Fung Shui Garden

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Around 6:30 this morning I met with Linda in her
secrets Fung Shui garden, it’s hidden in a special
lay according to ancient laws of alchemy.
Linda doesn’t invite too many guests here,
she is really careful to keep the vibrations at the
highest levels.
I heard that everyone who visits her garden claims,
that no matter if it’s hot or cold outside the
temperature is always perfect and the space is
very healing.
The garden is filled with exotic tropical flowers,
plants, and medicinal herbs from all over the world.
As well as sculptures, bubbling fountains and the
sound of wind chimes permeate the air.
As soon as I entered the garden,I went into an internal
state of conciseness that I have only experienced in
deep meditation and intense Qi Gong Practices.
The feeling I got was an incredible amount of internal
space, my breathing opened and my entire body was
relaxed just being there.

The more internal space we have creates more awareness,
and more awareness creates more space. Once you experience
this, it can be duplicated and called forth at will.
People are always saying things like, “I need to get
away” or “I need more space.”
But once you’ve learned how to pull in the energy you
can go into that deep space at will.

We have the external universe which is the macrocosm
and we have the internal universe, the microcosm,
space where you can learn and grow the quickest.
It takes discipline as well as training but with a
regular practice you can be the master of your own
destiny in no time at all.

Here are a few important keys to get you there:
First of all, you ground yourself and get yourself-centered.
That’s the importance of building a solid foundation.

Next key is in the Breathing.
This will relax your body and relax your whole being.
Imagine that the energy is being absorbed into every
cell of your body, like a monster sponge sucking in
all the Qi.
When I first learned this work it was like plugging into
a 220 socket. My energy and vitality jumped off the
charts and my anxiety leaves dropped away.

I teach these techniques in depth to the members
of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.
Every month they receive a DVD and we follow up with
a conference call to insure everyone is up to date.
If you haven’t jumped on the boat yet,
what are you waiting for?

Should you Detox for the Chinese New Year?

Monday, January 25th, 2010

I received a letter from one of my dear friends and students.

This is what she said, “Dear Dr. Wu, Your U-Tube teachings

are great and came at the perfect time.

I cleared all rooms in my home just a bit ago.

Question – does the container have to be metal or

is that for fire protection?  I have a heavy ceramic bowl that is made for clearing

and used it this time. ???”“I love the your you tube bits of wisdom, Your exuberant

energy makes me giggle – which is good – excellent – thanks for the review on the

basic power exercise – I was getting sloppy with mine.”

“When I cleared my office/guest room the phrase “new possibilities”

surfaced – again thanks for the exercise.”

Joy to You

Thanks for writing Joy. The metal bowl is more for safety than anything else.

Sometimes the ceramic ones get too hot and crack causing a mess or worse.

Safety is #1. The Epson salt clearing technique has been used for hundreds

of years to clear out one’s space. I learned it in the 70’s and shared it with

hundreds and hundreds of people who have all reported great results.

What I suggest is clean the house first, and then do the Epson Salt clearing.

If you don’t have Epson salt you can use regular salt. I’ve used the Kosher salt

before and it works just as well. Here is the youtube link once again

http://youtube.com/drwudhi.
I suggest download it while you can, as I’ll take it down in a few weeks

to be locked in my archives.

I am about to make some really great changes in my life and practice.

I have more products hitting the market in the next few months.

I am opening a new office in downtown Miami and I’ll be doing more

on You Tube this year. As the Chinese year of the Ox ends and we are

moving into the New Year of the Tiger on the 14 of February,

the book Turn Stress into Power have been flying off the shelves.

http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

This is one of the best times to start a- new and clean up your space

and purify your system. A great time of the year to detox yourself

from old and stale energy inside and out. What I’ve done is totally

clean my house, give away things that I don’t need or use and I did the

Epson Salt cleansing and now I’m clearing my body/mind with the

2 weeks Detox program.

Sunday, January 10th, 2010

DSC_045221 degrees in Florida this morning and that’s
a record breaker. Miami Beach is warmer 29 but with that breeze coming off the ocean its dam cool at my house.

Never the less I was up early walked down to
the beach and did my TRAINING AS USUAL.
The Recharging Qi Gong exercises increases power,
warms the kidneys and gives you more sexual strength
and if one gets all that, who wouldn’t want to train.
www.rechargingqigong.com

“He who fails to train, Trains to fail”.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, the kidneys
are responsible for our growth, development, reproduction,
bone marrow production, temperature regulation, the
function of brain and spinal cord, controls the strength
of bones, and fluid metabolism. If your kidneys are deficient
you could have signs and symptoms which will include:

Exhaustion, feeling cold all the time, swollen face,
swollen extremities, memory loss, hair loss, hearing
problems, decreased sexual drive, brittle bones,
teeth problems, sore back and knees, frequent pale
urination, incontinence, high blood pressure, low
sperm count, infertility, hypothyroidism, asthma,
impotence, difficult bowel movements.
You can see why the kidneys are so important to keep strong.
One of the keys to longevity is to keep the kidneys strong.

I have been telling you about Shou Wu Chih in my blog.
You know the Chinese tonic to keep your kidneys warm.

(Look at November 19th, 2009
“Keeping the Kidneys warm all winter”
www.Drwudhi.com

Forecast 2010

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

2010 is going to be more than interesting and
exciting according to my friend, Ray Merriman,
he’s well-versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.
In his 2010 book “Forecast” he says.
“2010 it’s like a portal opened into a new reality.
Both consciousness and perception are altered from
anything known before. It is as if a new paradigm
is being created continuously, but never quite
manifested entirely. Many of the rules of
the past for the phenomenal world no longer work
and the rules that will work have yet to be
established.
It is unlike anything experienced before, and therefore
the first and most primal emotions are likely to be
confusion and disorientation, followed by fear and
then if lucky,faith and acceptance.”

That’s quite a mouth full Ray. It sounds like there’s
going to be a lot of changelings and a lot of new
Opportunities
for those of us who are centered and willing to bend
like the bamboo or willow swaying in the wind.

“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked,
while the Bamboo or willow survives by bending with
the wind.”
- Bruce Lee

Flexibility and opening up to new possibilities will
Definitely be what is needed.

I have some real gems to teach all of you this year.
Practice and training is the key to make us strong
like the Bamboo.

“Knowledge = Wisdom”.

This year in early February I am going to release
a new teaching. “Crain Style Qi Gong”.
I have been practicing and teaching this form for
30 some years. There will be classes,DVD’s
meditations and strength building exercises
as well as internal work to increase longevity.
I’ll include the erotic teachings as well
of the Buddhist and Taoist healing and
meditation Systems.

Thanks for being a part of
Recharging Qi Gong programs,workshops
and classes.
May great things come your way in 2010!!!!

Don’t lose your pie in the snow

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009

I was talking to my cousin Susie today.
She told me that she made two pies and brought
them to friend’s houses for Christmas.
Suzy, “I didn’t know you inherited that pie maken
gene from Grandma”.

I told her about a story that I heard years ago from
my Dad about pies.
It was back in the time of the great depression.
My grandmother was a great cook and an even better baker
she made everything. Home made noodles from scratch, cakes,
cookies and everyone loved her pies, they were the very best,
lemon, cherry, blueberry, pumpkin and apple you name it
Grandma made it.

The family lived in Michigan and one cold, snowy, winter
day just around this time of the year my Grandma made a
few of her famous pies and placed them on the windowsill
to cool.

As fait would have it, one flipped over and landed in the
new fallen snow.

What a Bummer!

In our lives there is so much we see spill, tip over, or break
and some of us see only the lost pie in the snow.

I had a patient call me and say.” I am going into the hospital
to treat my depression. It’s really bad.  Saw a shrink and he’s
throwing pills at me – but they’re not doing anything and he’s
a fortune. I have to go somewhere that can remedy this.
I feel that I am being stuck in the same place without the
tools to dig my way out.” I am not sure I can hang on.
 I am really feeling hopeless.

Well I know from experience that our lives are a series of
lessons to be learn. If we get up-set, bent-out-of-shape and
it effects our health in all three bodies physically, mental
and spiritual.

If the lesson isn’t learned, most likely we’ll have to repeat
it over and over again, until we learn it.
When it feels like a “crisis of death”, it is most likely akin
to a “crisis in birth.”

There are always ways to dig your pie out of the snow.
All it takes is the right coaching and education.

My dad and both of my uncles ran out side with spoons
in hand and didn’t let a bit go to waste.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Karma or Faith?

Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

It was back in 1986, I made a decision that
changed my karma for life.

I was living in suburbs of Detroit working,
studying and teaching a group ex-military men
Qi Gong. Once a week I had my own a TV show
on health, exercise and meditation, this was long before Dr. Oz or any other
Health Guru’s. Everything was going well and we were
planning to expand our local shows to a
national network.

Then it happened.

It was around Late October or early November
when I received an unexpected call from my Guru.
He told me that he had an assignment for me that
would completely change my karma.
This type of opportunity doesn’t show up unless
the Student is ready. He asked me one question.
“DO YOU WANT?”
Questions were going through my head
at lighting speed.

What? How? Where?

Before I knew it I was living in Caracas, Venezuela.
My Job Title- The Senior Instructor of the
“Grace Essence Fellowship Ashram.”
I was living in a Spiritual Community,
teaching Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism,
Western Alchemy and alternative health
to a large group of international students.

What a change it made in my entire life,
the Master was right.
It totally change my karma and it just
took faith.

Teachings come to us all the time,
But it is up to us to learn the lessons.

Of course part of me freaked out.
I didn’t speak a word of Spanish and I had
no idea how I was going to make a living in
South America.
I just had to have faith that this was the
right choice.

When you made up your mind to begin on a path
to grow and learn, everything in the universe will change to support you.
Teachers show up, money is no problem and
the universe will support you 100%

It just takes Faith and making the first step.

As your faith is strengthened you will find that
there is no longer the need to have a sense of
control, that things will flow as they will,
and that you will flow with them, to your great
delight and benefit.
– Emmanuel Teney

I knew in my heart that the teachings and the
learning experience would be well worth making
the decision to move forward.

There are times in our lives that we have to
make a quick decision and stick with it.
That decision can change your karma forever.
It can pull you out of a rut, end old useless
patterns, re-make your life and change your
Karmic address in a matter of seconds.

I ended up living in Venezuela for 3 years,
teaching classes and workshops on Tibetan
Buddhism, Taoist meditation, Internal Qi Gong
practices, and many forms of Healing for health
and longevity.

All it takes
is the faith to move forward.

When an opportunity comes along in your life you
can be proactive or a procrastinator.

Isn’t it time you stop postponing your karmic growth?

Become a member of the Qi Gong Inner Circle now
and I’ll teach you ways to change your Karmic
Address. Let’s get on with the adventure.

Self Talk can Suck away your Qi

Friday, December 25th, 2009

Early Christmas morning I walked down to my favored place on the beach and
started my Qi Gong training. It was longer than usual workout and I went
into a very deep meditative space for quite awhile. It wasn’t until
Marie came over to me to give me a big hug and a
Merry Christmas wish that I came totally back into my body.
She reads my health tips daily (www.Rechargingqigong.com)
and trains with me on the weekends. Marie  asked if
I would elaborate on what Guarding your speech is all about.

In many spiritual traditions they say our
speech can be a big drain on our energy or be used as a
powerful tool to transmit energy.

Many teachers use silence to keep from wasting their energy

and my teachers always put a big emphasis on the importance of what we say and how we say it.

It’s always a good idea keep your “SELF TALK” positively
all the time. People try to say nice things to others but
when it comes to self they are constantly putting themselves
down. This is usually a sign of poor self-esteem. But it is more critical to our spiritual growth and inner development than one could imagine. This is a form of self inflicted cruelty. It will cause problems with your health. In body mind and spirit.

When we have disturbing attitudes and imprints of negativities
of speech it take the form of liquid tar, poison our mind and
flow out through the upper openings of your body:
Eyes, ears, mouth, nose, etc.

“What you say is what you get.”

As you change your Self Talk to positive, happy and productive
things they will start appearing in your life that way.

“Stinking Thinken”  as Zig Ziggler called it ,is a killer of health Spirit and growth.

Here some tips to channel your Self Talk

  1. Say only positive statements to your self and others.

2. Only use words of kindness, this will heal you and
others instantly.
3. Walk away from conversations of gossip, slander and
other negative forms of speech. They will only
drain your Qi.
4. Avoid Destructive Speech, no matter if it’s to others or self
another drainer of Qi. If it’s not kind, true or necessary,
Don’t think it or Say It.
5. Never judge yourself or others, It waists the Energy
you have been building.

6. Your Posture reveals your state of mind-
Body language is a big give away to how and what you are
thinking. A smile on the inside will reflect our self talk
and show on your face.
7. Loose lips sink ships or” Don’t start no shit there
won’t be any shit”
8. Forgive. If you have been wronged, let it go.
Those who can forgive live healthier, happier,
and live less stressful lives.
That little under the breath comments that we may make can suck your Qi away faster than Good Old St. Nick goes.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Holiday Diet

Thursday, December 24th, 2009

The Holidays are here and so is the holiday eating
and drinking.
We are all doing a lot eating and If you’re not eating
for sure you’re drinking and there is no way to avoid
it,without offending family,co-workers and friends.
My advice, go with the flow,
but use moderation in everything you do.
This will keep you healthy and happy all season.

Let’s talk a little about diet.

So why am I writing you about a diet at this time
of over eating and drinking.
You may be saying Dr. Wu. Can’t it wait until after
the first of the year?

This is a different kind of diet that I am going to
share with you.
One that allows maximum absorption and will give
you what youneed to nourish your entire system.
When it comes to nutritition, there is much more
to what we are eating than what really nourishes us.
This diet works on more than physical and emotional
imbalances it works with your spirit as well.

Here are a few aspects of the diet that will open
up the meridians and chakras as you dig in to your
Holiday feast.

1.  Have gratitude for everything you experience,
be open to welcome grace in your daily activity.

2.  Allow joy to flow into your heart, see the
humor in all you do,Laugh more it will keep
    you young.

3. Guard your speech silence will keep you from
wasting your energy. Also keep all yourself talk
positive.
Use the inner smile meditation to keep yourself
 happy and radiating bliss.

4. Chew your food at least 36 times before swallow
it down and as you do,instruct it to nourish your
body, mind and spirit.

5. Before you take any food or drink in your body
Bless it. Especially if you’re eating in a restaurant.
You never what the cook has on his mind or your server.
If they are angry the vibe goes into your food.
 Yuk!

I’ll be sharing many words of wisdom to keep you
healthy and a lot more about diet all month.
Stay tuned. Happy Holidays!

I wish you a Very Healthy, Wealthy and Happy Holiday
