Oils that You Should Never Consume

March 30th, 2015

When I was living in Venezuela, my girl friend was
Italian and really knew how to cook. She
introduced me to a great culture and the
Mediterranean way of eating. It was a simple and
healthy diet for the most part. I really got into
putting olive oil on everything – my pasta, my
bread, salads, and even potatoes and rice. It
tasted so good I’d even pour extra olive oil on my
pizza. You would have thought I was from Italy.
I’d cook my eggs in it and fry fish in it and was
it ever good…

As my eating habits changed, I learned a lot more
about diet, what to eat and what to avoid. Now
with GMOs in corn, beets, soybeans, canola,
cottonseed, cheese, and not to mention all the
GMOs in feeds that they give to animals, one has
to read every label and only eat organic. I found
out that cooking with olive oil was not the
greatest for my health, and it could do more harm
than good. Olive oil should be a healthy part of
your diet. But, what most people do not know is
that olive oil should not be heated and not used
for cooking. The problem with olive oil is, when
cooking with it, it can cause an imbalance on the
cellular level that can increase the risk of
breast cancer and heart disease.

There are a few oils that I really like that you
can cook with and stay healthy: coconut oil,
sunflower oil, avocado oil, and palm oil. Some
even have proven antiviral and immune system-
building properties.

On the other hand, the oils to avoid are the
following:
1. Canola oil. It’s actually called rapeseed oil.
Insects avoid it and so do animals. Some oils even
go through a refining process of deodorizing and
bleaching. The oils that are
genetically-engineered have been linked to
muscular disorders and fatty degeneration of the
heart, kidneys, adrenals, and thyroid gland.

2. Cottonseed Oil. This is another bad one to
avoid at all costs. It is cheap that many
companies put it in everything, from cookies to
candy bars. Cottonseed oil comes from the cotton
plant and, because cotton isn’t a food, they
poison with a ton of pesticides. The problem is
the seeds are also filled with the poisons, and
that’s where the oil comes from.

3.UnknownPeanut oil causes serious allergies to many
people. I was talking to a friend whose family had
a farm in Texas, and they would plant peanuts as a
crop to pull toxins out of the soil before they
planted their vegetables. The peanuts pulled the
toxins out of the ground and absorbed all the
heavy metals in the soil. My friend warned me
never to eat peanuts, peanut butter, or to use
peanut oil.

4.Safflower oil increase omega-6 and also
increases heart disease.

5.Soybean oil. I always thought this was safe and
often would order soy beans at the Japanese
restaurants. In fact, tofu was a big part of my
diet when I was a strict vegetarian. Then, the
boom dropped on the poor soy bean. They
genetically engineered it (i.e., modified the DNA
of the bean) and no one’s telling what adverse
health effects it may have. And…that little pod
filled with harmless looking beans is a
hormone-disrupting horror that grows boobs on
guys.

It is time that we all woke up from the illusion
that no one would let us consume unhealthy foods.
Wake up and smell the roses. They are blinded by
the profits and that’s the bottom line. If you
want to stay healthy, take responsibility for your
own health, read every label, and avoid processed
foods. Fast food is not healthy. It’s cheap and
the bottom of the barrel. As far as your exercise,
jumping jacks is a bilateral exercise that will
dull your mind.

Start doing the internal exercises and you will be
brighter, happier, and healthier. Go to

http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTIzMTc3MHwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

and you can download these 3 DVDs at an unheard of
price. Check it out.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

What Are The Magic Numbers That Make Or Break You?

March 27th, 2015

images-1For the most part, we want to belong and be
accepted by our friends and family. But maybe we
are doing things that endanger our health and
don’t even know it. Maybe we aren’t reading the
labels on the foods we buy, or don’t know what we
should eat and avoid. Or we could be going to
fastfood restaurants even if there isn’t anything
healthy for us there. For the most part,
restaurants cook for taste and not for health.
Maybe we are too stressed out and aren’t working
to change it.

Here is a list of things that will make your life
better and things that will make your life worst.

What can make you better:
1.Getting proper sleep 6 to 8 hours a day
2.Eating at least 1 meal with someone every day
3.Exercising at least 3 days a week for an hour
4.Eating 5 different colored foods a day;red,
white, yellow, blue, and green. It can be fruits
or veggies. Variety is the spice of life.
5.Drinking 5 to 8 glasses of water a day

What can make you worse:
1.Watching TV more than 2 hours a day
2.Eating too much salt. How much sodium is too
much? Aim for 2,300 milligrams of sodium or less
per day. That’s about tsp. Evidence shows that
consuming too much sodium can raise blood
pressure, which is a risk factor for stroke. High
blood pressure can also lead to heart disease,
kidney disease, and congestive heart failure.
3.If you are driving more than 20 miles to and
from work, it’s a big stressor.
4.Losing your sexual fluids more than a few times
a week can really drain your energy.
5.Taking the same prescription for 6 months in a
row without having your doctor recheck your
bloodwork and re-evaluate you.

Start making your life better all the time. Look
at the better list and see which ones you can
start today. Then, look at the other list and see
which ones you need to stop doing immediately. Do
something to improve the quality of your life.

If you are ready to start a longevity program and
you don’imagest know where to start, I highly recommend
the Qi Gong bundle

Internal vs. External Exercises

March 25th, 2015

We work and save our money and eventually invest
it to get a return on it. We want our money to
work for us, not always having to work for our
money. If we are wise, the investments we make
will give us a nice income, and we can live on the
interest and never touch the principal. Our
investment can actually take care of our needs,
pay our bills, and even give us financial security
for years to come. This is what we strive for – to
have financial freedom. But when it comes to your
health, you may forget to invest, and you end up
spending the principal. When that’s gone, so are
you.

Are you investing in your own health? Do you watch
what you eat? Do you exercise? What about your
headspace? Are you putting positive energy into
your health bank? The investment you make in your
health will keep on paying you interest for years.
But if you spend the principal, you will age
faster than a Jack Rabbit.

Maybe you never put too much attention into your
health when you were younger, or you thought you
were doing everything right, and it turned out
that your exercise of running, weight lifting, and
sports turned out to cause more harm than good.
Now, you are getting problems like back pain and
shoulder pain, shin splints, joint problems or
even worse.

Last week, Joe stopped at my office. He is a
healthy guy in his early fifties. I have known him
for years and he only eats organic foods. He runs
3 to 6 miles a few times a week, swims a few miles
a week, and likes to go to the gym and throw
weights around a few times a week. If you saw him,
you would say that he is as fit as a fiddle. He
looked a little worried when I saw him. He wasn’t
his usual self. He told me that his heart was
giving him some difficulty and, although he hasn’t
felt anything different and the tests came back
negative, there was something wrong as his heart
skipped a beat now and then and it seemed to be
getting worse.

I told him I’d come over to his house this
weekend, and talk to him and his wife about the
program I have been doing for the last 35 years. I
showed up around noon and told him about the
internal exercises that I do daily. They work on
keeping your organs healthy. I explained that when
we do the common Western exercises, we can build
muscle and create a lot of internal heat. Too much
heat can cause an imbalance in the Fire and Water
elements which are your heart and kidneys,
respectively. They also put excessive strain on
our joints. The internal exercises are an
expression of the art of self -healing. This means
that these exercises will revitalize the organs
and keep them healthy.

Don’t think that you are bullet-proof and won’t
get hit by some illness sooner or later. By doing
the internal exercises like the Flying Crane Qi
Gong

http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTIzMTY1OHwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

you can protect your health and well-being.

If you don’t practice, you are training yourself
to fail. But if you are training, you are training
yourself to be the best that you can be.

I wish you the best inimages your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

PS. Train daily, make it a habit and you will look younger, feel younger and be younger

Spring is all about the Wood Element

March 23rd, 2015

UnknownSpring is here! In the Five-Element theories, this
is the time of the year ruled by the wood element.
The organs associated with springtime are our
liver and gallbladder. The liver is our largest
organ, and they say it’s the only organ in our
body that can regenerate itself. The Chinese have
a different perspective on the liver. In Chinese
medicine, our liver is in charge of the smooth
flow of Qi throughout the body and keeps our
emotions balanced. Stagnation of the flow of liver
Qi usually happens when we are stressed, and the
feelings of frustration or anger come up. When the
liver is out of balance, the following symptoms
occur:

• Emotional problems
• Rib pain
• Dizziness
• Headaches
• Cramping
• Tendon problems
• Jaundice
• Vision problems
• Digestive disorders

The liver stores the blood which is released to
nourish the tendons and muscles. So, if you are
getting pulled muscles, look at the liver as the
possible culprit. When liver qi is stagnant, you
can experience irritability and tightness in the
chest. When liver blood is deficient, symptoms
such as dry eyes and skin pallor manifest.

When we experience stress and stress-related
problems, the digestive system is disturbed and
irritable bowel syndrome or indigestion may occur.
If you are drinking that delicious espresso coffee
in the morning, or stopping at Starbucks as your
morning routine, and thinking it’s good for you,
think again. Good chances you are getting some
spasms and muscle cramps. That cup can really
disturb smooth flow of liver Qi. All the yin
organs are not only associated with an internal
organ, they are also connected with one of our
sense organs. The liver opens into the eyes. Eye
problems can usually be traced to a deficiency of
liver yin or blood.

Spring is when the flowers shoot out of the
ground, and life begins again. It’s the time to
renew your plans, set your goals, and make a new
vision or a Ba Gua board. That’s what the Magic
Square program

http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTIzMTY1OXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

will teach you — how to make your own Ba Gua
board.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Spring Magic is Finally Here

March 20th, 2015

Spring is here and the winds of change are upon
us! The color green is popping out of the ground
everywhere and, finally, the cold blanket of
winter is lifted. This is the most active time of
the year. It is a time to plant your seeds,
formulate your ideas and make new plans for your
future, and to look ahead and determine your
direction for the coming year.

In the 5-element theory, spring is associated with
the element of Wood. The Wood element rules our
sense of sight and the emotion of anger. I once
worked with a doctor whose Wood element was so out
of balance that he continually got into arguments
with all of his merchants and patients. No matter
who or what he was dealing with, be it a
government office or an insurance company, he
would blow up at them, shouting insults and
blaming them for his own shortcomings. It was
always their fault and they were the stupid ones
in his eyes. These types of problem can arise in
anyone and affect our liver and gallbladder. Poor
guy, he was stuck in perpetual anger and
frustration, feeling blocked in all directions.
Each and every interaction was a battle to him.
Such people are unable to experience growth and
the joy of internal springtime. I guess you would
say he couldn’t see the forest from the trees.
It’s not that he chose to be this way, but to a
Wood type of personality, it’s their way or the
highway.

But, there is always a way to reverse or enhance a
Wood personality and emotion. The opposite side or
positive part of a Wood individual is kindness,
and there are ways to allow it to flow into your
life…

1. Begin your day early with a smile on your face,
and take a walk. It will get your blood flowing,
and you can let go of any frustrations you have
pent up inside. Feel the sunshine on your face,
and let the smile go deep into your body. Feel the
life within you, sprouting up within your being.

2. Begin something brand-spanking new in your
life, at home, in your work, and in yourself.

3. Decide and plan how you want to make your life
work. Spring is here for only 3 short
months. Jump on the bandwagon and get things
started. Use the energy wisely, and you can propel
yourself to new heights you never imagined.

This is the time of the year I put lots of
attention into learning a new form or a new
program. If you don’t know the Flying Crane Qi
Gong form as yet, it is the best time to start
today

chances You are Toxic

March 18th, 2015

Chances are you are toxic. We all are exposed to
a multitude of toxins daily, and we would never
dream that the government isn’t protecting us from
toxins in our food, the air we breathe, and the
water we drink and bathe in.

It sucks, but it’s true with big corporations
paying lobbyists big dollars, and they can push
just about anything through the government. But,
don’t give up hope. I can remember when the
tobacco companies were all over the media, and you
would see the Marlboro man in just about every
magazine. He’s no longer with us. The Marlboro man
got lung cancer and fell off his horse years ago.
“Lucky Strike” struck out and “Kool Menthol” just
ain’t cool anymore. There seems to be some really
strange stiff going on with the Big Pharma, and we
aren’t paying enough attention to change it as
yet. The USA is the only country in the world that
lets them advertise on TV, and I hear that their
sales went up 1000% since they have been doing
this. It doesn’t serve the public or the doctors,
only the drug companies. Hopefully soon, they will
go the same way as the cigarette.

One of the secretaries in the office asked if she
could ask me a question about her mother who has
breast cancer. “Of course, what is it?” She asked
if acupuncture would help to relieve some of the
queasy feelings from taking Unknown. “Yes! I
had great success with hundreds of patients with
no side effects. Also, some of the Chinese herbal
formulas will help get rid of that nauseous
feeling.”

She told me that her mother has been drinking diet
soda for years on end. That’s a big NO-NO! If she
wants a fighting chance, there should be NO soda,
NO coffee, and NO sugar. I’d even stop eating any
food that isn’t organic. We all need to take
responsibility for what we eat, drink, and do. If
we don’t, they will just keep selling whatever
makes them the most money regardless of your
health.

Eating and drinking things like doughnuts, soda,
French fries, chips, and dairy products like milk,
cheese, and ice cream are the cause of toxicity to
accumulate in your body. The reason I exercise
every day is to keep myself healthy, but you have
to do the right exercises to keep your internal
organs healthy. Jumping jacks and running for
miles aren’t going to keep you out of the
hospital. If you want to stay healthy or recover
from a health problem, pick a copy of my
Recharging Qi Gong program

http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTIzMTY1MXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

and it will change your life quicker than you can
imagine. The program opens up the blocked and
stuck energy in your physical, mental, and
spiritual bodies.
“Where there is no
blockage, there is no pain.”
If you start now, you can improve your health way
beyond your own expectations and feel GREAT!

Complaining About Your Situation

March 16th, 2015

I am a Master at listening to complaints. Every
day, I hear a ton of them from patients, some from
students, and some from anyone who knows that I am
a doctor. I was at a party the other night, and a
woman whom I knew for years came over and
interrupted a conversation I was having with a
medical doctor. She started off by saying all the
customary greetings, “Hi, Dr. Wu Dhi! It’s so nice
to see you! Do you mind if I ask you just one
little question?” Then, she went on about her
voracious appetite, how she loved eating, why she
couldn’t lose weight, how all of the clothing no
longer fit, and why she didn’t like to cook. The
medical doctor who was standing next to me just
smiled and, when the woman asked him what he does
for a living, he said, “I am a rodeo clown.” She
didn’t say another word to him.

Doctors are always being asked questions, and it
doesn’t matter where you are. Even in the
bathroom, if they know you are a doctor, questions
will be coming to you left and right. Now, I don’t
mind questions, and I usually take the time to
answer every one. Questions are what got me to
start creating products like, books, CDs, and
DVDs. I found out that most people have the same
kind of questions or concerns – “My back hurts”,
“My neck hurts”, “I have pain in the stomach”, “I
am stressed out”, “What can I do to increase my
energy?, and “How can I have a better sex life?”
There are variations to these questions but, for
the most part, they fall under the same general
groups. It’s not bad to complain but, if you are
not doing anything to change the situation, “shame
on you”.

Take a look at my product list
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTIxNjg4MXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x I am

Stressed to the Max?

March 12th, 2015

Mark is a dedicated, kind, and compassionate
medical doctor with a busy practice in the heart
of Miami. We have been in communication for a few
months now and, last week, he came into the clinic
to see me for some ongoing problems. He was
stressed to the max.

On a usual day, Dr. Mark sees about 30 patients
and they are all children. The Doc told me, for
the most part, his life is a shambles, and his
health is starting to fail. He has to listen to
overly-concerned somewhat-neurotic mothers who are
frantic about their childrens diet and
vaccinations, what medicine they should give them
or stay away from, and what vitamins, if any, to
give their little ones. He said,While I am
listening to them with a smile on my face, there
are screaming kids in every room of the office. No
wonder I am stressed. My adrenal glands have shut
down, my sleep is horrible, my sex life is a joke,
and my overall health is failing, and I am not
even 50 yet.

I hear these complaints from doctors all the time.
They are overbooked. The patients are irritable,
sometimes waiting for over an hour, and the doctor
hears all the problems of the kids and their
parents. Yes! It is stressful when you are dealing
with other peoples problems. I know that from my
own practice but, with the right education and
training, you can turn your Stress Into Power.
How? By following the easy-to-understand exercises

Do You Have Iodine In Your Diet?

March 12th, 2015

Iodine can help balance your hormones and much
more. I started taking it a few weeks ago, and my
sleep improved by leaps and bounds. But, before
you run down to the drugstore and start taking
some iodine, make sure you are taking the right
one, and get checked before you start a program.

For the most part in the Western world, we don’t
eat enough sea vegetables, a great source of
iodine, hence, it needs to be supplemented. The
absence of iodine can cause major hormonal
dysfunction. Iodine deficiency can be a source of
ovarian cysts, goiter, Graves disease,
Hashimotos disease, fatigue, and other forms of
imbalance of the immune system.

According to the World Health Organization, iodine
deficiency is the largest single cause of mental
retardation. Iodine also helps to detoxify the
body by removing mercury, fluorides, chlorides,
and bromides. The average persons daily intake of
iodine is not high enough to keep them
mercury-free, and with exposure to mercury from
vaccinations, smoking, and other related factors,
you have the potential for serious heavy metal
toxicity.

Don’t put your health issues off for one second.
If you dont have your health, you dont have a
thing. Heres the formula:

#1. Take care of your health.
#2. Get your finances together.
#3. Nurture your relationships.

In a nutshell, it is Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Look over my websits Product page
http://rechargingqigong.com/products.html. There
are many opportunities to get something that will
change your life, and keep you strong, healthy,
wealthy, and happy. If you aren’t ready to dig in
to your wallet at this time, go to my Youtube

radio show every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 8PM EST
http://bbsradio.com/energymedicineradio for loads
of FREE healthy information.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

free test. You may reach me at 786-271-0325.

Will You Incarnate as a Human or a Beast?

March 10th, 2015

According to Buddhist cosmology, when we are
reborn, it can be in any of a large number of
states or realms, including the human, animal,
ghost, or any supernatural being. Rebirth doesn’t
always guarantee that we will take a human form
again. It is conditioned by the karmas of previous
lives – good karmas will usually produce a happier
rebirth while bad karmas will produce one which is
not as pleasant. It is a rare blessing to take
birth in human form, and many don’t realize that.
Life is a gift that we don’t want to send back
unopened.

In images, there are stories
about a turtle that lives in the bottom of the
ocean who surfaces once every century for air.
Floating randomly around the seas is a golden
yoke. How often the turtle at the bottom of the
ocean happens to raise his head through the neck
hole of the yoke when he comes up for his
centenary breath is the likelihood of being born
in the human life form. Open the gift of your life
and get on with all that awaits you. When we are
born on this planet, we have many discoveries to
make and lessons to learn. We either learn and
grow or are recycled to be born again until we get
it.

I have a patient who was diagnosed with cancer
when she was just a teenager and, although they
only gave her a few years to live, she is still
here. When she was in her early twenties, she got
into drugs and became HIV-positive, contracted
hepatitis C, and now has cirrhosis of the liver.
But did any of this stop her? Heck, no! She went
to school and got her BS degree, pursued and
received her Master’s, and is now working on her
PhD. She worked in Special Ed. and with autistic
children. She still has a lot of karma to work out
but she is doing it.

Just because you are dealt a bad hand doesn’t mean
you have to fold up. We can work through our karma
and make our life better. We all have heard of
kids that come from the worst possible situations
in life, but have pulled themselves out of the
misery, and now have beautiful lives. Your karma,
good or bad, doesn’t mean you are stuck there
forever. You can always pull yourself out of a
situation with the right education and training.

For the last 3 decades, I have been coaching
people on their health issues mentally,
physically, and spiritually, to help guide them on
the path to longevity and vibrant health.
Ordinarily, one can do without a coach, a personal
trainer, or a financial advisor. But, if you are
on a professional sports team, you definitely need
a coach. If you are training for the Olympics, you
can’t make it without a coach. And, to tell you
the truth, if you want to be the best at what you
do, you need a coach. When it comes to your
health, be it mental or physical, or your stresses
and how you handle them, “You Need A Coach” to
point out what you need to do, what you need to
change, and what to keep doing to make things work
to the optimum. Don’t fool yourself and think you
don’t need coaching. If you want to be the best at
your game, get a coach to keep you healthy, and
give yourself all the best shots of having a long,
healthy life.
