Don’t be Normal, It Will Kill You!

December 28th, 2011

I run into naturally talented people every day
and believe it or not it can be the worse curse
to be naturally talented.
You may be asking yourself
WHY?
You may be saying,
“I wish I was naturally talented at something,
but know, I have to work for everything
I get and that sucks.”

Mark Twain said,
“Talent is useless without training, thank God.

True talent plays a huge role
in being successful, but it takes more than talent.
It takes practice and dictation to reach the
top in what ever you do;

If you are willing to train more often,
as well as more passionately than anyone else
you have a good shot of being the best.

I know people with such increasable talent it
would blow you away, but do they train to perfect it?
Not usually and you know how the saying goes.
“Use it or loose it is.”
If you are not willing to do the training that
will develop your talent to its full poetical
it’s going to go away.

Usually those who really make it are those who
are ravenous to get to the top;
those who are willing to pay costs for lack of
talent with, something called
Unyielding Persistence make it.

Getting to the top through Unyielding Persistence
and commitment is only the first part of the
journey it takes;

Practice, Practice, Practice.

To stay on top of your game requires practice
and training all the time.
For a singer, practicing a hundred times a day
may be what will make them a star.
But it would be a major mistake to think for a
second that once you are there you don’t need
to practice. The more successful you are the
more you practice.

Your health and fitness is the same.

If you are lucky you’re born with a healthy body.
Then, through neglect, or ignorance of how to keep
it healthy, the you begin to let it crumble and
wear out; to get sick, fat and sloppy.

When you are young, you didn’t have to worry about
being fit, lean and healthy. You just are.
Then as you start to get older you became less
active and things started to change.
You may end up thinking all is lost and your doom
to be old, fat and sick.

But if you are willing to go against the grain,
to ignore all the so-called experts you can change
and reverse the aging process.

When it comes to health, Most conventional doctor’s
advice is totally wrong.
You don’t see a lot of healthy doctors and you
certainly don’t go to a hospital to get healthy.

If you want to stay healthy,
reverse the ageing process and lose body fat
and you’re willing to go against the norm
I can help you.

Yesterday, I just took the day to chill out
after the holiday.
Around noon I took a walk outside and did the
Recharging Qi Gong set, it took me less than
15 minutes. The rest of the day I could feel
my metabolism cruise at full throttle.
I did not achieve this metabolic transfer with
a wish and a prayer or a slow walk in the parks.

I accomplished it with the secret I reveal in
The Recharging Qi Gong Program.
When you follow this program you will be amazed
at how quickly your body changes.
So will your friends and family.

Celebration of our Good Health

October 4th, 2011

Before the Fast

According to the Jewish calendar, it’s now the year 5772.
That’s a lot of years and a lot of tradition, the holiday started last Wednesday night, September 28th. It’s called Rosh Hashanah, meaning “the head or first of the year.”

The next Ten Days begins with Repentance, and concludes with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It’s a time of introspection, forgiveness, and hope for a year in which we do better than we did in the past year.
This holiday is known for the custom of eating apples dipped in honey, symbolizing the sweetness of coming year may bring.

Rosh Hashanah is celebrated on the day when, according to tradition, the first humans were created; this is when people celebrate Rosh Hashanah as the birthday of the world and of humanity. The people from all over the world embark upon the serious task of examining their lives and repenting for any wrongs they have committed during the previous year. They are encouraged to make amends with anyone they have wronged and to make plans for improving during the coming year. It’s all about making peace in the community and striving to be a better person.

One of the traditions that I always do at this time, when the season changes from summer to fall is fasting and forgiveness for any wrongs I may have done. This tradition is in alignment with both the holiday and the season.

I fast for many reasons.
First there are millions of people all over the world fasting at this time.
It is sort of a collective consciousness of fasting because it makes it easier to do, like having waves of energy push you along making the fast easier.
Second fasting has a significant spiritual benefit. It helps to focus more on spiritual parts of our being.
The third reason is for all the health benefits.
A fast will give our system rest and help clean out toxins from our bodies.
Benefits of fasting are:
*Detoxification of the digestive system, liver and the kidneys
*Cooling of the core body temperature. This increases the bodies Growth hormones to keep you younger.
* A feeling of rejuvenation and extended life expectancy

There have been significant studies that conclude; less caloric intake will extend life.
Yes, it’s true, fasting is one of the longevity secrets. There are many reasons to consider fasting as a benefit to one’s health; the body rids itself of the toxins that have built up in our fat throughout the years. The body heals itself, and repairs all of the damaged organs during a fast. Finally there is good evidence to show that regulated fasting contributes to Longevity.

What I have found in my years of practice, is if you pay attention to your diet, do the right exercises like yoga and Qi gong and don’t hold on to the stresses in life you —you will stay disease free and live a happy life!

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness.

The Bunny in full armor is here, are you ready?

February 15th, 2011

The Chinese New Year lasts for 15 days.
This year it started on February 3rd and
the celebration is coming to an end in most places in Asia;
time to get back to work.

Chinese New Year refers to the holiday 中国新年(Zhōnɡɡuó Xīnnián),
which is often called Spring Festival in China.
Spring Festival is the most important and biggest festival in China.

During this Festival, every family decorates their homes,
and friends and family reunite.

I think it’s the only time the Chinese stop working.

When the other parts of the USA are freezing,
living in South Florida in the winter brings a lot of
friends and family my way from December until mid May.

This year of the Rabbit was no exception.
Friends visited from China and the festival
started in my home with decorations,
fireworks, special diet, drinks and offerings to
bring in the New Year.

What fun!

My friends have left Florida and are on their way back to
main land China.
But before they left they gave me some insight on what to
expect for the metal rabbit year.

They said, “It should bring you peace and tranquility”.

The Rabbit year seems to fix things and calm things down
for everyone. Diplomacy is the key word for this year.
Peaceful negotiation’s and cooperation with family and
businesses are the best answer.
Kiss and make up, forgive, and be loving.

Yesterday Lester was in my office and was telling me how
much he hated his brothers and he also was still hating his
mother and father who are long gone.
He believes they should have and didn’t fix some financial
stuff before they died and he is blaming them for his problems.

Hello Lester!

It’s time to get off of it.
Hate is the negative emotion that effects the liver the positive
emotion is kindness.
I suggested that he starts being kinder to people and himself to
untangle a situation that can’t be fixed any way.
The parents have been gone for 15
years.

When one starts putting Positive Energy into something guess
what happens?

You start bringing in a Positive Force in your life that can
transform any situation. Lester can heal his situation just by
focusing on being kind, compassionate, showing generosity
and having compassion

First of all the liver will calm down and people around him will
start responding to his kind nature instead of his
“I hate this and I hate that.” Who in their right mind wants to be
around that energy?
Not Me.

Lester asked me “where can I find more information on transforming
my negative energy into positive energy?
”
Les, I have two suggestions:

1. Go to my website www.Rechargingqigong.com and sign in
and I’ll send you a killer exercise to transform your hate nature
into a kindness and it’s for Free.

2. Grab a copy of “Turn Stress Into Power
“
http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

that will give you exact formulas and exercises to transform
your negative attitude into a positive one.

More about the Rabbit year-
The Rabbit is also very much about good taste and refinement.
Go to the theater, spend time at the spa and hit all the great
restaurants you love.

Beware the Metal Rabbit is not the cuddly, little soft ball of fur
you think of when you think of rabbits.

Metal gives this bunny a competitive, and aggressive side-
a Bunny in full armor!

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness.

Holiday Diet

December 24th, 2009

The Holidays are here and so is the holiday eating
and drinking.
We are all doing a lot eating and If you’re not eating
for sure you’re drinking and there is no way to avoid
it,without offending family,co-workers and friends.
My advice, go with the flow,
but use moderation in everything you do.
This will keep you healthy and happy all season.

Let’s talk a little about diet.

So why am I writing you about a diet at this time
of over eating and drinking.
You may be saying Dr. Wu. Can’t it wait until after
the first of the year?

This is a different kind of diet that I am going to
share with you.
One that allows maximum absorption and will give
you what youneed to nourish your entire system.
When it comes to nutritition, there is much more
to what we are eating than what really nourishes us.
This diet works on more than physical and emotional
imbalances it works with your spirit as well.

Here are a few aspects of the diet that will open
up the meridians and chakras as you dig in to your
Holiday feast.

1.  Have gratitude for everything you experience,
be open to welcome grace in your daily activity.

2.  Allow joy to flow into your heart, see the
humor in all you do,Laugh more it will keep
    you young.

3. Guard your speech silence will keep you from
wasting your energy. Also keep all yourself talk
positive.
Use the inner smile meditation to keep yourself
 happy and radiating bliss.

4. Chew your food at least 36 times before swallow
it down and as you do,instruct it to nourish your
body, mind and spirit.

5. Before you take any food or drink in your body
Bless it. Especially if you’re eating in a restaurant.
You never what the cook has on his mind or your server.
If they are angry the vibe goes into your food.
 Yuk!

I’ll be sharing many words of wisdom to keep you
healthy and a lot more about diet all month.
Stay tuned. Happy Holidays!

I wish you a Very Healthy, Wealthy and Happy Holiday
