This morning after my workout
and a little breakfast,
I planned to go to the Glazer Farms organic market
in Coconut Grove.
It’s about 30 to 45 minutes away from my house.
What I like about the organic market is that
they have countless unusual prepared salads,
soups, fresh juices, mouth-watering coconut
water and the best darn raw fruit pies that you
have ever tasted. Not only are all of these treats
delicious, they are extremely healthy filled with
minerals and vitamins.
My plan was to stock up and have a weeks worth
of ready to eat healthy foods and treats.
My friend Bob said he was going to the market as
well, so we planned to go together and meet up at
around 10 O’ clock. The market trip usually takes
around 2 or 3 hours from port to port- if you stop
for lunch, and it’s a relaxing way to enjoy the morning.
He picked me up with Shaina, his wife, and we
were off to the market.
We were driving for about 20 minutes and that’s
when I heard the news.
Shaina said, “We were going to The Red Lands
to “Country Robert’s.” Not only is it about an hour
and a half away, nothing is organic!
Too late for me to get off this trip!
I was now a prisoner on Shaina’s trip.
“Cest La Vie.”
This kind of thing happens to all of us now and then.
We are forced to do something or go somewhere
that we really don’t want to do and this was one of them.
It turned out to be a lot of fun, although it wasn’t
what I had in mind. I finally got home around
6 O’ clock in the evening and just had to laugh at
how the day went. Let me give you some good advice
when you are “Shanghaied.”
You need to roll with the punches.
You can go kicking and screaming or curl up in your
emotional shell or love what you’re doing when
you are doing it.
Do you remember the song by Crosby Stills & Nash,
‘You gotta love the one you’re with?’
“Don’t be angry, don’t be sad don’t sit crying talking
good times you’ve had Love the one you’re with.”
In every situation we always have a choice.
How we will handle our own emotional state
is 100% up to you.
One can change it at will or be pulled around by our
negative emotional being.
As you go through the exercises in the book and DVD
in the Turn stress Into Power program, you will learn
powerful and yet simple exercises, meditations and
secret hand positions called Mudras; A gesture or position,
usually of the hands, that locks and guides energy flow.
“A young widower, who loved his five year old
son very much, was away on business when bandits
came and burned down the whole village and took his
son away. When the man returned, he saw the ruins and
panicked. He took the burnt corpse of an infant and cried
uncontrollably. He organized a cremation ceremony,
collected the ashes and put them in a beautiful little bag
that he always kept with him.
Soon afterwards, his real son escaped from the bandits
and found his way home. He arrived at his father’s new
cottage at midnight and knocked at the door.
The father, still grieving asked: “Who is it?”
The child answered, it is me Papa, open the door!”
But in his agitated state of mind, convinced his son
was dead, the father thought that some young boy was
making fun of him. He shouted: “Go away” and
continued to cry. After some time, the child left.
Father and son never saw each other again.
After this story, the Buddha said, “Sometime,
somewhere, you take something to be the truth.
If you cling to it so much, even when the truth comes
in person and knocks on your door, you will not open it.”
I gave a lecture last week to a group of people at the gym;
most of them work out 5 days a week and look good on the
outside, but are starting to get health problems like heartburn,
aches, diabetes and sexual dysfunctions.
I explained the longevity benefits of doing Qi Gong to
them, and how it would balance out their workout,
improve their sexual power health, and slow down the
aging process.
Arthur stood up and said,” I don’t get it? I workout
everyday at the gym, run 4 miles a day 5 days a week
and do 10 miles on the weekend, I eat well and I feel great!
What will Qi gong do for me– I am in great shape?”
Well Artthur, I did the same program for years
with my friend Gary. He was my workout partner
and never learned the internal arts of Qi Gong or
meditation. He said it was too slow for him and he
needs the adrenal rush of a heavy workout.
Gary wishes he had followed my example and
learned the softer style of Qi Gong years ago.
Although the physical workout of running and
weight training is good you need a balance.
There is an old Taoist saying:
“If you do External Exercises, you need to do
Internal Exercises, but if you do Internal Exercises
you don’t have to do External Exercises.”
When we only do sports, aerobic and weight training,
we create too much heat in our bodies and overheat
the internal organs. After awhile, the organs start to
dry out and later feel like a plum that was left in the
sun for weeks– it turns into a prune!
The same thing happens to us with constant overheating
and aging, you can see it on a person’s face –the wrinkles
are the pruning effect. You can delay the aging process and
re-dehydrate the organs by doing Qi Gong.
I told Arthur it’s time to get on a program because the
universe is knocking on your door. I know he heard
what I said and acted on it.
He placed an order for both Flying Crane Qi Gong
and the Recharging Qi Gong program that night.
It was last January when I first
heard about the power of the energy gems
and I was told that were going to be shipped
to me directly from main land China.
well the Chinese Qi Gong masters kept there word.
They have finally arrived after
4 months of waiting.
The Yeh Ming Ju that was promised
is now in my hands.
They are beautiful and full of energy.
The Imperial Treasure Stones have the
highest healing frequency of any mineral.
They were beloved by China’s Emperor’s & Empress
since the most ancient of days.
The rare and hard to acquire Energy
Gems from China are considered to
be the“King of the Energy Gems.”
They are infused with Rare Earth.
Elements and once they are charged up by
the Sun they radiate Qi.
In a sense they are alive and have awareness.
Those of you who were lucky enough
to get one of the Gems know that they
are the real deal.
Here is some advice on how to clean
the gems and recharge them.
I always ware my Yeh Ming Ju
as body armor when I am training
or working on patients.
By the end of the day I need to recharge to
clear my body, mind and spirit,
especially if I see chronically sick patients
all day or patients with Shen
disturbances (depression, mood disorders,
mental health problems and emotional
disturbances manifest as ‘Shen’ Disturbance).
Here is what I do to clean the Gems.
Before bed I wash them in cool clean water,
pat them dry and store them in a silk cloth
or bag. In the morning I put the gems on a
clean white cotton towel and leave them in
full sunlight for an hour. This recharges
them and they stay charged all day.
The Gem holds and radiates Qi.
When you wear the Yeh Ming Ju,
Your wearing Body Armor.
Make sure your protected if you do
any energy work. Don’t get
slimed on from negative energy.
Since I have the body armor on
my energy seems to have increased,
my endurance is great, I sleep better,
and my creativity and awareness
have been heightened.
Like any rare gem
they are it’s hard to come by
and cherished by energy workers
meditation teachers and Qi Gong masters.
The Chinese know what “Yeh Ming Ju” is,
although most have never seen
it. They want to get some in their
hands if they can.
In ancient times only the
Royal family was allowed
to own this rare Gem and it never
left China until just recently.
If you contact me I’ll send along a few pictures and price range.
I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness
People are studying and practicing
more Qi Gong than in any previous time
in Chinese history.
In the past, Qi Gong was only available to the
wealthy, monks, priests, and nobility.
But now, Qi Gong is taught in schools,
practiced in parks, temples, clinics and
hospitals to anyone who is willing to l
invest their time and energy.
When I was in Beijing a few years ago,
every morning when I went down to the park
to do my Qi Gong practice, there were hundreds
of people practicing different forms of Energy
work and today there is even more.
It was incredible to see and feel the Qi
and this type of energy brings in more energy.
In fact, when I went into the bookstores
in China,I found hundreds of books, tapes, videos,
magazines, on just about every aspect of
Qi Gong.
*The Martial art forms
*Meditation forms
* Medical Qi Gong
All kinds of healing forms of
Qi Gong. I was there searching for practices
on healing, health and the Medical Qi Gong forms.
I was amazed to find that Medical Qi Gong was practiced
in every hospital I went to. When I first went to China
17 years ago, these practices were all secret,
but today there are large Medical Qi Gong
hospitals in all major cities of China.
China is the only country in the
world where Medical Qi Gong has been
truly integrated and accepted as part of
the healthcare system.
You may be asking what is Medical Qi Gong?
Qi means life -force -energy and Gong means skill.
Qi Gong is the practice of gathering,
cultivating and applying life force energy
to heal the body, mind and spirit.
Medical Qi Gong is the oldest of the four branches
of traditional Chinese medicine and provides the
foundation in which acupuncture, herbal
medicine, and massage originated.
The Qi is the spark that activates all the other
branches and opens up the spiritual path of self
realization. It is the best way to prevent or cure a
disease, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
In my practice of Medical Qi Gong, I send
energy/Qi into my patient’s physical and
energetic body to help transform their health.
If I do this all day, without recharging myself,
I would be wasted in no time. Practicing charges
up my batteries up and I do my energetic practices
every morning, if I didn’t I would be sick myself in
no time at all.
That’s why every morning I train, practice and teach to
renew my body mind and spirit. The foundation
of the practice is built on the meditation and spiritual
work and that’s what guides me.
When I am practicing
Flying Crane Qi Gong,
www.flyingcraneqigong.com
I always close the set by doing the automatic move
to balance my meridians and chakras. This balances
and roots the energy in the lower
Dantian, navel and Ming area of the body and
Is the storage place for Qi.

The Summer Solstice
This is the longest day of the year.
Summer begins in the Northern Hemisphere
on June 21, 2011, at 1:16 p.m.
The word solstice comes from the
Latin words for “SUN” & “TO STOP,”
as the Sun appears to stop in the sky.
This is one of the most important days
of the year for Energy Work.
Like Meditation,Qi Gong and Yoga practices,
the Energy is at its highest.
In fact, if you are thinking of getting an
Acupuncture treatment, a Medical Qi Gong
treatment or any kind of Energy Work,
the Summer and Winter Solstices
(June 21 and December 21)
are the strongest days to move the Qi.
My calendar gets totally booked up a few
days before the solstice, the day of the solstice
and the week after. It seems like everyone who
knows anything about Energy work is at my office that
week to get a treatment and for good reason a treatment
done at the Solstice can last up to three months.
The six weeks leading up to and directly
after the summer solstice is ruled by the
Fire element. This is the season for a lot of fun.
The Fire Element relates to communication
and community. It’s the time when people
travel, have family reunions, plan June
weddings and spend lots of time outside
having FUN.
The Qi is moving better than
ever and we usually feel great.
As for diet:
It’s better to eat light, more fruits and
vegetables, to keep the body from over heating.
and drink lots of H2O
My Qi Gong practices are focused more on the
Yin element,as the days get hotter.
This helps to cool the body down and quit
the mind.
In China, the summer solstice was observed
by a ceremony to celebrate the earth, femininity,
and the “Yin” forces.
I’ll increase my practice of Flying Crane Qi Gong
for the next few months to build more Yin and stay cool
If you don’t know this style get this
one today it’s great.
Everyday I deal with stress.
I’m used to stress.
I do my practices and training and for the most part,
I use stress to my advantage and turn stress into power.
Last week, I had to go to Michigan as my eldest son was
stressing out and crashing after his son’s surgery
a few weeks ago. He was stressed to the max.
With his children, job, relationship, and business in general,
he had so much stress,
that he was unable to function and this stressed me.
The reason I’m telling you this story, is even if you don’t have
stress in your personal life, if friends or family are going through
a rough time, they defiantly pull on your strings and can pull
you off center easily.
I noticed in Michigan, I wasn’t following my diet,
let my practice go for three days in a row,
and I was wasted.
“If you don’t eat the energy,
the energy will defiantly eat you.”
Although I had a ton of things to do there,
as soon as I realized I wasn’t training,
I immediately went back to it, corrected my diet,
and began doing the exercises in the
Turn Stress into Power program, www.turnstressintopower.com
and took the reigns
back on my own situation. This happens to many people,
when life throws you a curve ball, the tendency of most
people is to eat, drink, and talk excessively or to just
stay home and do nothing.
But neither one of these strategies
work to put you in a place of power. If you want to be in
charge and on top of your game, its imperative to recommit
to your practice daily and make sure that your health is # 1.
Sometimes, people think this is selfish but it’s not at all.
If you’re sick, you can’t help anyone else.
It’s true in all walks of life. If you see a drowning
man in the water, and you’re not trained as a lifeguard,
and jump in, he could pull you down. Even a lifeguard knows that
when he jumps in to save the drowning man, he always
brings a life preserver to assist the person not only the
person drowning, but to keep himself from drowning.
If you want to help others, you must help yourself first,
and that’s where training comes in. You build in a
muscle memory that brings you back to your training
and your practice. The Turn Stress into Power program
will give you exercises, meditations, mantras, and
strategies to pull yourself out of stressful situations and
keep you healthy strong and powerful.
We generally don’t like to show that we
are vulnerable and many of us will do
anything we can to hide our weaknesses.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a male or
female, no one wants to show that
they’re weak.
In Chinese medicine, we have both Yin (soft)
and Yang (hard).
Yang is male strong, more active, faster, more
physical, heaver, and hotter then the sun it self.
While Yin is female moon, darker, slower, colder,
winter, lighter and much more mental.
One would think that Yang is the strongest,
but Yang burns out much quicker.
Yin is long lasting, in a storm the mighty oak
tree will snap and break while the bamboo sways
in the wind strong but flexible.
That’s the difference between hard styles of
fighting and softer forms.
Although the hard styles are powerful in the
long run, their fighters are short lived.
Soft forms like Tai Chi and Qi Gong promote
longevity health and are the real
Anti-Aging medicine.
When we are young, the hard forms are most
desirable and so are all the Yang herbs.
Lots of power, excitement and energy.
Where the problem comes in is when Yang
overpowers Yin and before you know it you
are Yin deficient.
Yin represents the energy that is responsible
for moistening and cooling bodily functions.
When this energy is depleted your body begins
to show signs of “heating up.”
This is not heat but rather a lack of the
moistening and cooling functions that are
necessary to maintain a healthy balance.
I see patients that are so ‘geeked’ up that
they literally burn themselves out.
It would be like taking a plump plum and
leaving it out in the hot desert for a few months…
you end up with a prune!
Dried out with wrinkles all over it and
that’s what happens to your organs and before
you know it you’re old and dried out long before
your time.
The key to staying young is in the yin nature
and that’s why I teach and practice Qi Gong.
If you are a beginner or have been practicing
for years, the Flying Crane Qi Gong is a form
you should learn and practice.
Although it has no fighting application,
it has one of the quickest healing and
spiritual opening forms of Qi Gong that I have
ever experienced.
What you receive in your Flying Crane Qi Gong

The package is valued at more than $85.00
but it will only cost you a fraction of that.
This is a form that I have been practicing
for 30 years and the foundation of
Qi Gong healing.
I have been doing Qi Gong practices for more that 30 year
now and like acupuncture it is hitting the mainstream.
How cool is that.
When I started everyone thought that I was some kind of health nut,
today most people who exercise and are involved in any of martial
arts practice know what Qigong is or at least have heard of it.
Did you know that Qigong practices go backs thousands of years
and can be found in the oldest Chinese medical texts.
Qi Gong is one of the guarded treasures of Chinese that focuses
on creating health and vitality.
Fifteen years ago I was studying in Harbin, China,
it’s near the Russian border in northeast China.
The winters are incredibly cold and Harbin is often called “Ice City”.
It’s well known for its beautiful ice sculptures.
I was given some really extraordinary Qi Gong teachings
by professor Sun
in private, as these practices aren’t for the general public.
I am a friend and guest of his son- in- laws who I able to help when
he came to Florida years ago.
That’s the only way I got these teachings.
Qi Gong use to be call Dao yin but we call Qi Gong today.
The word Dao means to guide and yin means inward,
Dao yin are practices that guide inward or guiding and
stretching or stretching and breath practices.
They translate Qigong as energy practices, energy
cultivation or energy mastery.
But What’s Medical Qi Gong?
According to Jerry Alan Johnson the author of the thousand page
Qi Gong book “Qi Gong Medicine”
“Medical Qigong therapy is the eldest therapeutic modality of
Chinese medicine.
It is a comprehensive system of health care addressing the root
cause of symptoms or disease, and treats the client as a whole.
The practitioner, drawing upon their ability to sense and manipulate
energy developed through dedicated study and self-cultivation,
uses Qi emission and/or teaches medical qigong exercises
and meditations based upon a differential diagnosis rooted in
Chinese medical theory to restore health and wellness.
Practiced as an excellent adjunct to Western medicine,
Chinese medicine may successfully treat conditions which
Western medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.”
As a Medical Qi Gong doctor we learned to emit Qi from
our hands to control the flow of Qi in the meridians.
By doing so we can remove blockages in the organs,
the channels and in the body.
The meridians are like rivers of energy flowing through the entire
body. There is a meridian for each organ, when there is a blockage
of energy in one of the meridians or channels it would be
like putting a large boulder in the river causing a blockage
of water.
In the body this blockage stops or slows down the flow of Qi
and what follows Qi is Blood.
We all know that if our blood is not flowing we are in big
trouble.
I have personally removed blockages in Cancer patients
as well as cleared out deep-seated emotional problems;
in Chinese medicine we call them shen disturbances.
When channeling Qi into a patient you can clear excesses
and build up deficiencies
One of the unique aspects of Medical Qi Gong is that it is
based on posture, breath and intention.
In the Chinese medical view we are all
energy beings, when there is a block mentally, physically,
emotionally or spiritually there is a dis-ease in the
entire system.
In order to clear blockages it takes two.
One the doctor and two the patient.
If they will work together a change or healing will happen
in the entire system, the physical body, the energetic body,
as well as the spirit body.
When I created the Recharging Qi Gong program this was exactly
what I had in mind. a tool that both students and patients could
learn and do that would assist them in recovering their health
and you know what ?
Thousands of people have written me and told me of their
great success in health recovery and increased energy.
If you have been training or not and want to start making things work
for you order the Recharging Qi Gong Package program today
and start your own Anti-Aging
I received a deluge of calls since the beginning
of the month.
People have been freaking out and they don’t
have a clue what to do.
The first thing I ask them is, have you been
practicing and training?
For the most part they haven’t been,
I can’t believe how many different excuses I hear
as to why they can’t or why they don’t practice.
Do they think that there was some kind of entitlement
to mental and physical health without doing anything?
There are formulas in just about every culture on how
to be balanced and to stay younger and healthy.
I don’t care if it’s Buddhists, Taoists, Hindus, Christians,
Muslim, Jewish or the ancient Egyptians.
Throughout the ages people strive for longevity and
there are tried and true formulas that work.
But you have to practice.
The formulas include diet, hygiene,
exercises, prayer, meditations and rituals.
The Key is Practice.
The month of December has stressed people to the max with
the holidays. The planet Mercury has been retrograde since
December 10th and doesn’t go direct until December 30th.
This can cause delays in travel, communication and
mechanical breakdowns.
Last night there was a lunar eclipse.
That’s the eclipse of the Moon,
when the light of the Moon darkens at the brilliants of
a Full Moon.
Traditionally this has been viewed as a bad omen.
It can awaken illogical responses in people.
As a rule, women and family are generally more affected
by the lunar cycle. They say men are more affected by solar
eclipses and today is the Winter solstice.
The Winter Solstice has been celebrated in cultures all over the
world for over thousands of years.
This start of the solar year is a celebration of Light and
the rebirth of the Sun.
One of the stronger days of the year to make changes in our lives.
As we welcome in the seasons we also have a great opportunity
to shift in our body and mind.
We can use all of these astrological aspects as excuses not to
practice and make positive changes, or we can move beyond all of
our expectations and have a great shift in body, mind and spirit.
There is an opportunity to use all the energy of the planets to
propel us to have all we ever wanted.
Make a commitment to yourself to be all you can be.
Practice! Practice! Practice!

Back when I was 9 or 10 years old I can remember walking
with my Dad in downtown Detroit things were a lot different
in those times and Detroit was safe to walk everywhere.
The Big 3 automakers were in full swing and the
unemployment was just about unheard of, at that time you
could buy a piece of penny candy for a penny.
On our walk Dad stopped bent down to pick something up,
it was a penny but all he did was turn it over and left it there.
I asked why did you do that? He said,
“I am leaving good luck for someone else.”
At the time this made no sense to me at all.
He found money and instead of picking it up he bent down
and flipped it over and left it there.
Hello! That was a piece of candy to me.
For the next few days I keep that moment spinning in
my head until I had a chance to ask.
“Dad, why did you do that?”
He said. Do what? “Turn the coin over and say it was
good luck for someone else.”
I thought the good luck was in finding the money.
Dad told me I was correct. It was fortunate that we found
a coin and if it were heads up he would have scooped it up
and put it in his pocket. But this one was face down so he
turned it over and left it for someone else to find the
good luck and at the same time gained two doses of good
luck for himself.
One the fortune of finding a treasure in the first place and
two leaving a blessed treasure for someone else to find.
That experience stuck in my mind and make a lasting
impression on me.
When you are fortunate enough to find a treasure,
you have a blessing, but if you can help someone else
find a fortune, create a fortunate situation for them
you gain two blessings in the joy of receiving.
I teach thousand of people from all over the world
Qi Gong, Meditations and Longevity formulas.
I teach for a few reasons. One it improves the quality
of peoples lives, and at the same time strengthens
my own practices.
