I was at a party this past weekend
with a group of people from Michigan.
I really didn’t know anyone, but as the
night went on the conversation turned to ‘who do we know.’
It turned out that many years ago, Frank
who is one of my close friends did some work
with a very beautiful model that he hasn’t seen
or heard of since the late sixties where he had
the opportunity to work with us on a TV show.
Anyway, he had to travel up north to the frozen
land of my youth and ran into that woman.
Marnie Lane, the model went on to say what a
pleasure it was to work with my friend and
what a ‘Mensch’ he was. By the way if you don’t know
what a ‘mensch’ is, it’s a Yiddish word that means
“a person of integrity.” A ‘mensch’ is someone who is
responsible, has a sense of right and wrong and is the
sort of person other people look up to.
You see, your reputation follows you around forever.
No matter if it is good or bad, it will stick just like glue.
That’s why your word and your integrity is so important.
“A life lived with integrity – even if it lacks
the trappings of fame and fortune is a
shinning star in whose light others
may follow in the years to come.”
-Denis Waitley
When you keep your word with
yourself and others your health
will improve as well as your mental capacity.
Neale Donald Walsch wrote in Conversations with God,
The Five Levels of Truth-Telling:
1. You tell the truth to yourself about yourself.
2. Tell the truth to yourself about another.
3. You tell the truth about yourself to another.
4. You tell your truth about another to that other.
5. You tell the truth to everyone about everything.
When these five levels of truth are applied to
your life you will start to be more congruent in
what you say and what you do. You become in
line with the universal principles and you do what
you say and say what you’ll do.
So many people forget the laws of the universe and
say that they are going to do something and never
seem to get around to doing it. This causes a break
in their integrity and before you know it their own
subconscious mind can’t and doesn’t even trust them.
The break in their integrity will eventually cause
problems in both the body and mind.
This isn’t the way you want to go.
When you Say what you’ll do something “Just DO IT!!”
Every week I teach a meditation class in my office
and I offer these teachings to people. Students are
starting to make major shifts in their life! Their health
is better, they’re more congruent with their speech,
and they are more honest with themselves. People are
loving themselves more, their self-esteem is going up
and any form of old depression is vanishing. Every
month, the people in the group receive a DVD on these
teachings to practice, learn and grow. They have reported
that the DVD’s are the best learning tool to keep them on
track mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Two years ago, after a tough workout,
I woke up with a painful knot in the
middle of my back.
As you can imagine I was in pain!
The knot made it hard to move,
breathe and turning from side to side
was nearly imposable.
I’m not used to getting muscle pain since
I always stretch
and relax my muscles in my body and mind.
But now and then, I pull something out of place,
I get a pinched muscle.
The first thing I do when
this happens is stretch using a
‘Ma roller’ then a ‘Styrofoam roller’
to break up the pressure and release the tension.
Then I get some acupuncture.
After that I may get some deep tissue work done.
And then I rub in a Chinese herbal formula in the
painful area.
Usually this is enough to relieve the painful area.
But not always.
Some knots are stubborn -
And take days to shake loose.
This is what happens to many, many people.
They have knots in their shoulders, back and legs
and they got these knots while working out and this
can put you out for days or ever weeks.
I can tell you from experience this is no fun.
A few weeks ago, after a strong workout when I was in Georgia,
I got a killer knot in my back.
I haven’t had anything like it in years.
The good news is I removed it without
massage, acupuncture, herbs or a ‘Styrofoam roller.’
It went away easily and effortlessly. And FAST.
The system I used works for pain, knots and tight muscles
in the neck, shoulders and back.
It also helps remove pain from most areas of the body.
It’s an incredibly simple method that requires no real
effort on your part. You got the knot by exerting too
much effort – so it makes sense that unwinding the
knot will require a method that reverses this process.
you will learn how to
Eliminate and prevent back as well as shoulder pain forever.
Get rid of your pain today – whether it’s in your back,
shoulders or head – you may find the exercise method
to be a miracle worker in your home and office.
I started water fast for a few days
to clear out all the cobwebs so to speak.
Fasting has many benefits:
*Overall health
*Detoxing the body
*The Opening of Spiritual centers.
A body full of toxic foods,
environmental poisons and toxic
thoughts, will eventually cause
health problems to your body, mind and spirit.
If your head is filled with evil thoughts,
this can transfer the evil influences on the body.
What affects the body, affects the mind
and vice versa. One of the best ways to
purify it is by fasting. This will allow you
to see things more clearly.
Let me explain how this works.
The Three Biggest Energy Drains in life:
- Sex
- Over Talking
- Digestion
When we fast we give our digestive
system rest and a chance to renew
our energy supply.
If you can limit your SPEECH
when you are on a fast– you can easily
open the SPIRITUAL centers and SEX is a no,
no! – at least for a few days,
we don’t want any energy leaks.
This will give you a lot more energy
and you will notice that you will have a
lot more free time when you are fasting.
I suggest a one day fast to start.
Here is how to do it:
After your last meal in the evening, drink
a glass of water and retire early.
When you wake up, first thing- have a glass
of pure room temperature water. You can add a half
of lemon if you wish. Use pure water
to flush and purify the system.
I drink 3 or 4 quarts a day when fasting and
sleep a minimum of 8 hours with a nap or
two during the day. I try to make my
fasting days on days that I don’t have to work
or have much interaction with people.
The less talking you do, the more energy you
will have.
While on the fast, spend some time in nature,
walking, or sitting near the water. It will quite
the mind and allow your head space to open
more. If you can’t get out in nature spend some
alone time.
No Mind Sucking TV!
If you are a reader, read only inspirational
books or go to an art museum and quietly
walk around. When I am fasting, I’ll listen
to soothing music, without words
-only instruments.
Fasting is a personal time and you are more
likely to be in a programmable state,
so guard your speech, as well as what you
listen too.
While fasting, we shed extra weight from
the body and gain strength and clarity of
the mind.
For those of you who have emotional, nervous and
sexual problems, there is no better way than
fasting to clear and cure those problems.
Your mind will become quiet.
Fasting, whether for physical well-being,
or a spiritual purpose, is a very scientific
way to clear the body and mind of stuck energy.
This is one of the best ways to get started on
a detox program.
After the day of fast, I
usually do a two week detox program.
I have received major success with the detox kit.
I was having lunch with Nastia
this afternoon and I asked her,
when was the last
time you had a check up and
your blood work done?
She said, “Noting hurts, I sleep fine,
I have a good appetite and I am
regular with my period, why even
check if I’m feeling good.
Is it necessary to get a check up
when I feel just fine?”
You would be surprised how
many people ask me the same thing.
If it’s not broken why fix it?
This may be true in many situations
but not your health.
Our health has
to be attended to all the time with
diet, exercise, hygiene, vitamins,
minerals and proper attitude.
If it’s not, you are looking for big problems.
You can compare your body to a garden.
The garden needs to be watered, and
weeded, you need to maintain the right
pH balance and get the right amount
of sunlight, if you hope to harvest
anything of value.
In our human system we also need
to check things like blood pressure,
proper Ph balance, blood flow, organ
function, as well as checking out the
alternative stuff. It’s a good idea to
have your acupuncturist take a look
at your internal balance.
Although there are many ways to
check, I have found that the most
accrued and scientific way is
through the blood work.
There are different values to
consider when reading blood work;
most doctors use the standard
clinical range. In my opinion
this is a mistake. It is based on
an average of very sick people,
very healthy people, and everyone in between.
The Functional Range, is a more
sensible range as it’s going to be
smaller because the calculations
are designed to eliminate the
extremes on both ends of the gamut.
The key point about the Functional Range
is that it can be used to optimize health
by restoring the sub-healthy ranges
before they turn into dis-ease.
In my office we use the state of the
art analyzing software to design a
clinical nutrition plan to optimize
the total health of the patient.
If your doctor is just focused on
the standard clinical range alone,
diseases like diabetes wouldn’t be
detected until the blood sugar is
above the normal level. That could
be too late and the damage on your
organs could already have started;
even if you don’t have any symptoms.
It is always better to be as natural as
possible, no matter if it’s your diet or
treatment. It’s much better to treat
naturally and assist the body in
healing itself by strengthening
the immune system.
I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi
Everyday I deal with stress.
I’m used to stress.
I do my practices and training and for the most part,
I use stress to my advantage and turn stress into power.
Last week, I had to go to Michigan as my eldest son was
stressing out and crashing after his son’s surgery
a few weeks ago. He was stressed to the max.
With his children, job, relationship, and business in general,
he had so much stress,
that he was unable to function and this stressed me.
The reason I’m telling you this story, is even if you don’t have
stress in your personal life, if friends or family are going through
a rough time, they defiantly pull on your strings and can pull
you off center easily.
I noticed in Michigan, I wasn’t following my diet,
let my practice go for three days in a row,
and I was wasted.
“If you don’t eat the energy,
the energy will defiantly eat you.”
Although I had a ton of things to do there,
as soon as I realized I wasn’t training,
I immediately went back to it, corrected my diet,
and began doing the exercises in the
Turn Stress into Power program, www.turnstressintopower.com
and took the reigns
back on my own situation. This happens to many people,
when life throws you a curve ball, the tendency of most
people is to eat, drink, and talk excessively or to just
stay home and do nothing.
But neither one of these strategies
work to put you in a place of power. If you want to be in
charge and on top of your game, its imperative to recommit
to your practice daily and make sure that your health is # 1.
Sometimes, people think this is selfish but it’s not at all.
If you’re sick, you can’t help anyone else.
It’s true in all walks of life. If you see a drowning
man in the water, and you’re not trained as a lifeguard,
and jump in, he could pull you down. Even a lifeguard knows that
when he jumps in to save the drowning man, he always
brings a life preserver to assist the person not only the
person drowning, but to keep himself from drowning.
If you want to help others, you must help yourself first,
and that’s where training comes in. You build in a
muscle memory that brings you back to your training
and your practice. The Turn Stress into Power program
will give you exercises, meditations, mantras, and
strategies to pull yourself out of stressful situations and
keep you healthy strong and powerful.
Anastasia is constantly asking me questions.
She want to know, why Qi, why is it so important?
She said to me, “I can’t see Qi, I can’t touch it,
and how do I know that these Qi Gong exercises
will keep me healthier and younger as well as
looking great??”
I invited her to come to train with me in the
morning for two hours.
After that, she reported that she was tired
and had less energy than she had before.
She called me the next morning at 7 o’clock
and I asked her why she called so early.
She said that she’s been up since 5 o’clock
in the morning and had more energy than she
did in her entire life. She cleaned the house,
went to jogging for 45 minutes, came home,
made breakfast, and it’s only 7 o’clock in
the morning!
She defiantly is a believer in Qi, and
Qi Gong now.
Here is some information to chew on
about Qi!
I will also be sending you more details
in the next few weeks.
There are many different kinds of Qi
and they all function in different
ways to keep us healthy .
Qi is the energy of the body,
of the meridians, of food,
and of the universe.
If you’re Qi deficient then you’re
going to be out of energy for sure.
For example Gu Qi is energy;
it’s derived from food and is the
first stage in the transformation
of food to energy.
Food is first digested by the stomach
and then sent to the Spleen to make Gu Qi,
still in unusable form.
Then the Gu Qi is sent from the Spleen
and Stomach and to the Lungs and Heart.
That’s where it combines with air to form Zong Qi.
The Zong Qi has the function of nourishing the
heart and lungs and forms the basis for the
involuntary functions of heartbeat, respiration
and the heart’s function of governing the
blood and blood vessels.
When it’s weak, the extremities, especially
the hands, will be weak or cold.
It influences speech and the strength of voice.
It also has a strong effect on the emotion,
and there are usually emotional problems.
The Wei Qi is our defense system our protective
armor which protects the body from attack,
wind, cold, heat, dampness, and
aids in nourishing skin and muscles.
These are just a few functions of Qi.
Qi also has six different actions and
in the Flying Crane Qi Gong program we
use all of them:
*Rising,
*Falling,
*Gathering,
*Lifting,
*Opening
* Closing.
These actions of Qi affect every organ
in the body as well as the emotions.
When we practice on a regular basis,
the Qi is flowing and feeding the
body and mind and spirit with rich
Qi and oxygen this will keep you
disease free.
What happens is when the Qi is
stagnating energy blocks begin
to happen.
First in the spirit body then the
energy body and finally your physical
body and Boom! You’re sick.
Sickness just doesn’t happen.
No one gets cancer over night.
It first affects the other two bodies
(the Spirit body and the Energy body)
and then by the time the disease
raises its ugly head it’s too late.
That’s why regular practice is so
important to keep everything flowing
and healthy.
Practice will lock in the muscle memory
and soon you will embody the work.
The Flying Crane Qi Gong program will
quickly help you open up the flow of Qi
in all the meridians and you will stay
disease free and full of energy!
I received this letter from a student a few days ago and
I decided to share it with all of you.
Here is what Mike said:
“I was just wondering if the Flying Crane Qi Gong
would be beneficial for Prostate problems and or
impotence/erectile dysfunction.
If not, is there something else you
could recommend or even make
a video for on your YouTube channel?
Please let me know and thank you for your time.”
-Mike
When you learn and practice Flying Crane Qi Gong,
what you are actually doing is opening up the
meridian flow of the entire body.
There are 14 meridians running through the body.
They are like rivers of energy; there is one for
the lungs and large intestine, stomach spleen and so on.
They run through every organ in the body and bring
Qi everywhere. Blood follows Qi and blood is rich in oxygen.
If there is a disruption of energy mentally,
emotionally, spiritually or physically,
it will cause a stagnation
or blockage of the energy running through the meridians
and eventually cause the body a dis-ease and if gone
unchecked there will be some kind of a physical or
mental breakdown.
“This means whereby man is created, the means whereby
disease occurs, the means whereby man is cured,
the means whereby disease arises: the meridians are the
basis for all theory and treatment.
The meridian is that which decides over life and death.
Through it the hundred diseases may be treated.”
- Nei Ching
The Flying Crane Qi Gong set will open up the meridian
flow and allow the Qi to flow smoothly and bring Oxygen
rich blood to all the organs including your sexual organs.
Have you ever wondered what all of those sex drugs do?
They push more blood to the organ-hence that’s why
some guys end up with heart attacks.
Too much blood too fast –the ticker can’t handle it
and BOOM they are dead!
These are some of the warnings right off their website:
*Do not take VIAGRA if you take nitrates as this may
cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure.
*If you experience chest pain, nausea, or any other
discomforts during sex- seek immediate medical help.
*If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, seek immediate
medical help to avoid long-term injury.
*Men taking VIAGRA reported a sudden decrease or
loss of vision. If you experience a sudden decrease or loss
of vision, stop taking VIAGRA, and call a doctor right away.
*Sudden decrease or loss of hearing has been reported in
people taking VIAGRA. If you experience sudden decrease
or loss of hearing, stop taking VIAGRA and contact a
doctor right away.
*If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for
which you take medicines called alpha blockers,
your doctor may start you on a lower dose of VIAGRA.
*The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headaches
facial flushing, and upset stomach. Less commonly,
bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to light may
briefly occur.
This will never happen when practicing Qi Gong.
The exercises are gentle yet powerful at the same time.
Qi Gong is considered an internal exercise and although
there is physical movement in Flying Crane Qi Gong,
most of the action and movement is taking place on
the inside.
Here is a saying that I am found of:
“If you do external exercises,
You must do internal exercises,
If you do internal exercises
You may forget to practice external exercises!”
-Stephen T. Chang
The ancient Taoists realized that the human body could
not exist unless there was a continual supply of energy
(Qi) coming into the tissues and the organs.
They realized that health was a condition which existed
when the energy within the body was balanced and
that disease occurred when there was a state of
energy depletion or weakness.
Flying Crane Qi Gong will increase the flow of Qi to
all of your meridians, move the blood, bring more
oxygen into your body and increase your physical
stamina and sexual appetite. Mike, before you spend
thousands of dollars on trying to bring your sexual energy
up or damage your health by taking drugs with side effects,
I highly recommend getting the Flying Crane Qi Gong package
and start practicing today.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness.
Why is everything falling apart? What’s going on?
Nothing seems to works right!
Everything seems to be going slow or falling apart.
I’ve been hearing this from clients, friends,
patients, family members and students for over a week.
Well my friends, Mercury went retrograde on March 30th
and remain retrograde until April 23rd.
If you know even a little bit about astrology you have
heard about Mercury retrograde.
When a planet is retrograde, it has the appearance
of moving backward in the sky.
It is an astronomical illusion.
It’s not really moving backwards, but, because
of the planets relationship to the earth and
the speed of the orbits, it sure looks like planets
is moveing backward.
This usually causes problems with communications,
travel, mechanical things and it’s a bad time
to sign contracts.
But Mercury Retrograde is not all bad.
There are some really good opportunities at
this time.
During retrograde mercury it’s a good time to
improve your life and get moving in a
new direction.
If you are paying attention, you could even
get a few good revolutions during a retrograde
mercury.
While Mercury is retrograde you can access
and filter information much easier.
It’s a good time to figure out what is the
best for you and to move forward in your life.
It is best not to make a major decision at
this time, but it’s a great time to get things
cleaned up, repaired, and to do research.
It’s a time to read, study and prepare for the
New You.
Here are the eleven keys to do during retrograde Mercury:
1. Re-think and Re-learn
2. Re-discover, review.
3. Be patient, new information will come to you.
4. Keep an open mind
5. Do research
6. Gather information
7. Meditate
8. Work on your communication
9. Paying more attention to listening than to talking.
10. Make sure you back up all of your work.
11. If you are traveling during this period,
double check all reservations.
I have been reviewing, planning and writing more,
getting everything in order and planning for
the hot summer.
It’s a great time to work on your Qi gong and
Internal practices.
Start by doing more centering and grounGing exercises.
It’s a grand time to get everything together
to make a better you.
Make health number one on your like.
Get a copy of the Recharging Qi Gong
We generally don’t like to show that we
are vulnerable and many of us will do
anything we can to hide our weaknesses.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a male or
female, no one wants to show that
they’re weak.
In Chinese medicine, we have both Yin (soft)
and Yang (hard).
Yang is male strong, more active, faster, more
physical, heaver, and hotter then the sun it self.
While Yin is female moon, darker, slower, colder,
winter, lighter and much more mental.
One would think that Yang is the strongest,
but Yang burns out much quicker.
Yin is long lasting, in a storm the mighty oak
tree will snap and break while the bamboo sways
in the wind strong but flexible.
That’s the difference between hard styles of
fighting and softer forms.
Although the hard styles are powerful in the
long run, their fighters are short lived.
Soft forms like Tai Chi and Qi Gong promote
longevity health and are the real
Anti-Aging medicine.
When we are young, the hard forms are most
desirable and so are all the Yang herbs.
Lots of power, excitement and energy.
Where the problem comes in is when Yang
overpowers Yin and before you know it you
are Yin deficient.
Yin represents the energy that is responsible
for moistening and cooling bodily functions.
When this energy is depleted your body begins
to show signs of “heating up.”
This is not heat but rather a lack of the
moistening and cooling functions that are
necessary to maintain a healthy balance.
I see patients that are so ‘geeked’ up that
they literally burn themselves out.
It would be like taking a plump plum and
leaving it out in the hot desert for a few months…
you end up with a prune!
Dried out with wrinkles all over it and
that’s what happens to your organs and before
you know it you’re old and dried out long before
your time.
The key to staying young is in the yin nature
and that’s why I teach and practice Qi Gong.
If you are a beginner or have been practicing
for years, the Flying Crane Qi Gong is a form
you should learn and practice.
Although it has no fighting application,
it has one of the quickest healing and
spiritual opening forms of Qi Gong that I have
ever experienced.
What you receive in your Flying Crane Qi Gong
package is unheard of at this low price.
First: You will receive the DVD complete set
of all 5 moves plus the secret automatic
move professionally done and filmed at the
famous Morikami Museum and Japanese Zen
Gardens in Florida
Second: The practice DVD explaining each move.
The How’s and Why’s
Third: The Qi Gong Meditation CD taking you
through each stage of the Qi Gong movement,
breathing and internal meditation.
This is a limited time offer.
The package is valued at more than $85.00
but it will only cost you a fraction of that.
This is a form that I have been practicing
for 30 years and the foundation of
Qi Gong healing.
It’s the year of the Rabbit-
a Metal Rabbit year.
This means this year will be ruled
by a lot of structure.
According to Chinese tradition,
the metal Rabbit year will brings
you a year in which you can catch
your breath and calm your nerves.
It’s a time for good negotiations
with others but don’t try to force
issues, which could end in a disaster
for both parties and cost you more
than you could imagine.
To gain the greatest benefits in 2011,
it’s important to focus on home,
family, security, diplomacy,
and your relationships, especially
the Yin nature, women and children.
Make it a goal to create a safe and
peaceful lifestyle, so you will be
able to calmly deal with any
problem that may arise.
The Rabbit that is sometimes referred
to as the Cat, which is the symbol of
the Moon, while the Peacock is considered
to be the symbol of the sun.
These two animal signs represent
Yin and Yang in the Taoist system.
This is the year when wishes will be
fulfilled, so be careful what you
Wish for in the Year of the Rabbit
–you may just get it!
The practice that I will be doing
this year will build strong Yin Qi
plus much more. On every Full Moon
nights I take a healing stroll in
the moon light for an hour or so
and if possible near a large body
of water.
Water is also yin like the moon.
I fix my eyes on the Full Moon
and I visualize Moon beams and
Moon glow flowing into my entire
system, filling
my body with bright white light
as I gather the pure yin energy.
This will strengthen the inner
Qi and bring wisdom into ones
life.
One of my life time friends from
my home town of Detroit is here in
Miami Beach to share in the celebration
of this New Year with me.
We haven’t seen each other for years
as he has been living in Asia for
the last 20 years soaking up the
Qi of the Orient.
He is well skilled in energy work,
a tea master and holds the title
of World Sport Qi Gong Master of
the Year by the World Qi Gong
Congress.
We took the entire day to prepare
for the Chinese New Year.
The house was cleaned inside and
out to get rid of any stale energy.
I got rid of everything in that wasn’t
in alignment with my goals.
Things like old papers and books that
hadno value any more.
I made sure that useless things that
were just sitting around were now gone
opening the gates for the new Energy
and Pure Qi to flow in without
any obstructions.
Next we went to the Asian import store
and gathered all the goodies to
transform the house to welcome
the New Year.
