Tour the office with Dr. Wu Dhi

The Psychic fish

March 13th, 2011

I was invited to dinner last Thursday with an old friend, Franco, he is a great cook, but he is known internationally for his professional Palmistry or chiromency and cartomancy card reading.

He is one of the most interesting and well-traveled fellows I have ever met. The thing that strikes everyone who meets him is his humility, compassion for others and his willingness to serve when ever he can.

We were invited to this dinner and I knew it was going to be an interesting gathering for sure. There were only 7 guests but they were all-skilled in astrologists and were all very clairvoyant.
I can’t say that I know many psychics personally, but I knew this was going to be a lot of fun.

They made a rather unusual request of my friend and I. They asked if I would stop at Whole Foods and pick up one pound of fish.

My mind began to wonder, why would they ask me to pick up a pound of fish? Were they going to cast it out to the sea and do some type of psychic reading? Did they have plans to chop it up and make some kind of fish dip? I had no idea why they wanted the pound of fish, but as they requested I went to the store and I picked up one pound of Salmon.

On our way over to their house, I was thinking, maybe I made a mistake and misheard what they had said. What if I was supposed to pick up seven pounds of fish? Nevertheless, I showed up at the party at exactly 6:30 with my pound of fish in hand. Everyone greeted us, we had a drink, and I handed the host the pound of fish. She thanked us very much and there wasn’t another word said about the fish.

They planned a beautiful dinner and the conversation was about planetary activity, how astrology was affecting the stock market, global warming, the gold market and the oil crisis, and how it was going to change in the near future, some for the better and some for the worst.

I was in the kitchen, with my friend, Franco, and the hostess and she was trying to prepare the meal, marinating the fish, steaming the cuscus, and chopping the vegetables. The dips, chips and wine were all out and everybody was having fun. Then it happened!

It was time to put the fish on the grill. Apparently the hostess had never cooked fish in her life, the fire was burning hot, and as soon as she through the fish on the fire, the flames jumped up at least a foot in the air. Just then, Franco and I jumped in and said, “Let us help,” and before we knew it, we were in charge of the whole dinner party. We cooked everything to perfection and the meal was totally excusive.
The night was filled with stories; lots of laughter and all had a lot of fun.

We left around 11 o’clock and on the way home, Franco told me that he was exhausted. He had no idea that we where was going to be in charge of the dinner party. He had no idea that we were going to be the chief cook and bottle washer. We ended up preparing the food, cooking the food, serving the food, and cleaning up the entire kitchen before we left. It’s no wonder why he was exhausted.

I told him that it was an enjoyable evening but a strangest dinner party, when the guest ended up doing all of the work.

What Franco said to me is, although we worked our butts off we were able to be of service where it was needed and “I learned all of this from you Dr. Wu.” I said, “Franco, what are you talking about? I don’t cook, and I would have no idea how to run such an elegant dinner party, it was you I was just assisted. How did you learn this from me?”

Franco said, “Dr. Wu, it’s all in your book, Turn Stress into Power.” He went on to tell me that after he read my book, and started practicing the exercises, he knew that he could go into any situation, no matter how stressful, and turn that stress into power!

He told me, “I had no intentions of cooking tonight, and running a dinner party, my plan was to visit and relax, but I saw that I was needed, and by doing what had to be done, I was able to take a stressful situation and turn it into a win for everyone.
Dr. Wu Dhi , I have recommended your program, Turn Stress Into Power,

How to Stay Hard and Strong

January 10th, 2010

DSC_045221 degrees in Florida this morning and that’s
a record breaker. Miami Beach is warmer 29 but with that breeze coming off the ocean its dam cool at my house.

Never the less I was up early walked down to
the beach and did my TRAINING AS USUAL.
The Recharging Qi Gong exercises increases power,
warms the kidneys and gives you more sexual strength
and if one gets all that, who wouldn’t want to train.
www.rechargingqigong.com

“He who fails to train, Trains to fail”.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, the kidneys
are responsible for our growth, development, reproduction,
bone marrow production, temperature regulation, the
function of brain and spinal cord, controls the strength
of bones, and fluid metabolism. If your kidneys are deficient
you could have signs and symptoms which will include:

Exhaustion, feeling cold all the time, swollen face,
swollen extremities, memory loss, hair loss, hearing
problems, decreased sexual drive, brittle bones,
teeth problems, sore back and knees, frequent pale
urination, incontinence, high blood pressure, low
sperm count, infertility, hypothyroidism, asthma,
impotence, difficult bowel movements.
You can see why the kidneys are so important to keep strong.
One of the keys to longevity is to keep the kidneys strong.

I have been telling you about Shou Wu Chih in my blog.
You know the Chinese tonic to keep your kidneys warm.

(Look at November 19th, 2009
“Keeping the Kidneys warm all winter”
www.Drwudhi.com

I have been drink it since late fall to prepare my system
for the cold and keep my energy at its best.

A few days ago when I heard that the artic freeze was
coming my way, I got all the goodies ready to make a
tonifying ginseng chicken soup.
Here is the formula,Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 small black chicken
(you can find a black chicken at the
Chinese grocery store)
5 slices of ginger about the size of a quarter
and ¼ of an inch thick
3 or 4 Tsp. Shou Wu Chih
10 Chinese red dates
1 pieces of dried ginger
2 or 3 pieces of garlic
½ package of the thin ginseng root
(they look like thick twigs and come
with a string around them)

Seasonings:
2 tsp sea salt
5 tbsp rice wine
A splash of sesame seed oil

Directions:
1. Wash and clean the black chicken
( I soak the chicken in salt water
for a few hours to pull out toxins)
2. Peel the ginger and garlic
3. Rinse the ginseng root, and red dates
4. Place the black chicken in a large pot
and add the ginseng root, Shou Wu Chih,
red dates, ginger and garlic.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
5. Bring the pot of water to a hardy boil.
6. Lower to low heat and simmer the soup for
 about 2 hours
7. Remove from heat and add the seasonings before serving

Today I had 3 bowels already and I’ll have another one

The Magic of Winter Intenal Qi Gong

December 20th, 2009

Last night I came home after sundown and the whole
house was completely dark.
Instead of turning on the lights I lit a candle.
I never do this sort of thing but the house seemed
so quiet and peaceful I wanted to just sit and open
to the quietness.

I spent the majority of the night in contemplative
meditation. We are in the Winter Solstice and it is
an excellent time to take time to be quiet and reflect
on the past year.
I recommend doing this for yourself as a matter of
self-cultivation.
With all the crazy energy around the holidays and
year-end you want to make sure that you cool-out
and recollect yourself before you burn-out.
Once you do I think you will find that the rush of
the holidays and year-end quiets down and you can
refocus on those things that are most important.

In Chinese medicine Winter is associated with the
element Water. Water energy has the attributes of:
•Cold
•Damp
•Quiet
•Stillness
•Calmness
•Smoothness
•Listening
•The Kidney organ and meridian

This energy is available in the atmosphere
throughout the winter. Just slow down,
sit quietly in a natural place and pull in the
atmosphere. Winter Water energy is also
associated with a special type of Awareness that,
from Chinese to English, best translates as
Alert Stillness. In the Chinese Medicine system we
use animal associations to signify these types of
energy, and as such, the animal for the water element
and organ of the Kidney is the Deer.
The Deer is chosen because it is a master of Alert
Stillness. When you think of a deer you think of an
animal that is impossible to sneak up on.
The slightest snap of a twig and the Deer has
disappeared. This is not the same type of power of
a Tiger or a Dragon but it is a type of power that
completes us.
In the Ba Gua system of Martial Arts it takes a
whole circle of animals to become a Master.
We cannot always Push, Push, Push, sometimes we
need to sit, take inventory, and listen to the
atmosphere.
This is the power in the symbol of the deer and that
is the power of this time of year.
So take advantage of this time of solstice when this
energy is most powerful and abundant, you will not be
able to tap into this energy so easily in other seasons.
Winter, not just the New Year, is the best time to set
new plans and goals into action.
Take inventory of what is happening around you.
Upon deep consideration you may see more then
before.
Clarity is not achieved when you are rushing or
being hasty.
Opening is found in reflection.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi

Is your Dr. Finished in 3 minutes?

November 19th, 2009

Health care, my behind. It’s more like sickness
care at most, that is a more appropriate word
for it. In the good old USA the debate is heating
up daily.
I drove by the city county building today and
there were a hand full of people out there with
sign’s raised complaining of Obama’s health
care bill.

There is a ton of political, corporate, special
interest groups involved and chances are they are
not the least bit interested in your health.

If they were, we wouldn’t allow GMO foods,
High Fructose Corn Syrup,diet sweetners
antibiotics and hormones in our meats.
Cola’s,bacon & hot dogs filled with Nitrates,
water that you can’t drink, air pollution,
polluted rivers, lakes and oceans,
mercury in our fish and being pushed into the air.
I could go on and on, but thats enuf.

In Chinese medicine we treat the root of the problem.
The same in European biological medicine.

When you just treat the symptom you don’t cure the
problem,it’s a bandage at most.

Let’s say your house is filled with garbage you will
attract flies and rats and you can
poison and trap the pests to get them out of your
space for a moment, but they will come back if you
don’t eliminate the garbage.
That’s the root cause of the pests. The same with our
health if you have cancer, tumors, heart problems, high
blood pressure, diabetes, even bad breath or a host of
other illnesses.

If you treat the symptom alone, not the cause, you’ll
never,ever cure it.
You may be able to hide it for awhile, but it will raise
its ugly head again and may even kill you dead…

If we really want to get people well we would eliminate
the problem.

That’s the real health care cure.

Have those companies that pollute our air and water,
sell inferior foods, fill people with corn syrup and
bubbly water and sell unnecessary drugs pick up 80%
of our insurance costs out of their profits. This would
fix the health care system overnight.

If you eat fast food and don’t exercise, you will
eventually have to pay with poor health sickness.

You can keep your self in tip-top shape with just
a few changes.

•Drink clean water every day 3 quarts up to a gallon
•Stay out of fast food restaurants
•Exercise your organs and tendons daily
•Stay under 20% body fat
•Wash your hands several times a day
•Eliminate complex carbohydrates
•Do Qi Gong breathing exercises daily

Every day people come to me to learn the Qi Gong
breathing exercises and the Qi Gong organ regenerating
exercise. They want to stay young, stay or get healthy
and increase their Energy.

My practice as a doctor is just about full.
The coaching program is filling up.
I can only see a limited amount of people a day.
If your asking  Why?
I am not a doctor that finishes in 3 minutes.
I stay with my patients until we are both satisfied.
Well satisfied!

For those of you that can’t come to Miami to see
me in person, I have created a few programs to
train and coach you from afar.

I made these wonderful programs to train my patients

Doc, you gotta’ Fix Her.

November 17th, 2009

I drove over to a patient’s house last night to
make a house call. That’s not something I do a lot of,
but Karen twisted her back and couldn’t get out of bed.
Her husband, Martin, called and pleaded with me to go.
When I arrived at the house, Martin was the one
who seemed to be having the problem.
Although Karen was flat on her back,
he was All Shook–Up.
I asked if he was all right and he blurted out almost
in tears.“Who is going to make dinner?
Karen can’t move and I am really hungry.

Doc, you gotta’ fix her.

How are the kids going to get to school in the morning?
This is really an inconvenience for me.” I with held my
personal judgements. As I bit my lip. I said,

“Well Martin,” I answered calmly, “why don’t you let
me take a glimpse at Karen and see what I can do.”

Karen is a 53-year-old house-wife with three kids
and lots of demands on her.
She is the support person in the family and
without her, no one functions very well.

When there is too much stress on any of us we break
down.
Sometimes a cold, stiff neck or, in Karen’s case,
a back-pain or a pain in the butt can knock you for
 a loop.
I did some Acupuncture and Medical Qi Gong, adjusted
her spine and found that she just needed rest for a
few days.

I sat down with Martin when I finished and explained
that the best way to have his loving wife back was to
give her some space.Take the kids out to dinner.
Go down to the beach for ½ an hour or so.
Practice some Qi Gong exercises which will help
him and the kids to be more flexible in body
and mind.
Martin said, “Do you mean those exercises that you
were talking about?”

“Yep! Those are the exercises.
I’ll go over with them with you now and you can
visit my website www.energymedicineflordia.com
and download them for FREE.”

Martin called me this afternoon and thanked me a
thousands times over. He said it was great for him
to spend some quality time with the kids, although
he has been living within a few miles of the beach,
last night was the first time he went to look at
the ocean in years.
He said, “The Exercises helped to open up my
flexibility, or lack of it,in my body and mind.”
I reminded him that every month the members of the
 www.Qigonginnercircle.com receive a DVD of
exercises, meditations and ways to keep stress free.
Check it out.

I wish you the Best in Health, Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. He said that Karen was getting better.
