Happy New Year

January 23rd, 2012

Getting ready for the water Dragon year
I started by inviting the Dragon into my home
last week. I hung up red Chinese lanterns,
bought all of the incenses, wine, and sweets and
set up the dragon fountain to honor and invite the
legendary animal in 2012. I woke up at 4:00 am to
honor the dragon energy and the new moon into my
home for good luck, health and wealth for the year.

Noodles are the traditional dish for the New Year
and I’ll cook fish for dinner. The Dragon is coated
with mysterious colors. Chinese consider that the
dragon is unpredictable, untouchable and people
cannot see its head and tail at the same time.
Therefore, we might see something unexpected
happening in 2012.
The water Dragon is an energetic year characterized
by movements and changes.

The Fung Shui experts are predicting an
increase in epidemics and health risks involving viruses.
Therefore, diet, hygiene and exercise will be very
important this year. The more responsibility you take
for your own health the better off you will be in the Dragon year.
As it’s a water dragon, pay more attention into
keeping your kidneys and bladder healthy.
There can also be stomach problems so eat healthy,
fresh and clean food. Get a good vegetable wash and
clean your fruits and veggies very well.
The water element sits on the earth element which
sounds like there will be a lot of mud stirred up.
I always urge you to practice, this year it will be the year to do so.

“Hang a metal wind chime in the South-East of
your home,”-that’s a Fung Shui protection.
We can expect more natural calamities such as
floods and earthquakes. The water element have
to do with fear on the negative side and gentleness
on the positive side, so be more gentle with yourself
and others and the year will be a lot smoother for you
and your family.
I have been spending more time working on
Yin practices like the Yin set that clears and tonifies
the internal organs. It is very gentle, calming and
works wonders on the
Lungs, Kidneys, Heart, Liver and Spleen.

You’ll find these magical exercises in the
Recharging Qi gong program.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth ad Happiness

The 7 Keys to Longevity

November 9th, 2011

I am off to the Florida Keys for a
few days to meet up with a group of
writers and mystics. They are old friends
from Detroit and I want to have my astrology
chart looked at by one of the best
astrologers in the nation.
My birthday is coming up soon and I always
have an astrologer look at my chart to decide
where I should spend my birthday for my solar return.

Everyone experiences a Solar Return every year
around their birthday. It’s when the Sun comes to
the exact degree it was at the moment we were born.
It is a “return” to its original position. The significance
of the Solar Return is a chart for the coming year and
will help guide you. One of the most important aspects
of the chart is where you are on the planet at the time
of your solar return. Last year I was in Lake Havsue, Arizona
and I am excited to find out where I should go this year
to enhance my year in 2012.

The Keys are quiet and peaceful, a good place for
inner completion. The word Key comes from the
Spanish word cayo, which means little island.
Ponce de Leon first arrived here in the early sixteenth
century; these explorers were looking for the Fountain of Youth
but instead found money to be made in logging the great old
Mahogany trees that grew here. The Florida Keys will always
be an exotic world of tropical adventure to those who visit,
and a special tropical paradise to those who are lucky enough to stay.

You all know that I train every day and
practice what I preach. If you want to increase
your changes for a long and healthy life there
are rules that must be followed.

These are the keys to longevity:

1. Diet
2. Exercise
3. Sleep
4. Right thinking
5. Attitude
6. Service to others
7. Staying well hydrated

When I was young I was training in
wing Chun Kung Fu, aikido and hitting the
gym 5 or 6 times a week and this was long
before the exercise craze in the USA. I can
remember my brother saying to his friends
“Some talk their walk, but my brother Walks His Talk!”

Then something happened!
When I turned “33” I changed most of my
exercise from external to internal. Qi gong,
Shen Gong and Nei Gong and what happened???
I became much more powerful. My brain functioned
better, I became more flexible and even my virility
was function to its peak performance.
Students and Patients always as, “Dr. Wu,
where do you get all this energy from?”
It’s all in the Internal practices!
Of course you have to follow the Seven Rules.
Don’t delay another moment and order the
Recharging Qi Gong program now:

How to make 2011 a Lucky Year for You

March 30th, 2011

2011 may just be your Lucky Year!

“This year we are going to experience
4 unusual dates.1/1/11, 1/11/11,
11/1/11, 11/11/11 and that’s not all…

Take the last 2 digits of the year in
which you were born.
Now add the age you will be this year,
and the result will be 111 for everyone!
For example – Mark was born
in 1957 and will be 54 this year,
so 57+54=111….Good eh!!!!!!!!

Also, this year October will have
5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays and 5 Mondays.
This happens only once in 823 years.
These particular years are known
in the Chinese system of feng-shui as
“MONEYBAGS ”.
It can be a very lucky year indeed if
you know what to do.

What do you think it takes to get good luck?

I believe you need to prepare yourself
so that you will be in the
right place at the right time to capitalize
on opportunities when they
come. That means you have to train.

“Fortune favors the prepared mind.”
-Louis Pasteur’s

When you want to create your own good luck,
there is one main principle to follow:

“Be Generous”- give whenever you have an
opportunity to help others be generous with
your time, and give all you can.
As the saying goes,

“The more you give, the more you will receive.”

Givers naturally give and you want to give
back to them. The more you give the more
people will give back to you.

It may seem like some people are just lucky,
but in reality they are Luck creators.
They give and the universe gives back to them.
Lucky people are usually happy, friendly
and outgoing, they magically
make the best of any situation.

You give them lemons and they make
lemon-aid.

Here is a fun exercise to do to bring
you more luck, if nothing else
it will make everyone smile.
Go into your bathroom and with a marker
pen or lipstick write these words on the mirror.
“THIS IS MY LUCKY DAY!”
This will immediately change your luck for
the better.

Every time you look in that mirror you
will say to yourself, “This is my
Lucky Day” and before you know it,
it will be your lucky day.
What you are actually doing is a
system called “self talk” or self hypnosis.
It’s different from talking to yourself and
no one will lock you up for it.

What ever you say to yourself,
you are usually right. If you are
giving the subconscious mind positive messages
you will get positive response.
Sadly to say it’s the same with the negative
self talk.

Back in 2007 I was training as usual and my
students who were years younger than me asked,
“Dr Wu, where do you get all the energy?
Is it just good luck that your energy is
so much younger than your years?”

I create my own good luck by programming
my body and mind daily.
It’s the same with training.
When I wake up in the morning the first
thing I do is begin my internal workout.
I have already talked myself into the
workout that I am going to do and I do
it every day so my body and mind are on
the same page.
This keeps me in great physical shape as
well as mentally sharp.
That is one of my anti-aging secrets.
People always are asking me what they
can do to slow down the aging
process and how they can increase their
energy.
I must have heard these same questions
thousands of times by friends,students
and family,
so I spent hundreds of hours putting
together the
Recharging Qi gong Program to teach
these internal secrets of longevity.

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

These 36 internal exercises will change
your life forever.

Start making your own good luck and grab
your own copy now.

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

The program includes 2 DVD’s, a training manual
and 5 CD’s to train your internal body mind
and spirit.

Luck comes and goes…..Knowledge Stays Forever.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

The Alchemical Formula for Success

March 17th, 2011

t’s St. Patrick’s Day!
It is believed that Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland,
raised people from the dead.

It is also said that he has given a sermon from a hilltop
that drove all the snakes from Ireland.
Of course, no snakes had ever lived in Ireland.
It could have been that Irish whiskey helped build the
tail of dear old St. Patty.
All kidding aside Saint Patrick was a great
alchemist and studied under Saint Germain.

The symbol of the day is the shamrock.
The story stems from an old Irish tale which tells how
Saint Patrick used the three leafed shamrock to explain
the Trinity.
He used it in his sermons to represent how the
Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit could all exist as
separate elements of the same entity. You know, trinity
exists in many religions.

The Hindus have Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
The Buddhists talk about body, mind and spirit and
generally all things come in three.
Like mother, father and child.  I am sure that St. Patrick
was right about the energetic sermons he gave.

There’s an energy that has been building in my office
that I had started feeling from the 1st day of the year
and it’s just about here.

Today is culmination day and the energy is at its peek.

You would think it’s all about the Saint Patty day office party.
-No!
Or maybe there’s some kind of an astrological phenomenon?
- No!
Some kind of Qi Gong healing holiday? -
No!…that’s not it either.

It’s Anastasia’s 20th birthday!
She is my #1 secretary and she has been excited about
it for months.

You may be saying Big Deal! So, it’s her birthday-
why is that so significant?

That’s not where the real treasure lies.

It’s in the energy that has been building up to the event
for her birthday for over the last few months.
It reminds me of the wise sage Pooh bear, who said that
the most exciting
part isn’t in eating the honey,
it’s the moment just BEFORE eating the
honey where  all the Qi is stored.

I have been hearing about her birthday and her lucky
number 17 since the 1st of the year and
it’s happening now.

Looking at the event from an Energetic stand point,
there are a few things happening.

1. She has built a positive expectation around it.

2. It’s going to happen at a certain date in the future.

3. She has a positive visualization on what’s going
to happen.

4. It involves friends and family.

5. Every day she has been putting energy into the
upcoming event.

Although Anastasia may not know this, but she is working
on an ancient formula to create energy (Qi), Wealth and
Happiness in her life.

She hasn’t been  worrying about getting old, or not having
a good time, she is a driving force of Qi.
This is a big part of Qi Gong Healing,
Prosperity and Success.

Although she has said that she didn’t realize all the
magic behind her Birthday, she defiantly wants to learn
more and put all these hidden
skills to work for her for the rest of her like.

On this birthday she has become a true alchemist
and is now a member of the Qi Gong InnerCircle.

Happy Birthday!

I wish all of you good Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS This Sunday is the Vernal Equinox.
The first day of Spring.
It’s a time to start something new.
Become a Member of the Qi Gong Inner Circle
and become your own alchemist.

The Bunny in full armor is here, are you ready?

February 15th, 2011

The Chinese New Year lasts for 15 days.
This year it started on February 3rd and
the celebration is coming to an end in most places in Asia;
time to get back to work.

Chinese New Year refers to the holiday 中国新年(Zhōnɡɡuó Xīnnián),
which is often called Spring Festival in China.
Spring Festival is the most important and biggest festival in China.

During this Festival, every family decorates their homes,
and friends and family reunite.

I think it’s the only time the Chinese stop working.

When the other parts of the USA are freezing,
living in South Florida in the winter brings a lot of
friends and family my way from December until mid May.

This year of the Rabbit was no exception.
Friends visited from China and the festival
started in my home with decorations,
fireworks, special diet, drinks and offerings to
bring in the New Year.

What fun!

My friends have left Florida and are on their way back to
main land China.
But before they left they gave me some insight on what to
expect for the metal rabbit year.

They said, “It should bring you peace and tranquility”.

The Rabbit year seems to fix things and calm things down
for everyone. Diplomacy is the key word for this year.
Peaceful negotiation’s and cooperation with family and
businesses are the best answer.
Kiss and make up, forgive, and be loving.

Yesterday Lester was in my office and was telling me how
much he hated his brothers and he also was still hating his
mother and father who are long gone.
He believes they should have and didn’t fix some financial
stuff before they died and he is blaming them for his problems.

Hello Lester!

It’s time to get off of it.
Hate is the negative emotion that effects the liver the positive
emotion is kindness.
I suggested that he starts being kinder to people and himself to
untangle a situation that can’t be fixed any way.
The parents have been gone for 15
years.

When one starts putting Positive Energy into something guess
what happens?

You start bringing in a Positive Force in your life that can
transform any situation. Lester can heal his situation just by
focusing on being kind, compassionate, showing generosity
and having compassion

First of all the liver will calm down and people around him will
start responding to his kind nature instead of his
“I hate this and I hate that.” Who in their right mind wants to be
around that energy?
Not Me.

Lester asked me “where can I find more information on transforming
my negative energy into positive energy?
”
Les, I have two suggestions:

1. Go to my website www.Rechargingqigong.com and sign in
and I’ll send you a killer exercise to transform your hate nature
into a kindness and it’s for Free.

2. Grab a copy of “Turn Stress Into Power
“
http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

that will give you exact formulas and exercises to transform
your negative attitude into a positive one.

More about the Rabbit year-
The Rabbit is also very much about good taste and refinement.
Go to the theater, spend time at the spa and hit all the great
restaurants you love.

Beware the Metal Rabbit is not the cuddly, little soft ball of fur
you think of when you think of rabbits.

Metal gives this bunny a competitive, and aggressive side-
a Bunny in full armor!

I wish you the best in your Health Wealth and Happiness.

Don’t Get Bit by The White Tiger

February 14th, 2010

Gung Hei Fat Choi!

Happy Chinese New Year!

This is the beginning of the year of the metal Tiger.
Metal is one of the five Taoist elements.
It’s the white Tiger year and it’s Valentine’s Day.

Sweet!

The Tigers in Chinese medicine is the animal ruling
the metal element, the organs are the lungs and the
large intestines, and the color is pure white.
People born under the sign of the Tiger have
personalities that are associated with creativity,
doing lots of projects, loving children and are
protected by the Archangel Michael.

It’s said that people born under the sign of
the tiger unusually makes people feel at home
and are good protector, have qualities of royalty,
wealth, inspiration, and are fearless.
They bring good luck to people and they have bounds
of sexual energy, with a large sexual appetite.
But be careful as they are very territorial and
will bit if you mess with their mate.
A Tiger demands a lot of attention from a partner,
but when given enough love and support can turn into
a gentle pussy cat. They are winners; their model is
“I will finish first”.

The people I know that are tigers have great strength
are extremely smart, and straightforward.
If you were born in 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962,
1974, 1986, 1998 or 2010 you’re a tiger
and one of the most compassionate and kind signs
in the Chinese zodiac.
According to tradition a tiger year is associated
with massive change, so get ready.
Flexibility is the Key here.
This year we can look forward to a dynamic year of
sudden opportunities and bold actions.
Expect massive social change, political rebellion,
and military coups all over the world.

It’s the perfect time to detoxify your lungs and
large intestine. Do your breathing exercises every
morning and stay away from junk food.
Eat organic as much as possible and drink lots of
clean fresh water.

I am doing more of the percussive breathing
and the internal stomach lifts.
In fact I am going to make a short video and put
it on “You Tube” so you can see what I am talking
about.
http://www.youtube.com/drwudhi
But if you want the real goods, pounce like a Tiger on
this great opportunity and become a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle. Make it I gift to yourself
in celebration of the Tiger Year
 www.Qigonginnercircle.com .
For a limited time It’s still only a $1 to join
and if you don’t dig it, nothing lost.
Join today and you’ll be on the conference call
tomorrow night with the members.

I usually only share the Top Secret info with the members,
but today is Chinese New Year, so here’s a bit of inside
info.
According to legend, sacred tigers live 1000 years.
Half way through life at age 500, they turn pure white.
Tigers scare off thieves, and ghosts.
The Fearless Tiger is a powerful totem animal to
contact in the shamanic realm to assist in
banishments and purifications.
Tiger magic is luckiest for those born in Tiger,
Horse, Dog, and Pig years. Only the clever Monkey
is not compatible with the ways of the Tiger.

I have big plans tonight to welcome in the year of the
White Tiger with meditations and ritual foods.
I’ll share more on the call tomorrow night at 8:00 EST
only with the members.

Forecast 2010

December 31st, 2009

2010 is going to be more than interesting and
exciting according to my friend, Ray Merriman,
he’s well-versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.
In his 2010 book “Forecast” he says.
“2010 it’s like a portal opened into a new reality.
Both consciousness and perception are altered from
anything known before. It is as if a new paradigm
is being created continuously, but never quite
manifested entirely. Many of the rules of
the past for the phenomenal world no longer work
and the rules that will work have yet to be
established.
It is unlike anything experienced before, and therefore
the first and most primal emotions are likely to be
confusion and disorientation, followed by fear and
then if lucky,faith and acceptance.”

That’s quite a mouth full Ray. It sounds like there’s
going to be a lot of changelings and a lot of new
Opportunities
for those of us who are centered and willing to bend
like the bamboo or willow swaying in the wind.

“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked,
while the Bamboo or willow survives by bending with
the wind.”
- Bruce Lee

Flexibility and opening up to new possibilities will
Definitely be what is needed.

I have some real gems to teach all of you this year.
Practice and training is the key to make us strong
like the Bamboo.

“Knowledge = Wisdom”.

This year in early February I am going to release
a new teaching. “Crain Style Qi Gong”.
I have been practicing and teaching this form for
30 some years. There will be classes,DVD’s
meditations and strength building exercises
as well as internal work to increase longevity.
I’ll include the erotic teachings as well
of the Buddhist and Taoist healing and
meditation Systems.

Thanks for being a part of
Recharging Qi Gong programs,workshops
and classes.
May great things come your way in 2010!!!!

Don’t lose your pie in the snow

December 30th, 2009

I was talking to my cousin Susie today.
She told me that she made two pies and brought
them to friend’s houses for Christmas.
Suzy, “I didn’t know you inherited that pie maken
gene from Grandma”.

I told her about a story that I heard years ago from
my Dad about pies.
It was back in the time of the great depression.
My grandmother was a great cook and an even better baker
she made everything. Home made noodles from scratch, cakes,
cookies and everyone loved her pies, they were the very best,
lemon, cherry, blueberry, pumpkin and apple you name it
Grandma made it.

The family lived in Michigan and one cold, snowy, winter
day just around this time of the year my Grandma made a
few of her famous pies and placed them on the windowsill
to cool.

As fait would have it, one flipped over and landed in the
new fallen snow.

What a Bummer!

In our lives there is so much we see spill, tip over, or break
and some of us see only the lost pie in the snow.

I had a patient call me and say.” I am going into the hospital
to treat my depression. It’s really bad.  Saw a shrink and he’s
throwing pills at me – but they’re not doing anything and he’s
a fortune. I have to go somewhere that can remedy this.
I feel that I am being stuck in the same place without the
tools to dig my way out.” I am not sure I can hang on.
 I am really feeling hopeless.

Well I know from experience that our lives are a series of
lessons to be learn. If we get up-set, bent-out-of-shape and
it effects our health in all three bodies physically, mental
and spiritual.

If the lesson isn’t learned, most likely we’ll have to repeat
it over and over again, until we learn it.
When it feels like a “crisis of death”, it is most likely akin
to a “crisis in birth.”

There are always ways to dig your pie out of the snow.
All it takes is the right coaching and education.

My dad and both of my uncles ran out side with spoons
in hand and didn’t let a bit go to waste.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
