Enter the Dragon

January 29th, 2012

Chinese New Year is ALWAYS a time
to clean up your life and that means your
internal spiritual temple as well as your outer temple- your home.
I started getting it together weeks ago and I’ll
make sure it’s all done by February 4th.
This year, the cleansing process is even
more important as we are in a Yang Water Dragon year.
The emphasis of the year 2012, a Water
Dragon year is to gather the spiritual benefits
and clean out all of the cob webs in our personal
as well as our spiritual lives.
The rituals done this time of year are most
important for your health, wealth and happiness.
In China, you will see statues of Guan Yin, the
Goddess of Compassion, riding on a Water Dragon.
This might give us a clue to be more
compassionate in all that we do.
It’s important to clean out your closets of anything
you no longer use, get rid of all the clutter in
and around your house!

You also have to make sure that before February 4th,
you clean and renew all of the spiritual things in your life.
If you have spiritual statues, paintings,
amulets, books, and ritual objects, no matter what tradition, they all
need to be cleaned, polished, dusted off and
made ready for the year of the Water Dragon.
I will light incense around my house at every door.
This is a way to feed the spirit and I always make sure
that there are flowers in my house with fresh clean water.
I also put the traditional Chinese Red Welcome mats
at my door. Internal cleansing of the body is very
important at this time. I do skin brushing every morning
to cleanse and stimulate my skin which is one of the
largest detox organs in the body.
It’s important to do your own personal cleansing,
inside and out, at this time. Deep cleanse the surface
of your body. If you have access to hot tubs, saunas,
mineral or herbal bathes, this is the time to soak,
scrub and sweat out as much of the impurities as possible.
Be very clean on February 4th
(that’s the day ).
Wear only fresh clothes on February 3rd and 4th.
(The Dragon starts emerging in the evening of February 3rd).

I am definitely going to the Russian
Sauna to absorb the heat, jump in the cold plunges
and clean my body of toxins! I am even doing the
7 day Core Restore Program to clean out my liver,
remove all additional toxins from my diet and lifestyle.
This will REMOVE, RESTORE, and REVITALIZE
my entire system! It’s a way of gently cleansing my
body inside and out, and it only takes 7 days!

http://rechargingqigong.com/core-restore-detox-program.htm

I have a personal practice that is based on
ancient tradition that involves early morning meditations,
cleansing the house using epsom salts.
You can get the formula on my You Tube channel

Make this upcoming week a time of purifying your
body, mind and spirit. Eating pure foods at this time
is also VERY important. The Taoist Chinese say your
whole year’s fortune can depend on how you
enter the new year.
Order the Core Restore BT kit today!

In search for a Good Meal

January 26th, 2012
For the last few years I have been looking
for a good breakfast place near my house.
God knows I have tried everyone within a 5 mile
radius of my house and I am sorry to say there just
aren’t any good ones, but I kept on searching.
I knew there must be something around.
Most restaurants serve eggs, bacon, toast and coffee
but they don’t think about health.  Breakfast is often
called the most important meal of the day and there
are good reasons for that.
When you wake up in the morning, your body has
been fasting, for hours.
Breakfast literally means, “Break the fast.”
A good breakfast gives your body and brain
the energy they need to function.
By eating breakfast, you’ll be less likely to overeat
later in the day. If you’re trying to lose weight,
don’t try to cut calories by skipping breakfast.
Studies have shown that most people who have lost
weight and kept it off eat breakfast every day.
Research has shown that those who eat a healthy
breakfast are more productive than those who don’t.
We know school reports that children who eat
breakfast get higher test scores and perform
better all year long.
What I prefer in the morning is protein like eggs at
least a few days a week with vegetables and
occasionally I’ll add some smoked salmon or turkey.
I usually do 2 whites to one whole egg.
A few mornings I just eat fruit and drink tea, and
this really gets the bowels moving and keeps the
system clean. As for the other days I drink a good
protein drink like I-5 from Zymogen -16 grams of
protein, all of the amino’s and the necessary vitamins.
I’ll add a scoop of “Greens First,” it’s filled with all of
the fruits and vegetables you’ll need for the entire day
in 1 scoop and I make sure I take my vitamins with it.
You can order the I5 and the Greens First
by letting me know and I’ll send it out the next day.
I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

The Secret of the Lost Diamonds

January 20th, 2012

When I was around 9 or 10 years old
I saw a movie about a group of diamond smugglers.
They stole millions of dollars worth 2, 3 and 4
Carrot diamonds. The way they were planning
to get the gems out of Africa was to put the
diamonds into maracas which are shakers that you
see in Latin bands. Somehow the boxes got mixed
up in cargo and the smugglers got the wrong box
and the gems were lost forever.
The movie was fascinating to me. I kept thinking about
those diamonds for days on end.

A few months after I saw that movie, my parents returned
from a cruise that they took to the Caribbean and what
they brought back was ½ dozen pair of those maracas.
They looked just the ones in the movie. Could these be
the ones filled with diamonds?  I can remember taking a
hammer down from my Dads workbench…….

“Although curiosity killed the cat,
satisfaction brought him back. “

In general we are all very curios.
We want to naturally explore, see new things
and discover the undiscovered.
The adventure is well worth the risk!
The Qi Gong Inner Circle membership is not just a program.
It is an adventure in discovering who you really are, what

The Treasure of Thankfulness

November 28th, 2011

At last it’s Turkey Day!
You know that list that you
Started writing yesterday
about your New Moon goals?
Work on it a little today to refine
what you want. Moon magic is a powerful
way to stay in flow and have miracles manifest
in your life.

Make sure that you read them out loud, in a whisper
and then silently.  This will charge your words
and give them power.
Do this everyday until the New moon on the 25th
On Friday 25th put your notes away and every
time you have a drink, no matter if it’s water
or wine; think about the 36 things that you wrote.

This is a way to program your body, mind and spirit to
receive what you want and give blessings to others.
I wish all of you a very happy and Thankful Thanksgiving.
May all of your wishes come true!

Wealth and Happiness

New Moon Magic

November 28th, 2011

It’s 4 o’clock in the morning and
it’s pitch black outside.
It’s so dark; I can’t even see my
hand in front of my face.

It’s just about the new moon and
although it’s been cloudy and rainy in
South Florida, I can still see some of the
twinkling stars over the deep blue sea.

The reason I’m up so early and on
the beach is I want to get in my Qi Gong
practice today before I travel up north for
the holiday fun – and you know it’s going to be
fun sitting by the fire bundled up being with
my family and friends.

My daughter- in- law Dana is
cooking this year and she is a great cook
and In my honor everything is going to
 be organic.

My mouth is watering already and I’m looking
forward to all of the traditional Thanksgiving
treats and especially being with my close friends
and family.

Take the time today to write down
12 things that you are Thankful for,
12 things that you still want to accomplish this year
and 12 things that you will do to serve others.

Start the list  today, as have it complete by the
New Moon on the 25th of November your intensions
will bring you what you want and what’s needed as
the moon grows full on December 10th,
the last full moon of the year.

Remember to be Thankful for everyone and everything
 in your life.

Life is a series of lessons to be learned. Gratitude will bring
you through with love in your heart for everyone.

‘Every cloud has a silver lining.’

Get  The Three Treasure program today

of Health for years to come.

Holiday Travel Fun or Foe?

November 28th, 2011

Over the river and through the woods to
Grandmother’s house I go.

Tomorrow morning,
I’ll be going up north and it’s going to be cold.
I have my winter clothes ready and packed, my
boots, gloves, scarf and hats. They told me that
they are expecting snow, It’s not often that I see snow!

But here I go—I’ll be spending this Thanksgiving
with my Kids, Grandkids, my Mother and some Good Friends.

I’m really thankful to still have my mother around.
She is going to be 92 in February and she has every
bit of her facility. Mom is well read she reads two novels
every week, and she breezes through at least a dozen
or so magazines.
She knows what’s happening politically and really has her
options on what the government is doing, social issues
and she is a Detroit Lion and Detroit Tigers fan.
I talk to her every day and our conversations are always
Stimulating and built on love and respect for each other.

I’m going to be there for the Thanksgiving joy and
that’s the reason  I am sharing my joy with all of you
 the 3 Treasures programs !

keep Your Eyes Open and Your Big Mouth Shut.

June 1st, 2011

Many years ago my master
warned me to keep my eyes
open and my mouth shut.

He would say, “Guarding your
speech is as important as guarding your life.
What ever you say, when you say it and who
you say it to can get you killed, or save your life.”

I remember I was a blabbermouth
and my teacher gave me an assignment to
control my speech and break me out of
a habit for over talking.

At first it seemed like an easy exercise to me.
I thought I could do it for the assigned time of
12 hours without any problem, but it was
more difficult than I imagined.
Before I really made a commitment
to train myself, my mind was jumping
from one thought to the next, like a monkey
jumping from branch to branch chattering as
I went from one subject to the next.

Here is the exercise the master had me do:
He told me to take a penny, wash it and
put it on my tongue and hold that penny on
the roof of my mouth.

I was told to be sure to take it out of
my mouth to eat and drink.
It’s a way to train the mind,
to stop the mind from chattering and a
way to guard your speech.

When we talk and talk and talk and talk
we lose a tremendous amount of energy.

The 3 ways we lose the most of our energy is:

1. Through our digestion
- over eating is an energy sucker.

2. Sexual activity
- too much too often can zap you and age you prematurely.

3. Over talking, your speech, and what you say
- Guarding your speech is most important of the three.

When we are trying to make changes in our lives,
no matter if it’s mentally, physically, emotionally
or spiritually, we will run into some resistance.
Our bodies are like robots and we like doing the
same things over and over. It makes no difference
if those habits are good or not, the body / mind likes
doing what it does.

Now, how can we make those positive changes
that we all want in our Health, Wealth and Happiness?
There is a way and it really works.

1st is Education and 2nd is Training.

With the right instructions and the correct
Practice, you can change just about anything
and be in control of most situations in your life.
The easiest way to get permanent change
is to change the body first.
That’s where the commitment comes in.
If you want to change, you need to do something
to make those changes.

Body first, then mind and spirit.

The combination of the three will
make and hold the permanent changes in your life.

I have found that Qi Gong Practices include all three.
It trains the physical to be more flexible and supple,
it opens up the flow of energy in the meridians and
quiets the mind.

When I was first introduced to Qi Gong, it blew my socks off.
My hand chakras opened, my meditations improved and I
became much more flexible in both body and mind.
I started my Qi Gong training in
Flying Crane Qi Gong and
I still do it to this day.

Shedding a tear for a fallen friend

April 24th, 2011

Florida Everglades

Yesterday afternoon I got in the car and headed to Ft. Lauderdale to say my last goodbyes to my dear friend Gary.
I set the GPS and off I went.

I was driving for about an hour before I found myself
far out into the everglades.

That’s not what I planed, but that’s where I ended up.
I guess the GPS had different plans for me. Maybe it was
Gary sending me a message.

I parked my car and went for a long walk with my fallen buddy
on my mind.

It’s beautiful what a spectacular place the sea of grass is.
I knew it was one of Gary’s favorite places in Florida as we
talked about it often.

As I walked I saw some big alligators sunning themselves
on the banks, birds were flying over head and fish were jumping.
I was led to a quite place where I could say goodbye to an
old friend that I knew since high school.

Nature is really a wonderful place to commune with
your higher power and open up your soul.
I hung out with my friend in spirit for a few hours.
I was really enjoying myself and I even shed a few tears
as I looked off into the flowing grass.

Then I looked up into the blue skies and there
it was giant high voltage towers moving electricity across
the sky and there I was under it.
I high tailed out of there as quick as I could.
The ceremony of spirt came to a sudden halt.

I made a decision at that point to share more with you on
your health. What to watch out for in the environment that
effects health.
What foods to avoid, where to go and where not to be.
How to care for your health and the health of your family.

I hope everyone had a blessed weekend, as I did with friends
and family

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Earth Day Health Tips

April 22nd, 2010

It’s Earth Day!
Do you know what earth day is?
Earth Day is when organizations, groups and corporations
from all over the planet bring our awareness to keep our
planet healthy,vibrant,and alive.
This is the one day each year that we celebrate to make
our planet a better place. Hopefully we make planet Earth
better every day.
It is certainly a challenging project, people are more aware
than ever, but we are still in great danger.
It also presents a great opportunity
to build a healthy, prosperous, and better energy inside
and out for our future.
If we want a better place to live, and bring up our children,
it all comes down to taking responsibility for our own health.
I am not an expert on cleaning up our world’s environment but
there are some simple things that you can do to make your own
internal environment a better place to live.

1.  Avoid using plastic as much as possible.
Plastic bottles have chemicals that can contaminate your drinks.
One example is Bisphenol A (BPA), an artificial chemical that
can affect the body’s hormones when ingested. Reused plastic
is even worse for you.

2. Get an air filter for your house and change the filter in your
heating and cooling system every month.

3. Recycle, Recycle, Recycle. If your community doesn’t have a
program to pick up bottles and cans, start one.

4. Read labels. Just because it’s at the health food store,
doesn’t mean it’s healthy for you.
Natural doesn’t mean anything.
Stay away from soda, fast foods, corn syrup, all corn products.

5. Only use coconut and olive oil.
Peanut oil, canola, vegetable (soybean) oil are a big NO NO!
Crisco is fat in a can, yours and the tin it comes in.

6. Do Internal Exercise everyday.
It will get your blood moving, oxygenate
your lungs, move the lymph and keep you healthy.

One of the ways that we show our age is lack of lung capacity.
The smaller your lungs are, the greater your chance of dying
prematurely.

That’s the main reasons I train in internal exercises,
Qi Gong builds lung capacity and keeps me years younger
than I am and it will do the same for you, if you train.
If there is a blockage in your Qi flow there is dis-ease,
Open that blocked energy and the body will return to good
health in no time.

The Recharging Qi Gong program will open up your lung
capacity, move Qi and open blockages within weeks.
Make Earth Day your Health Day
