The Most Dangerous Day of the Year.

December 26th, 2011

It’s the day after Christmas, the entire house is a mess rapping
paper balled up, presents still in boxes, your
in- laws are still in your spare bedroom
and the kids are out of school for more days then wish to count.

STRESS seems to be around every intersection you turn.

Everything may seem to be a little overwhelming and you are
stressed to the max.
We all know it’s going to keep on going strong for a few
more weeks, as we are getting ready for more merriment,
until the BIG bash on New Years Eve.

It’s a time to Paying Attention to your health as well.

I bet you didn’t know that December 26 is historically one of
the most dangerous days of the year.

This time of year is infamous for heart attacks, heart failures,
and strokes.
Don’t let holiday stress kick your butt.
We all want to keep our ticker ticking as long as possible
without any glitches and although the holidays are a time to
kick back, over eat and knock back several glasses of holiday cheer
that excessive drinking can cause irregular heartbeat
and it can up your odds for a stroke.

On Christmas Day, many people confuse shortness of breath or
chest pains with indigestion from drinking and overeating.
On most days you would play it safe and go to the hospital.
But it’s just a annoyance around the holidays so we wait
and that can be a your last mistake.

In Chinese Medicine there are some Symptoms of Heart Disease
to give you a heads up before anything ever happens-
things like vertical or tangential crease on earlobes,
Horizontal crease across the bridge of the nose,
deep narrow central crack on the tongue extending to the tip.

Hear are some tips to keep your heart healthy:
• Avoid Eating – high fat, high cholesterol foods
• Pass on caffeine
• No tobacco
• Lighten up on alcohol
• Sugar is a no, no!
• Butter, red meat, fried foods, soft drinks, spicy foods,
white flour all of these can add more stress to your heart .

Eat More – fiber, raw foods, fish, turkey, chicken, garlic, and
onions, and nuts.

Doing the right Exercise can keep your heart healthy
and strong for years and years.
That’s why I practice internal exercise like Qi Gong on a daily.

You can Turn your Stress into Power and easily extend your
life for years.
It’s your anti-aging formula to keep you healthy, strong and young.

Pick your program up today and you will feel the difference
within weeks.

I was Shanghaied and held as a Prisoner

December 19th, 2011

This morning after my workout
and a little breakfast,
I planned to go to the Glazer Farms organic market
in Coconut Grove.

It’s about 30 to 45 minutes away from my house.
What I like about the organic market is that
they have countless unusual prepared salads,
soups, fresh juices, mouth-watering coconut
water and the best darn raw fruit pies that you
have ever tasted. Not only are all of these treats
delicious, they are extremely healthy filled with
minerals and vitamins.
My plan was to stock up and have a weeks worth
of ready to eat healthy foods and treats.

My friend Bob said he was going to the market as
well, so we planned to go together and meet up at
around 10 O’ clock. The market trip usually takes
around 2 or 3 hours from port to port- if you stop
for lunch, and it’s a relaxing way to enjoy the morning.
He picked me up with Shaina, his wife, and we
were off to the market.
We were driving for about 20 minutes and that’s
when I heard the news.

Shaina said, “We were going to The Red Lands
to “Country Robert’s.” Not only is it about an hour
and a half away, nothing is organic!
Too late for me to get off this trip!
I was now a prisoner on Shaina’s trip.

“Cest La Vie.”

This kind of thing happens to all of us now and then.
We are forced to do something or go somewhere
that we really don’t want to do and this was one of them.

It turned out to be a lot of fun, although it wasn’t
what I had in mind. I finally got home around
6 O’ clock in the evening and just had to laugh at
how the day went. Let me give you some good advice
when you are “Shanghaied.”

You need to roll with the punches.
You can go kicking and screaming or curl up in your
emotional shell or love what you’re doing when
you are doing it.

Do you remember the song by Crosby Stills & Nash,
‘You gotta love the one you’re with?’
“Don’t be angry, don’t be sad don’t sit crying talking
good times you’ve had Love the one you’re with.”

In every situation we always have a choice.
How we will handle our own emotional state
is 100% up to you.
One can change it at will or be pulled around by our
negative emotional being.

As you go through the exercises in the book and DVD
in the Turn stress Into Power program, you will learn
powerful and yet simple exercises, meditations and
secret hand positions called Mudras; A gesture or position,
usually of the hands, that locks and guides energy flow.

Get your copy today

http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

and take 100% control of your emotions.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

A Stressful Situation

December 16th, 2011

How close are we really connected to each other?
Friday evening when the moon
was just about at its peak hours,
before the last lunar eclipse of 2011,
Anastasia’s little brother got into a bad
car accident and totaled the family car.

This was devastating to her family but the
ripples that it caused were enormous.
First of all it left the family with out a car and
extra expenses just before the holidays.
You can imagine that it is now much harder to get to work,
school and do the daily tasks for the whole family.

But here’s how the rippling effect
moved through the community:
Anastasia’s mother was an emotional wreck,
as she thought she may have lost her son,
the grandparents where shook up and Anastasia
was an emotional mess as well. The boy’s boss
had to work overtime and rearrange the schedules
of all of his other employees to cover for the time
he was in the hospital and his recovery.
School had to be put on hold during finals;
Anastasia had to leave work and had a hard
time being on time as the family transportation
was destroyed. Her boy friend was worried and
had digestive problems for the entire weekend
and her employer had to find extra help for the
holidays and the little brother went into a deep depression.

This is common in families when something goes a fluke.
It may happen in your life or in the lives of people you know.
It is part of life and lessons that we all have to learn
for our growth if we like it or not. We would all like
to be able to avoid such things as pain and suffering
but it is part of being a human and living on planet earth.
These lessons can drag you down or you can use the
energy of the moment to transform your life and
when dropped in a pile of manure, you come
out smelling like a rose.

You can change your stops into steps in a few
minutes and pull your self out of the muck and
mire by following these rules:

• Be grateful for what you have.

• Know that nothing is ever taken from you without
being replaced on a higher level.

• You can not attract more than you can handle

• Don’t allow anyone to lay a trip on you

I call these the rules of the game.
When you can live by these rules,
stress will not be an issue.
They are all in my book, “Turn Stress into Power”
The book is filled with meditations, exercises,
protections and stress relievers to keep you in
tip top shape no matter what happens in your life.
People have described the program as a way to steer
your life back into calm waters no matter how
big the storm gets.

Right now you can get the book and DVD sent to
you with a special offer attached-
Two-fers that’s right! Order the program now and
I’ll send you two of everything to give to a friend,
co-worker or loved one as a holiday gift.

Twofers Solar Return Sale

December 16th, 2011

Everyone experiences a Solar Return

every year around their birthday.

Astrologers say it’s when the Sun comes to

the exact degree it was at the moment

we were born.

It’s just like you are reborn again on

your birthday, that’s why birthdays are so

important. They say that the activities that you’re

engaged in on your special day will be very

important for your up-coming year because

every two hours of the day on your birthday

is like a month in time.

For example, if you were born at 12 in the afternoon,

the activities that you do from 12 to 2 would be

what would likely take place in your life in January.

From 2 to 4 would be February, etc. This is why your

awareness of your time on your birthday is so important.

Therefore, one would want to be aware of every

hour of ones birthday and plan activities that are

rewarding, positive and beneficial to you.

The significance of the Solar Return is a chart for

the coming year and

will help guide you. One of the most

important aspects

of the chart is where you are on the planet

at the time

of your solar return. Last year I was in

Lake Havasu, Arizona

and this year I spent many hours with Ray Merriman,

a world renowned astrologer deciding where I should be.

First he said Miami would be the best for me and if

I was here I would be much more intuitive but as we

looked further into the astrology chart, he found that

the North East part of the USA would be even better

for my destiny.

Maybe NYC, Boston or an exciting city

where I have friends and loved ones, but NO, it seemed

like I had to be a little more to the West around Albany, New York.

This would move the planet Mercury into my first

house and I would be doing a lot more traveling and

teaching this coming year. Things will be lively,

interesting, and rather easy to adapt to new situations.

The easier it is to adapt to a new situation, the

less stress we have. We all like change, but we

like it to change somewhere else but not in our

personal lives. We are creatures of habit and

when things change that are not in our normal

environment, we have a tendency to be stressed out.

That’s one of the reasons I took the time to put

together the program, Turn Stress into Power.

As a gift to all of you, I am going offer you a

gift package at this holiday season.

Order a copy of the Turn stress Into Power program

http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

and I’ll send you absolutely free— an extra

program that you can give away as a gift to

your friends and family for the holidays.

You will receive two books and two DVDs.

One for you and the other as a gift you could

give to your friends or family. I’ll also invite all

of you to join me for a live conference call for

all of your questions and go over all of the

exercises and meditations.

I wish you the best in your Health,

Wealth and Happiness

How to Stay Bug Free While Traveling

December 9th, 2011

I am about to do some
holiday travel for a few days.
I will be flying up North for
some alone time to write,
meditate and relax.
Although I love to travel, air travel
isn’t as much fun as it used to be.
Especially if you’re on commercial
flights! There is no real food, small
seats and lots of time delays.
When you fly for hours with a group of
people from all over the
World, you never know what bug you can pickup.

Things like colds, flu’s, coughs
or something much worse. I am thinking of
wearing a mask so I am not breathing in
everyone’s germs.
We all know that the airports aren’t the healthiest
places with the over crowded planes filled to
capacity with a bunch of stressed out
people herded into flying machines with crying
babies, bad air, rude employees,
and pissed off passengers.

When I first took a flight years ago, you would
get dressed up to go somewhere and order your
food in advance. You felt you were one
of the privileged to fly. It’s still exciting to
travel for me and it’s one
of the keys to wealth and opportunities in the
Chinese Fung Shui—

Whenever I travel, I make sure I am
in tip top shape.
I always prepare for my trips in advance
to avoid getting
stressed out.

When traveling, you can avoid stressing out
and stay healthy as well.
Here’s how I do it:

1. A few weeks before I hit the road I
start my program.

I increase my meditation and my Qi gong,
paying special attention to the
water element- the Kidneys and the Adrenals,
this builds more internal power
and you can blow your stress away easily.

2. I really Beef-up on my vitamins and
minerals, especially the Vitamin B,
Vitamin C and I take the Chinese tonics
if I am going into the cold.

3. Sleep is really important to keep you stress free.
Get a good nights sleep the day before you travel.
I always travel with my own pillow that makes
every bed I sleep in feel comfortable.

4. Eat good meals with protein and veggies for a
few days before you travel and on the trip.
While traveling, make sure you’re well nourished
and stay light on the carbs, skip the coffee,
chocolate and alcohol.

5. I drink at least 2 quarts of pure water to stay
well hydrated. Flying will dehydrate
your entire system and prune you out.
You may not realize it, but you can easily
suffer from dehydration on airplanes,
especially on long flights. That’s because
air in an airline cabin is usually much dryer than the air on Earth.

6. Keep your colon healthy and your
bowels moving. I increase the amount of oil I ingest.
I like Udo’s oil 3.6.9, you can pick it up at the
health food store and good pure fish oil.

The vitamins and minerals that work the best
for my patients and me are:

Oxy-Hydrate; a powerful one that keeps
the colon healthy.

http://rechargingqigong.com/qi-essentials-oxy-hydrate.html

Adrenal Qi boosts your adrenal glands to keep you stress free.

End Your Pain and Suffering Now!

December 2nd, 2011

Depressed and hurting, Daren came into
the office today suffering, and I mean
really suffering.
He had swollen ankles, diabetes, is
depressed all the time, a host of allergies
and he is at least 60 pounds over weight.

He is STRESSED!

Although he has a college education and
all of the advantages of being successful,
he is not working and has applied for Medicare.
He is stressed about his health, his money,
his family and relationships.
He is a shipwreck and going down fast and
is crying out for help with life rafts and other
ships all around him that he just can’t see.

One of my teachers once said to me,
“when taking birth in human form, pain is
mandatory, but suffering is optional.”

I suggested that he makes just one positive
change in his life to see what happens.
When you do that it’s just like pulling out the
Key stone of a building. Everything will shift.

It could be taking a favorite food out of his
diet, waking up an hour early, starting an
exercise program or only allowing yourself
to open the refrigerator 5 or 6 times a day.

Any change will work to start to unravel
the problems. You just need to start.

The first thing out of his mouth was,
“this is going to be really hard to do! You
know I live to eat, I am in too much pain to
exercise, and I have a hard time wakening up
in the morning.”
Daren has an excuse for everything, like many people do.
They suffer, worry, struggle and blame others
for their problems.

He asked me why he had to limit anything in
his life to make a change and asked for some
medicine, a pill, a shot or cream that would
help his situation.
Well Daren guess what? Until you decide to
take responsibility for your own health no
medicine will work.
You are just covering up your problems.

I gave him a universal secret to health, wealth and
happiness that I will share with you.
You don’t have to change a thing.
You can go on doing exactly what you have been
doing and every thing will move along as nature
has intended.

But we all come to planet earth to grow and learn lessons.
We can choose what lessons we want to learn by
choosing what we want to do and we will grow or
we can just sit there and the universe will choose the lesson for us.

We can exercise or get fat and put more strain on
our heart and maybe get a heart attach.
You can eat right and restrict unhealthy foods or
you can let the universe supply you with a
dis-ease to learn the lesson. We all have a choice and
we all get tests and lesions.

I suggested he repeats these simple words
when he wakes up and before he goes to sleep:

* I choose health over sickness
* I choose prosperity over poverty
* I choose happiness over depression
* I choose friendship over loneliness
* I choose service over disservice

Isn’t it time to change your worry, struggle and
blame into – Aim, Contribution and Participation?

Over the last 35 years I have worked to make
changes in my life and to change my old habits
and old negative programming into a positive healthy
and a very productive life. You can do the same in
much less time with better results by following the
exercises and meditations I have spelled out for you in
the Turn Stress Into Power program.
Get it now before the holidays, share it with your
friends and family and rid yourself of useless suffering,
pain and stress.

It’s worth 1,000 flu shots!

November 17th, 2011

It’s starting to get cold up north and the
snow birds are flocking up to Florida once again.
Today I was busy with colds, flu’s, back aches,
sinus congestion, knee pain, and allergies.
When people come down to South Florida for the
first few weeks, no matter if they’re coming from
Europe or the northern states, when they get down
here they change their diet, their dress, and they are
exposed to all of the flowering plants and trees of
South Florida. That’s what keeps me busy all day.

My office is busy all day with people from all
over the world trying to balance their health issues.
The type of medicine that I practice is far different
than the traditional doctors. I never try to kill a disease,
a germ, or a virus. My practice is based on strengthening
the immune system. If you have a strong immune system,
you don’t get sick – you stay young, strong and vibrant!

Western medicine is built around the germ theory.
Trying to kill that germ, trying to kill the cancer,
trying to kill the bacteria or whatever the disease is.
To me there is really no logic in that medicine.
We’ve all been exposed to colds and flu’s before
and if we are emotionally upset, stressed out, or not
in balance, we end up with a disease. If you’re happy,
in love and filled with joy, even if you’re exposed to
the worst colds and flu’s, you usually don’t get it!

When you’re stressed out – that’s the time that
Dis-ease hits you. You’re not yourself.
You don’t have your usual strengths and power
that you usually have -you’re just out of balance!
And the slightest breeze or an unwanted sneeze can
make you sick. I have had patients report to me that
by doing the exercises and the meditations in the
Turn Stress into Power program, they eliminated
all of their colds, flu’s and fevers the entire winter!

This information is worth 1,000 flu shots!
Stay healthy all winter and order the
Turn Stress into Power program today!

Psychic Energy!

November 2nd, 2011

Last Thursday evening I drove to the
Miami International airport to pick up
one of my good friends from Michigan.
He is an international known palmist and
psychic, a very interesting chap that you don’t
run into every day. He specializes in planetary
events and how that affects individuals.

Whenever I have a guest in my home I always
know that I am in for a unique experience and
when the guest is a psychic you can count on more
growth physically, mentally and spiritually.
Since he’s been here I’ve changed my entire
workout as well as meditations, practices, diet
and sleeping patterns.
Although this is a disturbance in my usual life
style it forces growth and flexibility for everyone.
One of the most important lessons I have been
learning from him is his dedication to service and love.
We have been going to all of the tourist spots around
Miami Beach and everywhere we go Frank stops
to help someone or give them a kind word.
Every time he sees someone that’s homeless or
having a hard time, he gives them either a positive
suggestion, a heart felt prayer or some change out
of his pocket.

When I asked him why he does this with everyone
he meets, he told me that life is all about serving
others and ending suffering wherever you can.
What he is doing is living life to its fullest and
showing others how to do the same.
I was talking to a good friend in Nevada this
evening and I asked him if he was having fun
and he replied NO!
Talking to a young lady I asked her the same
question, are you having fun? She also said NO!

Whenever you’re stuck in a place in your
life where you’re not having fun, it means that
you are not open to the people and things around you.
Your creativity is cramped, your flexibility is stifled
and most likely you are living in a closed system.
This is definitely not fun! When you are living in an
open system, you have flexibility, freedom, joy, love,
and you can be of service to others. This frees
you of worry, struggle, blame and can transform
your life into aim, contribution, and participation.
When I created the program Turn Stress into Power,
I had patients and students coming to me and asking
how can they change, how can they get out of their predicament?
I teach hundreds of people these meditations,
practices and exercises.

Like the tension release exercise, it clears blockages,
cures insomnia, relieves anxiety, calms the mind, and
eliminates stress. This powerful and spiritual exercise
has transformed people’s lives in less than 48 hours!
There are techniques like the Neuro-Vascular points – a unique
set of stress receptors that relaxes the body, clears the stresses,
reboots your system, and gives you more energy.
The book is crammed with exercises like these
that can transform your life!
