The 7 Keys to Longevity

November 9th, 2011

I am off to the Florida Keys for a
few days to meet up with a group of
writers and mystics. They are old friends
from Detroit and I want to have my astrology
chart looked at by one of the best
astrologers in the nation.
My birthday is coming up soon and I always
have an astrologer look at my chart to decide
where I should spend my birthday for my solar return.

Everyone experiences a Solar Return every year
around their birthday. It’s when the Sun comes to
the exact degree it was at the moment we were born.
It is a “return” to its original position. The significance
of the Solar Return is a chart for the coming year and
will help guide you. One of the most important aspects
of the chart is where you are on the planet at the time
of your solar return. Last year I was in Lake Havsue, Arizona
and I am excited to find out where I should go this year
to enhance my year in 2012.

The Keys are quiet and peaceful, a good place for
inner completion. The word Key comes from the
Spanish word cayo, which means little island.
Ponce de Leon first arrived here in the early sixteenth
century; these explorers were looking for the Fountain of Youth
but instead found money to be made in logging the great old
Mahogany trees that grew here. The Florida Keys will always
be an exotic world of tropical adventure to those who visit,
and a special tropical paradise to those who are lucky enough to stay.

You all know that I train every day and
practice what I preach. If you want to increase
your changes for a long and healthy life there
are rules that must be followed.

These are the keys to longevity:

1. Diet
2. Exercise
3. Sleep
4. Right thinking
5. Attitude
6. Service to others
7. Staying well hydrated

When I was young I was training in
wing Chun Kung Fu, aikido and hitting the
gym 5 or 6 times a week and this was long
before the exercise craze in the USA. I can
remember my brother saying to his friends
“Some talk their walk, but my brother Walks His Talk!”

Then something happened!
When I turned “33” I changed most of my
exercise from external to internal. Qi gong,
Shen Gong and Nei Gong and what happened???
I became much more powerful. My brain functioned
better, I became more flexible and even my virility
was function to its peak performance.
Students and Patients always as, “Dr. Wu,
where do you get all this energy from?”
It’s all in the Internal practices!
Of course you have to follow the Seven Rules.
Don’t delay another moment and order the
Recharging Qi Gong program now:

Change your Stops to Steps

November 2nd, 2011

When a person is feeling down he or she
feels as if they can’t get any
worse – It’s time to think again.

Things can always get much worse.

At the same time, things can always get better.

Even if you think everything is
perfect – it’s not.

It’s just a lot better than anything
else you have
ever seen – or done.

When I first started learning about internal
exercises and Qi Gong –
as soon as I left the class I would get one of
those large yellow legal pads and I would write
down everything I learned that day and any questions
I had for my teacher.

Then I wrote:

The “5 Things I Can Improve”

Let me tell you, I improved by leaps and
bounds in my practice,
my energy levels and by aliveness.

Even now, I still carry a yellow pad and
look for five
things to improve after my workouts, when
I teach or when I go to any class.

In the beginning of The Recharging Qi Gong book,
I tell the story of people who want to increase their
longevity, conquer the weight monster, improve their
flexibility thereby lowering their risk of injury and
enhance their quality of life in years to come.

The story takes place in ancient China, in a rural
area where people are working in the scorching rice
fields for the entire day. Burnt out and tired, they
would return home to enjoy the cool nights. It was
then that they became aware of something moving
inside their bodies. This strange, yet wonderful
feeling would move up or down all over their body.
They realized that it was somehow connected to their
mind and their breathing. This center was located right
below their navel and was called the
“Dantian, Energy pool.”

As we move through our daily lives we have a
tendency to accumulate negative emotions and
tension from the world around us.
Eventually, these tensions begin to drain us from
our energy and instead of feeling good, we feel
tired and these tensions begin to drain us of our energy
and instead of feeling bright and refreshed, we feel
tired and run down.
In my healing practice, the number one complaint from
my patients is that they feel their energy is OFF or they
just feel burnt out. When I started to prescribe the
Recharging Qi Gong Exercises to my patients, they got
immediate results and I always insist that both students
and patients carry around a note pad and write down all
of the questions that they have on how they can
improve their life.

Order NOW and you’ll be astounded at
how much better you will feel.

I wish you the Best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Psychic Energy!

November 2nd, 2011

Last Thursday evening I drove to the
Miami International airport to pick up
one of my good friends from Michigan.
He is an international known palmist and
psychic, a very interesting chap that you don’t
run into every day. He specializes in planetary
events and how that affects individuals.

Whenever I have a guest in my home I always
know that I am in for a unique experience and
when the guest is a psychic you can count on more
growth physically, mentally and spiritually.
Since he’s been here I’ve changed my entire
workout as well as meditations, practices, diet
and sleeping patterns.
Although this is a disturbance in my usual life
style it forces growth and flexibility for everyone.
One of the most important lessons I have been
learning from him is his dedication to service and love.
We have been going to all of the tourist spots around
Miami Beach and everywhere we go Frank stops
to help someone or give them a kind word.
Every time he sees someone that’s homeless or
having a hard time, he gives them either a positive
suggestion, a heart felt prayer or some change out
of his pocket.

When I asked him why he does this with everyone
he meets, he told me that life is all about serving
others and ending suffering wherever you can.
What he is doing is living life to its fullest and
showing others how to do the same.
I was talking to a good friend in Nevada this
evening and I asked him if he was having fun
and he replied NO!
Talking to a young lady I asked her the same
question, are you having fun? She also said NO!

Whenever you’re stuck in a place in your
life where you’re not having fun, it means that
you are not open to the people and things around you.
Your creativity is cramped, your flexibility is stifled
and most likely you are living in a closed system.
This is definitely not fun! When you are living in an
open system, you have flexibility, freedom, joy, love,
and you can be of service to others. This frees
you of worry, struggle, blame and can transform
your life into aim, contribution, and participation.
When I created the program Turn Stress into Power,
I had patients and students coming to me and asking
how can they change, how can they get out of their predicament?
I teach hundreds of people these meditations,
practices and exercises.

Like the tension release exercise, it clears blockages,
cures insomnia, relieves anxiety, calms the mind, and
eliminates stress. This powerful and spiritual exercise
has transformed people’s lives in less than 48 hours!
There are techniques like the Neuro-Vascular points – a unique
set of stress receptors that relaxes the body, clears the stresses,
reboots your system, and gives you more energy.
The book is crammed with exercises like these
that can transform your life!

The Best is Yet to Come

October 28th, 2011

Did you know that originally the days
were named after the planets in the night sky?

In Chinese Medicine most of the planets
are also related to the 5 elements and you
can plan your days according to the planets
to give you the maximum insight and personal power.

Monday is ruled by The Moon.
Many of the lunar Goddesses,
like Hecate and Cerridwen are also associated with
magic and the intuitive nature of women. The moon
represents the emotional side of our existence. It is
unconscious, introverted, negative,
and female side of yourself.

Tuesday is ruled by the Fire element
which is the planet Mars.
It’s considered independent and quick,
and when activated, nothing stops it.

Wednesday is ruled by the planet
Mercury -the God of Games, Business, and
Story Telling. Mercury rules communications,
travel, the intellectual part of your personality,
and the functioning of the mind.

Thursday is ruled by The Planet Jupiter which
represents expansion and spiritual growth, –
The Wood Elements. Thursday is named after
THOR, the strongest of all the gods, a protector
of mankind since with his magic hammer; he fought
the battles of the good gods and mankind against the evil giants.

Friday is the metal element and ruled by Venus.
Venus is all about fertility, love and pleasure.
Venus is the goddess of Love, Beauty and a metaphor
for sexual love. Venus shows the ability of relating
to others, and the nature of the desire.
Venus can indicate the type of people we are
attracted to, or the nature of our sense of attraction.
It rules close partnerships and also marriages.

Saturday is ruled by the planet Saturn and the
Earth Element is linked to your Karma. Saturn deepens
feelings of isolation, sadness, and depression.
Once the dark side of Saturn is recognized; its bright
side can be brought into view and enhanced. Saturn is
the symbol for Father Time, for he brought all things to
an end that have a beginning. Saturn’s domain is patience,
stability, maturity and realism. Saturn affects us by
delaying rewards until they are earned.

Sunday: The name comes from the Latin dies solis,
meaning “Sun’s day:” The Sun is about Energy- the god
of gift and sight. The sun represents your will or life force.
It is the conscious, extroverted, positive,
male side of yourself.

I like to cross train and I often break up my routines.
Doing something different each day of the week
It keeps my training exciting and can be a
lot more fun as well as an incentive to ‘keep on keeping on.’
Monday and Friday I put more emphasis on Yin
practices as it relates to the moon and Venus.

Tuesday is a much more vigorous workout because
it’s a Mars day and there is a lot of raw Yang energy.

Wednesday I spend more time practicing and studying
as communications are ruled by Mercury and it’s the time
for travel studying, learning or teaching.
This is the day that I do my ‘out of the office stuff.’

Thursday is ruled by Jupiter and this is my day for
expansion and meditation of all internal practices.

Saturday is my day for discipline’s holding my Qi Gong
stances as well as lots of reading and studying.

Sunday is full of energy as it’s ruled by the Sun and although
it is typically a day of rest in the western world, I do most
of my aerobic exercises on Sunday to recharge my heart.

This is a good way to schedule your week and get
the maximum practice.
One of the reasons behind the creation of the
Recharging Qi Gong set

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

is that it encompasses all of
the planetary aspects of a great workout.

The Lost Son

October 6th, 2011

“A young widower, who loved his five year old
son very much, was away on business when bandits
came and burned down the whole village and took his
son away. When the man returned, he saw the ruins and
panicked. He took the burnt corpse of an infant and cried
uncontrollably. He organized a cremation ceremony,
collected the ashes and put them in a beautiful little bag
that he always kept with him.

Soon afterwards, his real son escaped from the bandits
and found his way home. He arrived at his father’s new
cottage at midnight and knocked at the door.

The father, still grieving asked: “Who is it?”
The child answered, it is me Papa, open the door!”
But in his agitated state of mind, convinced his son
was dead, the father thought that some young boy was
making fun of him. He shouted: “Go away” and
continued to cry. After some time, the child left.
Father and son never saw each other again.

After this story, the Buddha said, “Sometime,
somewhere, you take something to be the truth.
If you cling to it so much, even when the truth comes
in person and knocks on your door, you will not open it.”
I gave a lecture last week to a group of people at the gym;
most of them work out 5 days a week and look good on the
outside, but are starting to get health problems like heartburn,
aches, diabetes and sexual dysfunctions.

I explained the longevity benefits of doing Qi Gong to
them, and how it would balance out their workout,
improve their sexual power health, and slow down the
aging process.

Arthur stood up and said,” I don’t get it? I workout
everyday at the gym, run 4 miles a day 5 days a week
and do 10 miles on the weekend, I eat well and I feel great!
What will Qi gong do for me– I am in great shape?”

Well Artthur, I did the same program for years
with my friend Gary. He was my workout partner
and never learned the internal arts of Qi Gong or
meditation. He said it was too slow for him and he
needs the adrenal rush of a heavy workout.
Gary wishes he had followed my example and
learned the softer style of Qi Gong years ago.
Although the physical workout of running and
weight training is good you need a balance.

There is an old Taoist saying:
“If you do External Exercises, you need to do
Internal Exercises, but if you do Internal Exercises
you don’t have to do External Exercises.”

When we only do sports, aerobic and weight training,
we create too much heat in our bodies and overheat
the internal organs. After awhile, the organs start to
dry out and later feel like a plum that was left in the
sun for weeks– it turns into a prune!
The same thing happens to us with constant overheating
and aging, you can see it on a person’s face –the wrinkles
are the pruning effect. You can delay the aging process and
re-dehydrate the organs by doing Qi Gong.

I told Arthur it’s time to get on a program because the
universe is knocking on your door. I know he heard
what I said and acted on it.
He placed an order for both Flying Crane Qi Gong
and the Recharging Qi Gong program that night.

Qi Gong’s Influence on Health

September 29th, 2011

Qigong has influenced China for
thousands of years, although it has
been hidden from the public for the
most part. It has been passed
down from father to son and from
master to disciple with strict oaths
of secrecy- never to show or teach to outsiders.

In ancient times, when a practitioner
knew more than someone else it assured
them to make a good living. Herbal
formulas, special acupuncture treatments,
martial art forms and the most guarded
were internal practices of Qigong.

The exception to this rule was in the
monasteries, where the monks learned
Kung Fu meditations, internal work like
Qigong, Nei gong and Shen gong.
When the Communist government came
into power, all of this came to an end,
most of the books were destroyed and
many of the true masters were killed,
went into hiding or escaped out of mainland China.

When I was in China just a few years ago,
Qigong was still very much a kept secret to
the masses. Families held on to secret herbal
formulas like solid gold.

Change is good, although we may not think
so at the time it’s happening, but if it wasn’t
for the Cultural Revolution– all of those
Masters who fled China wouldn’t have had
the same willingness to share the secrets
of Qigong.

Today Medical Qigong has been proven to
work well on many illnesses that other
medical systems can’t even touch.
Emitting Qi from your hands may seem like
a remarkable feat to you now but with the right
education and training you can do it!
Qigong Masters can do it as easily as glancing at you.
I have spent years studying with such Masters and
the energy can kill cancer cells, alter brain waves, open up
spiritual path ways and much more.

The technology is no longer hidden in China.
There are books, teachers, DVD’s and classes
that will teach you how to cultivate the Energy
of Qi.

I was in the right place at the right time in the
early eighties to learn and practice these teachings.
I began an intensive study of Qi Gong with a
Master from China and worked intensely with
Lama’s from the Tibetan culture to learn and
eventually teach these precious techniques
to students from all over the world.

In my two programs:
Recharging Qi Gong

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

Flying Crain Qi Gong

http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

I will show you step by step methods to
open your energy and help you develop your
spiritual digestive system. Don’t delay!
Start your program now and start learning how
to emit Qi and receive it at will.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth,
and Happiness

How to Cultivation Qi

September 10th, 2011

he last three weekends have been incredible!
I traveled to Boston, Gainesville, and last
weekend I was in a great workshop on
biological medicine, right here in Miami.
You would think that
maybe I would get tired.
NO WAY!!

I’m feeding on the energy and the
energy is feeding me.
When you can get in flow with
energy, miracles happen. The
energy pushes you along like a
giant wave. Most of us,
when we have too much to do- we
get stressed out and a wave washes
over our body and bounces us to the
point where we don’t know what’s up
or down.

It took me many years to learn
how to work with energy and how to
ride the wave of continuous flowing Qi.

It takes the cultivation of Qi, practice
and training. Once you have trained
yourself, you will be able to use the
energy at will.
There is a story about the Master and a man,
who were stranded at sea.
Each both found a piece of wood floating
and climbed on it. The student just sat on
the piece of wood and the waves crashed
him into the rocks and he was killed.
The master on the other
hand, used his foot as a ruder to steer himself
into calm waters.
It’s the same in our lives.
If we are thrown into the sea of energy and
yet we don’t know how to use it, we too can
be thrown into the rocks of life and destroyed.

Qi Gong can move you away from the pitfalls
and teach you how to use the energy for your
health and well-being. Qi Gong is perhaps the
most important aspect of internal energy.

Benefits of Cultivating Qi:
Quiets the mind
Strengthens and corrects the skeletal system
Balances the nervous system
Improves and strengthens the heart
Strengthens and improves the digestive system
Increases Qi flow in the lungs and large intestines
Improves and strengthens the immune system

The Recharging Qi Gong program that
comes with a book, 2 DVD’s and 5 CD’s,
gives you:

-The Three Internal Secrets of Qi Gong
-The Spiritual Keys to Qi Gong,
-The 5 elements of Transformational Power
-The Compassion, the path to mental Well-being,
(and one of the most important aspects of Qi Gong and Longevity)
-10 Secrets to Sexual Vitality.

Order your copy in the month of September and
I will send you absolutely free,
a power amulet for protection and Qi cultivation.

Shen Disturbance or just flipped out?

September 2nd, 2011

Last Friday I left the office around
3 O’ clock and took a five hour drive
up north to The Academy for
Five Elements Acupuncture School
in Gainesville, Florida, the home of the Gators.

I spent the weekend with 50 students from
all over the country to study with a
Master of Medical Qi Gong.

Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson, the founder of
The International Institute of Medical
Qi Gong flew in from California to
teach an intensive on Shen disorders.

In acupuncture, depression, mood
disorders, mental health problems and
emotional disturbances is associated with ‘

Shen’ Disturbance

.
A Shen disturbance can be manifested by
patients with depression, mental health
problems and emotional disorders.

In Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),
the Shen is our spirit.
Shen lives in the heart, not in the brain.
Mental disharmony often indicates that the
Shen is unsettled or troubled.
We call this condition ‘Disturbed Shen.’

When there is an energetic knot in the
heart, from lust filled desires, fear, hate
filled guilt and blame, an energetic knot
is formed causing a Shen distribution.

In this workshop, we learned to remove
energetic parasites, how to form and use
energy balls and how to remove unhealthy spirit.
This may sound a little strange to you but there
is more going on with our health and well
being all the time and it’s not all physical.
Sometimes an imbalance will appear in
your dreams or show up in a host of
disturbances in your life, long before it
shows up as a physical disease. Cancer
is a good example of this, a mental
emotional disturbance that is on going,
and eats away at us until one day it raises its
ugly head and sick is all around us.

In Western medicine, they are treated with
drugs that sedate the patient until they come
out of the disturbed mental state, if not;
they are medicated for their entire life.
We all know this is no cure, but it is done
to millions of people daily.

I believe that some of these disturbances
come from spiritual openings or spiritual
blocks that most of us have no idea how to handle.
Working with Medical Qi Gong over the past years,
I have learned how to redirect these
energies to open up the heart and balance the mind.

Medical Qi Gong offers us prescriptive
exercises that will balance the body, mind
and spirit and which brings peace and harmony
back to the person in a pure non-invasive way to heal.
These exercises are prescribed to patients
to recover from illness, but why wait until
you are sick? Learn the exercises now and
keep yourself and your family healthy.

For thousands of years, these secret
teachings were shared with the elite only.

In the Recharging Qi Gong Program

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

there are specific exercises to re-balance your
body, mind and spirit and keep you dis-ease free.

People in Asia, Europe, North America,
South America, Australia, and Africa are
practicing The Recharging Qi Gong program.
Those students who practice the program have
reported more of a balanced mental state,
relaxed mind, clearer head and a more
powerful body. Now we are truly fortunate
to have an open access to this ancient technology
of Qi Gong as a method to reclaim our health
and balance our energetic resources.

Don’t be left out. Get your program today:

Why is Back pain so Common?

September 1st, 2011

This problem is never ending!
You bend or reach for
something and you end up with a
sharp pain that feels like a knife is stabbing you.

OH MY ACHING BACK!

It’s a fact that you will
experience back pain at some
point in your life, no matter
how healthy and fit you are.
I know I have!

It can happen from over reaching,
an unexpected sneeze, or lifting
even the lightest thing and there it
goes.

Why is back pain so common?
Our muscles have to work constantly to hold
us upright against gravity and to move us around.
These muscles can get tired,
and being overweight as well as out of shape
causes even more problems.
Strong muscles, in the central part of the body,
(the core muscles) help to carry body weight and
to prevent the spine from getting overloaded.
When, these core muscles get weak,
the spine must compensate and do extra work,
therefore causing pain.

Things like over sitting, muscle spasm and stress can be a real pain.

* Sitting is worse for the back than standing.
The load shifts onto the disc as you lean
forward causing more strain and the muscles become tired.

* When less oxygen reaches the muscle,
there is more waste built up.
These changes trigger the muscle to go
into a spasm; it keeps firing on its own.

* Stress and tension tighten up the muscles,
making them more susceptible to injury.

I have found that for the most part,
people don’t stretch enough
or they stretch wrong.
As soon as they make a wrong movement,
their back starts to hurt.

Stretching is one of the best solutions to a healthy
and pain free back!

You’ll need no dangerous pain pills,
no smelly creams and no Chiropractor.

Granted, it takes work, but remember there is
no free lunch.
You have to pay either way–
with the pain or by doing the work.

Back pain can be a never ending problem
or no problem at all.

Most traditional doctor’s treatment for back pain is
-pain-killers and anti-inflammatory, which will
jack-up your stomach.
Next, physical therapy, and if that
doesn’t work, surgery.

As we age our flexibility decreases and
our joints lose their range of motion.
This can cause tightness, spasms and a
number of back problems.

You can regain and maintain the
flexibility, as well as prevent nagging
back pain in only a few minutes a day.
I have unlocked stiff painful muscles in
only a few minutes with the right exercises
and nipped back pain in the bud with
long-term relief.

Here are a few exercises I recommend
that have worked wonders for
me and many of my patients:

1. Lying on the floor, place your right foot on the left knee.
Using your left hand, gently pull your right knee
towards the floor, twisting your spine and keeping
the left arm straight out, hips and shoulders on the floor.
Switch sides. Repeat 10 times.

2. Lie on your back and
bend both knees. Feet flat
on the floor, arms out at shoulder level.
Now, let your knees
drop to the left and turn your head to the right.
Repeat on the right side.
Repeat 25 times on both sides

3. Lie on the floor and place
your hands behind your head
with your legs touching each other
straight out. Begin to move your
Upper body from side to side.

4. Get a large rubber ball, around 3 feet
(you can find them at most sport stores).
Sit on the ball and then slowly
start to lie down on your back using the ball
for support. Lie on the ball from 1 to 3 minutes.

People are always pulling their backs
out, but if you get on a
good maintenance program and do the
correct exercises,
you can end your back pain forever.

Years ago, I hurt my back doing a flip on a trampoline
and no mater what I did I couldn’t seem to shake the pain.

I researched everything I could find about
back injuries and put together a program that really
works to keep the body flexible and pain free.

Happy Camper gets Rid of Flu in One Day

August 15th, 2011

Here is a letter that I got today
from a young woman who is
visiting from Caracas, Venezuela.
She joined me one Saturday
morning for a Qi Gong workout.

Here is what she said:

“About ten days ago, my nose
began to run, because a couple of
days before I was exposed to somebody
who was very sick. I realized that
I would also be sick very soon.
I decided not to take any medicine; instead,
I did Qi Gong with the intention to
mobilize energy that could heal my sickness.
What happened was kind of a miracle
for me, because normally a flu usually
lasts for at least a week to ten days,
but this time, the Qi Gong practice
knocked it out of me in only one day.
I felt so healthy!
I have been receiving your daily stories,
and let me tell you that I enjoy them very much!
Thank you for all the great
information and knowledge! :-)

People are always surprised when they
first start practicing Qi Gong and what a
difference it makes in your overall
health and energy.

If you have a blockage in Qi flow,
you will defiantly have a blockage in
the way your blood is flowing as well,
as blood follows Qi.

When you start to practice Qi Gong, you
get the energy moving in all the meridians.
Some students report a rush of energy,
and that’s because the blood follows the
Qi and blood is rich in oxygen.
This flow of oxygen will make you
feel supercharged and the more you
practice the more energy you will feel.

One of my students was so energized
that I had to tell him to only practice
in the morning as he wasn’t sleeping
and yet he wasn’t tired at all.
After about 30 days he was able to
go back to his morning and evening
practice.

It takes about 30 days for the body to
get used to the increase of energy and
flow of oxygen rich blood.

You may be wondering what kind of
Qi Gong he was practicing, and for how long?
Where can you practice to receive and benefit from?

You can find out today by ordering
the Recharging Qi Gong program
www.Rechargingqigong.com
and get your Qi moving.
You will tap into the unlimited energy flow.

I wish you the best in your Health,
