Tour the office with Dr. Wu Dhi

End Your Pain and Suffering Now!

December 2nd, 2011

Depressed and hurting, Daren came into
the office today suffering, and I mean
really suffering.
He had swollen ankles, diabetes, is
depressed all the time, a host of allergies
and he is at least 60 pounds over weight.

He is STRESSED!

Although he has a college education and
all of the advantages of being successful,
he is not working and has applied for Medicare.
He is stressed about his health, his money,
his family and relationships.
He is a shipwreck and going down fast and
is crying out for help with life rafts and other
ships all around him that he just can’t see.

One of my teachers once said to me,
“when taking birth in human form, pain is
mandatory, but suffering is optional.”

I suggested that he makes just one positive
change in his life to see what happens.
When you do that it’s just like pulling out the
Key stone of a building. Everything will shift.

It could be taking a favorite food out of his
diet, waking up an hour early, starting an
exercise program or only allowing yourself
to open the refrigerator 5 or 6 times a day.

Any change will work to start to unravel
the problems. You just need to start.

The first thing out of his mouth was,
“this is going to be really hard to do! You
know I live to eat, I am in too much pain to
exercise, and I have a hard time wakening up
in the morning.”
Daren has an excuse for everything, like many people do.
They suffer, worry, struggle and blame others
for their problems.

He asked me why he had to limit anything in
his life to make a change and asked for some
medicine, a pill, a shot or cream that would
help his situation.
Well Daren guess what? Until you decide to
take responsibility for your own health no
medicine will work.
You are just covering up your problems.

I gave him a universal secret to health, wealth and
happiness that I will share with you.
You don’t have to change a thing.
You can go on doing exactly what you have been
doing and every thing will move along as nature
has intended.

But we all come to planet earth to grow and learn lessons.
We can choose what lessons we want to learn by
choosing what we want to do and we will grow or
we can just sit there and the universe will choose the lesson for us.

We can exercise or get fat and put more strain on
our heart and maybe get a heart attach.
You can eat right and restrict unhealthy foods or
you can let the universe supply you with a
dis-ease to learn the lesson. We all have a choice and
we all get tests and lesions.

I suggested he repeats these simple words
when he wakes up and before he goes to sleep:

* I choose health over sickness
* I choose prosperity over poverty
* I choose happiness over depression
* I choose friendship over loneliness
* I choose service over disservice

Isn’t it time to change your worry, struggle and
blame into – Aim, Contribution and Participation?

Over the last 35 years I have worked to make
changes in my life and to change my old habits
and old negative programming into a positive healthy
and a very productive life. You can do the same in
much less time with better results by following the
exercises and meditations I have spelled out for you in
the Turn Stress Into Power program.
Get it now before the holidays, share it with your
friends and family and rid yourself of useless suffering,
pain and stress.

It’s amazing how much strength one can muster –up

August 11th, 2010

I pulled up to the office Saturday morning to pick up
some acupunctureneedles and the parking lot was
roped-off.
They were painting the building, trucks and workers
were everywhere. I had to park in the lot on the other
sideof the bushes and the last time I parked there I had
the car towed away.
I took the chance- pulled into the lot and sprinted up to
my office; got the acupuncture supplies and when I got
back to my car,
I saw one of the worker pulling a large metal box out of
the bushes.
He tried to move it, but it wasn’t moving easy. I bet that
thing weighed a few hundred pounds.
I didn’t say anything, I just watched and he was so busy
he never noticed me. It looked like he found some kind
of great Treasure.

It was “A SAFE”

He picked that baby up and put it in his truck and off
he went.
It’s amazing how much strength one can muster –
up when they want too.

I drove away and I started to wonder what was in that safe.
I was sure it was some kind of treasure. Maybe it’s filled
with gold or silver it looked really heavy.
He could be rich; my mind was going wild wondering what
could be in the safe.
What does one keep in a safe anyway? Treasures like: money,
jewelry, stock bonds, maybe there is a priceless antique or a
treasure map in this box.
Just then my son called and I told him the story. He said,
“Dad, you should have reported him to the police.
It could be from a bank robbery that they ditched in
the bushes.”
I called my other son and he said,” Why didn’t you see
if you could have helped!- it could be filled with diamonds,
cash or gold.”Maybe he would have shared it with you.

As I crossed over to the west side of Florida on
“Alligator Ally,” my mind was running wild just thinking
about it.
I called my friend Jerry, told him the story and he named
off all the things he thought there could be in this wonderful
magical box.

Whenever one finds a treasure, buy a lotto ticket, or go to
a casino, one’s mind can run wild on what we will do with
all the riches we may get.
When you buy a lottery ticket, for a few hours or days you
fanaticize on all the things you’ll do with the money, who
you’ll share it with, what you’ll buy, who would you help out,
where you’ll travel to and how you will spend the rest
of your life.

Well what are you waiting for you can do everything now i
if you put your mind to it.
Everything starts in our imagination anyway.
The best way to get started is put what you want in writing
and look at it every day.
Keep a copy in your pocket and every time
you have a few moments look at your list. I find that if I
look at my list before I workout, that’s what is on my mind as
I train and when I am finished I look at the list again.
By doing this you put what you want into your body and mind.
You “Embody” what you want to have in your life.
I going to explain the entire process and take you through
a workout in the up coming Qi Gong Inner Circle DVD’s.

If you aren’t a member yet I’ll tell you how to get on board,
so you can get this teaching and learn the practices of Anti-
Aging.

It will be worth the price of the total year.

Are We Having FUN Yet?

January 3rd, 2010

When I was a small boy growing up in Detroit

my Dad would come home every night after

Work around 6:30 and before dinner he would

play with my brother and me before doing

anything else.

We would beg him to stand on his head and

Dad who was in good shape would do a head

stand for us. He loved to stand on his head

like a yogi right in the middle of the living

 room.

Every time he did this coins would fall from his

pockets.

My brother and I would scurry around and grab

as much loose change as we could while my father

pretended to protest, “give me back my money” from

his inverted position.

In truth it was as much fun for him as it was

for us.

My Dad was the youngest of a family of eight

and being the baby of that family he was always having

fun with siblings even into adulthood.

Life for him was about play, having fun being with friends and family.

Dad successfully instilled this outlook of life

onto me and my brother.

Even when we would go with him to work in downtown

Detroit we had fun, maybe even the most fun of all.

The word work and the drudgery that goes along with

it never made any sense to me or my brother because

of this.

People hate to work but they use this word for

stuff that isn’t even work. Did you ever notice

that everywhere it does get used people are really

serious.

Serious people in the gym are Working Out.

For serious training you go to a Workshop.

When you’re serious about beauty you call

it a Work of art. If you’re serious about

your Work they say you have Work ethic.

Some even practice Spiritual Work.

I’ve done my best to work and be conscious

over the years, I really have, but most of

the time I can’t help but

consider how much fun I’m having.

If you love what your doing work is fun.

If I’m not having fun or moving to a higher

level of “fun” in the sense of being able to

contribute; making a difference; learning;

growing and to feel that I am part of a

successful group that is making a difference

in the world, it’s usually not fun and I am

not doing it or at least not for long.

What I’ve learned is that you can’t push

other people to work they are either workers

or not, but you can make it rewarding and Fun.

This gets you and others to be much more protective.

Everyone loves to have Fun.

Sometimes it’s just a matter of reminding ourselves

that we’re having fun.

Try it.

There are many situations that are supposed to be

fun that we often add tension to and they instantly

become serious situations or work.

At these times simply say aloud “This is fun”.

You’ll either break the tension in the room or

You’ll actually change the

orientation of yourself and others from one of

seriousness to one of FUN.

If you saw me doing Recharging Qi Gong with my

students on the beach I doubt you’d say that looks

like a lot of work. It’s actually a lot of fun and

it looks like fun, feels life Fun and it is Fun too.

Big smiles on everyone’s face and some occasional

Laughter is normal.

This is not your usual “Workout” and so far it’s been

producing unusual results in those that have gotten

the program

http://rechargingqigong.com and started to use it.

If you want more vitality and pep in your step I

encourage you to make a change.

Go to http://rechargingqigong.com and find out how

you can use these simple and gentle movements every

day to pump up you Qi power and invigorate your internal

organs

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi
