End Your Pain and Suffering Now!

December 2nd, 2011

Depressed and hurting, Daren came into
the office today suffering, and I mean
really suffering.
He had swollen ankles, diabetes, is
depressed all the time, a host of allergies
and he is at least 60 pounds over weight.

He is STRESSED!

Although he has a college education and
all of the advantages of being successful,
he is not working and has applied for Medicare.
He is stressed about his health, his money,
his family and relationships.
He is a shipwreck and going down fast and
is crying out for help with life rafts and other
ships all around him that he just can’t see.

One of my teachers once said to me,
“when taking birth in human form, pain is
mandatory, but suffering is optional.”

I suggested that he makes just one positive
change in his life to see what happens.
When you do that it’s just like pulling out the
Key stone of a building. Everything will shift.

It could be taking a favorite food out of his
diet, waking up an hour early, starting an
exercise program or only allowing yourself
to open the refrigerator 5 or 6 times a day.

Any change will work to start to unravel
the problems. You just need to start.

The first thing out of his mouth was,
“this is going to be really hard to do! You
know I live to eat, I am in too much pain to
exercise, and I have a hard time wakening up
in the morning.”
Daren has an excuse for everything, like many people do.
They suffer, worry, struggle and blame others
for their problems.

He asked me why he had to limit anything in
his life to make a change and asked for some
medicine, a pill, a shot or cream that would
help his situation.
Well Daren guess what? Until you decide to
take responsibility for your own health no
medicine will work.
You are just covering up your problems.

I gave him a universal secret to health, wealth and
happiness that I will share with you.
You don’t have to change a thing.
You can go on doing exactly what you have been
doing and every thing will move along as nature
has intended.

But we all come to planet earth to grow and learn lessons.
We can choose what lessons we want to learn by
choosing what we want to do and we will grow or
we can just sit there and the universe will choose the lesson for us.

We can exercise or get fat and put more strain on
our heart and maybe get a heart attach.
You can eat right and restrict unhealthy foods or
you can let the universe supply you with a
dis-ease to learn the lesson. We all have a choice and
we all get tests and lesions.

I suggested he repeats these simple words
when he wakes up and before he goes to sleep:

* I choose health over sickness
* I choose prosperity over poverty
* I choose happiness over depression
* I choose friendship over loneliness
* I choose service over disservice

Isn’t it time to change your worry, struggle and
blame into – Aim, Contribution and Participation?

Over the last 35 years I have worked to make
changes in my life and to change my old habits
and old negative programming into a positive healthy
and a very productive life. You can do the same in
much less time with better results by following the
exercises and meditations I have spelled out for you in
the Turn Stress Into Power program.
Get it now before the holidays, share it with your
friends and family and rid yourself of useless suffering,
pain and stress.

How to handel Qi Suckers

February 5th, 2011

This happens to people so many times and it really pisses me off.

A good friend of mine was gifted a new refrigerator and all she
had to do to get it was to move it into her new apartment.
Out of nowhere, her mothers boyfriend said,
“don’t worry about a thing; I’ll do it for you.”

What she told me was from his tone of his voice,
and body language she could see that the last thing
he wanted to do was move her refrigerator
or do anything else for that matter.

Sometimes when people say that they will do something for you
and you get the feeling that they don’t really want to do it,
you need to trust your own inner voice, trust your own feelings
and don’t let them touch your stuff.
Anyway, this clumsy guy, dragged the refrigerator into the house,
banging up the doors, ripping the carpeting, and breaking the tiles.
You can imagine what kind of life this dude lives.
This is the type of person that you want to avoid at all costs.
They are called psychic vampires.
They suck your energy away, and they give nothing in return.
You will find this type of person will do something to upset you,
just to get a reaction, and when that happens, they try to grab
your energy and suck out the Qi .

I have been doing Qi Gong now for over 30 years,
and one thing that I have found, is that you need to
be able to cultivate energy as well as move energy.
In my book, Turn Stress into Power,
I teach a series of exercises to protect you when someone
is trying to come in and grab your energy.
It’s called the tension release exercise, and what it does
is it allows you to discharge yourself from any person or situation
that may disrupt your own system.

Here is an example of what i mean.
I was living in Caracas, Venezuela in 1986, teaching meditation
classes to a group of 40 students.
We worked for 4 hours in the morning, opening up the meridians,
balancing the chakras, and cultivating Qi.
The entire room was glowing with energy. Around 12:30 I decided to
take a 2 hour lunch break, and I encouraged the students
to stay in the house, take a nap, relax, so that they can digest
this tremendous amount of energy.

One of the students said she had to go.
About an hour later we got a call from the hospital, s
aying that she was in an auto accident.
Sometimes energy is so strong and so intense,
that you really need to sit down and relax,
when someone or something comes around to steal your Qi.
If this ever happens to you, my suggestions are:

1.Have a glass of water or a nice cup of tea.
2.Take a shower or a warm bath as soon as possible.
3.Go for a walk near a large body of water or in the woods.
4.Write a letter by hand about the situation and when you
are finished, burn the letter.
5. Light some incense.

When you do these things, you disperse the negative energy,
and fill yourself with clean, fresh Qi.

I get calls from students everyday, who are members of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle about meditation, exercise, dispelling
negative Qi, and recharging their bodies.
If you want to become part of the elite group, I have room for fifty
more members.

What is Conventional Food doing to your Health?

July 16th, 2010

Do you know that ONE quarter of the American
population is now eating organic products at least
once a week, although they are saying that the new
organic is local grown produce.

Don’t believe it.

Yup, there are advantages of eating locally grown
fruits and vegetables.

1.The taste, fresher just tastes better
2.It helps the local farmer and local economy
3.It saves on shipping costs

I don’t know how you feel about this, but
I for one want my tomatoes to taste like tomatoes.
With no poisons sprayed on it.
If fruits and vegetables are picked green put in a
refrigerated truck and driven a thousand miles across
the country, they just don’t have the Qi that I want to put
into my body.
If we aren’t eating locally, those little farms may disappear
and we would only get those tasteless tomatoes from far,
far away.

I believe that most of us want to eat locally grown organics,
but that’s not easy in most parts of the country.
I’ve been to farmers markets all over the USA and for the
most part, the produce comes from a wholesaler who
trucked it in from who knows where.
Most of it is either sprayed with chemicals or grown with
chemicals that could produce cancer.

What tastes better anyway? Organic or conventional?
(Conventional means- they spray poisons on it and grow
it in poor soil pumped up with chemicals).

I found this little tidbit in Time Magazine
“If scientists could conclusively prove that agricultural
chemicals are harmful, we would all go organic.
But it’s not clear, for instance, that the low levels of pesticide
typically found on conventional produce cause cancer.
The risks of long-term exposure to those residues are still
undetermined.”

I eat organic as much as possible and I suggest that to all
my students and patients as well.
But as you know organic food is a bit pricey for some of us.
That is one reason I grow a garden and pay attention to
what I eat and where I eat.
So if you can’t get organic -get locally grown food.

There are ways to get at least some of the poisons out.
The food bath it can cut down on the chemical residue
from non-organic food.

Food Cleansing Bath

If organic foods are unavailable or simply too expensive,
there are many new fruit and vegetable cleansers on the
market that can be found in health food stores.
Like Grapefruit seed extract, that kills bacteria.

There is another alternative you may be interested in
trying.

Clorox Bleach.
It is a definite option for produce as well as poultry, fish,
meat and eggs.
Clorox baths can get rid of pesticides, parasites,
bacteria and other contaminants that can be removed from
food with a simple soak.
The active ingredient in Clorox, sodium hypochlorite,
breaks down into salt and water.

The Clorox bath has been around for years, decades, military
families stationed overseas in southwest Asia, China and
Turkey have used it through the recommendation of our
state department.

People have reported that foods last up to two weeks longer
in the refrigerator, there is no metallic aftertaste with store
bought fruits and veggies, meats are tenderized and the
natural flavors are enhanced.

Here is how to do the Clorox bath.

Use only the highest quality Clorox.
Formula: Use 1 teaspoon of Clorox to 1 gallon of purified
water.
Place the foods to be treated into the bath for the designated
length of time according to the following chart.
Remove the food from the Clorox bath;
place them in clean water for ten minutes, and rinse.
Dry all foods thoroughly and store.

Leafy vegetables…………………………………..15 minutes

Root, thick-skinned, or fibrous vegg…….…..30 minutes

Thin-skinned fruits, veggies, plums, etc……30 minutes

Thick-skinned fruit, such as citrus, ……….…30 minutes

Poultry, fish, meat and eg…………………..…..20 minutes

If you eat a good diet, do an hour of exercise a day
with at least ½ hour of internal exercise, like the ones
I teach the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Your chances of staying healthy and being 10 to 15 years
younger than the candles on your birthday cake will
increase by more that 75%

If you are not a member of the Qi Gong Inner Circle yet
what are you waiting for?
www.qigonginnercircle.com Every month you will receive
a DVD in the mail, be on the conference call and receive
inside information on meditations,
exercises, diet, and anti-aging therapies.
