<p>The Holidays are here and so is the holiday eating<br />
and drinking.<br />
We are all doing a lot eating and If you’re not eating<br />
for sure you’re drinking and there is no way to avoid<br />
it,without offending family,co-workers and friends.<br />
My advice, go with the flow,<br />
but use moderation in everything you do.<br />
This will keep you healthy and happy all season.</p>
<p>Let’s talk a little about diet.</p>
<p>So why am I writing you about a diet at this time<br />
of over eating and drinking.<br />
You may be saying Dr. Wu. Can’t it wait until after<br />
the first of the year?</p>
<p>This is a different kind of diet that I am going to<br />
share with you.<br />
One that allows maximum absorption and will give<br />
you what youneed to nourish your entire system.<br />
When it comes to nutritition, there is much more<br />
to what we are eating than what really nourishes us.<br />
This diet works on more than physical and emotional<br />
imbalances it works with your spirit as well.</p>
<p>Here are a few aspects of the diet that will open<br />
up the meridians and chakras as you dig in to your<br />
Holiday feast.</p>
<p>1.  Have gratitude for everything you experience,<br />
     be open to welcome grace in your daily activity.</p>
<p>2.  Allow joy to flow into your heart, see the<br />
     humor in all you do,Laugh more it will keep<br />
    you young.</p>
<p>3. Guard your speech silence will keep you from<br />
wasting your energy. Also keep all yourself talk<br />
positive.<br />
Use the inner smile meditation to keep yourself<br />
 happy and radiating bliss.</p>
<p>4. Chew your food at least 36 times before swallow<br />
it down and as you do,instruct it to nourish your<br />
body, mind and spirit.</p>
<p>5. Before you take any food or drink in your body<br />
 Bless it. Especially if you’re eating in a restaurant.<br />
You never what the cook has on his mind or your server.<br />
If they are angry the vibe goes into your food.<br />
 Yuk!</p>
<p>I’ll be sharing many words of wisdom to keep you<br />
healthy and a lot more about diet all month.<br />
