Tour the office with Dr. Wu Dhi

What’s the first thing you lose when you’re under a lot of stress?

April 1st, 2011

You either lose your appetite,
skip meals or you become
a carbolic and mindlessly eat
junk food non stop?

People go robotic and revert to
their old habit patterns that don’t
serve them when they are under stress.

When stress happens, and it happens daily,
we also stop exercising, throw all good
nutrition out the window and wonder
why we are so stressed out.
This is quite common unless you TRAIN
your robot to follow a healthy program.

I know a doctor who is involved in so
many different businesses and he is
stressed out to the max and although
he is a really great athlete and
usually exercises daily, his
stressful life has him dancing
with Krispy Kream donuts just to
try and find some comfort.

“Doc, your headed for trouble!”

How Many Calories do you think there
are in A Krispy Kreme Donut anyway?

TWO HUNDRED EMPTY CALORIES

Maybe that’s not bad if you
only eat one small donut, but a dozen?

Doctor Donut was unconsciously
just munching away.

Come on Doc what are you thinking?
Like most of us, when we are under
extreme stress we aren’t thinking
at all..

When you are stressed it’s time
to pay attention because your health
is #1.

Stress will rob your body of
vitamins and minerals which will deprive
you of oxygen just to name a few things.

The interesting thing about the human
system is when we are stressed
out we go into the fight or
flight response.
We either hold our ground and
dig in or high tail it out as quick
as possible.
The body mind connection takes a back
seat and there goes our health.

Good habits have to be trained and
that takes time and practice to
be able to build your good habit patterns.

In the Turn Stress into Power program
there are step by step processes showing
you how to transform those stresses into
personal power.

The DVD will lead you through every
exercise, meditation and
anti-stress strategy.

The book gives you all of the
details to transform your stress
into useful power.

If you didn’t get your copy yet,
now is the time. Don’t wait until
you are under the gun.
Learn these simple and affective
techniques now and when the boom
is dropped on you–You will have
the tools in place to
Turn your Stress into Power.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Good Days and Bad Days for 2011

February 24th, 2011

Ray and Frank flew in from Michigan last
night and missed a huge ice and snow storm.
I hear that the temp dropped
down to 4 degrees, that’s too cooool for me.

These incredible gentlemen travel all over
the world, counseling governments and
multi-national corporations on there possibilities
for financial growth, from a different prospective
than most.
They are masters at watching and predicting
cycles.

They brought me Ray’s new book
“Forecast 2011” by Ray Merriman.
This is a really excellent overview of
the year 2011 with Special attention on
cycles with Geocosmic signatures related
to global and national economies,
stock markets, currencies, precious metals
markets,grain markets, crude oil, interest
rates, the United States and its President,
the federal reserve board and weather
patterns.

Ray has developed a very interesting approach
to mastering cycles.

He is well versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.

In one part of the book I came across a list of
good days and bad days for 2011 that I’ll
share with you.
The good days indicate favorable
times to schedule important meetings,
gatherings,or anything that you wish
to proceed smoothly and harmoniously.
The bad days are just the
opposite.

I’d like to share everything with you but
that wouldn’t be far to Ray so here
is a peek:

The Good times dates are May 2nd to June 5th
and July 18th to August 1st.

The bad days are February 2nd to 26th
and March 21st to May 1st

The book is full of goodies like that
but that’s all I can reveal.

I am not sure if there any books left
but you can try to pick up a
copy of Forecast 2011 by Ray Merriman
by calling Seek it Publications
1-800-662-3349.

Whenever I plan a workshop or even a
lecture, I always take a look at
his calendar and make sure that I am
on a good day and avoid all the
bad days.

The book has been really a good guide
for me and I am sure it can be
helpful for you too.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS.
If you are stressing out over what to do
and when to do it
It’s time to let go of all of that and
Turn your Stress into Power.
The book and DVD program that I put
together for my students and patients.

Every day I receive letters and cards
thanking me for this incredible program.

You can still grab your copy today while
they last at

The Power and Magic of your Birthday

December 12th, 2010

Rituals are one of the foundations of Spiritual work
and the basis of all the internal arts.
This is the reason I always encourage you to PRACTICE,
to build a strong foundation and to embody the practices.
It could be the Recharging Qi Gong practice,
Flying Crane Qi Gong or any of the internal practices
that I teach in the Turn Stress into Power program or
any other discipline you choose.

The key is the ritual of practice.

In 2007 a group of Qi Gong and meditation students
came to my office and made a formally requests
of me.
They asked if I would take them on as students.

The Master’s that I have studied with over the years
have taught me that whenever a student formally asks
for the teaching it is a karmic obligation of the teacher
to give it to them, if they qualify.

Since that time the group has grown and requests have come
in from all over the world.
Thanks to modern technology I produce a DVD every month
for the group on practices and ritual work.

“If one truly wants to grow the ritual of practice must be a
way of life.”
-Dr Wu

I am on my way to the Desert for my Solar Return.
You may be asking yourself, what the heck is a
Solar Return?

First, Let me explain the importance of this practice, it ‘s
called by astrologers “The Solar Return” the day of your
birthday.
Most of us know the usual ritual. Ice cream and cake,
a drink with friends and maybe a few presents and It’s
a party “ Happy Birthday!”
But there is some real magic that can happen on that
special day once you learn the rituals of the
“Solar Return.”

A Solar return is when the Sun returns to the exact
degree and minute it occupied when you were born.

Basically astrologers use the Return as a way to
forecast the upcoming year.

Personally I don’t use astrology as an everything
forecaster, but it is a handy map to look at now and again,
to give you the best places to be and to know when
to travel, plan special events and avoid possible
bad situations.

Traveling on your Solar Return is a special ritual to
travel to a specific location that maximizes the
positive and reduces the negative factors of your
coming year.

I first heard about “Solar Return Travel” back in the
early Seventies.
Since then I make my birthday a magical day of
traveling to incredible places in the world.

Traveling for one day doesn’t work for most of us,
But when you turn the travel into a spiritual ritual
it has a lot of merit and will empower your entire
year.

“Take charge of your life! and receive the support
of the stars.
Travel on your birthday to the best destination,
location to energize
a positive focus for your current year’s “Solar Return”.
Empower your intentions, your goals, and your desires
for the year unfolding.”

That being said you are going to need to do something
with this election other than simply showing up!

I’ll spend some of the time to creature a special a
talismans, some would call it a good luck charm, created
at a particular moment that will capture the energy and
power of that moment and preserve it.
My day will be spent in setting goals, meditations and
intensive Qi Gong practices.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS I’ll be sure to have a piece of cake and a drink too.

Is Health care a Luxury?

November 10th, 2010

Health care is not a luxury, it is a necessity.

Melody Barnes, director of the White House
Domestic Policy Council states,
“Health care costs are exploding.
Many people are bringing in less income
every month and seeing their premiums go
up at the same time.
It’s affecting the bottom line and businesses.
It’s also affecting the fiscal well-being of
our country.”

We all want a good health care system that’s
affordable and as long as I can remember
our government has been trying to come up
with a solution with not much luck.
Some of us want it to be up to the individual,
while others think it’s a government problem.
Our health care system has many aspects to it
that we aren’t looking at and for the most
part don’t want to.

To tell you the truth they are looking
for a solution that will never happen.

In the west we are trying to kill the
disease no matter what it is,a common
cold, the flu, or cancer.
Kill! Kill! kill!
It will never work in a 100,000 years.
We will never be able to fix a system
that is built on the wrong premise.

Our government,the drug companies
and the large corporations are in
business to make money and that’s
what they are doing….

They are not educating us about health.
they are hiding as much as they can.

I believe when they say they want to
cure a disease like cancer they are
speaking metaphorically.
In Spanish there is an expression
(Con de los dientes para fuerat)
‘they speak from the teeth out.’

We all have heard the saying that
food is our medicine. We eat every
day, at least most of us do.
In the United States McDonald’s,
Burger King, Jack in the Box,
Wendy’s Taco Bell, and all those
chicken places are not there for
your health.
They serve cheap unhealthy food that
people are eating on a daily basis.

Food is medicine and if you’re eating
unhealthy, sooner or later you are going
to be unhealthy. You either have to pay
more by only buying organic food, taking
soda, meat and most restaurants out of your
life or you have to pay with sickness and
an early death.

People ask me all the time,
‘isn’t our government protecting us
from unhealthy food?’ Hell No!
We now have heavily poisoned chemicals
on most food grown in the USA and even
worse in other countries.

Our food is being genetically engineered.
GEO for short this is an organism whose
genetic material has been altered using
genetic engineering techniques affecting
the DNA of the food.

At this time we have no idea what this
will do to our health.
For the most part this is banned in
Europe and the rest of the world.

If you want to have good health care it is
up to you.

You have to take responsibility for your
own health.
Eat a healthy diet; drink a lot of clean
water,exercise every day and educate
yourself.

Think about your health not about
your belly
-if you think about your cravings like
pies,chocolate brownies,cake,fried foods,
hamburgers and fried chicken
you’re going to end up with some form of
disease and then complain about the poor
health care you are getting or they are
not giving you.

Grow a garden, eat food that grow in your
area, eat organic as much as possible, stay
out of fast food places and stop complaining.

You are in charge of your own health or
you’re out of control.

They are not going to fix it; they don’t
want to fix it.
If you want the best health care start
reading labels, ask questions and stop
buy junk food.
If no one buys it- it will go away.
Demand healthy food.

I know if you bought a new sports car
you wouldn’t put the cheapest gas in it,
would you?
You’d buy the best yet you put more poor
fuel into your mouth daily.

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness

Steven Stater’s Energy Transformation?

August 14th, 2010

This week it was all over the news when Steven Slater
told Jet Blue to “Take their job and shove it”.
That’s a country song from back in eighties
by Johnny Paycheck

“Take this job and shove it
I ain’t workin’ here no more?
My woman done left?
And took all the reason?I was working for
Y’ better not try to stand in my way?
Cause I’m a walkin’ out the door” ?

Steve Slater who was a flight attendant walks
out the door.
actually he slid out the door.

He lost his cool but before he left he told off a
passenger, grabbed a few beers,
then cussed out the other passengers
over the loud speaker, and dramatically escapes
down a emergency slide from the plane.

Unfortunately for him in the “Good Ol’ USA” the
authorities send out theTroops, Helicopters and
Police and picked up his rebellious butt and he
landed in the slammer.

When we get so stressed out and so fed up with
what’s going on in our lives, we sometimes explode
and lose our energy.
I guess you would call it somewhat of a premature
ejaculation of energy.

We work and work to gather energy, build Qi, train,
practice and then without warning something or someone
comes along and you lose it Big time and all your training,
Qi cultivation, and energy building is gone in a second.

When Steve lost it he blows his cool and was haled
off to jail, he lost his job and for what a few moments
of glory.

Some see him as a psychopath, who lost control in
a job where losing control can be Hazardous to others.
People depend on flight attendants for their lives in an
emergency situation.

Maybe he’s just being a funny, crazy guy on the
ground but at 35,000 feet things are much
different.
You want some one who doesn’t lose it in any
situation.

In todays world, people are hanging on to their
jobs for dear life
They have to put up with situations that are less
than pleasant. Some of us would like to do what
Steve did, but we don’t.
We’ve all had jobs that have pushed us to the
brink, or beyond it. I am speaking to you from
first hand experience, but I learned
How to Turn my Stress
Into Power.

It was many years ago I was teaching a class on
Personal Power and we were exploring ways to cultivate
and store energy.
I was with a group of 50 people in Caracas, Venezuela.
The morning session was going great and the students
were really getting it. The room was alive with energy
you could see a special glow in the room.
Around One O’clock and we took a lunch break.
I suggested that people stay put and have lunch
together.
I said.” Don’t leave this protect space”. Most took my
advice and stayed, but one of the students said she had
to go.
She got in her car backed out of the drive way and then
it happened.Someone was speeding down the street
and
just missed her.
The student lost it- she screamed, got out of her car and
had a hissy fit right in front of all of us.

She blow all the Qi, energy and what ever else there
was. A total blowout for her. She lost everything
she built.
We had spending the entire morning in meditation
building up energy and it was all gone.

Don’t let this happen to you.

There are energy vampires just waiting for you to lose it.
It’s important to build energy and store it for your internal
growth.

Over the last 35 years I have worked, studied and practiced
methods of exercise, meditations and internal work to cultivate,
build energy/Qi and internal power.

My master said that at the time of our death we only
have two things.
The amount of love we have given,
and the amount of energy we have store.

Most of us know how to give love , but do you know
how to store energy?

In a two part book and DVD “Turn Stress into Power”
I show you how to turn stress into power
and teach you how to store energy. Order a copy today

What is Conventional Food doing to your Health?

July 16th, 2010

Do you know that ONE quarter of the American
population is now eating organic products at least
once a week, although they are saying that the new
organic is local grown produce.

Don’t believe it.

Yup, there are advantages of eating locally grown
fruits and vegetables.

1.The taste, fresher just tastes better
2.It helps the local farmer and local economy
3.It saves on shipping costs

I don’t know how you feel about this, but
I for one want my tomatoes to taste like tomatoes.
With no poisons sprayed on it.
If fruits and vegetables are picked green put in a
refrigerated truck and driven a thousand miles across
the country, they just don’t have the Qi that I want to put
into my body.
If we aren’t eating locally, those little farms may disappear
and we would only get those tasteless tomatoes from far,
far away.

I believe that most of us want to eat locally grown organics,
but that’s not easy in most parts of the country.
I’ve been to farmers markets all over the USA and for the
most part, the produce comes from a wholesaler who
trucked it in from who knows where.
Most of it is either sprayed with chemicals or grown with
chemicals that could produce cancer.

What tastes better anyway? Organic or conventional?
(Conventional means- they spray poisons on it and grow
it in poor soil pumped up with chemicals).

I found this little tidbit in Time Magazine
“If scientists could conclusively prove that agricultural
chemicals are harmful, we would all go organic.
But it’s not clear, for instance, that the low levels of pesticide
typically found on conventional produce cause cancer.
The risks of long-term exposure to those residues are still
undetermined.”

I eat organic as much as possible and I suggest that to all
my students and patients as well.
But as you know organic food is a bit pricey for some of us.
That is one reason I grow a garden and pay attention to
what I eat and where I eat.
So if you can’t get organic -get locally grown food.

There are ways to get at least some of the poisons out.
The food bath it can cut down on the chemical residue
from non-organic food.

Food Cleansing Bath

If organic foods are unavailable or simply too expensive,
there are many new fruit and vegetable cleansers on the
market that can be found in health food stores.
Like Grapefruit seed extract, that kills bacteria.

There is another alternative you may be interested in
trying.

Clorox Bleach.
It is a definite option for produce as well as poultry, fish,
meat and eggs.
Clorox baths can get rid of pesticides, parasites,
bacteria and other contaminants that can be removed from
food with a simple soak.
The active ingredient in Clorox, sodium hypochlorite,
breaks down into salt and water.

The Clorox bath has been around for years, decades, military
families stationed overseas in southwest Asia, China and
Turkey have used it through the recommendation of our
state department.

People have reported that foods last up to two weeks longer
in the refrigerator, there is no metallic aftertaste with store
bought fruits and veggies, meats are tenderized and the
natural flavors are enhanced.

Here is how to do the Clorox bath.

Use only the highest quality Clorox.
Formula: Use 1 teaspoon of Clorox to 1 gallon of purified
water.
Place the foods to be treated into the bath for the designated
length of time according to the following chart.
Remove the food from the Clorox bath;
place them in clean water for ten minutes, and rinse.
Dry all foods thoroughly and store.

Leafy vegetables…………………………………..15 minutes

Root, thick-skinned, or fibrous vegg…….…..30 minutes

Thin-skinned fruits, veggies, plums, etc……30 minutes

Thick-skinned fruit, such as citrus, ……….…30 minutes

Poultry, fish, meat and eg…………………..…..20 minutes

If you eat a good diet, do an hour of exercise a day
with at least ½ hour of internal exercise, like the ones
I teach the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Your chances of staying healthy and being 10 to 15 years
younger than the candles on your birthday cake will
increase by more that 75%

If you are not a member of the Qi Gong Inner Circle yet
what are you waiting for?
www.qigonginnercircle.com Every month you will receive
a DVD in the mail, be on the conference call and receive
inside information on meditations,
exercises, diet, and anti-aging therapies.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Moving South of the Border

April 8th, 2010

People are always passing in and out of our lives.
Like for example, my friend, Gary who I first met back when I was still in High School.
I haven’t seen or heard from him again until a few years ago when we ran into each
other in Miami Beach.
We spent some time together reminiscing and we became close friends again in no time
at all. He came to my Qi gong classes, got acupuncture treatments and in fact,
he really responded well to Chinese medicine.
His achy back pain vanished and the vitamin B shots and homeopathic medicine seemed
to bring him back to good health once again. He claimed he was even getting younger in
 body and mind.

Gary always had a dream of leaving his life in Miami Beach, Florida and moving to Acapulco Mexico.
He saw himself exercising every day, eating only raw food and drinking coconut water under a
palm tree on the seashore. He has been talking about it for years and just last week he pulled
up stakes.
He sold all his things and headed out on a long road trip, stopping here and there as he migrated
“South of the Border” to live out his days with “Quetzal coatl and hopefully find a Mayan princess to
lay by his side.

He thanked me a hundred times before he left for all the acupuncture treatments, the
homeopathic remedies, the detox program I insisted he did before he left.
He told me that he was most thankful and indebted to me
for giving him the opportunity to learn the ancient art of Chinese Qi gong.
(Some spell it Chi Gong) but it’s all the same thing.

I reminded him that teaching and healing was my mission and it was my pleasure to be
able to pass along all the internal exercises and ancient knowledge that I accumulated
over the years.I told Gary that if he practiced on a regular basis, he could maintain his
health and longevity for many years and avoid premature aging.

Gary then signed up to be member of the Qi Gong inner circle and bought every DVD on health,
longevity, meditation and internal healing secrets that being a member entitles him to.

Some times, a big move like what Gary had done, can bring up a lot of fear and uncertainty.
Our reptilian brain goes wild when we pull up our roots. We like regularity in our life.

Back in 1984, I made a big move myself. I pulled up my roots and move to Venezuela.
Once there, I started learning from the different shaman healers. It was an incredible time
for me and I’m sure it’s going to also be incredible time for Gary.
The key is to stay open and be flexible in all parts of the adventure.

Here’s what has kept me centered, grounded and happy.

My practice!

Yep that’s it.

Practice, Practice and more Practice!!!

When you build in a regular practice of exercise, meditation and relaxation,
it becomes your teacher, coach and guide for your entire life.

As long as you have your practice, you can be anywhere in the universe,
in any situation and feel right at home. If things change around you, then you are prepared.
Why? And that’s because you are grounded, centered and consistent.

Practice can and will always give us the stability.

Worship a Furry Rat Day

February 2nd, 2010

Today is the 2nd of February, Groundhog Day. A day when people from all walks of life converge on the small town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to see what a large Groundhog will predict.

Now how strange is that?

Folklore has it that if the groundhog a large furry rodent comes out of it’s hole looks around and sees his shadow, old man winter will keep his clutches on and the cold weather for six more weeks in the United States. If he doesn’t see it, then spring will be here soon.

I was looking at the official Punxsutawney Groundhog Day website and they list the tradition as being a blend of ancient Christian and Roman customs. Every February thousands of people come out freezing their asses off waiting in the cold to worship a furry rat. They used to pull that little sucker out of his burrow, and eat him. Lucky for the groundhog they changed the rules or he would be stew tonight.

In the news this morning the little dude, that they named Phil saw his shadow and winter will hold its grip on us a little longer.

I was reflecting on this tradition and found it strange that people believe this is a judge or prediction of what’s to come and they doubt if Chinese medicine really works.

Did you know that acupuncture is the most used medical treatment in the world?

It’s a proven form of medicine that is thousands of years old that works for:

Migraine

Pain Management

Stress

Dermatological

Mental Emotional

Eyes Ears Nose and Throat

Infections

Muscular Skeletal and Neurological

Urinary and Reproductive

The list goes on and on and yet people are always asking if acupuncture and Medical

Qi Gong  works.

I think the real question is will it work for me?

The “ME” is the key word here. If you don’t exercise, eat a healthy diet and have bad thoughts running through your mind most of the day, you will experience some form of dis-ease sooner or later.

Many of these mental emotional problems comes from Worry, Struggle and Blame they are known as the three poisons in the Buddhist system. These emotions keep us stuck and although the physical form is important preoccupation with personal health and well-being is not in itself, spiritual fulfillment. That’s something we all need for our growth. I am not talking about religion but internal growth.

The reason I started the website, the blog, the classes and workshops and the different products is to bring the message of health, and spiritual growth to you.

Every week I add new info to the website www.Rechargingqigong.com , to the blog and now I am on  You Tube http://www.youtube.com/drwudhi.

But, If you want the top-secret information it is only given to the members of the www.Qigongcircle.com

It is truly high-level info that I always reserve for those who train with me month-in and month-out.

I receive emails daily asking me for info on Internal Exercise, Diet, Meditation and Health and Spiritual practices from men and women all over the world, and these well-meaning people want me to give them all sorts of advice.

I have been busting my behind to keep up with all the requests and I truly would love to continue to do this, but with a full medical practice, writing, teaching and making CD’s and DVD’s my days are full.

I realized I had better develop a different map – otherwise I was going to dump the baby out with the bath water and sacrifice my own health and well being.

So I found a way to separate the doer’s from the non DOERS by creating  the Qigong inner circle – a “members only” program where YOU can get access to me and have me answer your questions and send you the real goods.

As well as that, you will be on the monthly conference calls and receive the members only teachings on DVD’s every month.

Now the monthly fee for joining the Qigong Inner Circle is just $29.95 US. per month (automatically billed to your credit card every 30 days but cancelable and refundable at any time after the test-drive if you’re not pleased).

You can still join as a trial member for just $1.00 for a limited time. Soon the membership will be going up to $39.95 a month.

Say “YES” to a one-month test drive now and we’ll send out the DVD along with the free gift.

And if for any reason you don’t find the program to your taste, just let me know and we’ll remove you from the Qigong Inner Circle so that there are no more charges.

So jump on this one today, my friend. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Important: this offer expires very soon. Maybe later today. Act NOW!

The Magic of Winter Intenal Qi Gong

December 20th, 2009

Last night I came home after sundown and the whole
house was completely dark.
Instead of turning on the lights I lit a candle.
I never do this sort of thing but the house seemed
so quiet and peaceful I wanted to just sit and open
to the quietness.

I spent the majority of the night in contemplative
meditation. We are in the Winter Solstice and it is
an excellent time to take time to be quiet and reflect
on the past year.
I recommend doing this for yourself as a matter of
self-cultivation.
With all the crazy energy around the holidays and
year-end you want to make sure that you cool-out
and recollect yourself before you burn-out.
Once you do I think you will find that the rush of
the holidays and year-end quiets down and you can
refocus on those things that are most important.

In Chinese medicine Winter is associated with the
element Water. Water energy has the attributes of:
•Cold
•Damp
•Quiet
•Stillness
•Calmness
•Smoothness
•Listening
•The Kidney organ and meridian

This energy is available in the atmosphere
throughout the winter. Just slow down,
sit quietly in a natural place and pull in the
atmosphere. Winter Water energy is also
associated with a special type of Awareness that,
from Chinese to English, best translates as
Alert Stillness. In the Chinese Medicine system we
use animal associations to signify these types of
energy, and as such, the animal for the water element
and organ of the Kidney is the Deer.
The Deer is chosen because it is a master of Alert
Stillness. When you think of a deer you think of an
animal that is impossible to sneak up on.
The slightest snap of a twig and the Deer has
disappeared. This is not the same type of power of
a Tiger or a Dragon but it is a type of power that
completes us.
In the Ba Gua system of Martial Arts it takes a
whole circle of animals to become a Master.
We cannot always Push, Push, Push, sometimes we
need to sit, take inventory, and listen to the
atmosphere.
This is the power in the symbol of the deer and that
is the power of this time of year.
So take advantage of this time of solstice when this
energy is most powerful and abundant, you will not be
able to tap into this energy so easily in other seasons.
Winter, not just the New Year, is the best time to set
new plans and goals into action.
Take inventory of what is happening around you.
Upon deep consideration you may see more then
before.
Clarity is not achieved when you are rushing or
being hasty.
Opening is found in reflection.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi
