How to Fire your Boss

September 29th, 2011

Chances are strong there’s a major part of
your life which is sapping your energy
and dumping negativity over you and
your family.
And this economy is only making things hurt worse.

I’m talking about slaving away at a 9 to 5 job.
If you’re happy with your work life,
I am happy for you and this unusual message isn’t for you.

If you DO feel like your job is slowly killing you,
let me reveal a little about myself:
I’ve been a practioner of Chinese Medicine for over
30 years, almost always working with my patients
face-to-face.
But in the past few years, I’ve been able to open
a “clinic without walls” by sending my healing
messages straight to you with the power of the internet.

This is no accident.

I’ve been expanding my horizons and opening myself
up to new ways to increase my abundance by helping
people worldwide even if I can’t look you in the
eye and shake your hand.

And this has been possible because of a
friend of mine who builds these certain
kinds of websites.
With his help, I can communicate my message with
emails like this one, and have websites like
(his website) where I offer my life-changing
products and services.

Recently my friend stepped up to the plate to
share his story, and it might be eerily similar
to yours. He used to slave away in the corporate
world as an IT whipping boy before firing his boss
and selling his own products and services.

He just put up a free video telling his
inspiring story here:

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth, and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. I realize this may not seem to be related
to health and longevity, but I’m enjoying helping
spread my friend’s message and I realize if
you feel at all beaten down and depressed about
your job, this video just might be that first
little step which turns everything around:

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.

Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.

Why is Back pain so Common?

September 1st, 2011

This problem is never ending!
You bend or reach for
something and you end up with a
sharp pain that feels like a knife is stabbing you.

OH MY ACHING BACK!

It’s a fact that you will
experience back pain at some
point in your life, no matter
how healthy and fit you are.
I know I have!

It can happen from over reaching,
an unexpected sneeze, or lifting
even the lightest thing and there it
goes.

Why is back pain so common?
Our muscles have to work constantly to hold
us upright against gravity and to move us around.
These muscles can get tired,
and being overweight as well as out of shape
causes even more problems.
Strong muscles, in the central part of the body,
(the core muscles) help to carry body weight and
to prevent the spine from getting overloaded.
When, these core muscles get weak,
the spine must compensate and do extra work,
therefore causing pain.

Things like over sitting, muscle spasm and stress can be a real pain.

* Sitting is worse for the back than standing.
The load shifts onto the disc as you lean
forward causing more strain and the muscles become tired.

* When less oxygen reaches the muscle,
there is more waste built up.
These changes trigger the muscle to go
into a spasm; it keeps firing on its own.

* Stress and tension tighten up the muscles,
making them more susceptible to injury.

I have found that for the most part,
people don’t stretch enough
or they stretch wrong.
As soon as they make a wrong movement,
their back starts to hurt.

Stretching is one of the best solutions to a healthy
and pain free back!

You’ll need no dangerous pain pills,
no smelly creams and no Chiropractor.

Granted, it takes work, but remember there is
no free lunch.
You have to pay either way–
with the pain or by doing the work.

Back pain can be a never ending problem
or no problem at all.

Most traditional doctor’s treatment for back pain is
-pain-killers and anti-inflammatory, which will
jack-up your stomach.
Next, physical therapy, and if that
doesn’t work, surgery.

As we age our flexibility decreases and
our joints lose their range of motion.
This can cause tightness, spasms and a
number of back problems.

You can regain and maintain the
flexibility, as well as prevent nagging
back pain in only a few minutes a day.
I have unlocked stiff painful muscles in
only a few minutes with the right exercises
and nipped back pain in the bud with
long-term relief.

Here are a few exercises I recommend
that have worked wonders for
me and many of my patients:

1. Lying on the floor, place your right foot on the left knee.
Using your left hand, gently pull your right knee
towards the floor, twisting your spine and keeping
the left arm straight out, hips and shoulders on the floor.
Switch sides. Repeat 10 times.

2. Lie on your back and
bend both knees. Feet flat
on the floor, arms out at shoulder level.
Now, let your knees
drop to the left and turn your head to the right.
Repeat on the right side.
Repeat 25 times on both sides

3. Lie on the floor and place
your hands behind your head
with your legs touching each other
straight out. Begin to move your
Upper body from side to side.

4. Get a large rubber ball, around 3 feet
(you can find them at most sport stores).
Sit on the ball and then slowly
start to lie down on your back using the ball
for support. Lie on the ball from 1 to 3 minutes.

People are always pulling their backs
out, but if you get on a
good maintenance program and do the
correct exercises,
you can end your back pain forever.

Years ago, I hurt my back doing a flip on a trampoline
and no mater what I did I couldn’t seem to shake the pain.

I researched everything I could find about
back injuries and put together a program that really
works to keep the body flexible and pain free.

Thunder Magic from Hurricane Irene

August 29th, 2011

I flew Jet Blue back to Miami
on Monday night and I was home
before the clock struck midnight.
Boston is a magnificent city to visit.
There are a lots of fantastic things to
do, great museums, and the
crème de la crème of schools,
MIT and Harvard just to name a few.

But to tell you the truth
I was somewhat anxious to get
back home since there is a huge
Storm brewing in the Caribbean
and I wanted to buckle down the
hatches before it hit.
It looks like it’s going to miss
Miami but we are still get a lot of rain,
wind, thunder and lighting and that
means there is going to be a lot
of Energy in the atmosphere.

If you know how to tap into
Lighting storms, you can charge
your system up and go much
deeper into your Qi Gong and
Shen Gong meditation practices.

A few years ago I went to Long
Hu Shan (Dragon Tiger mountain)
it’s located outside the city
of Yingtan in Jiangxi
province in China, our group was
made up of all Daoists, healers and
Medical Qi Gong practitioners we
went to study at the oldest temples
in Chinese.

It’s where the founder of religious
Daoism (Zhang Daoling) is said to
have attained the Dao in the 2nd century.
They say that at Long Hu Mountain
you can tap into the core of Daoist
magic and obtain the ancient knowledge.

We were there for a week before the 900
birthday of the temple. The number nine (9) is a
most powerful number in the Daoist
systems.
The number nine is seen in Taoist divination as the perfect number for yang/yo, the “bright side” when determining the individual hexagram lines according to the I-ching (Book of Changes). Some have suggested that the number nine refers to the nine planets, that the Taoist believe directly influence human destiny, or to the seven stars of the Big Dipper (Northern Seven Stars) plus the two attendant/guardian stars which Taoist believe is the gateway to heaven, and which each star is a Taoist deity.

(Waterhouse, 1996)
You can imagine how important the
900 birthday celebration was.
The Qi was really strong and so were
the teachings. This is where I learned
some of the keys to cultivate Thunder magic.

Thunder magic is divided into two schools.

1. Healing- How to move the
powerful Thunder Qi through the
internal organs and restore your
youth and vitality.

2. Exorcism-One of the most effective
means of countering the use of
negative energy.

You don’t find these teachings on public
Access TV, in Barnes and Nobel or on the web.
These teachings are only for a select group.

This could be you!
If you are ready for the real deal, join me
and a group of people who are ready to go
beyond the ordinary. Join the
Qi Gong Inner Circle now and get the inside scoop.

Consistency! Could that be the key to your Health?

July 18th, 2011

All day Saturday I was with a group
of 50 doctors at an exciting seminar
on nutrition. You may be asking
yourself, what’s so exciting
about nutrition anyway?

Food is our medicine or it should be,
but in today’s world there is so much
pollution in our water, soil and air that
we can no longer get the proper nutrition
from the food we eat. We need to
supplement our diets to stay in shape
and to have the energy we need to run
our lives as healthy and stress free as we can.

The type of food and the quality of your food
makes all the difference in our health and our
chances of longevity. Our food isn’t nearly
as clean as it was 30 to 50 years ago.

My mother who is 91 years old said,
“There was no such thing as organic
food when I was growing up, because
it was all organic.”
No, GMO’s, No poison sprays and
the fertilizers were all from the
compose pile, a real recycling system.
She went on to say,
“Your grandmother always had a garden
because food was expensive and that’s
how she helped feed the family.
I don’t know why people don’t grow
vegetable gardens today. If they
did they would have better food,
save money and give the children a
chance to see how things grow.”

As long as I can remember we always
had a vegetable garden, and my family
passed that knowledge down from
generation to generation. I always
plant a garden and my children
always have one too.
Gardening can help you with your
meditation and Qi Gong rooting
and grounding practices.

“The greatest gift of the garden is
the restoration of the five senses.”
~Hanna Rion

Unfortunately, for all of us the nutrients
in the soil have been depleted, and
food grown in soil has fewer nutrients.
Chemicals are used in raising both
plants and animals, particularly on
huge industrial farms. What they are
producing surely isn’t about your
health or mine, you can mark my words.

Our Diet lacks nutrients and relies heavily
on processed foods that include artificial
color, additives, flavorings, and
chemically altered fats and sweeteners.
There are many reasons why we might
want to pay attention to what we eat.
We especially need to pay attention when
we are sick so we can help our bodies
get the nutrients we need to heal.
There are many health benefits if
we look at food as medicine.

“Let your food be your medicine,
and your medicine be your food.”
~ Hippocrates

Getting the right nutrients into our
bodies are keys to optimum long-term health.
That’s why we need to supplement our
diet along with the right foods.
A multivitamin is the best starting
point for everybody and every BODY.

To put it in simple terms, you
wouldn’t supercharge your car if
the spark plugs were fouled out, would you?

I have tried many different vitamins
and supplements with thousands of
patients in the last 30 years. There are
many products on the market today
that aren’t worth a dime. You are literally
flushing your money down the toilet.

We have researched over 75 different
companies, and have found that
pharmaceutical grade dietary
supplements and vitamins are
the most valuable for long term health.

There is a difference between
something that is expensive and
something that is valuable to your health.
This formula will give you the most value
for the buck.
I have been working with a
team of researchers, nutritionist
and doctors to formulate the top
of the line in a full spectrum Multivitamin.

Qi Essentials “Multi-Four” is a combination
of three targeted nutritional formulas
packaged together to provide
convenience and comprehensive
nutritional support.

Don’t put your health on the back burner.

healthy. Order can order today at

Walking your Walk & Talk your Talk can transform your Life.

July 6th, 2011

Do you think it’s bad luck to
have a black cat cross your path?
Some superstitious people still believe this.

I have a friend who drove down
to visit for the 4th of July and when
he got to my house my two black
guard cats crossed his path
and he freaked out.
I asked him what that was
all about and he was surprised
that I didn’t know that black
cats were bad luck.

I chuckled to myself and after he
got settled I got to the computer
and looked it up.

There is an old wife’s tale about
a father and son who were traveling
on a dark new moon night when a
black cat crossed their path.
They pick up rocks and hurled
them at the cat. The frightened cat
hid and ran into an old woman’s house
at the end of the road to hide.
The next morning the father and the
son saw the old woman walking.
She had bruises all over her body and
walked with a limp. They concluded
that this was no coincidence at all,
the woman was believed to be a witch
who changes herself into a black cat
at night to prowl the streets unnoticed.

A black cat is not lucky or unlucky.
Depending on where you live, in some
cultures, the black cat is still revered
and a symbol of good luck even today.
The Scottish believe that when a strange
black cat arrives to the home it
signifies prosperity.

I believe that Ones luck never changes
for better or worse for at one we
all cross a black cat.
We make our own luck.
Real Luck has to do with a few
things like self talk, and visualizations.

Self talk can be good or bad depending
what you are saying to yourself.
One can be saying that they are successful
out loud and at the same time telling
themselves internally that they will
never be successful. It takes practice
and training to get congruent with your
inner and outer speech patterns. It is the
same for ones visualizations. If you see
yourself healthy and strong –you are
usually that way, but if you only talk the
talk and don’t walk the walk you are
bound to fail.

There is a very brilliant psychologist
that I met who sent her entire group to
my class to learn the ancient formula
of The Magic Square. This goes back
to the Chinese system of Fung Shui
where there are 9 squares all having to
do with a different part of your life.

*Carrier
*Relationship
*Family
*Money
*Spiritual
*Travel and influential people
*Projects
*Self cultivation
*Success

Once you learn and apply the principles
to your life you will have a road map to
have what you want to accomplish.
We video recorded the entire seminar
and had it professionally edited into two DVD’s.

Many of you have written me and asked
if you could acquire a copy of the
workshop that I taught in Miami on
the Ancient Chinese Healing Secret.
I don’t share these teachings with the
public, but if you have been a loyal
reader of Dr. Wu’s health tips I have
agreed to share these.

If you are ready to make some big
changes in your life and are tired of
waiting– order your copy of the
magic square workshop now:

http://rechargingqigong.com/magic-square-workshop.html

Make the changes and start walking
your walk and talking your talk.
You will see and feel the difference
in your life within days of doing the program.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS.
If you send in your order before
the 15th of July, I will enclose a
FREE copy of one of my DVD’s
a $30.00 value.

Auto-pilot training to build in muscle memory

June 22nd, 2011

When we are young and somewhat
immature, health is not a big concern.
I know in my younger days I thought
I was somewhat invincible and although
I have been training and working-out
since I was a teenager, I never put
much attention on health, sickness or wellness.
Probably because I never had any sickness
or death in my family until I was well
into my twenties.

By that time my training and daily workouts
were on my autopilot well ingrained into my
muscle memory and habit body.

The reason I always encourage you to train is,
if you keep it going you will build
in a habit body & muscle memory, that will
last a life time.
It will keep you younger and healthier.

That is one of the keys to Longevity.

As you mature, you hopefully become
more aware of not only your own situation
but others as well. As we move through
the different stages of life,
things around us
will constantly be changing–
they are all lesions to be learned.

When you experience any dis-ease,
no matter if it’s a common cold, an
emotional upset or a serious disease
it effects everyone around you as well.

If it’s a family member you will notice
it right away. If it’s a co-worker
and you are in the same office you are
going to notice their situation within a
few days or within a week for sure.

Why? Because it will effect you personally.
Maybe you’ll have to pick up the slack in
the office and do more work, or you may
catch what they have.
Just having someone around with
problems will effect you energetically.

But let us say it is someone thousands
of miles away, it can still affect us.
Take for example someone in Africa who
has Aids and comes into our country and
spreads the disease. It affects all of us.

“Getting well and feeling well
is a comprehensive growth process
that encompasses our entire humanity.”
-Dr. Reimar Banis

We only become healthy if everybody
is healthy. Getting well and staying
well is one of the most important tasks
in each person’s life.
Most people only notice their health
after they lose it or when they recovery
from a dis-ease.

All good Healers, no matter if they
are MD’s, Chiropractors, Massage
Therapists, Acupuncturists or Energy
Workers, promote self-healing by
providing profound stimulation for
the self-knowledge.

Help never really comes from the outside;
it is only to be reawakened within us to
bring a person back to true health and
happiness.
We can therefore rightly say nature heals.

Getting well and feeling well is a
comprehensive growth process that
encompasses our entire humanity.

When you make the conscious effort to
change your health, you will change the
health of everyone around you.

The programs that I teach
are all about becoming healthier mentally,
physically and spiritually.
It makes no difference if you
begin with

The Recharging Qi Gong program,

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

The Flying Crane Qi Gong program

http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

or
The Program on Mantra

http://rechargingqigong.com/the-internal-mantra-program.htmlthey

or any of the other programs and health products
because they are all about
your Health and Happiness.

I wish you the best in your Health,

Internal Transformation-Change Darkness to Light/Yang to Yin

June 10th, 2011

This morning my practice was
focused on all the Yin organs.
The heart, lungs, spleen, liver, and
kidneys are all vital organs and are
considered Yin in Traditional
Chinese Medicine. Keeping these
organs healthy and disease free- will
keep all the Yang organs strong and
healthy as well. Like the stomach,
gall bladder, large and
small intestine and the bladder.

In the five element system,
every organ has an emotion to it
as well. For example, the liver
is associated with anger on the
negative side and kindness on the
more positive side. The lungs are
associated with sadness, grief, valor
and courageousness on the more positive note.

The reason why we focus on the
Yin organs is they will balance out the
Yang as you work them in Qi Gong, or
when you’re getting an acupuncture treatment.

It’s like an alchemical process where
you’re changing one emotion to the other.
You’re able to free yourself of any form
of dis –ease by getting the energy to flow.

In China, there isn’t much of a
physiology department or need for
too many psychiatrists.

When there is an imbalance
in the mind there will be an
imbalance in the organ associated with it.

The Heart/ Small Intestines-
Negative: Anxiety, Rush, and Hastiness.
Positive: Love, Respect, Honor, and Joy.

The Spleen/Stomach-
Negative: Worry
Positive: Balance and Equanimity

The Lung/ Large Intestines-
Negative: Sadness and Grief
Positive: Valor and Courageousness

The Kidneys/ Urinary Bladder-
Negative: Fear
Positive: Gentleness

The Liver/ Gallbladder-
Negative: Anger
Positive: Kindness

In the Recharging Qi Gong program,
I teach the Yin set, a series of prescriptive
exercises that focus primarily on the organs
to change the negative emotion alchemically
to the positive emotion and at the same time
correcting the imbalance in the organ.
If the Qi is flowing, blood will naturally follow.
If there is a blockage in the energy patter,
it causes a blockage in the Qi, a stagnation
of the blood, and dis-ease is soon to follow.

In the Recharging Qi Gong program,
specially selected exercises are taught to
not only improve your health but to increase
your energy by TEN FOLD. There are thousands
of people practicing these exercises in seven
different continents, and all report more energy
in general, more vitality, their flexibility has
increased, and their sexual appetite and performance
is the best ever. If you don’t have this program yet,
I highly suggest that you go to
www.rechargingqigong.com
and get your copy today.

The program includes:
* The Workbook
* The Practice DVD
* The Practical DVD
Five CDs:
* 3 Internal Secrets of Qi Gong,
*The Spiritual Keys to Qi Gong,
*Compassion, the Path to Mental Well-being,
*The 5 Elements of Transformational Power,
*10 Secrets of Sexual Vitality.

You can’t get this program in a store,
on television and you won’t get these
teachings in a class with 200-300 people in it.

This type of program is for the serious student,
who wants to slow down the aging process,
increase his or her vitality, and achieve
optimum health. The Longevity practices
have been passed down from Masters to
Master and they are now available to
You . Get your program today

Get ready for Summer! -It’s Gonna be HOT!

May 1st, 2011

It’s warming up in South Florida
and the snow birds are flying home.

It’s Spring, and a bunch of holidays have
just passed to celebrate the coming of new life.

Spring is in the air!
As the seasons change, it’s time
to pay close attention to your diet.
When the temperature increases, we
will all need a lot more liquids to keep us hydrated.

I drink a lot more water; it’s time to
eat more fruits like plums, pears, and watermelon.
Also soups are one of my favorite
in both the summer and winter.

My friend Jerry Gruber is a fabulous chief
and gave me this recipe for a killer gazpacho soup.
What really makes it so good is the fresh flavor
of all the crisp vegetables.

Cold Gazpacho can be one of summer’s enjoyments.

Gazpacho soup originated from Spain.
It’s traditionally made with ripe tomatoes,
bell peppers, cucumbers, garlic, that is blended
with olive oil, vinegar, vegetable juices and served cold.

Here is Jer’s recipe:
Ingredients:
3 bell peppers (the more color the better)
3 peeled tomatoes
3 cucumbers
2 purple onions
(Seed everything) you don’t want to
get seeds stuck in your teeth.
Dice all veggies (fine).

Take all scraps and put in a blender.
Add enough red wine vinegar to cover
and then add ¼ to ½ cloves of garlic.
Add a pinch of ground caraway seeds and blend in a big pot.
Add ½ large can of V8 32oz can
(I found an organic one at whole foods.
If you can go all organic, it would be the best)
1 Large can of tomato soup –organic
1 can of tomato juice – organic
Add the stuff you strained and then add oil
Add 2 tsp of light weight olive oil and mix gently

Salt, spike (a natural seasoning)
White pepper
Some hot sauce to taste
A splash of Tamari sauce or Braggs amino acid
A little bit of lemon to kick up taste

Chill and add a dab of yogurt just before serving

P.S
It’s also a great time to do a detox program!

Detox-Kit liquid drops combine three homeopathic
remedies to relieve symptoms of illness caused by an
unhealthy lifestyle and/or exposure to environmental toxins.

*Lymphomyosot stimulates the lymphatic system
*Nux vomica-Homaccord stimulates the
gastrointestinal pathway and liver function
*Berberis-Hommacord stimulates the
kidney and gallbladder systems.

Homeopathic remedies are very safe and effective
and can be a great way to detoxify the body,
especially the liver and kidneys. For the colon,
however, nothing comes close to effectiveness of
a high quality fiber supplement that gets in
there and literally scrubs things clean.
Special herbs are also
needed to remove intestinal parasites.

The Detox-Kit

contains a combination of homeopathic remedies
and many traditional Homeopaths believe that the
homeopathic remedies should be given in single
doses and the perfect remedy needs to be
determined for each individual.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness,

Spring into Action & Save “BIG BUCKS” Inbox X

April 20th, 2011

don't be chicken

Don’t be a chicken, Spring into action Now

It’s Spring Again!

My son called me this morning at 6:00 am, and said
“Dad, can you believe it- there is two inches of snow
on the ground! and it’s cold again ” He lives in Michigan
where it’s still spring time as the hours of light and
darkness are equal. He told me that he can see green of
the daffodils, tulips and crocus shooting their heads
through the white snow and about to bloom- the new leaves
are appearing on the trees and he said that it was beautiful.

In South Florida we don’t get to see such a dramatic change
because spring is subtle here. Traditionally, it’s the
time to start new beginnings.

As I spring into things with a new burst of energy I will
start to detox my body by fasting for a few days, increase
the amount of liquids I drink, and eat a lot more green
leafy vegetables. I also focus my Qi gong practices on
the wood element -the liver and gall bladder; those are
the organs that are ruling in the spring.

The Spring Equinox also called vernal equinox, the rites of
spring, and our religious holidays like Easter and Passover
are at this time of the year, as the earth is bursting forth
with life once again. The equinox was a few weeks ago and we
are in the midst of holy week and Passover.

As a celebration of spring and of the new YOU, I want
to encourage all of you to increase your Qi Gong practices.

Will Qi Gong Improve your Sex Life?

April 10th, 2011

I received this letter from a student a few days ago and
I decided to share it with all of you.

Here is what Mike said:

“I was just wondering if the Flying Crane Qi Gong
would be beneficial for Prostate problems and or
impotence/erectile dysfunction.
If not, is there something else you
could recommend or even make
a video for on your YouTube channel?
Please let me know and thank you for your time.”
-Mike

When you learn and practice Flying Crane Qi Gong,
what you are actually doing is opening up the
meridian flow of the entire body.
There are 14 meridians running through the body.
They are like rivers of energy; there is one for
the lungs and large intestine, stomach spleen and so on.
They run through every organ in the body and bring
Qi everywhere. Blood follows Qi and blood is rich in oxygen.

If there is a disruption of energy mentally,
emotionally, spiritually or physically,
it will cause a stagnation
or blockage of the energy running through the meridians
and eventually cause the body a dis-ease and if gone
unchecked there will be some kind of a physical or
mental breakdown.

“This means whereby man is created, the means whereby
disease occurs, the means whereby man is cured,
the means whereby disease arises: the meridians are the
basis for all theory and treatment.
The meridian is that which decides over life and death.
Through it the hundred diseases may be treated.”
- Nei Ching

The Flying Crane Qi Gong set will open up the meridian
flow and allow the Qi to flow smoothly and bring Oxygen
rich blood to all the organs including your sexual organs.

Have you ever wondered what all of those sex drugs do?
They push more blood to the organ-hence that’s why
some guys end up with heart attacks.
Too much blood too fast –the ticker can’t handle it
and BOOM they are dead!

These are some of the warnings right off their website:
*Do not take VIAGRA if you take nitrates as this may
cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure.
*If you experience chest pain, nausea, or any other
discomforts during sex- seek immediate medical help.
*If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, seek immediate
medical help to avoid long-term injury.
*Men taking VIAGRA reported a sudden decrease or
loss of vision. If you experience a sudden decrease or loss
of vision, stop taking VIAGRA, and call a doctor right away.
*Sudden decrease or loss of hearing has been reported in
people taking VIAGRA. If you experience sudden decrease
or loss of hearing, stop taking VIAGRA and contact a
doctor right away.
*If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for
which you take medicines called alpha blockers,
your doctor may start you on a lower dose of VIAGRA.
*The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headaches
facial flushing, and upset stomach. Less commonly,
bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to light may
briefly occur.

This will never happen when practicing Qi Gong.
The exercises are gentle yet powerful at the same time.
Qi Gong is considered an internal exercise and although
there is physical movement in Flying Crane Qi Gong,
most of the action and movement is taking place on
the inside.

Here is a saying that I am found of:
“If you do external exercises,
You must do internal exercises,
If you do internal exercises
You may forget to practice external exercises!”
-Stephen T. Chang

The ancient Taoists realized that the human body could
not exist unless there was a continual supply of energy
(Qi) coming into the tissues and the organs.
They realized that health was a condition which existed
when the energy within the body was balanced and
that disease occurred when there was a state of
energy depletion or weakness.

Flying Crane Qi Gong will increase the flow of Qi to
all of your meridians, move the blood, bring more
oxygen into your body and increase your physical
stamina and sexual appetite. Mike, before you spend
thousands of dollars on trying to bring your sexual energy
up or damage your health by taking drugs with side effects,
I highly recommend getting the Flying Crane Qi Gong package
and start practicing today.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness.
