When is your life Full?

August 28th, 2014

A professor stood before his class and told his
students that it was time for a quiz. He pulled
out a mason jar and set it on the table in front
of him. Then, he produced about a dozen fist-sized
rocks and carefully placed them one by one in the
jar. When the jar was filled to the top and no
more rocks would fit inside, he asked the class,
Is the jar filled? Everyone in the class said,
Yes!

Then he said, Really? The professor then picked
up a box of pebbles and poured them in to the jar
and shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into
the open areas between the rocks. Then he asked
the group once more, Is the jar full?

They agreed that yes, it was now full.

The professor then picked up a box of sand and
poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled
up everything else and now the students could
clearly see that this time the jar was really
full.

But this time the class was on to him. When the
professor asked if the jar was full, someone
shouted out, Probably not.

Then he grabbed a pitcher of water and began to
pour it until the jar was filled to the brim. Then
he looked at the class and asked, What is the
point of this illustration?

One student raised his hand and said, The point
is, no matter how full your life is, you can
always fit some more things in.”

“That’s not the point. The truth this illustration
teaches us is: If you don’t put the big rocks in
your life first, you never get them in at all.
The rocks are the important things – your health,
your love, your dreams, your education and your
happiness.

The pebbles are the other things in life that
matter, but on a smaller scale. The pebbles
represent things like your job, house, or car.

The sand is everything else, the “small stuff.”

If you put the sand or the pebbles into the jar
first, there is no room for the rocks.

The same goes for your life. If you spend all your
energy and time on the small stuff, on material
things, you will never have room for the things
that are truly most important.

Pay attention to the things that are important in
your life and spend time on the important.

Some of the important things are:
First, put your attention on your health;
without health, you don’t have anything.
Spend time with your family and friends.
Play with your children.
Take time to renew yourself.

Take care of the rocks first – the things that
really matter.

Set your priorities; the rest is just pebbles and
sand.

Everything can instantly shift toward the positive
once you know the Secret of the Magic Square. So,
let me ask you: Do you want to keep doing the
program you have been doing for years and receive
the same results? Or are you ready to make some
dynamic that will change your life forever? I know
you are ready to get on with things and make your
life work 1000IMG_2968% better than it is. Make the changes
today and get on the Magic Square program today.

Is Breath the Key to Longevity?

August 28th, 2014

If you take someones food away, they will starve
to death in about a month. If you take away the
water, they will only last a week at the most.
But, if there is no oxygen, you are lucky if you
last for a few minutes.

Breath is the key to longevity and the key to
longevity is practice. All the Masters and real
Yogis put a lot of attention on the breath in
yoga, just like in Pranayama exercises. The
breathing exercises in Qi Gong are based on Taoist
breathing methods that focus on returning the way
we breathe to what is in harmony with nature.
These methods focus on creating a circular breath
and can be practiced sitting or while doing any of
the Energy Arts Qigong exercise sets and all the
sexual magic is based on the breath and the
ability to control the breath.

When I was a child, my parents had a swimming pool
in the backyard and one of the games we played was
to see how many laps we could swim underwater
holding our breath. At first, I could only do one
length but, by the end of the summer, I got up to
3 or 4 lengths holding my breath. Little did I
know at the time but I was increasing my lung
capacity playing that game. To this day, every
time I am in a swimming pool, I dive down to the
bottom and swim underwater as many lengths as I
can to build up my lungs.

When you hold your breath underwater for a long
time, you have to use the muscles of the diaphragm
when you breathe to get the oxygen into that lower
part of the lungs. This type of breathing allows
you to lower your heart rate and reduce the carbon
dioxide levels of the body. This will eventually
fill every possible space with air and you will be
able to hold your breath for a long, long time.

When we practice Qi Gong regularly, you build your
breathing capacity, strengthen the lungs and
eliminate sadness and grief out of your life. Pick
up a copy of the Recharging Qi Gong program today

Don’t be Tricked into getting Old!

August 27th, 2014

noname

I can’t help but think about the plotting
little kids who come up with all those creative
ways for getting the most candy.
Deciding what route to take– sure you hit the
houses that give out the best and most
candy or going to a neighborhood with smaller
yards so you can “hit” more houses.
I’ve even heard of people changing into a second
costume so they can go to the same houses a
second time on their way back home.
If you check the internet you can find articles on
getting the most candy, advice on creating a
clever costume, why you shouldn’t linger at
house, if you get stuck with your younger
siblings go out early and then ditch them so you
can get back to the candy lust. The stuff you can
find online is amazing.

Funny how so much thought can go into getting as
much candy as possible. Yet, how many put
the same level of thought into keeping
yourself young and healthy?
Based on a fundamental understanding of what
motivates people to be healthy, and take good care
of body and mind or even eat the right things most
don’t care. When we are young we think we are
invincible.

I hear older people saying, “If I knew I was going
to live so long I would have taken better care of
myself.”
The first 50 years are the most important if you
want to avoid sickness, disease, pain and
suffering.

When you are young that’s the time to establish
your dietary habits, your habits for exercise and
the way you see and act. When you take care of
yourself it will pay off big time in your later
years.

Make yourself a “Health checklist” to
maximize your physical, mental and spiritual
health.

Read all you can, study and most of all practice:
What the people who are a hundred years do
What Information can you read, learn and study.
What foods to avoid and what to put into your
diet

I have found that the internal exercises are one
of the keys from the Chinese longevity practices.
I have devoted years to learn study and practice
daily to slow down the aging process and avoid the
suffering of old age.

If you have been still living like you are
invincible it’s time to make sure that your
superman costume doesn’t get tarnished!

Chang dirt into Gold

August 25th, 2014

Charles called me and asked a question, “Dr. Wu
Dhi, how long will I have to practice the
Recharging Qi Gong program to get its full
benefits?” Charles, I’d like to share this old
parable from Burma, The Old Alchemist:

Once upon a time, there was an old man whose
daughter was married to a handsome young lad. The
young couple led a happy life except for one
problem: the new husband spent all his time
dreaming of a way to turn dirt into gold. In those
days, people who did this were known as
alchemists. Soon enough, he ran through all of his
inheritance, and the young wife had to struggle to
buy food each day. Desperate, she begged her
husband to find a job.

“But I am on the verge of a breakthrough!” he
insisted. “When I succeed in turning dirt into
gold, we’ll be rich beyond our wildest dreams!”

Finally the young wife went to her father about
the problem. He was surprised to learn that his
son-in-law was an alchemist, but he promised to
help his daughter and he asked to see the young
man the next day. The young man arrived
reluctantly, expecting a scolding. To his
surprise, his father-in-law confided in him, “When
I was young, I, too, was an alchemist!”

The father-in-law asked about the young man’s
work, and the two of them spent the whole
afternoon in animated conversation. Finally, the
old man cried, “Why, you have done everything I
did when I was your age! You are surely on the
verge of a breakthrough. But you need one more
ingredient in order to change dirt into gold, and
I have only recently discovered this secret.” The
old man paused. “I am too old to undertake the
task,” he confessed. “It requires too much work.”

“I can do it, dear father!” cried the young man.

“Hmm, perhaps you can,” said the old man. He
leaned over and whispered, “The secret ingredient
is a silver powder that grows on the back of
banana leaves. You must plant the bananas yourself
because it’s important that you cast certain
spells on the seeds. Then, when the plant grows,
the powder on the leaves will become magical.”

“How much powder do we need?” the young man asked.

“Two pounds,” the old man replied.

The son-in-law thought out loud. “Why, that would
require hundreds of banana plants!”

Yes,” sighed the old man, “and that is why I
cannot complete the work myself.”

“Do not fear!” said the young man. “I will!” And
so, the old man taught his son-in-law the magic
spells and loaned him enough money to start the
project.

The next day, the young man bought some land and
cleared it. He planted the banana seeds just as
the old man had told him to do and murmured over
them the magic spells. Each day, he examined the
seedlings, keeping weeds and pests away. When the
plants bore fruit, he gently brushed the silver
powder from the banana leaves, but there was
scarcely any powder on each plant so the young man
had to buy more land and cultivate more bananas.
It took several years, but finally the young man
collected two pounds of the magic dust. He rushed
to his father-in-law’s house.

“I have the magic powder!” he cried with
excitement.

“Wonderful!” rejoiced the old man. “Now I can show
you how to turn dirt into gold! But first you must
bring your wife here. We need her presence.”

The young man was puzzled, but obeyed. When his
wife appeared, the old man asked his daughter,
“While your husband was collecting the banana
powder, what did you do with the bananas?”

“Why I sold them,” the daughter said, “and that’s
how we’ve earned a living.”

“Did you save any money?” asked the father.

“Yes,” she replied.

“May I see it?” asked the old man. So his daughter
hurried home and returned with several bags. The
old man opened them, saw that they were full of
gold, and poured the coins on the floor. Then he
took a handful of dirt, and put it next to the
gold.

“You see,” he said, turning to his son-in-law,
“you have changed dirt into gold!”

When we begin a new practice or receive a new
teaching, we always want to hurry up and get the
treasures from that teaching as soon as possible
and get on to the next advanced teaching. As a
spiritual seeker, this is just what we do until we
become a Spiritual Finder(one who finds a
teaching and grows with it). We find a teaching
and work with it until we open up spiritually. How
long does it take? Sometimes a lifetime but, with
the right teaching and teacher, we grow daily as
we practice. The Recharging Qi Gong program is
such a teaching that will be with you for a
lifetime and strengthen your growth mentally,
physically and spiritually. Get the program, work
the program and you will surely turn diet into pure gold as you grow and develop.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness.

Six Words that will Change Your Life

August 20th, 2014

The other day, I was unpacking boxes and arranging
everything in my new home. I found one box that
wasn’t labeled and didn’t have a number on it. How
strange as I labeled and numbered everything. Or
so I thought. So, I opened the box and what were
in it were two large checkered table cloths that
my mother gave me years ago. They’re still in
perfect condition and they brought back many good
memories. When I was growing up, we had a swimming
pool in our backyard and everyone in the family
came to our house for picnic. My dad has eight
brothers and sisters and I have a whole bunch of
cousins. On my mothers side, there are another
eleven people. So, our house was always full and
lots of fun. There was always a lot of food and
two picnic tables were set up with everything you
could imagine. And guess what? I have inherited
the family picnic table cloths.

My cousin, Susie, is celebrating her birthday on
August 19th and I couldn’t imagine what I could
send her that she really would like. So, I’ve
taken one of the families heirlooms, the checkered
table cloth filled with memories of childhood
picnics, family fun and a great summer. You may
have such an heirloom in your house. It could be a
table cloth or maybe a piece of jewelry, something
that has been in your family as long as you can
remember. You can use this in your meditations.
Here is what you can do: Take the heirloom, hold it
in your hand or wrap yourself up in it, and
visualize all of the happy memories of your
childhood. And if those memories weren’t so happy,
you can rewrite the program in your head, let go
of all the sadness, and imagine the perfect
situation for you and your family where you are
happy, healthy, and even wealthy.

I sent my cousin a picture of the Picnic God; and
the mantra that goes with it: Hari picnic, Hari
picnic, Hari Hari OM . images-1 May you have many picnics and
open your heart to love and the Divine. If you
want to learn more about mantras and how to invoke
the real magic into your life, I have a program
called The Internal Mantra Program

http://rechargingqigong.com/the-internal-mantra-program.html.

It includes a subliminal CD with over a hundred
thousand repetitions of the mantra, a DVD of the
teachings, and a special interview on mantra and
the power it has on ones life.

The mantra Om Mani Pdme Hum is one of the most
powerful mantras and it is practiced in most
cultures throughout the world. It’s easy to say
yet quite powerful. According to H.H. Dilgo
Khyentse Rinpoche, when you say the first
syllable, Om, it is blessed to help you achieve
perfection in the practice of generosity, Ma helps
perfect the practice of pure ethics, and Ni helps
achieve perfection in the practice of tolerance
and patience. Pad, the fourth syllable, helps to
achieve perfection of perseverance, Me helps
achieve perfection in the practice of
concentration, and the final sixth syllable, Hum,
helps achieve perfection in the practice of
wisdom. So, in this way, recitation of the mantra
helps achieve perfection in the six practices from
generosity to wisdom. The path of these six
perfections is the path walked by all the Buddhas.
What could then be more meaningful than to say the
mantra and accomplish the six perfections?

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. To receive the teaching and the practice is a
great blessing. Don’t delay, get it today!

A Mystery Unfolding

August 20th, 2014

I spoke with Dr. Carola Cuenca yesterday about one
of my patients that none of her traditional
doctors knows what to do. She is the doctor who
does the images (CRT)
for me. I have a patient that’s flying in from
Montreal who’s seen many doctors for her pain and
dizziness. And after doing a battery of tests,
they told her it is all in her head and she should
seek psychiatric care. The lady called me from
Canada and said there is nothing wrong with my
brain and that Im psychologically sound. And I
believe the doctors here have more titles than one
could shake a stick at and yet have no idea how to
diagnose a treatment. So, I called Dr. Cuenca to
fly in to Miami for a few days and diagnose her.
What I’ve noticed in the past by using the CRT is
I have been able to pick up imbalances in the body
6 months to a year before they show their ugly
head. In fact, Im going to tell you another
story. The last time Dr. Cuenca was in town, I had
her test me. She found a blocked regulation in the
lower left quadrant of my mouth. I went to the
dentist to have him checked it out and he didn’t
find a thing. About two weeks later, I returned to
the dentist for a routine cleaning and I asked him
to please take X-rays of the lower left side of my
mouth. And sure enough, under one of the caps was
a raging infection. He treated it immediately, got
the infection out of my mouth, and the next day,
my energy was way up and I slept much better.
Although CRT is not the state-of-the-art in the
United States, it sure is in Europe. All of the
top clinics have every patient tested to see
what’s going on and what may be lurking in the
dark corners of our health. I’ve had her treat
more than 200 patients in my office and we were
able to nip the disease in the bud. If you have
been suffering and your doctor has told you that
there is nothing else that can be done, don’t miss
this opportunity. Call me and schedule an
appointment today. Let’s get back to feeling good
again. Your health is your wealth.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. Here is how to schedule an appointment: Dr.
Cuenca will be seeing patients from August 21st
thru 26th. There are 14 spaces available and 7 are
already filled. So, if you are interested, don’t
delay for a nanosecond. Call my office at
305-407-0120 and schedule today. All the
appointments have to be done between 8AM to 10 AM.

Lost in the Woods

August 14th, 2014

I was brought up in Michigan and we lived a few
blocks from a hardwood forest filled with oak,
black walnut and maple trees. When I bought my
first home, it was on a three and a half acre land surrounded
with trees and a beautiful little stream snaking
through the prosperity. I spent many a day walking
through the forests and connecting with the spirit
of the woods. I have notimages-1 been in the woods since
last Thanksgiving and I was starting to miss it,
so, I took a little trip up to Tampa for a long
weekend. Northern Florida has large pine trees and
I reconnected with the Wood element inside of me
and felt really at peace.

The element Wood rules the liver and gall bladder
in Chinese medicine. The Wood energy represents
growth, development and planning, and that was my
purpose of coming to Tampa to work with Eluv to
plan out the next year of our radio show. Wood
element is known for the emotion of kindness and
it’s about growth and balance. It is said that the
spiritual aspect that is stored in the Wood
element is our Heavenly soul. It is the aspect of
the person that goes on to the next project and
the next life.

The woods can bring you a great sense of
confidence, the ability to strike out in new
directions, and the ability to adapt to changing
circumstances. To stay balanced, no matter what
element or emotion is in effect, it takes skillful
means. The most important concept in Skill in
Means is the use, guided by wisdom and
compassion, of a specific teaching (means) geared
to the particular audience taught. Edward Conze,
in A Short History Of Buddhism, says, “Skill in
Means is the ability to bring out the spiritual
potentialities of different people by statements
or actions which are adjusted to their needs and
adapted to their capacity for comprehension.”

The Energy Medicine Radio show will bring out the
best in all of us! Tune in on August 19th at 8:00
PM EST at

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!
