Florida and are on their way back to
main land China.
But before they left they gave me some insight on what to
expect for the metal rabbit year.

They said, “It should bring you peace and tranquility”.

The Rabbit year seems to fix things and calm things down
for everyone. Diplomacy is the key word for this year.
Peaceful negotiation’s and cooperation with family and
businesses are the best answer.
Kiss and make up, forgive, and be loving.

Yesterday Lester was in my office and was telling me how
much he hated his brothers and he also was still hating his
mother and father who are long gone.
He believes they should have and didn’t fix some financial
stuff before they died and he is blaming them for his problems.

Hello Lester!

It’s time to get off of it.
Hate is the negative emotion that effects the liver the positive
emotion is kindness.
I suggested that he starts being kinder to people and himself to
untangle a situation that can’t be fixed any way.
The parents have been gone for 15
years.

When one starts putting Positive Energy into something guess
what happens?

You start bringing in a Positive Force in your life that can
transform any situation. Lester can heal his situation just by
focusing on being kind, compassionate, showing generosity
and having compassion

First of all the liver will calm down and people around him will
start responding to his kind nature instead of his
“I hate this and I hate that.” Who in their right mind wants to be
around that energy?
Not Me.

Lester asked me “where can I find more information on transforming
my negative energy into positive energy?
”
Les, I have two suggestions:

1. Go to my website www.Rechargingqigong.com and sign in
and I’ll send you a killer exercise to transform your hate nature
into a kindness and it’s for Free.

2. Grab a copy of “Turn Stress Into Power
“
http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

that will give you exact formulas and exercises to transform
your negative attitude into a positive one.

More about the Rabbit year-
The Rabbit is also very much about good taste and refinement.
Go to the theater, spend time at the spa and hit all the great
restaurants you love.

Beware the Metal Rabbit is not the cuddly, little soft ball of fur
you think of when you think of rabbits.

Metal gives this bunny a competitive, and aggressive side-
a Bunny in full armor!

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness.

How to handel Qi Suckers

February 5th, 2011

This happens to people so many times and it really pisses me off.

A good friend of mine was gifted a new refrigerator and all she
had to do to get it was to move it into her new apartment.
Out of nowhere, her mothers boyfriend said,
“don’t worry about a thing; I’ll do it for you.”

What she told me was from his tone of his voice,
and body language she could see that the last thing
he wanted to do was move her refrigerator
or do anything else for that matter.

Sometimes when people say that they will do something for you
and you get the feeling that they don’t really want to do it,
you need to trust your own inner voice, trust your own feelings
and don’t let them touch your stuff.
Anyway, this clumsy guy, dragged the refrigerator into the house,
banging up the doors, ripping the carpeting, and breaking the tiles.
You can imagine what kind of life this dude lives.
This is the type of person that you want to avoid at all costs.
They are called psychic vampires.
They suck your energy away, and they give nothing in return.
You will find this type of person will do something to upset you,
just to get a reaction, and when that happens, they try to grab
your energy and suck out the Qi .

I have been doing Qi Gong now for over 30 years,
and one thing that I have found, is that you need to
be able to cultivate energy as well as move energy.
In my book, Turn Stress into Power,
I teach a series of exercises to protect you when someone
is trying to come in and grab your energy.
It’s called the tension release exercise, and what it does
is it allows you to discharge yourself from any person or situation
that may disrupt your own system.

Here is an example of what i mean.
I was living in Caracas, Venezuela in 1986, teaching meditation
classes to a group of 40 students.
We worked for 4 hours in the morning, opening up the meridians,
balancing the chakras, and cultivating Qi.
The entire room was glowing with energy. Around 12:30 I decided to
take a 2 hour lunch break, and I encouraged the students
to stay in the house, take a nap, relax, so that they can digest
this tremendous amount of energy.

One of the students said she had to go.
About an hour later we got a call from the hospital, s
aying that she was in an auto accident.
Sometimes energy is so strong and so intense,
that you really need to sit down and relax,
when someone or something comes around to steal your Qi.
If this ever happens to you, my suggestions are:

1.Have a glass of water or a nice cup of tea.
2.Take a shower or a warm bath as soon as possible.
3.Go for a walk near a large body of water or in the woods.
4.Write a letter by hand about the situation and when you
are finished, burn the letter.
5. Light some incense.

When you do these things, you disperse the negative energy,
and fill yourself with clean, fresh Qi.

I get calls from students everyday, who are members of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle about meditation, exercise, dispelling
negative Qi, and recharging their bodies.
If you want to become part of the elite group, I have room for fifty
more members.

Go to : http://qigonginnercircle.com/ and for a limited time offer,

Chinese New Year at Dr Wudhi’s

February 3rd, 2011

IMG_2860

It’s the year of the Rabbit-
a Metal Rabbit year.
This means this year will be ruled
by a lot of structure.
According to Chinese tradition,
the metal Rabbit year will brings
you a year in which you can catch
your breath and calm your nerves.
It’s a time for good negotiations
with others but don’t try to force
issues, which could end in a disaster
for both parties and cost you more
than you could imagine.

To gain the greatest benefits in 2011,
it’s important to focus on home,
family, security, diplomacy,
and your relationships, especially
the Yin nature, women and children.
Make it a goal to create a safe and
peaceful lifestyle, so you will be
able to calmly deal with any
problem that may arise.

The Rabbit that is sometimes referred
to as the Cat, which is the symbol of
the Moon, while the Peacock is considered
to be the symbol of the sun.
These two animal signs represent
Yin and Yang in the Taoist system.

This is the year when wishes will be
fulfilled, so be careful what you
Wish for in the Year of the Rabbit
–you may just get it!

The practice that I will be doing
this year will build strong Yin Qi
plus much more. On every Full Moon
nights I take a healing stroll in
the moon light for an hour or so
and if possible near a large body
of water.
Water is also yin like the moon.
I fix my eyes on the Full Moon
and I visualize Moon beams and
Moon glow flowing into my entire
system, filling
my body with bright white light
as I gather the pure yin energy.
This will strengthen the inner
Qi and bring wisdom into ones
life.

One of my life time friends from
my home town of Detroit is here in
Miami Beach to share in the celebration
of this New Year with me.
We haven’t seen each other for years
as he has been living in Asia for
the last 20 years soaking up the
Qi of the Orient.

He is well skilled in energy work,
a tea master and holds the title
of World Sport Qi Gong Master of
the Year by the World Qi Gong
Congress.

We took the entire day to prepare
for the Chinese New Year.
The house was cleaned inside and
out to get rid of any stale energy.
I got rid of everything in that wasn’t
in alignment with my goals.
Things like old papers and books that
hadno value any more.

I made sure that useless things that
were just sitting around were now gone
opening the gates for the new Energy
and Pure Qi to flow in without
any obstructions.

Next we went to the Asian import store
and gathered all the goodies to
transform the house to welcome
the New Year.
