What you do the first thing
in the morning will set the
tone for the rest of the day.
This is why it’s important to begin
your day with thoughts
of perfect Health, Wealth and Happiness.
Even before your feet hit the floor, you want to start
programming yourself into the realm of success.
No more procrastinating- get things done now!
The key to putting you on success course is
your daily goal – and that goes for
your fitness, health and diet.
The best way to achieve your target is to hit it first
thing in the morning, the earlier the better, and
then the rest of the day will be tremendous.
Before I go to bed I decide
what I want to accomplish the
next day and when I wake up I
know what I am going to do and hop right on it.
I not only stretch my body –
but my mind and spirit as well.
It’s the same with your food, the first thing you
put in your mouth will set your mood for the day
as far as your nutrition goes.
Here is what I do:
I start by drinking a few glasses of pure room
temperature water.
Then I begin my workout before any solids and
as soon as I am done, guess what?
More water!
This way I re-hydrate my body and flush my system
before I start eating anything.
Breakfast is a really important meal so don’t mess
it up with sugar and coffee.
Start out with a protein power drink with some
greens in it or maybe a few eggs, meat, or vegetable juice.
When I was in China we would start out the day with a
bowl of soup, although it’s not the typical Westerner’s
diet- it’s a good one especially as the days get colder,
try it once in awhile and see how you feel.
I bet you’d like some of that good old fashioned ENERGY.
Well, get it the old fashioned way!
Move, hydrate and nourish your body first
thing in the morning.

People are studying and practicing
more Qi Gong than in any previous time
in Chinese history.
In the past, Qi Gong was only available to the
wealthy, monks, priests, and nobility.
But now, Qi Gong is taught in schools,
practiced in parks, temples, clinics and
hospitals to anyone who is willing to l
invest their time and energy.
When I was in Beijing a few years ago,
every morning when I went down to the park
to do my Qi Gong practice, there were hundreds
of people practicing different forms of Energy
work and today there is even more.
It was incredible to see and feel the Qi
and this type of energy brings in more energy.
In fact, when I went into the bookstores
in China,I found hundreds of books, tapes, videos,
magazines, on just about every aspect of
Qi Gong.
*The Martial art forms
*Meditation forms
* Medical Qi Gong
All kinds of healing forms of
Qi Gong. I was there searching for practices
on healing, health and the Medical Qi Gong forms.
I was amazed to find that Medical Qi Gong was practiced
in every hospital I went to. When I first went to China
17 years ago, these practices were all secret,
but today there are large Medical Qi Gong
hospitals in all major cities of China.
China is the only country in the
world where Medical Qi Gong has been
truly integrated and accepted as part of
the healthcare system.
You may be asking what is Medical Qi Gong?
Qi means life -force -energy and Gong means skill.
Qi Gong is the practice of gathering,
cultivating and applying life force energy
to heal the body, mind and spirit.
Medical Qi Gong is the oldest of the four branches
of traditional Chinese medicine and provides the
foundation in which acupuncture, herbal
medicine, and massage originated.
The Qi is the spark that activates all the other
branches and opens up the spiritual path of self
realization. It is the best way to prevent or cure a
disease, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
In my practice of Medical Qi Gong, I send
energy/Qi into my patient’s physical and
energetic body to help transform their health.
If I do this all day, without recharging myself,
I would be wasted in no time. Practicing charges
up my batteries up and I do my energetic practices
every morning, if I didn’t I would be sick myself in
no time at all.
That’s why every morning I train, practice and teach to
renew my body mind and spirit. The foundation
of the practice is built on the meditation and spiritual
work and that’s what guides me.
When I am practicing
Flying Crane Qi Gong,

The Summer Solstice
This is the longest day of the year.
Summer begins in the Northern Hemisphere
on June 21, 2011, at 1:16 p.m.
The word solstice comes from the
Latin words for “SUN” & “TO STOP,”
as the Sun appears to stop in the sky.
This is one of the most important days
of the year for Energy Work.
Like Meditation,Qi Gong and Yoga practices,
the Energy is at its highest.
In fact, if you are thinking of getting an
Acupuncture treatment, a Medical Qi Gong
treatment or any kind of Energy Work,
the Summer and Winter Solstices
(June 21 and December 21)
are the strongest days to move the Qi.
My calendar gets totally booked up a few
days before the solstice, the day of the solstice
and the week after. It seems like everyone who
knows anything about Energy work is at my office that
week to get a treatment and for good reason a treatment
done at the Solstice can last up to three months.
The six weeks leading up to and directly
after the summer solstice is ruled by the
Fire element. This is the season for a lot of fun.
The Fire Element relates to communication
and community. It’s the time when people
travel, have family reunions, plan June
weddings and spend lots of time outside
having FUN.
The Qi is moving better than
ever and we usually feel great.
As for diet:
It’s better to eat light, more fruits and
vegetables, to keep the body from over heating.
and drink lots of H2O
My Qi Gong practices are focused more on the
Yin element,as the days get hotter.
This helps to cool the body down and quit
the mind.
In China, the summer solstice was observed
by a ceremony to celebrate the earth, femininity,
and the “Yin” forces.
I’ll increase my practice of Flying Crane Qi Gong
for the next few months to build more Yin and stay cool
If you don’t know this style get this
one today it’s great.
Last night around ten o’clock my friend Peter called.
He’s in the Bay Area in California.
He didn’t leave for China after all, with all the
problems that are happening in Asia, he changed his
plans and decidedn to stay in the States until at least
Easter or until they contain the problems in Japan.
If you remember, he’s the fellow from China who turn
me on to the luminescent energy gems from Imperial China
- The Yeh Ming Ju – it’s the rare earth crystal I told you about
a few weeks ago.
It’s is now available for the first time in the Western world ever.
Yeh Ming Ju – – was virtually unknown in the West. He sent me a few
dozen of these Gems for my students, family and friends.
I’ll send you a picture and the price if you want to have one for
yourself.
They are priced between $250 and $2500.
If you are interested in acquiring one, please contact me and
I’ll send pictures, weight and price.
Peter shared this little story with me and it dovetails with all that
I teach and practice.
A 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud man, who is
fully dressed each morning by eight o’clock, with his hair
fashionably combed and shaved perfectly, even though he is
legally blind, moved to a nursing home today.
His spouse of 70 years recently passed away, making the
move necessary.
After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of
the nursing home, he smiled sweetly when he was told
his room was ready.
As he maneuvered his walker to the elevator,
(she provided a visual description of his tiny
room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung
on his window)
“I love it,” he stated with the enthusiasm of an
eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy.
“Mr. Jones, you haven’t seen the room yet, just wait.
” “That doesn’t have anything to do with it,”
he replied. “Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time,
Whether I like my room or not doesn’t depend on how the
furniture is Arranged -it’s how I arrange my mind.
I already decided to love it.
It’s a decision I make every morning when I wake up.
I have a choice;
I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have
with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out
of bed and be thankful for the ones that do.
Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open, I’ll focus on
the new day and all the happy memories I’ve stored away,
just for this time in my life.” Old age is like a
bank account. You withdraw from what you’ve put in.
So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness
in the bank account of memories!
Thank you for your part in filling my Memory Bank.
I am still depositing.
Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your Heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simple
4. Give more
5. Expect less
Life is a gift, open life’s presence and receive the gift.
Make a choice right now to choose life, happiness,
learning, growing and creating.
This is a great formula to stay Healthy, Wealthy and Happy

Last week it was in the thirties in Florida and that’s really cold for
South Florida. I was talking to a friend who is in Michigan and he
said.
“It’s colder than a witches tit”.
That sounds really cold.
I looked the expression up. Here is what I found.
“The simple explanation is that “colder than a witch’s tit” is just a vivid metaphor, like “hotter than the hinges of hell.” Since a witch is in league with Satan, presumably she has no maternal feelings. Thus the medium by which she would suckle a child is, well, cold as a witch’s tit.
But there’s some history behind this wisecrack. A witch’s tit (or witch’s teat, to use the older spelling) supposedly left a marking that witch hunters and courts would look for on the body of an accused person. Supposedly, witches would suckle their familiars, and sometimes the Devil himself, from this “unholy” body part. To find these marks, as well as insensitive spots on the skin called devil’s marks–caused by the Devil’s claws or teeth–the suspects were stripped, shaven, then closely examined for any blemishes, moles, or even scars that could be labeled as diabolical. To find marks invisible to the eye, the examiner would poke the victim inch by inch with a blunt needle (called a bodkin) until they found a spot that didn’t feel pain or bled. Discovery of these marks or spots–one supposes they would be considered cold since they were a sign of communion with the Devil–would be “proof” of the person’s dealings with Scratch, so they would be shown in full court before the execution”.
Cold weather can cause problems with your health if you are not prepared,
especially the Kidneys and that can lead to back pain, stiffness and host
unwanted symptoms.
Although I now live in the Sun Belt, I was brought up in the northern
part of the USA and lived in the mountains of Colorado for years.
Winter is the season that you need to protect your kidneys.
In China the winters were long and cold, so they developed a system to
build energy, tonify the body and to nourish the internal organs to stay
healthy and strong. Qigong, diet and tonics play a major
part in nourishing the bodies immune system.
This is one of my favorites to keep your body warm and give you a
tremendous amount of energy on those cold days.
Dr. Wu’s tonifying Lamb Stew
Here’s what you will need.
I always buy organic veggies and when you get the lamb,
make sure that it is grass fed with no hormones or antibiotics.
2 lbs meat (I prefer lamb)
1 head garlic
1 kohlrabi cubed
Rosemary fresh
Burdock root (is high in minerals)
Lotus root
1-cup carrots sliced
2 red potatoes
2 turnips’s cubed
2 cups fresh okra
2 cups Shou wu chih
Brags ¼ cup
2 tsp olive oil.
Sea salt to taste
½ gal. of pure water
Cooking instructions
Brown meat with ½ of garlic
Add water about ½ gallons.
Cook until meat is nearly done
It can take 1- 2 hrs to cook.
Cook with a sprig of fresh
Organic Rosemary
Add Burdock sliced thin, it
takes the longest to cook
Add Turnip and kohlrabi
they cook at about the same
time
Add potatoes & lotus root
2 cups Shou wu chih
Add the other ½ of the garlic
Prepare okra cut ½
Add at end after off the fire
Add brags at end, sea salt
cayenne and olive oil
If you’re not a meat eater -substitute the meat with more root veggies.
As for the best internal exercises, I focus on the grounding and
rooting practices and of course the kidney exercises.
Go through the Recharging Qi Gong book you’ll find plenty
of them to build your Qi and keep you warm all winter.
It’s extremely important to keep your low back warm during the
winter months.
The new program on Back Pain is a must if you have back problems. This works!
I don’t write about patients too
often but sometimes when a patient
touches me I want to share the story
with you.
I received a call a few months ago
from a patient.
A woman in her early forties she
was diagnosed with cancer of the
rectum.
Not only was she freaked out,
she was embarrassed that it hit
her in the rear end.
She was under the care of an
oncologist who told her that
if she didn’t do the
recommended treatment she would
surely die.
The Patient lets call her Gracie
told me that she was so filled
with fear that she opted to go
with
conventional medicine, chemo and
radiation.
Her doctor said this would be her
only chance to live and there would
be little side effects.
When we first met she already
had one round of chemo and they
were getting ready to give her
another 72 hour treatment.
Wait there is more at the same time,
they were blasting her with radiation
treatments six days a week.
Intense to say the least.
Gracie when from a beautiful
woman to an old lady in less
than 6 weeks,
She went from 130 lbs. down
to 96 pounds, her hair fell out,
and she felt nausea 24/7
and had major headaches.
The radiation fried her colon
so bad that she couldn’t eat solid
food for weeks on end.
She had excursing pain every time
she had to go to the bathroom and
major diarrhea for months on end.
Her skin turned from a beautiful
glow to dry up leathery pale look
and she had no energy at all.
They prescribed “Insure” a sugar
drink that is counter indicated
by most doctors that have
any clue about nutrition and
sent her on her way.
They said that she could eat
and what ever her heart desired.
Gracie said, I feel it was a
stroke of luck when I found you.
My other doctors seemed to only
use scare tactics on me and
paint bad pictures.”
I have treat many cancer patients
with an amazing success record.
I am not a typical doctor most
of my training was done in
China and Europe.
Dr Rau from the Paracelsus Clinic
in Lustmühle, Switzerland says
that Modern medicine has many
triumphs,but its treatments for
chronic and degenerative diseaseare
not among them.Reliance on conventional
drugs, surgery and radiation does
little to address the causes of the
condition, with the result
that treatment too often only
slows the progression of the
disease –sometimes with very
little benefit –and too often at
a terrible cost in quality of life
for the patient.
I told Gracie that if we were going
to work together that she would have
to make some life style changes.
Like diet give up the
wine with dinner and take complex
carbohydrates out of her diet.
We started doing Medical Qi Gong
treatments daily and doing Qi Gong
prescriptive exercises every day.
It was 5 months of treatments using
medical Qigong, acupuncture, Chi massage,
low dose medicine and meditation.
We worked on diet-starting with
protein drinks,green drinks and
slowly started to introduce all
organic food into her diet.
I received a call a few days ago
from Gracie, She was crying and said.
“I just took all the tests and
I AM CANCER FREE
That’s brings a smile to my face
and a warm glow to my heart.
Gracie is one of the lucky
ones.
She didn’t just sit back,
she took a pro-active
part in her own health,
and it paid off.
Diet is one of the keys and
so are the Qi Gong Internal
exercises to healing the body.
I have prescribed many exercises
from TheRecharging Qi Gong program
to hundreds of patients over the
years and Flying Crane Qi
Gong to keep they healthy and disease
free.
If you or a loved one has any questions
please send them to me.
If I can’t see you I’d be happy to refer
you to someone who can.
What do you tell the person who
feels unloved? Who feels beaten down?
The person who lost hope and doesn’t
feel acknowledged?
Linda knows that I am an acupuncturist,
but when she came into the office the
first thing she said was,
“Doc I don’t want any needles stuck in me,
but I need your help.
I feel alone and unloved by my husband-
and the kids only want me to do things
for them and they don’t give back.
Not even a thank you! I think they feel
that they are entitled to all my time
and energy.
Can you please HELP?”
“Linda, it was back in 1974 when
I first learned about a Chinese system
called the Magic Square that helped
me, as well as many of my students
and patients sort things out to bring
their lives back into balance.
It’s a rather simple system,
but very profound and most powerful
at the same time.
The Master’s that I studied with,
were skilled in Black Hat Fung Shui -
the most mystical and spiritual
of all the Fung Shui practices.
That’s where I received the pith
teachings and the bulk of my knowledge.
They say that the Magic Square formula
goes back to Emperor Yu who was the first
Emperor of China and was credited with the
discovery of the Magic Square.
It has been said that the Emperor was trying
to tame the unruly Yellow River.
He saw a giant tortoise emerge from
the river. On the shell, there was a
pattern of nine lines near the head,
one line near it’s tail,
four lines near its left foot,
two lines near its right fore foot,
eight lines near its left hind foot,
six lines near its right hind foot,
and five lines in the center.
These lines contain the keys to the
magic square. The patterns found were
so unique that in any direction-
horizontal,vertical, or diagonal,
the numbers all add up to fifteen.
This is said to represent the fifteen
days in each of the 24 cycles
of the Chinese Year.
From the discovery of the Magic Square
evolved the I Ching, Feng Shui, Nine Star
Ki, Geomancy, Chinese Astrology and Chinese
numerology.
There are many hidden secrets in the use
of the magic square; the one that I
practice and teach my students comes
from the deep roots of the Chinese
Medical Qi Gong.
Once you understand how it works,
you can balance your health,relationships,
wealth, career, success patterns, family,
and open up your inner creativity.
Interesting enough everything in the formula
must move through spirit to make it work.
The keys to success is in the balance of
the spiritual energy.
On November 13, 2010
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m,
I will be teaching a workshop
on The Inner teachings of The
Use and practice of the Magic Square.
How easy it is to successfully work
with this ancient system to help
balance the nine domains of your life.
The class will include:
*The formulas
*How to work the patterns
*The internal exercises of Medical Qi Gong
* Yin set- a powerful exercise to
strengthen the internal organs and
facilitate the integration of the
teachings into your every day life.
Miami Beach is the place to be on Nov 13th,

I just returning from Mo-Town, if I didn’t know better I
would have thought I was back in the Sixties, or the
Seventies.
I couldn’t have been in Detroit at a better time; the city
was filled with energy more than I’ve seen in years.
People were everywhere! The restaurants were full and
getting parking was nearly impossible.
The annual “Dream Cruise” was going on, there were
millions of people on the streets. You are probably
wondering what kind of cruise could possibly be
happening in Detroit?
A boat ride up and down the Detroit River, or maybe
something to do with the Great Lakes?
No, none of those.
It was the 15th annual Woodward Dream Cruise.
The “Dream Cruise” is an annual event where 40,000 classic
cars from around the globe converge on the “Motor City”
and cruise up and down the main thoroughfare
“Woodward Avenue, America’s first highway.
Although the event is officially only one day, the entire
weekend was filled with cool muscle cars and hotrods
on all the main streets.
It was really the “Motor City.”
I got right into it the festivities; the slick super cars
were really spectacular.
Hot rods with flames shooting out of the rear ends,
muscle cars, custom Corvettes,Lamborghinis,
old motel-Ts,over sized trucks that you needed a
ladder to get into the cab, and even the Bat Mobile was
cursing the streets.
This was the crème de la crème of cool cars.
You could imagine the amount of work that people
put into their rides. Thousands of dollars, maybe
hundreds of thousands are pored into thosecars, and
hundreds of hours of work.
Do you think that if you owned a car worth a few
hundred grand that you would put the cheapest gas
and oil in it?
I don’t think you would, I wouldn’t.
I’d look for the best fuel I could get my hands on and
the best motor oil I could find. I want my ride to last
as long as it could and run smooooth.
When I lived in Detroit, I would hear expressions like
“That’s a clear ride.”
Meaning your car is in the best shape, it looks really
good and it’s top of the line. It didn’t make a difference
if it was a 59 Chevy, a Porch or a custom hot rod.
As long as it was taken care to the optimum it was
considered
“A Clean Ride.”
People put more time, energy and money into their cars
and trucks than they do to their own bodies.
While I was cruising around in my automobile, I couldn’t
help but notice how much extra weight people were
carrying around on their front and back ends.
The junk food stand had long lines that didn’t seem to end.
People were chowing down on the worst fuel they could
possibly run their systems on. Sugar and Grease.
I am a physician who spends a great deal of time studying
holistic healing as well as western medicine and let me tell
you, if you are eating a bad diet you will have health
problems sooner or later.
I was wondering what people were thinking.
I asked my friend who is also a holistic doctor and
healer and he said,
“The’re not.”
Most people don’t have a clue that food can be their
medicine or their poison.
They don’t exercise and if they do, they are doing the
wrong kind of exercise and are suffering with health
problems.
If you’re sick of being normal, and want to be out of
the norm, avoid what normal people get.
Older, Weaker and Sick
You can take control and change that, step out of
the norm and start making the changes now.
No matter what your age
No matter what your lifestyle
No matter what kind of shape you are currently in
No matter how you’ve been injured or what ailments
you have
And no matter what you’ve been told in the past
You can always increase the flow of Qi and become healthy,
stronger and younger.
I can show you how to increase the flow of Qi until it courses
through you like a mighty river.
The best treatment of all is the Prescriptive Qi Gong Exercises
I teach called,
“The Recharging Qi Gong”.
These exercises literally heal and strengthen you from the
inside out.
Check it out to day. You will be glad you did.

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.
Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.
Do you know that ONE quarter of the American
population is now eating organic products at least
once a week, although they are saying that the new
organic is local grown produce.
Don’t believe it.
Yup, there are advantages of eating locally grown
fruits and vegetables.
1.The taste, fresher just tastes better
2.It helps the local farmer and local economy
3.It saves on shipping costs
I don’t know how you feel about this, but
I for one want my tomatoes to taste like tomatoes.
With no poisons sprayed on it.
If fruits and vegetables are picked green put in a
refrigerated truck and driven a thousand miles across
the country, they just don’t have the Qi that I want to put
into my body.
If we aren’t eating locally, those little farms may disappear
and we would only get those tasteless tomatoes from far,
far away.
I believe that most of us want to eat locally grown organics,
but that’s not easy in most parts of the country.
I’ve been to farmers markets all over the USA and for the
most part, the produce comes from a wholesaler who
trucked it in from who knows where.
Most of it is either sprayed with chemicals or grown with
chemicals that could produce cancer.
What tastes better anyway? Organic or conventional?
(Conventional means- they spray poisons on it and grow
it in poor soil pumped up with chemicals).
I found this little tidbit in Time Magazine
“If scientists could conclusively prove that agricultural
chemicals are harmful, we would all go organic.
But it’s not clear, for instance, that the low levels of pesticide
typically found on conventional produce cause cancer.
The risks of long-term exposure to those residues are still
undetermined.”
I eat organic as much as possible and I suggest that to all
my students and patients as well.
But as you know organic food is a bit pricey for some of us.
That is one reason I grow a garden and pay attention to
what I eat and where I eat.
So if you can’t get organic -get locally grown food.
There are ways to get at least some of the poisons out.
The food bath it can cut down on the chemical residue
from non-organic food.
Food Cleansing Bath
If organic foods are unavailable or simply too expensive,
there are many new fruit and vegetable cleansers on the
market that can be found in health food stores.
Like Grapefruit seed extract, that kills bacteria.
There is another alternative you may be interested in
trying.
Clorox Bleach.
It is a definite option for produce as well as poultry, fish,
meat and eggs.
Clorox baths can get rid of pesticides, parasites,
bacteria and other contaminants that can be removed from
food with a simple soak.
The active ingredient in Clorox, sodium hypochlorite,
breaks down into salt and water.
The Clorox bath has been around for years, decades, military
families stationed overseas in southwest Asia, China and
Turkey have used it through the recommendation of our
state department.
People have reported that foods last up to two weeks longer
in the refrigerator, there is no metallic aftertaste with store
bought fruits and veggies, meats are tenderized and the
natural flavors are enhanced.
Here is how to do the Clorox bath.
Use only the highest quality Clorox.
Formula: Use 1 teaspoon of Clorox to 1 gallon of purified
water.
Place the foods to be treated into the bath for the designated
length of time according to the following chart.
Remove the food from the Clorox bath;
place them in clean water for ten minutes, and rinse.
Dry all foods thoroughly and store.
Leafy vegetables…………………………………..15 minutes
Root, thick-skinned, or fibrous vegg…….…..30 minutes
Thick-skinned fruit, such as citrus, ……….…30 minutes
Poultry, fish, meat and eg…………………..…..20 minutes

It was less than a week ago when I received
this letter from a friend and mentor.
Here is what he said.
“All I want to do when I’m finished is stare at
The walls or look out the windows. Not moving.
Not doing anything.
Just looking, taking it in … and breathing.
Sit and stare straight ahead for long periods
of time …
Just sitting. Looking straight ahead.Breathing.
Doing nothing.”
It may sound like he is depressed, on drugs or
just spaced out,
But he is actually in a very high meditative
place of being. The Taoists call that state
of aware “Wu Wei”
“An action that does not involve struggle or
excessive effort”.
The concept of “effortless action” like
Qi Gong and the Internal Martial Arts.
“Wu” can be translated as without.
A better way to think of it is as a paradoxical
“The Action of non-action.”
Non doing is “what we mean by going with the
grain,rolling with the punch…”
- Alan Watts, The Watercourse Way
In China I was given the name of “Wu Di”
but when I returned to the homeland,
my spiritual master changed it from Di to Dhi.
Dr.Wu Dhi literally means,
“One who has no Enemies.”
The word “Dhi” is taken from the mantra (prayer)
to the deity that Manjushri, the Buddhist god who
stands for wisdom and knowledge, for the most
part the knowledge of linguistics and grammar.
God knows I need that.
Wu Wei means “Without action, action without action,
Effortless doing”.
The aim of Wu Wei is to achieve a state of perfect
equilibrium,or alignment with the Tao and,
as a result, obtain an irresistible form of
“soft and invisible” power.
One way to accomplish this state is to practice
the internal exercises like, Qi Gong, Nei Gong
and Shen Gong.
Students that come to me seek that stillness of
mind and internal power.
builds the foundations to achieve the state of “Wu Wei”,
like getting the whole puzzle in a big box and
