Eddy been a patient for years, but not a really good one.
I only see him if he gets sick or he’s a afraid of getting sick.
He is a smart guy, the CEO of a large Corporation, travels
all over the world, and stays in the best hotels.
He only eats in the finest restaurants wherever he goes.
I really like the way he dresses, very casual loafers, no socks
and always the latest European style.
He lives the American Dream and works hard for it.
You would think he would be on top of his health game
The problem with Ed is he is so busy running the show that
he doesn’t take care of his own health.
Years ago I suggested that when he travels and arrives at the
hotel the first thing that he does is go into the gym and
exercise for ½ hour, take a shower and then start his day.
But he said he is too busy.
Another suggestion I made was that he stops smoking cigarettes,
But he said it’s too hard to stop and he really enjoys them.
I suggested that he stops eating meat every day.
But he claims that that’s the only thing that gives him energy.
I told him as his doctor he should give
up drinking Scotch whisky before bed, but he said that’s the
only thing that really relaxes him enough so he can sleep.
If you noticed, Eddy has a lot of ‘
Buts’ in the way of his health.
Last week Ed called my office and said he was coughing blood
and had blood in his stool.
He was rushed to the hospital and spent a week there.
He was diagnosed with cancer of the lungs that has
metastasized to his colon.
In Chinese medicine the lungs and the large intestine are ruled
by the Metal element: Let me tell you a little about the metal
element
* The color is white
* The sound of the voice is weeping
* The Odor is a rotten
* The emotion is grief and sadness
* Season is autumn
* The organs that it rules are Lung and Large intestine.
Organs are always paired male (yang) female (yin) and if
one is affected so is the other. In Eddy’s case, that would
account for the blood in his stool as well as the coughing.
Much to my pleasant surprise Eddy opted to not take Chemotherapy.
He left for Switzerland as soon as he heard the diagnosis from his
doctor. He is now at the Paracelsus Klinik for three weeks
getting treatments.
I heard from him this morning and he is doing great.
He said.”Dr Wu Dhi thank you -I am going to beat this,
I’ll be at your office in a week and I am going to do
everything to stay healthy”.
Eddy is finally taking responsibility for his own health.
He changed his diet, he’s building his immune system and
he’s taking a proactive approach to his recovery.
We have an appointment to start doing medical Qi gong,
and to follow up on Dr. Rau’s treatments, diet and
supplements.
Ed is strong but he needs to build his immune system if he
wants to pull out of this one.
The very first thing I’ll teach him is the Recharging Qi gong
set that will give him more energy and he’ll building him
immune health at the same time.
I try to get my patients, students and friends on a program
while they are healthy.
If you wait until something goes wrong it’s a lot harder
to pull out of it.
I have all of them doing the Recharging Qi gong
program.

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.
Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.
When you live in Miami you can go for weeks
at a time not even speaking to one American,
Miami is really an international city.
This morning I worked out with a group of
Venezuelan who now live here,
we had breakfast at the French bakery.
There wasn’t an American in the place,
hardly anyone spoke English and the ones
that did had an accent that you could cut
with a knife, it was that thick.
When I was leaving I wished everyone a
great weekend and a Happy “Labor Day”,
That’s when the questions popped up.
What the heck is Labor Day any way?
To tell you the truth I had to look it
up on Google when I got home to see what
it was all about, when came about and what it really means.
“Labor Day, the first Monday in September,
is a creation of the labor movement and is
dedicated to the social and economic
achievements of American workers.
It constitutes a yearly national tribute
tothe contributions workers have made to
the strength, prosperity, and well-being
of our country.
They say it‘s more than 100 years after
the first Labor Day observance,
there is still some doubt as to who
first proposed the holiday anyway.”
Well America, we have a problem as we
all know.
Our the unemployment rate as of this
week is 9.6%. Not to much labor going on
right now.
1 out of every 10 people
you see on the street is out of work.
I have friends, patients and students
who are calling my office daily freaking
out over money, job and their health.
Money seems to covers up a lot of things
that people don’t want to look at,
feel, talk about or deal with.
They have avoided things for the last 10,
20, 30 or 40 years and low and behold they
are being forced to now open their eyes and
take a good look at what’s going on now.
People are stressed out, getting sick and
for the most part don’t have a clue what to do.
There are so many things one can do to make
their lives better, it would blow your mind
if you knew how easy it is to turn things
around.
In the program “Turn Stress Into Power”
I explain in detail what you can do to
turn your STOPS into STEPS.
People in general have put their attention
into things that now seem to have little
importance.
They forgot to pay attention to their health,
mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually
for years and it’s all coming up now to bite
them in the ass.
You can make changes right now.
Here are some simple things that you can
do to turn things around.
Starting this today they will make a world
of difference in your life and your families.
1.Get off your butt and start doing a regular
exercise, I know your back, knee or head hurts.
That’s no excuse. There is always something you
can do. Yoga, Qi Gong, Walking, Swimming
start a program today, No Matter What.
2.If you are a smoker ,drinker or a drugger
give it up for 6 weeks. Keep a journal
of how your feeling, what you get accomplish,
the quality of your health mentally and
physically and at the end of the 6 weeks
re-evaluate your life.
If its no better you can always go
back to your old habits.
3.Start imaging what you want in your life,
when you want it, how you want it and what
you are willing to do to get it.
The list can go on and on giving you valuable
info and positive suggestions to make your life
better, making you more powerful and encouraging
you to be all you can be.But there is no need.
I’ll stopping here.
Three a powerful number in all traditions
and if you follow these three steps
without a shadow of a doubt you will have
positive changes.
I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
Dr. Wu Dhi

Rebecca Ayre, the president of Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT), invited me to be a guest speaker at this year’s conference. I was more than happy to share all I could with the group.
The topics covered all the current trends in Integrative Cancer Care. It was designed to empower people with practical knowledge that will directly benefit those facing a diagnosis of cancer and patients who are looking for options and choices in creating their recovery from cancer. The conference was a unique opportunity to learn of the best therapies, techniques and approaches that Integrative Cancer Care has to offer.
I really got a ton of info to help my patients.
Their group was much more in alignment to my way of thinking.
When I treat a patient no matter whether they are looking for anti-aging treatments, recovering from a disease like cancer or any degenerative disease, I always work to balance the internal terrain.
If you had a garden in your backyard and the soil was very acid and had very little vitamins or minerals (clay and sand) in it, you wouldn’t expect to get much of a harvest. You could still grow something, but the plants would grow poorly and as far as getting any healthy fruits or vegetables your chances would be slim.
On the other hand, if your garden soil was alkaline had proper vitamins, minerals, air and water- your chances of getting a Bumper Harvest would be great. I have been growing organic gardens for years.
The key is the soil.
Of course it needs air, water, and sun light, but in poor soil it gets bugs, weeds and small unhealthy plants.
It’s the same in our body, if you eat junk food, don’t get clean air and water we will have a poor internal terrain and your health will reflect it.
Balance the terrain and the body will go towards health.
I was asked to share my knowledge of Energy medicine, Medical Qi Gong and Chinese Taoist internal exercises at this year’s conference as well as the importance of a proper internal terrain.
The doctors who attended were the top physicians, naturopaths, chiropractors and members of the general public, who gathered to share the best that Integrative Cancer Care has to offer.
They put together a truly memorable conference, and I look forward to participating as this community strengthens and grows.
Thank you all it was a great honor and privilege to share my knowledge with you.
I Wish you the Best in your Health , Wealth and happiness
