Toxicity, Deficiency, and Disease

April 30th, 2012

“Our toxic environment, poor diets, stress,
and lack of physical activity, combined with the
decline of our Earth’s natural electromagnetic field,
is contributing to what many experts term
‘electron deficiency syndrome’, and is considered to
be the fundamental underlying cause of premature aging,
and most chronic illnesses and disease including cancer.”

“Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes.
But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. Summarized in a
few words, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration
of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar.”
— Dr. Otto H. Warburg

Healthy cells are slightly alkaline and have an electrical
charge of about -70 mV across the cell membrane. Cells become
sick when voltage drops below – 50 mV, and cancer cells have -30 mV or less.
This electrical gradient is critical to the process of ion
transport and normal cell metabolism, including the exchange of
oxygen and vital nutrients, ATP energy generation, recycling of
cellular waste and detoxification. Without proper cell membrane
charge, these critical metabolic processes breakdown and illness occurs.
We know how important regular, moderate exercise is for our health,
those who exercise on a regular basis, ARE NOT getting full benefit
or effect of their workouts in today’s toxic world.”

-Dr Gary Gordon

What Dr. Gordon is saying is right! We are doing a dollars
worth of exercise and only getting 60 cense worth of value.
Why is that?
As we age our organs begin to atrophy, that’s right they actually
seem to shrink from excess heat caused by stress, over training and
the lack of elasticity. As they dry out you’ll get stiffer,
feel more pain, lose your flexibility, and notice more wrinkles on
your face and your skin will just get old. Sucks doesn’t it!
Well you can reverse all of that with the right program.

“If you do internal exercises you don’t have to do external
exercises, but if you do external exercises you must do internal exercises”
-Dr. Steven Chang

It’s not going to help you spending your days at the gym or
pounding the pavement running for miles a day. Let me fill you
in on why you’re not getting the full benefit out of your exercise
and why most of our exercise programs in America can do more long
term harm than good.

I see patients all day long with injuries from running, jogging,
weight lifting and other various exercises. Most people just don’t
know that exercises like Qi gong, Nei Gong and Shen Gong can reverse
the aging process. That’s why they are Longevity exercises and Masters
from all over the world who do similar exercises to keep themselves
young sexually active and vibrant.
I know you don’t want to age, wrinkle up and limit yourself from the
activities you love doing. I know I don’t– that’s why I train in the
Taoist Longevity exercises.

Don’t be caught sleeping at the wheel.
Retain your youth,
hydrate your internal organs and reverse the aging process.

Order the Recharging Qi Gong program now and get started.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Get in Flow with the Universal Energy

April 27th, 2012

start my week on Monday but according
to the Judaic Christian calendar the beginning of
the week starts on Sunday, the day of the Sun.

Constantine the Great can be credited with the
introduction of the seven day week which is largely used
today, some three and a half centuries after Julius Caesar’s
reform of the calendar.

The seven-day cycle was gaining acclaim because of the significance,
through astrology, to the seven planetary bodies plus the included
sun and the moon. In Spiritual work this is known as the Seven Thunders.

Every day of the week has a planet connected to it, as well as a
wisdom being, physical location reference, a color, an angel, metal
jewel or gem, as well as principles of being.

The planetary bodies’ relationship to the seven thunders:

Sun – Sunday

The more you can be in alignment with what’s going with the universe,
the easier your life can be.

Being in flow with the days, month and year is like
swimming with the current.

Some years ago I received a teaching from my Master called
“Postures of the Heart” a way to assume an internal posture.
One could be coming from a place of total hopelessness, or
frustration, an internal state of no matter what the goal is
– it always is just beyond reach they live their life accordingly.
Definitely out of Flow they live life as a struggle.

As you start to wake up on a conscious level you will begin to
assume a posture of more than, much more than and that reflects
where they are coming from internally.

As you move up the ladder, the Posture of the Heart,
(your internal consciousness) begins to radiate a sense of
thrill, clarity, bliss, gratitude and then something happens —
your life is in flow, the universal cooperates and you move into a
place of Miraculous where you can alter reality and be the master of
your destiny.

Don’t waist your precious life groveling around in a
place of not enough.

You can at will jump out of your rut and live from a place
of Miraculous, flow and Thrill.

Are you ready for a change in the Posture of your Heart?
It’s easy to do once you know how.
Join me, and become a member of
the Qi Gong Inner Circle today.

This is the key to changing your Karmic address forever.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Become a Smoothie

April 27th, 2012

Become a Smoothie

Cora Bell called me this morning.
She has been plagued with every woman’s
fear, bloated belly and too much junk in her trunk.
She asked me, “Do you think it’s just water weight ?
“How much water should I drink a day anyway?”

Well it depends on the health of your kidneys, how
hot the temperature is and how much exercise you do.
If your kidneys are healthy you can usually drink six,
8 oz. glasses of H2o a day with no problem, but if you
drink more than that your kidneys may not be able to
handle it and you are asking for trouble.

Anything over the 6 cups can strain the kidneys and the
excess will remain in your body. It can actually travel
back into your blood stream to be eliminated through the
skin by sweating.

However if it’s not hot outside and you don’t do much exercise,
the water will be retained in the skin causing bloating and
you’ll look and feel fat even if you’re not. As more wastewater
comes to the area of the skin where water is already being
trapped, the tissue will bloat up even more.

Remember, only fresh water is eliminated in your urine.
Here is the bad news: when that wastewater is retained for
months or even years it becomes mucus-like that gelatin
substance hardens and you get lumps and bumps in places
where you don’t want it.

It makes you look old and out of shape. You may be looking
in the mirror and asking yourself, what is that?

It’s the waist water in solid form. It looks like fat but
it is toxic wastewater H2O caught between the tissues.
You may know it as cellulite, those bumps and lumps on your
hips, thighs and buttocks. You can’t exercise it off, diet it
off or hide it. However there are ways to get that smooth
young looking behind again:

1. Strengthen your kidneys
2. Drink no more than 6 glasses of water a day
3. Take an infrared sauna twice a week.
4. Start getting deep tissue massage

Cora, you are in luck! I offer an entire program to get you
back to your younger body in record time. We have an infrared
sauna and a combination of deep tissue work and detoxing your
kidneys liver and colon. You will have your young looking body
ready for the bathing suit season.

If you can’t come to Miami start off by getting the Yin Set.
It’s Five simple exercises that will strengthen your internal organs.
Get an instant download of the special report right now and smooth yourself!

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Live your life like you drive a Lamborghini!

April 24th, 2012

In today’s International Business times
there is an article about the New Lamborghini SUV,
the impressive model, which appeared at the Beijing
trade show floor with a “Chinese Red” paint job.
They are expecting a high demand in both China and the
Middle East for these turbo-charged 600-horsepower version
of the 10-cylinder Gallardo engine and costs around $200,000.

Although the Detroit auto industry is coming back– somewhat
the big boys know that China is where the market is going to be.
When I was Studying in China you could feel the tremors of
excitement and energy growing in many aspects of business,
medicine and the over all consciousness and that was 20 years ago.

I was brought up in Detroit; we were the leading auto
manufacture in the world. Detroit was always known as
“The Motor City” all three of the major manufactures were Ford,
GM and Chrysler and that brought people from all over the USA to
work and live in the area. The big news in the auto industry was
always announced in Detroit first. We had the best manufacturing
companies, the best advertising people and the best doctors and
hospitals at that time.

But like everything else on this planet, if you aren’t keeping with
the times you will become a dinosaur before you know it.
Your practices can keep you healthy, young and sexy or you could
be drying out your internal organs, causing unnecessary joint damage
and aging yourself way before your time.

It’s not only the training and the practice; it’s what
kind of practices you’re doing.
In 2007 I was working with a group of martial artists.
They trained hard every day. Drill after drill, plus weights
and they ran 5 miles 7 days a week.
All of them were years
younger than me and in top shape on the outside.
When I did an exam on them guess what–
they were all burning themselves out!
They all had health problems, mostly in their joints and
injury after injury. There wasn’t a week that someone didn’t
hurt himself, have a cold or flu or was just pooped out.
Their discipline was good their forms were good they were just
“Yanged out with way too much heat in their organs and overly geeked up.
We worked together to build Yin, clear heat and nourish the joints and tendons.
The results were astonishing! First we cut down on injuries and started to change geeked –up into power and relaxation and within a few months their
practices improved 10 fold.

The program that I put together for them is called
the Recharging Qi Gong program.
Since that time I have had thousands of people all over the world
using this program to supplement their training.
I always remind you of the importance of practicing, but if you
are doing the wrong practice you may be aging yourself right now.
Pick up a copy and heal, strengthen and renew your body mind and spirit.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

When Life throws you a Curve Ball

April 20th, 2012

Everything was going just find today, I walked down to the beach before
daybreak to start my meditation and trained. It was around 6: O’clock and
everything was beautiful quite and still.

I practiced for a little over an hour and then headed to breakfast.
Now that’s a great way to start your day. By 8:00 am
I was home showered, dressed, relaxed and ready to start my day.

I got to the office and that’s when the she -it hit the fan.
Anastasia is in her last days of school.
In fact this Saturday she graduates from Miami-Dade Honor collage
and Top of Her Class.

Little did I know that I was totally booked with patient,
appointments and everyone had an emergency of some sort
or another.

I even had a few new people walk in at the end of the day in major
neck pain going on, I guess when your busy you just get busier.

Around the busiest time of the day Anastasia received a call
from her classmate and much to her surprise and mind she was
told that they had switched her meeting from Saturday to today
and she had to go to school to finish her last project.
I was really not too happy that she was leaving last minute in the middle
of the workday.

But sometimes in life these unexpected things happen and
you just have to handle them like it or not.

Now if I didn’t start my day with the calm relaxing meditation
and training. I could have really stressed myself out and been
the one with the sore neck.

The morning training and meditation are one of the best ways to
protect you from STRESS.
You can actually put a protective bubble around yourself
and change your stress into power.

Don’t let those curve balls in life hit you below the belt.
You can use the stress and extract Power out of any situation.

Take the time right now and order the Turn Stress Into Power program
and grab the Power it’s there for the taking .

I wish you the best in your Health, wealth and Happiness

The Tao of why your mother told you to never stick out your tongue

April 18th, 2012

What’s up with the tongue
stuff, my mother always told me not to stick
my tongue out and I have been going
to doctors all my life and no one ever looked at my
Why do you want to see the tongue anyway?”

There is more to it than what your mother told you.
Tongue diagnosis has been used in
Chinese medicine for thousands of years.
It tells a story that you can’t get from a blood
test or a stool sample.
Our tongue can reveal a lot of valuable
information and when I was in school they spent
weeks going over all of the tongue stuff and what
to be looking for.

You can see what organ is affected and decide
what treatment to do. The tip of the tongue shows
changes in the lung and the heart. The sides give
me an indication if there is a problem in the Liver and
Gall bladder. Right in the center, shows the health of
the stomach and the spleen and when you look at the
very back you can see if there is something going on
with the kidneys. The color, shape movement,
appearance and even the coating give me a ton of information.

I have looked at thousands of tongues over the years
and once you know what you are looking for you
can nail the problem.

It is the same with Qigong practices after you have
been practicing for years you can know if the teacher
and the practice have any value for you.

When I was in China I trained with many different groups.
Some just had Maoist exercise programs,
that’s right Maoist – A No energy water down program.

On the other hand I spent some time at the
monastery at Long Hu Shan and I got some real gems.

If you don’t know, ya just don’t know.
I have been practicing, training and teaching for
decades and I can assure you I’ve got the real goods.
Practice and you will feel the Qi flowing through your
channels and meridians right away.

The Yin & Yang Path to Longevity Practices

April 16th, 2012

The Yang aspect of the Yin and Yang symbol has to do
with Fire and the Heart.
Although the organs in traditional Chinese medicine
do not literally correspond to the anatomical organs
Instead, they are better understood in terms of the functions
they perform, which incorporate energetic,
emotional and spiritual aspects as well as physical.

The Heart is Often called the Emperor of the body,
the heart rules over blood circulation and vessels,
and controls sweating.
Shen, the mind or spirit, resides in the Heart,
and is responsible for mental processes, thinking, memory,
sleep and dreams.

Our heart is ruled by the element of fire.
Each organ in the body has a sense organ connected to it.
The Lungs open to the nose, The Spleen manifests on our lips,
The Kidneys have to do with our ears,
the Liver opens up to the eyes and the Hearts is associated
with our tongue.
If there are memory problems, insomnia, excessive dreaming,
forgetfulness or amnesia it is all to do with an unbalanced Heart.
The heart govern the mind not just the brain but also the whole

If our heart is functioning properly, the blood flows smoothly
and our personally is usually balanced.

When a patient comes into see me I always look at their tongue.
It shows pathologic changes in the heart.
If the tongue is pale there is a usually some deficiency in the body.
If I see a purple tongue it means there is blood stagnation
and a bright red tongue means there is too much heat in the body.
To be a good diagnostician one must learn how to observe
others and put the signs together.

There is a story about a professor who was teaching a group
of first year medical students the importance observation.

He passed out cups on the first day of class and instructed
the students to follow his instructions to the T.

Each student was told to go into the restroom and urinate
in the cup and return with the sample in hand.

They all followed his instructions and upon returning the professor,
again stressed the importance of good observation and instructed
them to follow closely.

The professor put his finger into the cup and very deliberately
stirred clockwise for 10 seconds, the students followed.

Then he stuck his finger in his mouth and the students all
followed. The professor said,
“The lesion here is to learn the importance of observation,
if you were paying close attention you would have
noticed that I was stirring the urine with my ring
finger and then I sucked my middle finger”.

“You can observe a lot just by watching.”
Yogi Berra

When I see a patient or work with a student the first thing
I do is observe their balance of Yin and Yang.
There needs to be a mutual support and communications
between the Yin and Yang.
If there is a disharmony:
“The heart and kidneys aren’t communicating”
And that means trouble.

The fire of the heart should warm the kidneys and the water
of the kidneys should irrigate and moisten the heart.
The kidney should cool the head and the heart should
warm the feet.

When the Fire and Water are in harmony they work together
the heart yang energy will nourish the kidneys and the
kidney yin energy will nourish the heart.

To make the most effective changes in your health or
longevity practices it takes both the patient and doctor
working together to bring the body/mind and spirit back
into balance and harmony.

That’s why prescriptive exercises are so very important;
it’s a way to keep your self-balanced.
The healing powers of the Recharging Qi Gong program
can pull one out of a multitude of health problems no
matter if it’s a disease that is affecting the body,
mind or spirit.
But you must practice.
It takes two wings to fly, one wing is the teaching that
I can coach you on,
but the other wing is the practice and that’s your part.
A bird doesn’t fly half as far with only one wind,
he just lies on the ground flapping around.
It takes two wings to fly and it takes both the teaching
and the practice to grow.

Get on the path to longevity and
order the Recharging Qi Gong program right Now

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

The Keys to Vital Energy

April 13th, 2012

I want to thank all of you who wrote to me
asking for more information about the meridians
and how they are used in Chinese medicine and how
all of this applies to Qi Gong longevity practices.

Lets face it, we are all getting older every day and
unless you do something about it you are headed for the
traditional medical treatments, that’s a program that we
would all like to avoid. A lifetime of drugs and surgery
can and will ruin the quality of your life and make you old.

We all know the symbol for Yin and Yang –it’s very popular today
in Kung Fu schools, tattoo parlors and even in the media.
But do you know what the real meaning of the symbol is?

“The ancients envisioned their world in two halves – masculine and feminine.
Their gods and goddesses worked to keep a balance of power, Yin and Yang.
When male and female were balanced, there was harmony in the world.
When they were unbalanced there was chaos.”
― Dan Brown, The Da Vinci Code

In Chinese medicine it stands for two of the most important organs in our
bodies, the Kidneys water and the Heart Fire.

The kidneys are considered the root of life, the Yin aspect of life.
They store the jing (our sexual energy) they are ruled by the water
element and if your kidneys are weak you’ll most likely have a sore back,
loss of your libido, hearing problems, hair loss and even sore knees.

The kidneys are the source of all Yin and Yang in the body.
The kidneys also have to do with psychic authority or will,
memory, cleverness and knowhow.

If you are having problems with your bones, and teeth, the root
cause can be the kidneys.

People that come into my office every day
with one big problem, BACK PAIN.

Here is what they say, “I can’t do the things I used to because
I have no Umpf, my get up and go has got up and gone.”

Most of these problems come from weak kidneys. But you can rejuvenate
and revitalize your kidneys and your back and improve your energy from
the inside out. I put together a program in the seventies that restores
your back and gives you your power back and I still use it
today with amazing results.

Yes I updated it and added more exercises and now it’s being used by
thousands of people all over the world to eliminate their back pain and
regain their energy. I will show you how you can instantly strengthen
and relax the muscles, tendons and ligaments of your back with simple
but highly effective exercises that you can do in just a few minutes every day.
I’ve made this program so easy for you to get.

You will receive Dr. Wu Dhi’s
“Eliminate your Back Pain DVD” within days.

Enroll NOW by placing an order for the

The Smart Way to Get Healthy and Stay Healthy

April 13th, 2012

Everyday I get a slue of questions
from students and patients about acupuncture and
meridian systems. For the most part, most people
are OK with my explanation of the meridians, but when
I start talking about the triple warmer, I can see peoples
eyes roll. So it’s time that I try to unmask what the
mysterious Triple Warmer is all about.

In China it’s called the San Jiao and controls water ways of the body.
The triple warmer has a name but no form. They say the (TW) implies
fire and fire is necessary to control the water in the body.
It controls the water and water movement, thus balancing the
water and heat in the body.

The triple heater connects with all of the other meridians,
it is the over structure laying over all specific organ functions.

They call it the Triple burner because there are three different parts.
The upper burner is in the area of the Lungs and the heart.
It comes in like a mist or a fog and it spreads out and fills in
things, it is in charge of nourishing the flesh, bones and joints
and it regulates the pores.

The middle burner is the stomach, spleen and intestines.
It corresponds to foam and has a churning effect. It is said to
be the part that cooks the grains and filters down wastes and residues.

The lower burner corresponds to the Kidneys, Urinary bladder and the
liver and is said to be like a swamp. It is responsible for separating
the clear from the murky and evacuates the waste materials.

According to Donna Eden, it is our primal survival system, it fights
off illness in our bodies and is also known as our flight or fight response.
Unfortunately, it has not evolved along with the changes in our society.
Keeping the triple warmer balanced is especially important because many
aspects of our modern way of life are registered as invaders by our
triple warmer causing it to fight. You know your triple warmer is
overloaded if you can’t ever relax, even after meditation, or if you
generally feel anxious all the time.

Because triple warmer is a survival function it can pull energy away from
other systems leading to immune disorders, stress, chronic fatigue
and many other uncomfortable emotions/actions.

Although it’s a little known meridian, I use it every day balancing out
health problems in young and old.
If you’re having a health issue and you haven’t been getting the results
you want from your treatments, contact me at 305-466-1977
(ask for Anastasia and she will transfer you). I have been doing

Witches, Shamans and Shape Shifters

April 10th, 2012

I took the train from Boston about 30
minutes north to check out Salem, Massachusetts.
That’s where they had the witch trials back in 1692.
Today, Salem is known for witch museums, a huge
Halloween party, witchcraft stores, tarot card readers
and some real national history like
The Salem Maritime site and the Peabody Essex museum.

I checked out the Witch History Museum — it was an
interesting part of America’s dark side. Then I was off to the
exhibit at the Essex museum of American Indian art
called “The Shape Shifter.”

The tribes always had medicine men also known as Shamans.
They were said to shape shifters by wearing feathers, or the hide of his
guardian spirit, the Shaman would perform the animal’s actions to infuse its
healing powers in both himself and the patient.
Shape shifting, is a change in the form or shape of a person, a change from human
form to animal form and vice versa and although Shape shifting is not believed to be
scientifically or medically possible, it is a common theme in myths of the American Indian tribes.

I believe that a Shaman can actually project his consciousness into an animal and gain
knowledge and insight from working with the spirits of animals then “seen” through a
new set of eyes, they will see what is going on with you on a spiritual level.
It was a really thought-provoking show.

When I left I was walking over to the train station to return to Boston and I got a call from James.
I guess I was a little surprised when he called, as I haven’t heard from him in years.
He is of all things; an alligator wrestler and the owner of a The Indian Village Alligator farm.

Yep!- he is a full-blooded American Indian and has been wrestling man-eating gators for years.
He’s got hundreds of gators, from babies to some real gigantic monsters over a thousand pounds.

No he didn’t lose a wrestling match to a big alligator. He called to invite me to a big
Powwow, the Florida state alligator wrestling championship.

The reason I though his call was so amazing is because I spent the better part of the
day looking at the Indian art. As I walked thought the different exhibits, I spent
time opening to the art feeling what the artist felt when they created it and as best as I could,
I became one with the art and the Artist. I made the day my meditation.
