Training that’s as easy as Pie!

May 11th, 2011

Back in 1978 I was living in the mountains with my family. My friend Bob came to visit from Michigan on his way to Arizona. I’ve known Bob since I was 12 years old.
His family they lived just a few houses away from us.
Although I haven’t seen him in years, he heard that we moved to Telluride and showed up one afternoon at our door.
Bob went to school with me at the College for Creative Studies (CCS) and at that time it was called “The Center for Creative Arts” in downtown Detroit.

Somewhere along the way he picked up the skill of making pies and that night he made a few pies for our family and passed down his pie making secrets to me.

That spring the rhubarb came up in the high country and I decided to make a few delicious rhubarb pies. I picked a whole bunch of fresh organic rhubarb and brought it into the house and began my pie making magic. I started with a homemade organic lattice crust. You know, that crisscross kind?
It was just beautiful and it was filled with rhubarb and fresh strawberries. I put them in the oven and when they were ready I placed them on the table to cool.
I went into town to do a few things. When I came back both pies were gone, I asked my wife what happened to the two pies?
She said, “I had friends drop in unexpectedly and I served the pies.”
Me, “Both of them?”
She said, “Yep! They are gone and we really enjoyed them. Thanks.”
I asked her if she saved me a piece as those were the first rhubarb pies that I ever made and she said,” No there all gone.”
At first I was disturbed and in disbelief that they didn’t even save me a small piece.
It took me a few hours to make them and they were all gone!

But as we all know for every action there is a reaction.

The next day I was at the post office and one of the guys who came over to visit my wife and have a piece of pie, came up to me and was really pissed off.
He said after eating the pies he had stomach cramps and diarrhea all night.
I heard that from more than one of her guests.
Apparently, I got some of the leaves of the rhubarb into the pie and the leaf will give you the runs for sure– it’s considered a mild poison.
Although I never got to taste my first rhubarb pie it sure made me put a smile on my face.

In life there is always a reaction to everything we do.
The reason I train, meditate and eat a healthy diet is; I am creating a reaction in my body, mind and spirit. The reaction I am shooting for is openness, clarity, flexibility, awareness and optimal health.
We can all achieve these qualities but it comes with work and training It takes two wings to fly. One is the practice and the other wing is the training or education, to achieve your goals you need both. If you just have one wing you flop around on the ground and never get anywhere. But if you get the proper training and practice you will soar to new heights.
The purpose of the Qi Gong Inner Circle www.qigonginnercircle.com is to train serious students.

If you’re just starting to train and practice this isn’t for you right now.

Get the Recharging Qi Gong www.Rechargingqigong.com program and Turn Stress into Power www.Turnstressintopower.com and practice for 6 months first.
These programs will give you the foundation you will need to become part of the Qi Gong Inner Circle www.Qigonginnercircleqigong

The Mommies are Falling

January 13th, 2011

My 90-year-old mother fell last night.
She said, “I was a little disorientated when I woke up
in the middle of the night and the next thing I knew,
I was lying on the floor.”

Luckily she didn’t get hurt.

She wears one of those emergency buttons around her
neck and someone came up to her apartment in minutes.

My friend’s mother wasn’t so lucky. She is up there in
years as well but nowhere close to my mother.

She got her feet tangled up in the sheets and before
she knew it she was on the floor with a broken bone.

It seems that when she tried to get out of bed she fell
on the floor and fractured her thigh.
She was rushed to the hospital and is now
getting pins and rods to hold it in place and months
of therapy just to try and get back to normal.

When you fall and break something it can take months
to repair and sometimes years,
and that’s not the worst part.

If you aren’t moving your body your lymphatic system
isn’t moving either and you can get swollen legs,
fluid build up and even possible heart or kidney failure.

In Chinese medicine, the heart is the fire and the kidneys
are water.
Hence that’s the meaning of the yin and yang sign,
fire and water.

They need to stay balanced to keep your health and vitality.
That’s the first thing I check when doing an acupuncture
treatment, the heart and the kidneys yin and yang.

You would think this just happens in the older population
but that’s not the case.
Many younger people end up on the floor with broken
bones every day and it can be prevented
but it’s not an overnight fix.

On my last birthday I was in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
I was invited to go on a friend’s powerboat for a ride.
When I got in the boat I just walked over the hall and
sat down.
My friend remarked that I had great balance and most
people have a hard time walking on board.

I didn’t think much about it at the time, as my balance
is very good.

But it’s not totally natural– I work on it and have been
for years.
I started practicing martial arts when I was 12, yoga
when I was only 17 and Qi Gong for over 30 years.

I work on my balance every day, sometimes spinning
in circles on the beach, walking backwards or practicing
Qi Gong postures.

Nothing comes for free if you want to avoid the perils of
old age or just prevent yourself from falling on your face-
you have to practice.

Students ask me all the time what would be the best
program for me to start with?

If I had to choose a beginning Qi Gong practice I’d
suggest getting the Flying Crane Qi Gong
and then move into the more advanced Recharging
Qi Gong program.

For the students that wanting more and more of
advanced info

I started the Qi Gong Inner Circle to give the serious
students the inside scoop on anti-aging and longevity
practices that most Westerners will never see and unless
they find a Master.
All these programs are listed on the website

www.Rechargingqigong.com

if you still have questions about the programs
classes or private treatments write me at

I’ll answer your questions.

How to gather Qi at a Wedding,Baseball Game,or a Wrestling Match and make yourself Younger at the same time

July 27th, 2010

The wedding bells were ringing this weekend
my friend Michelle got married to the love of
her life, a well groomed handsome international
business man. “Frenchy.”
It is amazing how love can transformed a hotel
ballroom into a chapel of amazing energy.
The ballroom was filled with friends and family,
the smell of roses permeated the air as the
beautiful bride walked down the isle with a long
trailing dress.
Her father then handed her off to her new husband
“Pepe Le Pew”.
People where breathless, eyes filled with tears.
Brides are so beautiful with all the fluff–puff,
and make-up hidden under a vale that gives a
magical quality to the entire event.

There is a lot of energy and Qi at a wedding,
and if you know what you’re doing you can fill
yourself up with more high-octane fuel than
one can ever imagine.

Yes! When there is a large group of people who
are focused on something there is an abundant
of Qi just for the taking.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a wedding,baseball game,
a wrestling match or a rock and roll concert,
when you’re in a place with a lot of people there
is ENERGY.
If you’re OPEN you can drink from that fountain of
Qi and renew every cell in your body.

99% of the people don’t have a clue how to use or
store energy, in fact most people just waist it.
They only feel the emotional part of the event.
They scream, yell, cry and clap there hands
together and never gather any energy at all.

It is said that at the end of our lives we only
have two things the amount of love we have given
and the amount of energy we have stored.

Most of us know how to give love but how do you
store energy?

It’s a form of self-cultivation but even more
profound.
The techniques are in the internal workings of
Meditation,Qi Gong,Qi Gong Healing,
and Medical Qigong.

The secrets are now revealed.
If you want, Really Want and are willing to
practice you can open up your centers and own
the magic for yourself.

The Qi Gong Inner Circle is an on going teaching.
Every month you will receive a DVD and be invited
on the new moon conference call with the members.

Healers Beware

July 3rd, 2010

If you are a healer,
a caregiver or just someone who cares for your family and loved ones,
you could be in Grave Danger and not even know it.

So many of us give our heart and soul to others, we give everything
we can to take care of- our mates, children, family and lovers.

No questions asked.

If they are sick, depressed, or just off balance we pore all of our
energy and attention into trying to make them feel better.

I’ve seen this with my own eyes. Some one can be
Sick- As- A -Dog,
and their mate will insist that they go out with them with no
regards for how they feel.

What blows me away they go!
Sick as Hell.

Is this loyalty? A fear of not being loved, or such a strong
need to be accepted and loved,
that one will compromise their own well being ?

What’s their mate thinking?
Are they thinking?

No mater the reason,
they jeopardize their own health and longevity,
all while trying to please.

The intension may be good, but you could be

“throwing out the baby with the bath water.”

Self-cultivation is a method used to not only
educate yourself, but a way to build in self respect
for yourself.
If you feel that there is no one there for you,
you need to be there for yourself first.

“Healer, heal thyself”

“We are all healers, in one-way or another and in
general we don’t take the time to heal ourselves”.
We must take care of ourselves as we help others
do the same.

“If I give you a fish – you eat for a day,
but if I teach you to fish you can eat for a lifetime.”
-J.C

Here are some suggestions to make your life better
and give yourself some well-deserved and needed
self-cultivation

Start your day out right…

· Start your morning with a hot cup of tea, and some quiet
meditation before everyone else gets up.

· Have your first meal be a calming nourishing one

· Start your exercise with qi gong, yoga or a relaxing walk

· Get 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep

· Go to sleep before Midnight at least 4 days a week

· Don’t ever deplete your reserves, it’s way too expensive

· Take some downtime

· Establish good work and play boundaries

· Build your immune system daily

· Fast one day a month or eat lightly that day

· Avoid big meals and desserts! – They suck your energy
reserves

Develop a daily habit of cleansing your energy and
refining it every morning with aQi Gong meditation.

I establish an energy shield around my body before
I start my day.
If you want to learn this secret info,

this is just one of the many hundreds of
Taoist teachings that I only share with members.

It protects me and allows me to work at a deeper
level with students, patients, family and friends.

Don’t buy into the atmosphere of fear that people
may project around you or their neediness.
It’s usually someone trying to suck energy
from you.

There are many ways to keep yourself healthy and retain
a strong energy field around.

Could Paul McCartney be good Karma?

April 6th, 2010

It’s amazing how things happen.  Some call it Karma,
or fate, it’s too real to call it a coincidence but
when the energy is open things just flow right.

I had a patients come in to the office with more
problems than you could shake a stick at, they were
stressed to the max, to the point of just about
dysfunctional.
This happens, it’s part of life and we just need to
push our self up from the ground we are lying on.
No one can do the work for you. You are in charge.
That’s the good and bad news.
I encourage all of my students and patients to take
responsibility for their own health, but sometimes we
just need a boost to get up and running again.
Arnold was some one who needed a so-called boost.
He told me up front that he was down on his luck.
I told him to come into the office and don’t worry
right now, the universe will take care of it some how.

He came in for a more then needed acupuncture tune up
and when he left he had a smile on his face and could
see what he need to do to pull himself out of his self
inflected problem.

About an hour later I received a call from a friend who
asked me if I was free that evening and would like to be
his guest at the Paul McCartney concert in Miami.
I was a Beatles fan when I was a kid and to see one of
the top stars on the planet would be awesome.

The concert was awesome.
He went on non-stop for three hours.
He must have played on  20 different guitars.

He sang some of my favorite songs: “All We Need is Love”,
“Give Peace a Chance.”
He gave tributes to his buddies Jimmie Hendrix,
John Lennon and George Harrison.  What an experience!!!

Now,  there is someone who is a super talented;
who had his marriage fall apart,
Who had his band fall apart, his best friends died,
but he pulled himself together and gave one of the
best concerts that I have heard in years.

We all have awesome talents, maybe not to the extent
of the Beatles and we are all special.
You can sit on your duff or get out there and perform
your own awesome concert.

You could  see from the way that Paul McCartney stood
on the stage that he was in control like a Qi Gong master.
He pulled in the energy from the thousands of spectators
present  and was able to transform that energy into sound
and light that awed us all.

If you really want to learn techniques in Qi Gong that
will transform your life become a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle!

Internal Qi Gong to control Pain

March 16th, 2010

Today A student asked me if I knew how to control pain using Qi Gong.
I refered to this blog that I sent out a few years ago.
This is the story I told him.

As a kid growing up in Detroit you learned how to be tough
at an early age, and even if I got in a fight or got hurt
I learned how to control pain. That was something I learned
early.

Dr. Feldman our family dentist taught me from an early age to
 GET TOUGH!

You may remember those old dentist offices where that had
those old cable drills, well that’s what he had in his old
creepy office, with those old time cable drills that moved
really, really slowly with loud buzzing drills.
Dr Feldman told my mother, who seemed to believe
everything that he said, that kids didn’t need Novocain
or anything else for pain. He Told Her “Kids don’t really
feel any pain from the drilling”.
So we never got the numbing stuff.
I learned how to move my internal energy in my body to
avoid pain at an early age just to survive those early
days of touchier.
Not exactly the water board technique, but close.

I still use the technique to avoid pain,
to the amazement of my current dentist.

I was working out with a group of students about a
month ago showing some of the advanced techniques of
internal Qi gong and how to strike not at things but
through things.
I got distracted by a question from a senior students
and a newbie cold cocked me on my left side right on my jaw.
Ouch! I didn’t give it much energy and re-channeled the
pain and went on with the instructions.

A few days ago I was feeling some discomfort in my mouth
and went to the dentist to have it checked.
It turned out that I had a broken tooth and it needed to
be pulled.

When I said No Novocain! The dentist  and her assistant
turned white. After some discussion and seeing that it
wasn’t going to happen without me agreeing to let them
give me at least a ¼ dose I agreed for their sake I then
went into a deep meditation and before I knew it the
tooth was out.
I did much better than the doctor and her assistant in fact
I giver her call to day to check on her anxiety level after
seeing me. She was fine but still can’t believe that the
processors didn’t bother me.

Over the last 6 decades I have studied and learned many
techniques from the ancient cultures on to move, remove,
divert and avoid pain. On many different levels mentally,
physically, emotionally and locked in spiritual pain.
Some of these systems I have discovered out of necessity
others are drawn from the Taoist systems and Tibetan
systems, as well as Alchemy, Chinese medicine and the
secret teachings of Ayurvedic medicine.

These and other internal  Qigong exercises are what
I teach to the Qi Gong Inner Circle members.

Fung Shui Garden

March 3rd, 2010

Around 6:30 this morning I met with Linda in her
secrets Fung Shui garden, it’s hidden in a special
lay according to ancient laws of alchemy.
Linda doesn’t invite too many guests here,
she is really careful to keep the vibrations at the
highest levels.
I heard that everyone who visits her garden claims,
that no matter if it’s hot or cold outside the
temperature is always perfect and the space is
very healing.
The garden is filled with exotic tropical flowers,
plants, and medicinal herbs from all over the world.
As well as sculptures, bubbling fountains and the
sound of wind chimes permeate the air.
As soon as I entered the garden,I went into an internal
state of conciseness that I have only experienced in
deep meditation and intense Qi Gong Practices.
The feeling I got was an incredible amount of internal
space, my breathing opened and my entire body was
relaxed just being there.

The more internal space we have creates more awareness,
and more awareness creates more space. Once you experience
this, it can be duplicated and called forth at will.
People are always saying things like, “I need to get
away” or “I need more space.”
But once you’ve learned how to pull in the energy you
can go into that deep space at will.

We have the external universe which is the macrocosm
and we have the internal universe, the microcosm,
space where you can learn and grow the quickest.
It takes discipline as well as training but with a
regular practice you can be the master of your own
destiny in no time at all.

Here are a few important keys to get you there:
First of all, you ground yourself and get yourself-centered.
That’s the importance of building a solid foundation.

Next key is in the Breathing.
This will relax your body and relax your whole being.
Imagine that the energy is being absorbed into every
cell of your body, like a monster sponge sucking in
all the Qi.
When I first learned this work it was like plugging into
a 220 socket. My energy and vitality jumped off the
charts and my anxiety leaves dropped away.

I teach these techniques in depth to the members
of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Every month they receive a DVD and we follow up with
a conference call to insure everyone is up to date.
If you haven’t jumped on the boat yet,
what are you waiting for?
Go to www.Qigonginnercircle.com to get a trial membership.
It’s still only a dollar until March 15th.
Sign up today!
If you’re not completely amazed by the teaching,
you can drop out anytime.

Couch Potato Syndrom to Stud!

December 20th, 2009

Take a look at the emails I recently
received about The Recharging Qi gong program
and Qi gong inner Circle

Dr. Wu Dhi
Just wanted to touch base with you on the
phenomenal results I am receiving from your
programs.
I recently ordered. The Recharging Qi Gong and
became a member of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.

I was suffering with “couch potato syndrome.”
I just couldn’t get my BIG ASS off the couch.
My Saturday and Sunday’s were spent watching TV
and I didn’t know I had a problem until I
noticed that Monday turned into the same thing.
I guess the biggest awakening came when
I over heard my wife talking to her girl friend
on the phone.
She said,” I hates making love to FAT Guy”.

That Did It!

I knew our sex life was in a rut but didn’t
realize it was my gut.

A good friend turned me on to your programs
& website and I have been reading it and
soaking up the info. I ordered every program you
offer that day.

I have used exercises from time to time but never
got such great results so quickley

Since I have been practicing your programs,
to my amazement, after just 6 days my
“spare tire” is smaller and other parts are bigger,
if you know what I mean.
And believe me, if you’re my age and

one thing, but when she Cuts You Off.
That Sucks.
I’ll never suffer from the
couch potato syndrome Again.
