This morning after my workout
and a little breakfast,
I planned to go to the Glazer Farms organic market
in Coconut Grove.
It’s about 30 to 45 minutes away from my house.
What I like about the organic market is that
they have countless unusual prepared salads,
soups, fresh juices, mouth-watering coconut
water and the best darn raw fruit pies that you
have ever tasted. Not only are all of these treats
delicious, they are extremely healthy filled with
minerals and vitamins.
My plan was to stock up and have a weeks worth
of ready to eat healthy foods and treats.
My friend Bob said he was going to the market as
well, so we planned to go together and meet up at
around 10 O’ clock. The market trip usually takes
around 2 or 3 hours from port to port- if you stop
for lunch, and it’s a relaxing way to enjoy the morning.
He picked me up with Shaina, his wife, and we
were off to the market.
We were driving for about 20 minutes and that’s
when I heard the news.
Shaina said, “We were going to The Red Lands
to “Country Robert’s.” Not only is it about an hour
and a half away, nothing is organic!
Too late for me to get off this trip!
I was now a prisoner on Shaina’s trip.
“Cest La Vie.”
This kind of thing happens to all of us now and then.
We are forced to do something or go somewhere
that we really don’t want to do and this was one of them.
It turned out to be a lot of fun, although it wasn’t
what I had in mind. I finally got home around
6 O’ clock in the evening and just had to laugh at
how the day went. Let me give you some good advice
when you are “Shanghaied.”
You need to roll with the punches.
You can go kicking and screaming or curl up in your
emotional shell or love what you’re doing when
you are doing it.
Do you remember the song by Crosby Stills & Nash,
‘You gotta love the one you’re with?’
“Don’t be angry, don’t be sad don’t sit crying talking
good times you’ve had Love the one you’re with.”
In every situation we always have a choice.
How we will handle our own emotional state
is 100% up to you.
One can change it at will or be pulled around by our
negative emotional being.
As you go through the exercises in the book and DVD
in the Turn stress Into Power program, you will learn
powerful and yet simple exercises, meditations and
secret hand positions called Mudras; A gesture or position,
usually of the hands, that locks and guides energy flow.
I am about to do some
holiday travel for a few days.
I will be flying up North for
some alone time to write,
meditate and relax.
Although I love to travel, air travel
isn’t as much fun as it used to be.
Especially if you’re on commercial
flights! There is no real food, small
seats and lots of time delays.
When you fly for hours with a group of
people from all over the
World, you never know what bug you can pickup.
Things like colds, flu’s, coughs
or something much worse. I am thinking of
wearing a mask so I am not breathing in
everyone’s germs.
We all know that the airports aren’t the healthiest
places with the over crowded planes filled to
capacity with a bunch of stressed out
people herded into flying machines with crying
babies, bad air, rude employees,
and pissed off passengers.
When I first took a flight years ago, you would
get dressed up to go somewhere and order your
food in advance. You felt you were one
of the privileged to fly. It’s still exciting to
travel for me and it’s one
of the keys to wealth and opportunities in the
Chinese Fung Shui—
Whenever I travel, I make sure I am
in tip top shape.
I always prepare for my trips in advance
to avoid getting
stressed out.
When traveling, you can avoid stressing out
and stay healthy as well.
Here’s how I do it:
1. A few weeks before I hit the road I
start my program.
I increase my meditation and my Qi gong,
paying special attention to the
water element- the Kidneys and the Adrenals,
this builds more internal power
and you can blow your stress away easily.
2. I really Beef-up on my vitamins and
minerals, especially the Vitamin B,
Vitamin C and I take the Chinese tonics
if I am going into the cold.
3. Sleep is really important to keep you stress free.
Get a good nights sleep the day before you travel.
I always travel with my own pillow that makes
every bed I sleep in feel comfortable.
4. Eat good meals with protein and veggies for a
few days before you travel and on the trip.
While traveling, make sure you’re well nourished
and stay light on the carbs, skip the coffee,
chocolate and alcohol.
5. I drink at least 2 quarts of pure water to stay
well hydrated. Flying will dehydrate
your entire system and prune you out.
You may not realize it, but you can easily
suffer from dehydration on airplanes,
especially on long flights. That’s because
air in an airline cabin is usually much dryer than the air on Earth.
6. Keep your colon healthy and your
bowels moving. I increase the amount of oil I ingest.
I like Udo’s oil 3.6.9, you can pick it up at the
health food store and good pure fish oil.
The vitamins and minerals that work the best
for my patients and me are:
Oxy-Hydrate; a powerful one that keeps
the colon healthy.
What you do the first thing
in the morning will set the
tone for the rest of the day.
This is why it’s important to begin
your day with thoughts
of perfect Health, Wealth and Happiness.
Even before your feet hit the floor, you want to start
programming yourself into the realm of success.
No more procrastinating- get things done now!
The key to putting you on success course is
your daily goal – and that goes for
your fitness, health and diet.
The best way to achieve your target is to hit it first
thing in the morning, the earlier the better, and
then the rest of the day will be tremendous.
Before I go to bed I decide
what I want to accomplish the
next day and when I wake up I
know what I am going to do and hop right on it.
I not only stretch my body –
but my mind and spirit as well.
It’s the same with your food, the first thing you
put in your mouth will set your mood for the day
as far as your nutrition goes.
Here is what I do:
I start by drinking a few glasses of pure room
temperature water.
Then I begin my workout before any solids and
as soon as I am done, guess what?
More water!
This way I re-hydrate my body and flush my system
before I start eating anything.
Breakfast is a really important meal so don’t mess
it up with sugar and coffee.
Start out with a protein power drink with some
greens in it or maybe a few eggs, meat, or vegetable juice.
When I was in China we would start out the day with a
bowl of soup, although it’s not the typical Westerner’s
diet- it’s a good one especially as the days get colder,
try it once in awhile and see how you feel.
I bet you’d like some of that good old fashioned ENERGY.
Well, get it the old fashioned way!
Move, hydrate and nourish your body first
thing in the morning.

Attention:
Communication skills affect
all of us in all walks of life.
“Communications is the response you get.”
The information presented here will be most valuable
in changing your Karma.
Last Wednesday I shared some
real gems on communication skills
and I promised you that I would share
with you the “The Ten Linguistic Viruses.”
It is from an article written by,
Matthew Budd, M.D., and Larry Rothstein, Ed.D.
I always keep my promises.
Before I give you the goods, I have
observed from my students and patients
some gems in regards to communications.
When a student tells me that he his going
to do something and doesn’t do it, it causes
more havoc in their life than one could ever imagine.
Here is an example: I’ve known John for years,
every time I see him he says,
“Dr. Wu I am going to meet you on the
beach in the morning to train will you
call me in the morning?”
So for a few weeks I did call John early
in the morning to remind him but he always
has an excuse on why he can’t go.
Sometimes it’s about the wind being too
strong, other times it’s about no wind at
all and it’s too still for him. What makes
me laugh is the evening calls are all about
being ‘gung ho’ to train and get in shape
but the morning calls are all about excuses.
I don’t know if John really gets what he is
doing to himself; it’s costly in more ways
than one could imagine.
When you say you’re going to do something,
you are giving your word, your promise to perform.
When you don’t do it you are not only breaking
your word and your promise, you are
causing a break in your integrity.
Our body and mind likes to be congruent,
so when you are continually breaking the
commitment and promise of doing what you
say you will do then your body and mind will
naturally still strive to keep you honest.
Listed below, are the
“Ten Linguistic Viruses.”
They attack relationships, alter
the structures
of the individuals in them and cause
dissatisfaction, bad moods and
even ill health. Learning what they are
will allow you to listen to
others more effectively, and heal them
as well as yourself.
1. NOT MAKING REQUESTS.
There may be something that you
want or need from someone else, but
you don’t make a request. Why is this?
You may have a reluctance or
fear about asking others for something:
They could say no and cause
you to feel rejected. In fact, a no to a
request is just that, no to
the action of requesting, not a rejection
of the person.
Another reason people don’t make
requests is that they’re afraid
others will think they’re incompetent.
But making a request is not an
admission of weakness. The president of
the United States or the CEO
of a large corporation makes a staggering
number of requests each day.
In fact, one aspect of power is the capacity
to make powerful requests.
Still another reason people don’t make
requests is that they think a
request is an imposition. They forget that
one way that people achieve
meaning in their lives is in fulfilling the
requests of others.
A request simply invites another person to
participate in your life.
Take this as a way to honor others,
not to burden them.
2. LIVING WITH UN-COMMUNICATED EXPECTATIONS.
A common form of “not requesting”
occurs when an individual lives in
a world of expectations that are really
just unexpressed requests.
Often we have private conversations
with ourselves about what others
should and should not do. But we never
make overt requests of these
people. Subsequently, when they don’t do
what we expect, we’re
disappointed, resentful and angry.
The solution is to translate “shoulds”
into clear requests.
The benefit will be less resentment,
less anger, less guilt and more
satisfying relationships.
3. MAKING UNCLEAR REQUESTS.
A husband may say to his wife,
“I want you to support my career.”
Can you see that the husband may have a
different picture than the wife of
what “support” looks like?
What kind of support? When? All of
this information is missing. Later
on, when a minor problem arises, the
maker of the unclear request is
likely to say, “You promised to support
my career, but you didn’t!”
To coordinate your life successfully
with others, your requests must
be precise and detailed. You’re not
insulting the listener, you’re
setting up the possibility for mutual satisfaction.
It’s not enough
that you understand; the person receiving the
request must share your
understanding.
4. NOT OBSERVING THE MOOD OF YOUR REQUESTS
The mood of your utterance, as
much as your words, affects the
listener. If you’re demanding, people
might decline your requests
because they see you as arrogant and
righteous, or they might make
promises to you out of intimidation, not choice.
My high school algebra teacher
always made requests in the tone and
mood of demands. Students rarely declined
his requests, but acted
resentfully when they tried to do
what he had asked.
A suggestion: Observe the mood
produced in the listener of your
request; adjust your mood to produce
the “listening” you want.
5. PROMISING EVEN WHEN YOU
AREN’T CLEAR WHAT WAS REQUESTED.
Committing yourself when you aren’t
clear about what you’ve committed
to is foolish. Sometimes a person thinks
he knows what’s being asked
of him, so he begins an activity, such as
making a meal. But as he
goes along, his lack of clarity is revealed.
He becomes confused.
What did she really want?
What if I’m doing it wrong?
If you’re not sure what the requester
wants, clarify it with him or
her. You won’t look stupid. Rather,
you’ll be building an identity of
being committed to fulfilling his or her request.
6. NOT DECLINING REQUESTS.
Some of us say yes to every request.
We’ve been trained to please
other people, and this is made manifest
in our compliance. The problem
with this belief is that it’s destructive
for both you and others.
The yes sayers’ are often overloaded
with promises to keep. The result
is a perpetual fear of failure, which
prompted the compliance in the
first place. This vicious cycle generates
anxiety, exhaustion and
burnout.
Things aren’t much better for the people
receiving the yes sayers’
promises. They never know which
promises will be fulfilled and which
ones are in jeopardy. Over time, people
become distrustful of the yes
sayer. They think, “You just never can
be sure about him; he’s not
sincere.”
An inability to say no is not a problem
of articulation or diction,
but of an embodied tendency to have
to say yes, to be “nice” and not
to upset others. Learning to say no
requires practice for those yes
sayers who find it difficult.
7. BREAKING PROMISES WITHOUT
TAKING CARE: UNDERMINING TRUST.
When you make a promise, you’re building
expectations that you will
take action. If the promise is broken, the
person will begin to lose
trust in you and feel betrayed.
We are all human and cannot know the future.
In the process of
fulfilling a promise, things may happen that
keep you from completion.
If you simply ignore your promise, you’re
consciously betraying your
word and not taking care of the other party.
In contrast, if you
contact the requester, describe the present
problems that are keeping
you from fulfilling your promise, apologize
for the broken promise,
offer to make a new promise in a time frame
that you can guarantee and
assist with the cleaning up of any
mess that you produced.
8. TREATING ASSESSMENTS AS FACTS.
There is no truth to statements of judgment.
You can provide evidence
for what you say, but that still doesn’t
make it the truth. If we
treat assessments as truth, conflict arises.
People who hold their assessments as the
truth are generally rigid or
arrogant. They cannot stand diversity and
become angry at
differences. These people are a pain to be
around and are themselves
uneasy.
9.MAKING ASSESSMENTS
WITHOUT RIGOROUS GROUNDING.
Even though your judgments
aren’t the truth, you can make them with
rigorous “grounding” – that is, you
can say what you say based on
evidence.
People who make assessments
without rigor are viewed as flaky and full
of opinions that change like the weather.
They aren’t taken seriously
and they often suffer from insecurity and
low self-esteem. Gossip is
an especially harmful kind of assessment,
which lacks rigor and
purpose. Gossips get a false sense
of power from this activity, but
underneath they remain insecure and uneasy.
Connect your declarations with
possible plans for action for which you
are accountable, preferably to someone else.
10.MAKING FANTASY
AFFIRMATIONS AND DECLARATIONS.
When you make a fantasy affirmation
or declaration, you assume that it
will happen by itself. An example
would be declaring that you would
like to start a restaurant, even though
you don’t know anything about
cooking or how to run a business.
By contrast, a realistic affirmation or
declaration pictures a reality
that does not yet exist, but is attainable
through a series of
reasonable steps.
The 10 Linguistic Viruses not only create
ineffectiveness and friction
between people, but also produce negative
mood states, which, in turn,
threaten your well-being and health.
For instance, people who never
make requests usually don’t get what they
want in life and are often
disappointed and stuck. Such people may
have secret expectations of
others, which they never express. This also
leads to disappointment
and anger and resentment.
Inertia and anger are both negative mood
states that produce bodily changes in the
muscles, circulation, heart
and brain. People who can’t decline requests
also place their health
in jeopardy. They are often overburdened
and become exhausted, burned
out and depressed.
If language is the foundation upon which
human life is built, on which
we construct our human interactions and
even our notion of self, then
competence in language will bring you more
satisfaction, joy and
effectiveness in living.
My work with thousands of patients bears
this out. When people become aware
of their behavior in the
linguistic domain, they achieve greater
effectiveness, greater
satisfaction and a better mood.
I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Training your body, mind and spirit
will keep you mentally, physically
and spiritually awake.
This is what I teach to the members of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Life is all about our communications, what we
say and how we use words determines our lives.
Our communication is who we really are and
it shows up in our health, moods,
wealth and happiness.
It’s said that our speech is the center
where karma is generated and where it can be modified.
Karma is based on language.
I came across this information based
on Fernando Flores’ work.
It was written by two of his students, Matthew Budd, M.D.,
and Larry Rothstein, Ed.D.
I found it of great value!
You Are What You Say!
Flores began his lecture with this
statement:
“In language we build our
own identities, our relationships
with others, the countries that we
live in, the companies we have and
the values that we hold dearly.
With language we generate life.
Without language we are mostly chimpanzees.”
According to Dr. Flores,
here are five kinds of linguistic “actions”
REQUESTS: A request is an
action that you take when you seek the
assistance of another in satisfying
an underlying concern that you
have. For example, “Please pick up
some flounder and broccoli at the
market for dinner tonight.”
PROMISES: A promise is what
you speak to indicate your commitment
to fulfilling what someone else has requested.
(“I will get the flounder
and broccoli.”) It implies that you
understand the request fully and
that you are competent and sincere
about fulfilling the request.
DECLARATIONS: A declaration
is an utterance in which someone
with the authority to do so brings
something into being that wasn’t there
before. Personal declarations such as
“I will lose 30 pounds by July
1st” have the power to shape our lives,
if followed by consistent
behavior.
ASSESSMENTS: An assessment is a
judgment that you make about the world
in the interest of taking some action.
For example, in the interest of going to
a ball game, I might make the assessment,
“It’s a beautiful
day,” in which no wind and a temperature
of 8o degrees are my
standards. On the other hand, in the
interest of going sailing, my
assessment, “It’s a beautiful day”
means that the wind is blowing, the
harder the better. Assessments are never the truth.
ASSERTIONS: An assertion is a
statement you make for which you are
willing to provide evidence.
For example, if I say it is 68 degrees in
this room, I’m willing to show
this to you on a thermometer. We live
by the social agreement that this device
reflects temperature. In
other words, a society builds certain ways
of establishing and
asserting common, often quantitative values.
These assertions live for
us as “facts” -They are either true or false.

Examinations at a doctor’s office are important to
determine what a persons
health picture is all about, and I do some very
traditional ones as well as more esoteric tests
like Medical Qi Gong,Chakras testing and
Applied kinesiology to determine what
needs to be addressed first.
I’ll use the Chinese pause technique, look at the
tongue, and observe the quality of the skin, nails, hair.
I’ll go over every inch of the body, looking for
clues on how to open the blockage and I ask a
ton of questions to see what’s going on internally.
On the physical level from a scientific stand point
there is no general screening test
that is more efficient, effective and affordable
than a comprehensive blood chemistry panel.
It allows me to quickly assess what’s going
on with your health at a glance.
It is the ultimate tool in biomedical laboratory
sciences to evaluate patients.
Your blood test can be the answer to identifying
imbalances in the body’s metabolism. If you’re
healthy, you should get your blood work done at
least every year. I get mine done every six months
and have the two tests compared to see if there are
any changes for better or worse.
Things like diet, exercise, stress and illness
will show up. If you are going
through a health crisis,
I’d check every three months just
to stay on top of things.
Many health problems can be
prevented and
managed effectively with early
detection.
In general we are not up to date on what’s going on
inside and a blood test will show the function
of the immune system, thyroids and if you
have a tendency for any hidden illnesses it
can be a good way to get an early look.
The longevity system in the USA hardly exists.
We are on a program of:
‘If it isn’t broken, don’t fix’ it and the
insurance companies like it just the way it is.
A decade ago the average annual lab work
ordered in a physical exam included a
Chem-24, CBC with differentials, TSH, and
a lipid panel. However, the healthcare model
today customarily performs a simple chem-7
and lipid panel. The addition of a TSH, a CBC,
or other tests are no longer a routine.
Physicians who order extra tests are
considered unqualified providers.
Who do you think is judging them?
Whoever they are, it’s not about your
health and longevity or the quality of your life.
I understand that many of us have given up on
the current healthcare model and are sick and tired
of being over-medicated. Many of us are now
looking for a more natural approach.
A comprehensive healthcare evaluation
and blood chemistry panel is a good place to
start and get you back on the road to good health.
I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

I came across this story that Petey Parker wrote.
I don’t know who Petey is, he could secretly be
“Spider Man” as far as I know or just a dam good writer.
Petey, thanks for sharing this.
“A cab driver taught me a million
dollar lesson in customer satisfaction and
expectation. Motivational speakers charge
thousands of dollars to instruct his kind of
training to corporate executives and staff.
It cost me a $12 taxi ride.
I had flown into Dallas for the sole purpose of calling
a client. Time was the essence and my plan included a
quick turnaround trip from and back to the airport.
A spotless cab pulled up.
The driver rushed to open the passenger door for
me and made sure I was comfortably seated
before he closed the door.
As he got in the driver’s seat, he mentioned that
there was a folded Wall Street Journal
next to me for my use.
He then showed me several tapes and
asked me what type of music I would enjoy.
Well! I looked around for a “Candid Camera!”
Wouldn’t you? I could not believe the service
I was receiving!
I took the opportunity to say,
“Obviously you take great pride in your work.
You must have a story to tell.”
“You bet,” he replied,
“I used to be in Corporate America.
But I got tired of thinking my best would
never be good enough. I decided to find my
niche in life where I could feel proud of being
the best I could be.
I knew I would never be a rocket scientist,
but I love driving cars, being of service and
feeling like I have done a full day’s work and
done it well. I evaluated my personal assets
and… Wham! I became a cab driver.
One thing I know for sure, to be good in my
business I could simply just meet the expectations
of my passengers. But, to be GREAT in my
business, I have to EXCEED the customer’s
expectations! I like both the sound and the return
of being ‘great’ better than just getting by on ‘average’
Did I tip him big time?
You bet! Corporate America’s loss is
the traveling folk’s friend!”
Lessons to be learned here:
-Go an Extra Mile when providing any Service to others.
-There is no good or bad job –You can make any job good.
-Good service always brings good return.
“Imagine what a harmonious world it could be
if every single person, both young and old,
shared a little of what he is good at doing.”

We all strive to achieve personal success in our lives.
At times we forget how important service is to others —
Things like unselfishness, kindness and generosity;
deeds that give meaning to your lives and above all,
that sustain and honor the lives of others.
I have been teaching and working for my entire life to
help others achieve their goals no matter if it’s health,
or being all they can be.
I have worked with Master’s, Guru’s, Lamas,
Doctors and Coaches that have
devoted their lives to the service of others.
They all helped others to move beyond their own
self-imposed limitations to success.

Chances are strong there’s a major part of
your life which is sapping your energy
and dumping negativity over you and
your family.
And this economy is only making things hurt worse.
I’m talking about slaving away at a 9 to 5 job.
If you’re happy with your work life,
I am happy for you and this unusual message isn’t for you.
If you DO feel like your job is slowly killing you,
let me reveal a little about myself:
I’ve been a practioner of Chinese Medicine for over
30 years, almost always working with my patients
face-to-face.
But in the past few years, I’ve been able to open
a “clinic without walls” by sending my healing
messages straight to you with the power of the internet.
This is no accident.
I’ve been expanding my horizons and opening myself
up to new ways to increase my abundance by helping
people worldwide even if I can’t look you in the
eye and shake your hand.
And this has been possible because of a
friend of mine who builds these certain
kinds of websites.
With his help, I can communicate my message with
emails like this one, and have websites like
(his website) where I offer my life-changing
products and services.
Recently my friend stepped up to the plate to
share his story, and it might be eerily similar
to yours. He used to slave away in the corporate
world as an IT whipping boy before firing his boss
and selling his own products and services.
He just put up a free video telling his
inspiring story here:

little step which turns everything around:

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student of various traditions he as received various names and titles over the years as is appropriate in those schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama. Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.
Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi Gong. Dr. Wu Dhi completed his advance studies in neurology under the direction of Professor Sun at the prestigious Heilongjiang, University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin P.R.China.

It’s still hot here in South Florida.Today, the temperature was in the 90′s.
When you live in “The Sunshine State” you get use to the heat and the rain.
This weather will continue for at least another month or two until it starts to get cold up North. Then we will start to feel a sudden change of the
weather as we go from a hot and steamy summer to a more mild heat once the fall moves in.
The ocean will then cool off and I will again be living in paradise, a beautiful 70 degrees with no humidity. From November to May the weather here is perfect. This is when all the snow birds return to Florida and the tourist season begins again.
It’s strange to me that some people who live here all year long don’t venture outside in the summer to enjoy the energizing weather of the tropics.
It’s even harder to believe that some people never give
themselves the opportunity to swim in the ocean.
I make sure to spent much of my time outside.
In the early morning, long before the sun comes up,
even as we move into the winter months, I still go into the ocean.
The beautiful and rejuvenating ocean is why I moved to
South Florida many years ago. In fact, I tell most of my
patients to spend at least twenty minutes soaking in the ocean water, two or three times a week.
The salt water of the ocean has many healing and therapeutic qualities.
-It helps to detox the entire system.
-It keeps the lymphatic system moving and helps to
massage the intestine.
-It keeps the skin soft.
-It de-stresses the body, mind and spirit.
-Just standing in the ocean is the ultimate form of meditation
and provides your body with complete relaxation.
I spend most of my day busy with a full time Chinese
medicine practice, book and blog writing, DVD producing,
and personally training and coaching students and patients
in matters of health and longevity.
It makes no difference how busy I am or how many projects
I am involved in, I always make sure that my health is my number one priority.
When you spend so much time outside like I do, you not only
have the opportunity to experience nature, but also to become energetically sensitive.
The more energy you are aware of the more energy you can
cultivate and use for the growth of your health and spirituality.
You learn what kind of energy to avoid and when to put yourself
right in the middle of positive energy.
My friend Peter Dragon who trains in Qi Gong everyday,
knows how energy works and how to cultivate it.
I just received a new package from him today all the way from China.
I was happy to find that the package contained more of the
magical gems “. The Chinese know all about Yeh Ming Ju. Although most have never seen the gems in person, many would like to have one to enhance their Health, Wealth and Happiness.
When I wear my Yeh Ming Ju I feel like I am protected by body armor.
Since wearing these magical gems my energy and endurance
have increased greatly, I sleep better, and my creativity and awareness have been heightened.
Yeh Ming Ju is considered to be the ” King of the Energy Gems.”
These gems are infused with Rare Earth Elements and once they
are charged up by the Sun they hold and radiate Qi. In a sense they are alive and have their own awareness.
I was lucky enough to get a few of them for myself and some of my students. People have been writing to me from all over the world asking
how they can own one of these “energy gems”.
Like any rare gem they are hard to get and are “worth their
weight in gold”.
In ancient times only members of the Chinese Royal family
were allowed to own this rare gem and it has never left China until just recently. The last batch I received sold out in two days.
The more energy workers that become aware of the gems
the quicker the price will go up and the more difficult they
will become to obtain. It’s as simple as supply and demand.
In this recent shipment I was lucky enough to secure some
really choice pieces.
If you are interested in energy and better vitality you’ll definitely
want to own one of these amazing gems. Write me at
Drwudhi@energymedicineflordia.com
and reserve your energy gem today. I have small beads, large beads and
some really powerful necklaces available.
This is the last shipment I will receive until next year.
Don’t miss your opportunity to get one as they sell out fast.
Peter Dragon is currently finishing his first book on Energy
Gems and it will soon be available.
I’ll make sure that you are well informed as I get more information
on it’s release.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness.
Last Friday I left the office around
3 O’ clock and took a five hour drive
up north to The Academy for
Five Elements Acupuncture School
in Gainesville, Florida, the home of the Gators.
I spent the weekend with 50 students from
all over the country to study with a
Master of Medical Qi Gong.
Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson, the founder of
The International Institute of Medical
Qi Gong flew in from California to
teach an intensive on Shen disorders.
In acupuncture, depression, mood
disorders, mental health problems and
emotional disturbances is associated with ‘
Shen’ Disturbance
.
A Shen disturbance can be manifested by
patients with depression, mental health
problems and emotional disorders.
In Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),
the Shen is our spirit.
Shen lives in the heart, not in the brain.
Mental disharmony often indicates that the
Shen is unsettled or troubled.
We call this condition ‘Disturbed Shen.’
When there is an energetic knot in the
heart, from lust filled desires, fear, hate
filled guilt and blame, an energetic knot
is formed causing a Shen distribution.
In this workshop, we learned to remove
energetic parasites, how to form and use
energy balls and how to remove unhealthy spirit.
This may sound a little strange to you but there
is more going on with our health and well
being all the time and it’s not all physical.
Sometimes an imbalance will appear in
your dreams or show up in a host of
disturbances in your life, long before it
shows up as a physical disease. Cancer
is a good example of this, a mental
emotional disturbance that is on going,
and eats away at us until one day it raises its
ugly head and sick is all around us.
In Western medicine, they are treated with
drugs that sedate the patient until they come
out of the disturbed mental state, if not;
they are medicated for their entire life.
We all know this is no cure, but it is done
to millions of people daily.
I believe that some of these disturbances
come from spiritual openings or spiritual
blocks that most of us have no idea how to handle.
Working with Medical Qi Gong over the past years,
I have learned how to redirect these
energies to open up the heart and balance the mind.
Medical Qi Gong offers us prescriptive
exercises that will balance the body, mind
and spirit and which brings peace and harmony
back to the person in a pure non-invasive way to heal.
These exercises are prescribed to patients
to recover from illness, but why wait until
you are sick? Learn the exercises now and
keep yourself and your family healthy.
For thousands of years, these secret
teachings were shared with the elite only.
there are specific exercises to re-balance your
body, mind and spirit and keep you dis-ease free.
People in Asia, Europe, North America,
South America, Australia, and Africa are
practicing The Recharging Qi Gong program.
Those students who practice the program have
reported more of a balanced mental state,
relaxed mind, clearer head and a more
powerful body. Now we are truly fortunate
to have an open access to this ancient technology
of Qi Gong as a method to reclaim our health
and balance our energetic resources.
