Internal Transformation-Change Darkness to Light/Yang to Yin

June 10th, 2011

This morning my practice was
focused on all the Yin organs.
The heart, lungs, spleen, liver, and
kidneys are all vital organs and are
considered Yin in Traditional
Chinese Medicine. Keeping these
organs healthy and disease free- will
keep all the Yang organs strong and
healthy as well. Like the stomach,
gall bladder, large and
small intestine and the bladder.

In the five element system,
every organ has an emotion to it
as well. For example, the liver
is associated with anger on the
negative side and kindness on the
more positive side. The lungs are
associated with sadness, grief, valor
and courageousness on the more positive note.

The reason why we focus on the
Yin organs is they will balance out the
Yang as you work them in Qi Gong, or
when you’re getting an acupuncture treatment.

It’s like an alchemical process where
you’re changing one emotion to the other.
You’re able to free yourself of any form
of dis –ease by getting the energy to flow.

In China, there isn’t much of a
physiology department or need for
too many psychiatrists.

When there is an imbalance
in the mind there will be an
imbalance in the organ associated with it.

The Heart/ Small Intestines-
Negative: Anxiety, Rush, and Hastiness.
Positive: Love, Respect, Honor, and Joy.

The Spleen/Stomach-
Negative: Worry
Positive: Balance and Equanimity

The Lung/ Large Intestines-
Negative: Sadness and Grief
Positive: Valor and Courageousness

The Kidneys/ Urinary Bladder-
Negative: Fear
Positive: Gentleness

The Liver/ Gallbladder-
Negative: Anger
Positive: Kindness

In the Recharging Qi Gong program,
I teach the Yin set, a series of prescriptive
exercises that focus primarily on the organs
to change the negative emotion alchemically
to the positive emotion and at the same time
correcting the imbalance in the organ.
If the Qi is flowing, blood will naturally follow.
If there is a blockage in the energy patter,
it causes a blockage in the Qi, a stagnation
of the blood, and dis-ease is soon to follow.

In the Recharging Qi Gong program,
specially selected exercises are taught to
not only improve your health but to increase
your energy by TEN FOLD. There are thousands
of people practicing these exercises in seven
different continents, and all report more energy
in general, more vitality, their flexibility has
increased, and their sexual appetite and performance
is the best ever. If you don’t have this program yet,
I highly suggest that you go to

When Life Sends You A Curve

May 5th, 2011

I am on my way to Michigan for a short visit to
Mom for Mothers Day. I planed this trip weeks ago
and I sort of had it in my mind what I was going to
do when I got there.
When I told my mother of my plan to visit for a few
days she was delighted.
The next thing I knew everything was planed out
for me in detail for me by dear Mom.

She said. “We will visit my sister, your aunt Shirley
and have lunch with her.
There are a few things I need to pick up at the mall,
and I want stop at the bank.
Then I want to go over to the kids house and see what
they have done. On Sunday, I know just we’re we will
go for brunch and the kids will meet us at Mindy ‘s house
Q ( she is my sister-in- laws ) for a Bar-B-Q late
that day.

This trip has a lot of visiting relatives and
eating involved in it and then like a giant tsunami,
everything changed.

My daughter-in-law, Dana called me and told me what happened.
Hear’s what she said.

“I wanted to let you know what has been happening here over
the last couple of months.
I am sure Brad filled you in on some stuff,
but this is right from the horses mouth. Zaine,
He is my 9 year old grand son is having surgery tomorrow
morning
to remove what is believed to be a benign tumor in his chest.
He feels fine and is showing no symptoms of any disease.

On our airplane ride home from Arizona at the end of February
Zaine broke the tab off of his soda can and dropped in into
the can…this lead to him swallowing the tab.
He was also suffering from pain in his ears and his nose
began bleeding shortly after he swallowed the tab.
He doesn’t normally suffer from nose bleeds so I was a
little concerned.

When we got home I took him to his Doctor to check everything out.
He said that the ears were do to the altitude and the nose bleed
was due to the climate change.
He was most concerned with the pop tab and sent us straight
to the Hospital to have an X-ray to make sure that the tab
had passed as it is sharp and could cause some damage.
While we were getting the X-rays the radiologist thought
that he saw that Zaine’s Aorta went to the right instead
of the left as the majority do (did I mention that this
all took place on his birthday).
This sent us into a series of Ultrasounds over the next
few weeks to ensure that his heart was fine and if his
aorta was going to the right we had to make sure that
it was not wrapped around his trachea and esophagus.
The good news is that his heart is perfect and normal.

That being said, the Radiologist felt that he needed
another set of X-rays so that he could figure out
what he saw.
The X-ray showed that he had a mass in the right side
of his chest attached to (but not into) his spine
and the protective layer of his chest.
He has had an MRI and also a Biopsy and both lead all
the Doctors to believe that the mass is Benign.

However, the type of mass that he has begins as Malignant
cells and changes over time. Even though the biopsy proves
it to be benign there may still be malignant cells present
in areas that were not biopsied so they are going to
remove it and have it tested to ensure that it is benign.

If the mass proves to be benign then after this surgery
we are all done and he doesn’t have to go back.
If it comes back that there are still malignant
cells then we will have to proceed to find if the
rest of his body is clear.

We are all feeling very positive about the surgery and
the outcome.Zaine is being very brave and understands
what is happening. He is scared but understands that
it needs to be removed.

I will try to send out an update tomorrow or Thursday
while he is in recovery.
I hope that this sheds some light on what has
been going on.”

The surgery was a success and the little guy is
doing find.

I am with Zaine right now and he is doing great,
we are about to go for a walk and then have dinner.

Things like this happen every day.
We make plans and the universe then
supplies us with what we are really going to do,
where we are going and who we will be with.
Our job is to stay flexible and open to learn the
lessons at hand.

This was the subject and the focus of last nights
Wednesday night meditation class that I taught
in Florida .
How to let go of our tensions and work with the
energy at hand.

If you are in the Miami area I teach every week,
the class is about an hour.

If you can’t make it I share many of the meditations
and spiritual technology through the Qi Gong
Inner Circle.

www.qigonginnercircle.com

and the members receive a DVD every month of
teachings that will build and strengthen your
spiritual digestive system.

Have a good mothers day and stay flexible.

I wish you the best in your Health,Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.

Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.

Spring into Action & Save “BIG BUCKS” Inbox X

April 20th, 2011

don't be chicken

Don’t be a chicken, Spring into action Now

It’s Spring Again!

My son called me this morning at 6:00 am, and said
“Dad, can you believe it- there is two inches of snow
on the ground! and it’s cold again ” He lives in Michigan
where it’s still spring time as the hours of light and
darkness are equal. He told me that he can see green of
the daffodils, tulips and crocus shooting their heads
through the white snow and about to bloom- the new leaves
are appearing on the trees and he said that it was beautiful.

In South Florida we don’t get to see such a dramatic change
because spring is subtle here. Traditionally, it’s the
time to start new beginnings.

As I spring into things with a new burst of energy I will
start to detox my body by fasting for a few days, increase
the amount of liquids I drink, and eat a lot more green
leafy vegetables. I also focus my Qi gong practices on
the wood element -the liver and gall bladder; those are
the organs that are ruling in the spring.

The Spring Equinox also called vernal equinox, the rites of
spring, and our religious holidays like Easter and Passover
are at this time of the year, as the earth is bursting forth
with life once again. The equinox was a few weeks ago and we
are in the midst of holy week and Passover.

As a celebration of spring and of the new YOU, I want
to encourage all of you to increase your Qi Gong practices.
If you don’t already have the Recharging Qi Gong program now
is the time to get it !

The time for new beginnings- a time for a spring sale.

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/33sale/

The Recharging Qi Gong program is now being practiced
by thousands of students in six different continents.
The program will balance your meridians, open your chakras,
relax your body, mind and spirit, and make you a power to be
reckoned with.

From now until Monday, April 25, the entire program
includes:
1. The Manual
2. The instructional and training DVD
3. The guided practice
4. 5 CD’s
a. Compassion, the Path Mental Well-being
b. 10 Secrets to Sexual Vitality
c. 3 Internal Secrets of Qi Gong
d. The 5 Elements of Transformational Power
e. The Spiritual Keys to Qi Gong

Vibrant Sexual Power for Optimal Health

April 19th, 2011

Phillip is a patient of mine and has
been for awhile.
He originally came in the office to
strengthen his sexual energy.
His primary doctor informed him that his
sperm count was very low.
He is only in his early forties and
still wants to have more children.

His wife, Gloria, is pregnant for
the second time-but there is a problem
and the young couple doesn’t know what to do.

Gloria is in the 26th week and unfortunately she’s
having trouble holding onto the baby.

She’s been hemorrhaging everyday and her uterus
already started to dilate.

Both her and her husband are stressed and they are
doing everything they can in order to not lose their
second child. In her first pregnancy, the same thing
happened, but her doctors gave her medicine that is
no longer on the market because there were too many
side effects.

When she called me, she didn’t know what to do and was
hoping that alternative medicine would be able to help
her bring the child to full term.

She came in to the office with her husband for the
first time and they were very emotional.
The medical doctors scared them and told
them that they may lose the child.

We went over her complete medical history,
looked at her bloodwork and found that her
levels of progesterone were very low.
Her energy was low, especially the kidneys.
This is something that isn’t usually checked in
conventional medicine.
When I looked at her tongue, I could see that
she was very dehydrated.
In Chinese medicine this is typical in a yin
deficiency patient.

I prescribed a series of non stressful medical Qi Gong
exercises to start immediately.

These exercises will build her immune system and
vitality and some natural creams to build yin.
This should do the trick to strengthen her uterus,
lower diaphragm and hold on to the fetus.

I have taught these exercises to the members of the
Qi Going Inner Circle,

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

as part of the longevity exercises.

The techniques are originally from ancient Taoist
Medical Qi Gong system, they work to keep the
meridian flowing and to keep one healthy in
body, mind and spirit.

In fact I found these exercises so important
that I included the “Yin Set” as part of the
Recharging Qi Gong Program.

http://Rechargingqigong.com

My personal experience of practicing the “Yin Set”
and teaching them to students is all positive.
They incorporate all the senses: auditory,
visual and kinesthetic.

Hear is what they do:
*They strengthen the yin organs -the heart, kidneys,
liver, lungs and spleen

*They balance the yang organs-small intestine,
bladder, gall bladder, large intestine and Stomach

*Pull toxic heat and poisons out of the body

*Balance the Shen (calms the spirit)

*Tone and strengthen the sexual energy

In Taoist medicine if you’re not physically powerful
and healthy sexually-you’re rapidly ageing.
Sexual energy depends on the health of the kidneys.

If your kidneys are not healthy –you’re
getting old before your time and your sexual energy
is out the window. Some of the symptoms of kidney
problems are, low back pain, loss of hearing,
hair loss or per-mature gray hair,
and sexually you are kaput.

In China, the Emperor had many consorts to
stimulate him sexually and his doctors worked on
keeping his kidney energy vibrant.

Strong kidneys = Strong Sexual Power

One of the main keys to longevity is
sexual liveliness.
If you have it –you are young and if not
you’re getting old quicker than you can
imagine.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle programs;
we explore all aspects of longevity including
sexual strength, power and ancient herbal
formulas.

When I produced the Recharging Qi Gong program
I made sure the entire “Yin Set” was included.
These important exercises will definitely
slow down the aging process and
keep you young if you practice.

Start today and order your copy of the book,
and get the 2 DVD’s and the
5 CD’s all at the same price

The power of 5 O’clock AM Qi Gong

April 15th, 2011

This morning I got up early around 5 o’ clock.
I don’t know why but my eyes just popped open and I was wide awake and ready to go.
I made a cup of green tea before I left the house.
It took me around 5 minuets and when I got to the beach it was still dark , I was all set to practice before daybreak.

I started by doing the grounding poses and opening the Chakras as the daylight began.  What a beautiful way to open yourself to a new day!
When I have a few hours to practice I get myself really charged up by doing the Recharging Qi Gong.

http://rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

The entire set takes about 20 to 30 minutes once you learn the routine.
I really pushed it this morning, lots of percussive and intensive breathing which was a powerhouse of energy and just the start of a great workout.
As the sun started to come up I began the Flying Crane set:
 http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

I really slowed it down this morning I was moving at half the usual speed which really activates all of the meridians. This is my favorite workout and when time allows it, I’ll at a ½ hour at the end just doing the automatic move. That gets things moving in both the energetic and the spiritual bodies.
Today was one of those special days when I had plenty of time.  The combination of the two programs, Recharging Qi Gong and The Flying Crane Qi Gong are the ticket to boundless energy. Man, it’s really powerful and makes your force to be reckoned with. Your body and mind and spirit becomes power packed.

When I got back to the house I opened up my email which contained Terry’s message that read:
“Dr Wu Dhi,
I would briefly like to share with you what happened today when I was near the end of Flying Crane Qi Gong.
At the end, where you reach back, gather the chi, bring your arms forward and stand with your hands overlapping, I felt my hands and arms being repelled away from my body with little muscle involvement, so I just let my arms expand as far as they wanted to.
It was exciting! And thanks again!”

Terry,
You can believe me when I say, ‘It only gets better from here with practice and the more time you put in the better.’
In a very short time you will notice some really amazing things happening in your meditations as well as your body.
I’ve had centers open up for me that I didn’t even know existed.
The programs will make you strong, flexible, agile and open your intuitive centers as well.

Terry isn’t the first to write me about the amazing experiences while practicing Flying Crane Qi Gong and you will definitely have some incredible openings and experiences as well if you practice.

Place your order now for both programs and you will receive a great savings!
The first 33 people that order, I will send you a blessed amulet from Putoshan Island in China as a gift.
I only have 33 of these blessed amulets and they will go fast.
don’t delay you don’t want to miss this one.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness!

Can quick judgements cure your migraine?

April 10th, 2011

Before I moved to Florida I thought a roadie was
the tech guy who travels with a rock and roll band
and handles every part of the concert except for
playing the actual gig with the musicians.
I knew some roadies back in the seventies who
did everything from stage set up, engineering,
lighting,security/bodyguards, truck drivers,
caterers and of course the groupies screening,
and if you were friends with a roadie you were
sure to get backstage passes.

Being brought up in Mo-Town, I got to see a lot
of local acts like Smokey Robinson and the Miracles,
Steve Wonder, The Jackson 5, and whenever
the heavy rockers were in the city I was there.
Detroit was a Rock and Roll city and it still
is to this day. I even saw Janice Joplin,
when she was still around, and I caught a few
Grateful Dead shows as well as The Rolling Stones.
My friends who were roadies would get me great
tickets or a backstage pass.
So you can imagine my surprised face when my
friends asked me to go to a Roadie Shoppe.
I thought it was where you get the parts for the bands.
It seems that a ‘Roti Shop’ not a ‘Roadie’ is a place
where you eat ‘Rotie’s.
It is bread made from stone-ground and whole meal flour,
traditionally consumed in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh
and Sri Lanka.
But here in Miami the Roti shops are from Southern
Caribbean, in particular Trinidad and Tobago.
They are stuffed with things like curry beef,
goat, chicken, conch, shrimp, duck, potato, or
vegetables and they are delicious, hot and
spicy and they are really tasty.

In life we often hear or see something and
immediately make a judgment of what it is
and if we will like it or not.
That’s a mistake.
We often judge too quickly and then we miss out
on the new experience.
Last week a new patient came into the offices
with migraine headaches that have been going
on for the last 5 years.
She tried conventional medicine with no luck
and then her doctor suggested Botox to numb the
nerve so she wouldn’t feel anything.
BIG Mistake!
Now she can’t hold her head up, her neck hurts
and she has migraine headaches.
She looks like a circus act.

She came to see me but when I started the initial
intake she had one restriction after another -
no acupuncture, no shots, no deep tissue work
and for sure no chiropractic adjustments.
She must have thought I was some kind of a
magician that could work with my hands tied.
After we talked for an hour we discovered that
she was carrying a lot of fear and anxiety in
her body and mind.
We ended up practicing Qi Gong for 20 minutes
and like magic she made a big turn around.
I could see her face change and her body loosen
up and by the end of the session she signed for
the next class of Flying Crane Qi Gong and
bought the DVD.

http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

If you aren’t big on getting treatments but know
you need to do something to maintain your health,
Flying Crane Qi Gong is a great place to start.
I have advanced programs and see many patients
that I work with on specific exercises and
meditations to keep them healthy if they need it.
But 9 out of 10 times a person just needs a good
program and diet in order to handle your healthy
needs.
Order your copy and get started today.

Gathering Full Moon Yin Qi

March 19th, 2011

If you look up into the evening night sky tonight,
you will see that the moon appears to be bigger than ever.
Our planet earth is closer to the moon than usually and is really lighting up the sky.
The Full Moon will take place on March 19th, at 2:10 pm in the sign of Virgo.
This is the sign of the Zodiac that cleans things up.
Virgo filters out what works and what doesn’t, it gets
rid of waste and just in time for spring cleaning.
Spring starts on Sunday the Vernal Equinox.

It’s a great time to start a detox program and clear out old habits.

Now, that doesn’t mean not to have fun.

I didn’t plan anything for this “Moon Over Miami”
until my friend Sheri got her new job for a company in Miami Beach that does adventure tours,
like mountain biking, although there are no mountains in South Florida.
She told me about a night ocean kayaking trip under the shining moon.

So on this full moon lit night we set sail,
actually we launched 40 kayak on an eerie night time kayak.
The group took off at seven o’clock and for two hours,
paddled under the full moon and then return to huge bonfire.
A great way to spend a full moon night gathering the yin energy.

Whenever one goes on an adventure that has somewhat of a fear factor to it,
as well as a thrill factor there is a lot of energy,
that means a great opportunity to gather Qi.

When I go on an adventure I always take the time
to do my internal Qi Gong practices first.
I acknowledge and tune in to the five elements,
do the belt channels and the ten internal madras
that you can find in The Turn Stress Into power Program

www.Turnstressintopower.com

This full moon is time to be grateful and bring in positive energy
to balance out the force of change that is necessary.
This Full Moon offers a turning point.
Roll up your sleeves and do the work.
Practice
Practice
and more Practice
it will pay off big time in the coming months by bring your
life into balance.
Physical Mental and Spiritual

I wish you the best in your Health , Wealth and Happiness

How do I free Myself from this Tennis Elbow Pain with Qi Gong?

March 15th, 2011

I received this note today from a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle.

Dr. Wu Dhi Can you recommend any specific exercise
for tennis elbow?
I just recent developed this condition and my Doc just
wants to add more pills to my diet.

I just received your latest inner circle DVD’s.
I will be reviewing them this week.
The best investment I ever made was joining your
inner circle.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Your student,

 Bill

My Friend
I see at least one or two patients a week with this problem,
Florida has great tennis all year long and that means tennis
elbow or in medical terms, lateral epicondylitis.
It’s characterized by pain and stiffness in the extensor muscles
of the forearm.
There may also be pain at the elbow on extension of the wrist
and on gripping an object.

It’s usually treated with acupuncture or acupressure and
heat in my office to get rid of the cold and dampness in
the joint, acupuncture is a big help for this condition.

I use a few powerful points that you can also massage or
add heat, like moxibustion.
Both local and distal points are selected from the yang channels
supplementing the meridians to eliminate wind, cold and dampness.
I also have had a lot of luck using the influential point for muscle
and tendons gall bladder 34. it seem to work well and
patients get great lasting results.
Some a deep tissue massage and a manipulation may be useful as well.

In Chinese medicine tennis elbow is considered as “BI pain”
and is usually caused from wind, cold and damp if the pain
is from coldness I’ll also use moxibustion or a heat lamp
and use a good bone or hit medicine externally and
you will heal quicker than a you could imagine.

The reason I use the large intestine points is it governs fluid
in the body that comes from the small intestine.
Both of these channels cross at the elbow and travel up and
down the arm.
If there is a blockage from trauma, cold or dampness these
points free up the blocked Qi.

Listen up, this is the important part!

Work on I-chin techniques (tendon-changing).
This is to soften and relax all the muscle groups,
tendons, ligaments and nerve fibers in the body to increase
healing, speed and the reaction and performance needed.

Also Hsi-sui (marrow washing) to clean and regulate the bone
and marrow,
This will increase the size and density of the bone.
As Master Chia points out, you want to have the bone like steel
wrapped in cotton.
This will heal you quicker than any pill you could ever take and
will strengthen your tendons so you will avoid injury in the future.
I talked about this in one of the Qi Gong Inner Circle DVD’s

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Hear is another Qi Gong healing method that I use that works great
for tennis elbow, stiff joints, sore arms and other related problems
that I learned from Donna Eden, she ‘s
the author of “Energy Medicine” and you can start with it right away.

Follow the channel of the large intestine, small intestine and the
heart start by doing tiny pinches up and down the arm.
This will reset the spindle cell at the belly of each muscle.

The lighter the pinch the better.

Take a Look at the Recharging Qi Gong Program where I teach the
bone breathing that will really help and pay special attention to the
wrist twist exercise, forearm rotation and the three part finger
recharging and that will do the trick.

For those of you who don’t have the Recharging Qigong Program
yet don’t delay another minute go to
www.Rechargingqigong.com and get started today.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Is Qi Gong becoming Mainstream?

January 30th, 2011

I have been doing Qi Gong practices for more that 30 year
now and like acupuncture it is hitting the mainstream.

How cool is that.

When I started everyone thought that I was some kind of health nut,
today most people who exercise and are involved in any of martial
arts practice know what Qigong is or at least have heard of it.

Did you know that Qigong practices go backs thousands of years
and can be found in the oldest Chinese medical texts.
Qi Gong is one of the guarded treasures of Chinese that focuses
on creating health and vitality.

Fifteen years ago I was studying in Harbin, China,
it’s near the Russian border in northeast China.
The winters are incredibly cold and Harbin is often called “Ice City”.
It’s well known for its beautiful ice sculptures.

I was given some really extraordinary Qi Gong teachings
by professor Sun
in private, as these practices aren’t for the general public.
I am a friend and guest of his son- in- laws who I able to help when
he came to Florida years ago.
That’s the only way I got these teachings.

Qi Gong use to be call Dao yin but we call Qi Gong today.
The word Dao means to guide and yin means inward,
Dao yin are practices that guide inward or guiding and
stretching or stretching and breath practices.

They translate Qigong as energy practices, energy
cultivation or energy mastery.

But What’s Medical Qi Gong?

According to Jerry Alan Johnson the author of the thousand page
Qi Gong book “Qi Gong Medicine”

“Medical Qigong therapy is the eldest therapeutic modality of
Chinese medicine.

It is a comprehensive system of health care addressing the root
cause of symptoms or disease, and treats the client as a whole.

The practitioner, drawing upon their ability to sense and manipulate
energy developed through dedicated study and self-cultivation,
uses Qi emission and/or teaches medical qigong exercises
and meditations based upon a differential diagnosis rooted in
Chinese medical theory to restore health and wellness.

Practiced as an excellent adjunct to Western medicine,
Chinese medicine may successfully treat conditions which
Western medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.”

As a Medical Qi Gong doctor we learned to emit Qi from
our hands to control the flow of Qi in the meridians.
By doing so we can remove blockages in the organs,
the channels and in the body.

The meridians are like rivers of energy flowing through the entire
body. There is a meridian for each organ, when there is a blockage
of energy in one of the meridians or channels it would be
like putting a large boulder in the river causing a blockage
of water.
In the body this blockage stops or slows down the flow of Qi
and what follows Qi is Blood.

We all know that if our blood is not flowing we are in big
trouble.

I have personally removed blockages in Cancer patients
as well as cleared out deep-seated emotional problems;
in Chinese medicine we call them shen disturbances.

When channeling Qi into a patient you can clear excesses
and build up deficiencies

One of the unique aspects of Medical Qi Gong is that it is
based on posture, breath and intention.

In the Chinese medical view we are all
energy beings, when there is a block mentally, physically,
emotionally or spiritually there is a dis-ease in the
entire system.

In order to clear blockages it takes two.
One the doctor and two the patient.
If they will work together a change or healing will happen
in the entire system, the physical body, the energetic body,
as well as the spirit body.

When I created the Recharging Qi Gong program this was exactly
what I had in mind. a tool that both students and patients could
learn and do that would assist them in recovering their health
and you know what ?

Thousands of people have written me and told me of their
great success in health recovery and increased energy.
