Fung Shui Garden

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Around 6:30 this morning I met with Linda in her
secrets Fung Shui garden, it’s hidden in a special
lay according to ancient laws of alchemy.
Linda doesn’t invite too many guests here,
she is really careful to keep the vibrations at the
highest levels.
I heard that everyone who visits her garden claims,
that no matter if it’s hot or cold outside the
temperature is always perfect and the space is
very healing.
The garden is filled with exotic tropical flowers,
plants, and medicinal herbs from all over the world.
As well as sculptures, bubbling fountains and the
sound of wind chimes permeate the air.
As soon as I entered the garden,I went into an internal
state of conciseness that I have only experienced in
deep meditation and intense Qi Gong Practices.
The feeling I got was an incredible amount of internal
space, my breathing opened and my entire body was
relaxed just being there.

The more internal space we have creates more awareness,
and more awareness creates more space. Once you experience
this, it can be duplicated and called forth at will.
People are always saying things like, “I need to get
away” or “I need more space.”
But once you’ve learned how to pull in the energy you
can go into that deep space at will.

We have the external universe which is the macrocosm
and we have the internal universe, the microcosm,
space where you can learn and grow the quickest.
It takes discipline as well as training but with a
regular practice you can be the master of your own
destiny in no time at all.

Here are a few important keys to get you there:
First of all, you ground yourself and get yourself-centered.
That’s the importance of building a solid foundation.

Next key is in the Breathing.
This will relax your body and relax your whole being.
Imagine that the energy is being absorbed into every
cell of your body, like a monster sponge sucking in
all the Qi.
When I first learned this work it was like plugging into
a 220 socket. My energy and vitality jumped off the
charts and my anxiety leaves dropped away.

I teach these techniques in depth to the members
of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Every month they receive a DVD and we follow up with
a conference call to insure everyone is up to date.
If you haven’t jumped on the boat yet,
what are you waiting for?

Detox or Die

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

Every day we accumulate toxins from the food we eat,
the water we drink and the air we breathe.
Even our negative thoughts affect us as toxic poisons
and those accumulated poisons interfere with the quality
of life.
The world is overburdened by chemicals that we are not
able to process nor eliminate without help and this is
a major source of disease.
Every day I see patients at my office complaining that they
have no energy, their sex drive is gone, they only have a
bowel movement every few days, they are bloated, full of gas
and over weight and Don’t Have a Clue Why.

I was in Switzerland last summer at the Paracelsus clinic
interning with Dr. Thomas Rau.  He told me a story that
I will always remember.
He said,” Our bodies are like a big garbage-can.
Every day we put something in the can and sooner or later it
fills up and garbage spills over. The next thing you know
there are flies maggots and rats everywhere.
We can spray the flies, and poison the rats but that doesn’t
solve the problem. If you want to solve the problem you need
to empty the garbage-can and the pests will disappear. ”

We eat drink and are exposed to a multitude of poisons daily
and eventually our body fills up with a toxic overload and the
next thing we know we have some dis-ease.
You can try to kill it with medicines, but until you clean up
the underlining problem you are just covering-up the real thing.
So what’s the solution?
It’s a Detox, Cleaning out the Colon, Liver and the Kidneys.

I prescribe a combination of three remedies for 2 weeks
to purify your body of toxins, and cleanse the entire system.
It enhances the circulation, improves your digestion and cleans
toxic substances that relieve symptoms of illness caused by an
unhealthy lifestyle and/or exposure to environmental toxins.

The program will:
1. Detox the lymphatic system
2. Stimulates the gastrointestinal pathway and liver function
3. Detox the kidney and gallbladder systems.

If you are in South Florida, This is the last week of the
Detox Special.
I had hundreds of people come in for
the cleansing program that included
*Acupuncture
*Lymphatic Drainage
*Light Therapy
*Homeopathic Detox.

They have reported More Energy,a Bigger Smile on their faces,
Better Sleep, and a Clearer Mind and have Dropped Pounds.

I wish you the Best in Health , Wealth and Happiness

Centering

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

My cousin Sheldon was in town a few weeks ago.
We always stay in touch by phone, but I haven’t
seen him in years.
Sheldon 6 years my senior and my memories of him
are of a big strong guy. When I was a kid he rode
a huge Harley, he was in the gym all the time, boxed
andhe could kick your butt if he needed too.
The last time I saw him I was in California
many years ago he was quite muscular,
but this time he was walking with a cane
and in pain.

He had an operation 2 years ago and was still
experiencing the pain. The operation was a success,
according to the doctor and in all the testing he
was perfect.
His doctor said that there shouldn’t be any pain
but if there was, it’s just one of those things
and he’d just have to live with it.

Shel was having muscle memory of the trauma
and operation and he was somewhat stuck with
the pain still in his body and mind.

I convinced him to come into the office and with
only few treatments he left pain free.

Yes, no pain.

He couldn’t believe it. He had no idea that with a
few simple treatments he could be free of a two
year nightmare.
This is a common experience of many of my patients.
When the memory of pain gets locked in to the mind
and muscle, even if the body heals there is still
a nagging pain.
It was somewhat of a miracle to him to be
pain free.
This happens often as long as the patient is
willing to step outside the box and let go of
their per-conceived ideas around health
and healing.
When he left Miami he was walking on his own
without that walking stick and
HE LOOKED and FELT TEN YEARS YOUNGER.

I was pleasantly surprised this week when I
received a large box with one of his paintings
in it as a thank you.

It’s called “Center Ring”.
It’s now is a permanent part of Dr. Wu’s
growing art collection.

As I reflected on it and what Center-ring
or Centering meant to me. I ask myself what
is it to be centered or to keep ones center.
Is being centered more of a physical state
concerning center of gravity, natural posture
and movement or is it just a state of mind?

We are always trying to maintain homeo stasis or
balance.
I believe that being centered is to live in the
immediate and ever changing balance of all systems,
centering is a technique
to help you ‘stay in the present’ and discard
negative or distracting thoughts.

To keep myself centered I have built in a discipline
that works. Every morning I get up before day break to
begin my training.
I do the Recharging Qi Gong exercises and then move
into the Crain style Qi Gong set.

The Key is the regular time and consistence.
The body loves routine, doing the same thing
at the same time day in and day out.
Start practicing daily build in the habit and
join me in staying healthy.

Self Talk can Suck away your Qi

Friday, December 25th, 2009

Early Christmas morning I walked down to my favored place on the beach and
started my Qi Gong training. It was longer than usual workout and I went
into a very deep meditative space for quite awhile. It wasn’t until
Marie came over to me to give me a big hug and a
Merry Christmas wish that I came totally back into my body.
She reads my health tips daily (www.Rechargingqigong.com)
and trains with me on the weekends. Marie  asked if
I would elaborate on what Guarding your speech is all about.

In many spiritual traditions they say our
speech can be a big drain on our energy or be used as a
powerful tool to transmit energy.

Many teachers use silence to keep from wasting their energy

and my teachers always put a big emphasis on the importance of what we say and how we say it.

It’s always a good idea keep your “SELF TALK” positively
all the time. People try to say nice things to others but
when it comes to self they are constantly putting themselves
down. This is usually a sign of poor self-esteem. But it is more critical to our spiritual growth and inner development than one could imagine. This is a form of self inflicted cruelty. It will cause problems with your health. In body mind and spirit.

When we have disturbing attitudes and imprints of negativities
of speech it take the form of liquid tar, poison our mind and
flow out through the upper openings of your body:
Eyes, ears, mouth, nose, etc.

“What you say is what you get.”

As you change your Self Talk to positive, happy and productive
things they will start appearing in your life that way.

“Stinking Thinken”  as Zig Ziggler called it ,is a killer of health Spirit and growth.

Here some tips to channel your Self Talk

  1. Say only positive statements to your self and others.

2. Only use words of kindness, this will heal you and
others instantly.
3. Walk away from conversations of gossip, slander and
other negative forms of speech. They will only
drain your Qi.
4. Avoid Destructive Speech, no matter if it’s to others or self
another drainer of Qi. If it’s not kind, true or necessary,
Don’t think it or Say It.
5. Never judge yourself or others, It waists the Energy
you have been building.

6. Your Posture reveals your state of mind-
Body language is a big give away to how and what you are
thinking. A smile on the inside will reflect our self talk
and show on your face.
7. Loose lips sink ships or” Don’t start no shit there
won’t be any shit”
8. Forgive. If you have been wronged, let it go.
Those who can forgive live healthier, happier,
and live less stressful lives.
That little under the breath comments that we may make can suck your Qi away faster than Good Old St. Nick goes.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
