How to Use the Spring Wood Element Energy

How to Use the Spring Wood Element Energy

In just a matter of few weeks, spring will be here
in the Northern Hemisphere. The so-called Vernal
Equinox will happen on Sunday, March
20th, 2016. The Spring Equinox is a time for
fertility and sowing seeds. This is the time when
the Wood element is most active and nature’s
fertility goes a bit berserk.

After the long, cold winter, it’s time to get out
once again and practice some of those fertility
dances. Springtime is associated with the element,
Wood. In the Five-Element Theory, the Wood element
represents the Liver and the Gallbladder. The
Liver function is called the Official of Strategic
Planning, the grand architect for our vision of
the future; this official sees the directions we
must take to live our lives in harmony with the
universe. Its partner, the Gallbladder, gives us
the ability to make decisions, judge wisely, and
see the clear and appropriate course to take.
Without Wood’s vision and plan, it would be
downright impossible to make decisions and get
direction. The Wood element within us governs our
sense of vision, the emotion of anger, and the
sound of shouting. When vision is stifled, we feel
anger: we’ve made our plan, decided to act, taken
aim, and suddenly our plans are thwarted. We’re
told: “No, you can’t!” Everything that said “Go”
is now blocked. At times like this, we commonly
feel anger and frustration and want to shout. If
our Wood is healthy, we can readjust and begin

The first New Moon on March 8th brings us another
eclipse. This is a great opportunity to formulate
your goals. Get the Magic Square formula
and decide what you want. It’s best to have it
complete by March 19th, the first day of spring.
Once you have your Magic Square board finished
your life will change for the better. You will bring in
exactly what you want with all the power of the
Wood element behind you, as well as the solar
energy of the New and Full Moon eclipse.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

The Two Most Powerful Meditation Practices

January 22nd, 2016

The Two Most Powerful Meditation Practices

If you want to become really great at something,
whether it’s a sport, learning a mathematical
formula, or doing a meditation, it takes practice.
When you want to attract something, you have to
start living it. That’s how the power of
manifestation works.

When I first learned to meditate, I practiced
morning, noon, and night until I owned the
practice. That’s called “Embodying the Work”. We
all know meditation is good for us and has
benefits that will reduce stress, like opening up
our spiritual centers, calming the mind, and much
more. But, how do we do it and get the benefits we

When we start a meditation practice, we try to
clear the mind, and yet, our mind never seems to
stop chattering. This has been referred to as the
“monkey mind”, that jumping from one thing to
another, never focused, never centered. How can
you clear the mind to be focused and be calm?

I started learning meditation at a very young age,
and I have explored many schools and teachers and
have sat with many masters over the last 40 years.
In fact, I have invested most of my life in
practices to open up my spiritual centers, and
move through blocked energy, chattering mind, and
other things that seem to hold us back in our
practices. What I found are two very powerful
techniques that really work to tame the monkey
mind. One is the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation, and
the other is the Internal Mantra program When you order the Internal
Mantra Program in the shopping cart, they will ask
you for special instructions on shipping. Just put
in the word, meditation, and you will receive the
Microcosmic Orbit Meditation as a FREE gift.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Building Your Place Of Power!

January 20th, 2016

Building Your Place Of Power!

I have been living in Florida for over 20 years.
When I first got to the Sunshine State, I rented a
little studio apartment just across from the
ocean. A studio was all I needed and, at that
time, I was intensely studying Chinese medicine.
Shortly after that, I was awarded my acupuncture
license, and continued my healing practice on the
Gold Coast of Florida.

When I left that studio apartment across the
street from the sea, I found a great spot on Bay
Harbor Island that I moved into – a fantastic,
little house. Every year for 2 decades, I grew an
organic garden from which I harvested grapefruits
in the fall, bananas and mangoes all summer,
berries in the spring, and herbs and vegetables
for the rest of the year. I even made a large fire
pit to do the ritual puja fires at the turn of
every season.

Last year, they tore my little slice of paradise
down, trees and all. They are building 17 condos,
and the property is full of concrete from wall to
wall. That same year, I moved into my first condo
and, although it is nice with no maintenance on my
part, there are no gardens or trees, but only
strange people walking in the halls all night
long. Well, the year is up, and I am out of here.
I am as happy as a lark.

I am a star in my own mind, so, I am moving to
Hollywood. Hollywood, Florida, that is. I found
another house that is a real place of power. It is
landscaped with black bamboo, dwarfed mango, star
fruit, lychee, and 5 different varieties of native
banana trees. This piece of paradise will bring in
some real magic. The courtyard is perfect for
ritual puja fires, and the grounds are where I
will be building the Qi.

Three Powerful Moons

January 14th, 2016

Three Powerful Moons

The energy is building. By the end of August, we
will have the first of 3 powerful full moons. The
first full moon is on August 29, 2015 at 2:35 pm
(EDT). It is called the Sturgeon Moon, Corn Moon,
or Grain Moon. The second is on September 28 while
the third on October 27. They are called super
moons because the centers of these full moons and
that of Earth will be less than 224,834 miles

This month’s full moon will open a floodgate of
emotions. The Pisces full moon awakens our desire
for closure on a deep soul level. Pisces is about
endings and transitions. It’s time to surrender
and accept the things we cannot change, and to pay
attention to what’s at hand.

Here are some tips on how to tune in to the Pisces
full moon power:

1. Be open to your Unknown. The veil between the
spirit world and the living is thinner than ever.
You may experience coincidences, deja vu, and
vivid dreams.

2. Be compassionate. Be open, have compassion for
everyone, and show kindness towards yourself and
everyone you come in contact with.

3. Change your emotion into devotion. This full
moon can bring up some turbulent emotions. It
might even make you feel a little “crazy”. Pick a
healthy outlet for release. Practice morning and
evening, write in your journal, or go dancing.

4. Soak your body. Stand in the ocean, soak in a
bathtub with Epsom salts or in a natural hot
spring. Even a swimming pool will work. The moon
is the water element, and so is the sign Pisces. A
soak will balance the body and mind.

5. Honor your ancestors. Pisces is the 12th and
final sign of the Zodiac, and it represents your
golden years. Take time to sit and talk with your
elders, and dedicate the merits of your
meditations to the benefit of your ancestors.

6. Take a workshop, read and study. This weekend
is a wonderful time to snuggle up with a good
book, sit down and set your goals for the next 3
months, or go to a workshop to make your life

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

P.S. This weekend, I am teaching a workshop on the

Creating A Sacred Space

January 8th, 2016

IMG_3230Creating A Sacred Space

What is a secred space, anyway? Sacred space is a
space that you decree is sacred, just like a king
would decree the law of the land. Why would you
want to create your own sacred space, anyway? It
is to build a place that you can go to to recharge
yourself and restore your body, mind, and spirit.

When you are going to create your own sacred
space, look for a quiet place in your home or in
nature, preferably away from well-traveled areas
where there isn’t too much traffic, away from
noise pollution as well as air pollution. I know a
woman who has a large space; with her kids,
husband, and the people she has working in the
house, there is no space for her to make a
sanctuary for herself. At least that’s what she
said. I had the opportunity to visit her home, and
we look around to see what we could create. She
was lying on the couch, and then it came to her.
No one ever actually puts any attention on the
ceiling, and that’s where she has created her own
quiet space where she does her meditation. You can
use your garden, a place near a river, or any body
of water, or a special place in your backyard. I
use my space for recharging my energy, doing my
internal practices, and meditation. It is the
space where I celebrate and reconnect with my
inner self and my highest qualities. It is the
place that I dream and create. The energy has to
be built, and how you do it should be consistent
with loving attention. If you wish to grow your
inner power, you need to consistently work and
build your space.

To make a sacred space, you first need to decide
on one place in your home or garden where you feel
most at peace. It is important that this place is
relatively out of the way so that the objects you
lay down won’t need to be moved. I am working on
creating my own sacred space in my backyard. I
have planted trees, trimmed bushes, and started my
Feng Shui garden.

I receive many requests from both patients and
students who would like me to clear their space
and set up a proper place for them in their own
home. I have seen over a hundred people at this
time making their space sacred. If you need some
help with this kind of sacred work, get in touch
with me, and we can set up an appointment to make
all your spaces sacred. Check this out

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

January 8th, 2016
What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

What are the diseases that are most likely to kill you?

these days, we hear of a new disease that will wipe

out the human population and are most likely to kill you

or devastate our health.

What can we do to stay healthy? We exercise, watch

our diet, and pay attention to our hygiene. We run

to the doctor to head off any pathogen that may be

attacking our system. But there are really only a

few diseases that, for the most part, will likely kill you.

Here is the Hit list:

#1. Coronary Artery Disease (Ischemic Heart

The deadliest disease in the world is coronary

artery disease (CAD). CAD, also called ischemic

heart disease, occurs when the blood vessels that

supply blood to the heart become narrowed. The

World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that

about 7.4 million people died of ischemic heart

disease. Even today, with all the research and

millions of dollars spent, we have more CAD than

ever. It’s still the #1 killer with more than 13.2

percent of all deaths. Among the risk factors are

high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and

smoking. What can you do? Regular exercise, good

nutrition, and weight control can help lower your

risk of developing CAD. But there is a lot more

that you can do to avoid heart disease. Qi Gong

calms the mind and the spirit better than any

exercise we do in the West. In Chinese medicine,

the Heart rules the mind. What does that mean?

When we look at the five elements, the Heart is

Fire. If there is too much heat from the fire, the

heat rises and causes insomnia, migraines, and

Shen disturbances, things like Parkinson’s

disease, shaking and twitching, and mental

disorders. As we balance the fire and water in the

body, we balance the heart.

#2. Stroke

A stroke is when an artery in the brain is blocked

or leaks. Oxygen-deprived brain cells begin to die

within minutes. Strokes are responsible for 6.7

million deaths around the world, according to WHO.

That figure represents about 11.9 percent of all

deaths. Stroke kills almost 130,000 Americans each

year—that’s 1 out of every 20 deaths.

# 3. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

COPD is a chronic, progressive lung disease that

makes it hard to breathe. Chronic bronchitis and

emphysema are types of COPD. About 3.1 million

deaths were attributed to COPD, according to WHO.

That represents about 5.6 percent of deaths, a

rate that has held steady since 2000. At this

time, around 64 million people around the world

were living with COPD. The main causes are smoking

and secondhand smoke. Another factor is air

pollution, both indoors and out. There’s no cure

for COPD, but its progression can be slowed down

with conventional medicine as well as homeopathic

medication and acupuncture.

# 4. Respiratory Infections

WHO estimates that lower respiratory infections

caused about 3.1 million or 5.5 percent of deaths

in the world. This group of diseases includes

pneumonia, bronchitis, and influenza. Flu season

lasts from November through February in the

Northern Hemisphere and from June through August

in the Southern Hemisphere. They say the risk is

year-round in tropical regions.

# 5. Cancers of the Trachea, Bronchus, and Lungs

Cancers of the trachea, bronchus, and lungs are

all respiratory cancers. The main causes of this

type of cancer are smoking, second-hand smoke, and

environmental toxins. Around 1.6 million deaths

were attributed to lung cancer – that is 2.9% of

all deaths.

The heart and the lungs are major organs that need

attention. The Fire element or your Heart, and the

Lungs as the Metal element are the most effected

organs that can cause your demise. The emotional

component of the Heart is anxiety and the lack of

love and joy, while the emotion of the Lung is

sadness and grief.

I have spent over half of my life studying and

practicing longevity exercises, and the traditions

that seem to have a handle on anti-aging and

longevity are the Daoist, Tibetan Buddhist, and

the Alchemists. They all do internal exercises,

meditations, and follow dietary rules. The problem

in the West is that we are pretty much controlled

by the drug and food companies whose concern is

not your health or well-being. It is unfortunate,

but there are a few of us that can see through the

illusion. You are probably one of them and are

practicing daily. If you are on the path and want

to refine your practice, I can help! I suggest

getting a copy of the Recharging Qi Gong program

The Memorial Day Hoax

January 4th, 2016

The Memorial Day Hoax

The official federal holiday in the United States for remembering the people who died while serving in the country’s armed forces. I am not a big fan of war and believe it’s not necessary at all. I know that we as Americans pissed off a lot of people and our corporations aren’t thinking about people’s health or wellbeing. The focus is profit and they are doing bang up job of that. But if we like it or not war is going to continue for one BIG reason. “PROFIT” and it’s not going to be your profit or mine.
Lets look at who is making all the money. There are 10 big companies who are getting very rich selling arms to the highest bidders. The business of war is profitable, those companies sold over $208 billion in war toys and they sure as hell don’t want to stop making those BIG BUCKS. You can bitch and moan all imagesyou want, but they are still going to send your young men to war.
What do we get out of it? A day of remembering and morning our fallen solders, we hang our heads in sorrow and then celebrate another day in their honor, Shame on you Big war machine. To me this is just BS the big companies are blowing smoke up your ars.
It’s been long enough that hate, envy and greed rules man. There is a much better way to make our planet work; we have to work together as a unit. We can feed the people of earth, clean up the pollution in the oceans, and learn how to heal Mother Nature, if we can only let go of our primitive nature of survival. Humans are developing faster then ever, our knowledge is growing exponentially and with it our technology has far surpassed any other culture that we know of today. . But we still have the instincts, and in particular the aggressive impulses, that we had in the days of primitive man.
Here is where the problem lies. Our modern technology has allowed us much advancement for the good, but we now can easily wipe out humanity in a single day. Sure aggression was necessary at one time for our survival, but now we put our earth at risk.
Humans have the awareness and the intelligence to reason and plan for our future and the futures of our families. You would think that man would be thinking of the future of the entire human race. It’s time to wake up before it’s to late. The focus of this holiday “Memorial Day” should be a time to wake-up humanity from the greed, jealousy and envy of others and work together to make this planet a model for the universe. I often wonder if beings are watching us from outer space and deciding if we are worth enough to join the planetary community as an asset, or are we just going to be food for some little green beings.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. In Honor of all those who have served in making this planet a better place to live I would like to offer you something special. Order “ Turn Stress into Power”

in the month of May and I will send you as a gift 2 additional CD’s to calm your mind, heal your body and relieve your stress.

Finding The Real Master

July 3rd, 2015

After studying with many masters, gurus, and yogis, I found a lama that was willing to work with me. I asked if he would be agreeable to give me a teaching and the initiation that I have heard about for years, and would assist me in my work.
After a long interview and many questions about my background and my intentions, he granted me the honor of receiving the Medicine or Healing Buddha empowerment. I was already on the path of a healer and was doing ‘Polarity Therapy”, a form of energy work that was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone. I was convinced that this lama knew more about my future and past karma than I did, and that’s why he granted me the teaching.

The Medicine Buddha is said to eliminate not only pain of diseases but also help in overcoming the major inner sickness of attachment, hatred, jealousy, desire, greed, and ignorance. The ancient teachings say that merely seeing the Medicine Buddha, or even seeing an image of the Medicine Buddha, or hearing the name of the Medicine Buddha, can confer inconceivable benefits.

“If one meditates on the Medicine Buddha, one will eventually attain enlightenment, but in the meantime, one will experience an increase in healing powers both for oneself and others, and a decrease in physical and mental illness and suffering.” -Lama Tashi Namgyal

My introduction to this teaching has led me on a path of health and healing that changed my life and those that I come in contact with. The reason I am telling you this story is that the other day, I was at a friend’s office and, in his room, he had a large picture of the healing Buddha hung on his wall. As I sat there, I could feel the energy, and it reminded me of the empowerment that I received years ago. Just seeing a picture of something, or hearing a sound, or even a smell can trigger memories of past events both positive and negative. It is important to have things around you that trigger positive memories.

In the teaching of the mantra, Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum, one can get free of three poisons – Worry, Struggle, and Blame – that limit all of us. This is a must-have for your spiritual growth. Order the Internal Mantra Program

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness!

It was Beautiful Night for a Wedding

May 23rd, 2015

It’s always a joy to see young couples commit to
each other and tie the knot. Last Sunday night, my
dear friend, Anastasia, got married. I am sure, in
no time at all, the new couple’s family will be
growing. A few years ago, she told me she wanted
to have 6 kids. Oh my! I hope her new husband is
ready for that. The reception was a lot of fun! I
found a good dance partner and danced the night
away. The next day, my calves were sore, but in a
good way. I had a great night and a great workout
as well.

I was at dinner a few years back in Boca Raton
with a friend. We had a few glasses of wine and
had a little buzz going on. When we walked out of
the restaurant, there was a wedding reception in
the next room where the band was playing “Come
Dance With Me”. So, naturally, being buzzed, we
just walked in and started to dance.

Dancing is the main reason I go to weddings and
big parties. As John Travolta puts it, “Dancing’s
part of my soul. I enjoy it, it makes people
happy, and it makes me happy.”

Dancing has so many physical and mental benefits
that will surprise you:

• Improved condition of your heart and lungs
• Increased muscular tone, strength, endurance,
and motor fitness
• Increased aerobic fitness
• Weight management
• Stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis
• Better coordination, agility, and flexibility
• Improved balance and spatial awareness
• Increased physical confidence
• Improved mental functioning
• Improved general and psychological well-being
• Greater self-confidence and self-esteem
• Better social skills

I am sure that if people would dance more, they
would be happier and healthier.

One of the reasons I started doing Qi Gong is it
has many qualities to it just like dancing. When
you practice Qi Gong, you are moving your body in
a rhythmic way as you relax into the energy and
the Qi opens. Dancing has similar prosperities to
it and, if you are a Qi Gong practitioner and do
meditation, dancing will take on a whole other
dimension to it. Let the dance go on forever. Get
your copy of the Flying Crane Qi Gong today

and let the dance begin.

Internal vs. External Exercises

March 25th, 2015

We work and save our money and eventually invest
it to get a return on it. We want our money to
work for us, not always having to work for our
money. If we are wise, the investments we make
will give us a nice income, and we can live on the
interest and never touch the principal. Our
investment can actually take care of our needs,
pay our bills, and even give us financial security
for years to come. This is what we strive for – to
have financial freedom. But when it comes to your
health, you may forget to invest, and you end up
spending the principal. When that’s gone, so are

Are you investing in your own health? Do you watch
what you eat? Do you exercise? What about your
headspace? Are you putting positive energy into
your health bank? The investment you make in your
health will keep on paying you interest for years.
But if you spend the principal, you will age
faster than a Jack Rabbit.

Maybe you never put too much attention into your
health when you were younger, or you thought you
were doing everything right, and it turned out
that your exercise of running, weight lifting, and
sports turned out to cause more harm than good.
Now, you are getting problems like back pain and
shoulder pain, shin splints, joint problems or
even worse.

Last week, Joe stopped at my office. He is a
healthy guy in his early fifties. I have known him
for years and he only eats organic foods. He runs
3 to 6 miles a few times a week, swims a few miles
a week, and likes to go to the gym and throw
weights around a few times a week. If you saw him,
you would say that he is as fit as a fiddle. He
looked a little worried when I saw him. He wasn’t
his usual self. He told me that his heart was
giving him some difficulty and, although he hasn’t
felt anything different and the tests came back
negative, there was something wrong as his heart
skipped a beat now and then and it seemed to be
getting worse.

I told him I’d come over to his house this
weekend, and talk to him and his wife about the
program I have been doing for the last 35 years. I
showed up around noon and told him about the
internal exercises that I do daily. They work on
keeping your organs healthy. I explained that when
we do the common Western exercises, we can build
muscle and create a lot of internal heat. Too much
heat can cause an imbalance in the Fire and Water
elements which are your heart and kidneys,
respectively. They also put excessive strain on
our joints. The internal exercises are an
expression of the art of self -healing. This means
that these exercises will revitalize the organs
and keep them healthy.

Don’t think that you are bullet-proof and won’t
get hit by some illness sooner or later. By doing
the internal exercises like the Flying Crane Qi

you can protect your health and well-being.

If you don’t practice, you are training yourself
to fail. But if you are training, you are training
yourself to be the best that you can be.

I wish you the best inimages your Health, Wealth and

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS. Train daily, make it a habit and you will look younger, feel younger and be younger
