Don’t Get Bit by The White Tiger

Sunday, February 14th, 2010

Gung Hei Fat Choi!

Happy Chinese New Year!

This is the beginning of the year of the metal Tiger.
Metal is one of the five Taoist elements.
It’s the white Tiger year and it’s Valentine’s Day.

Sweet!

The Tigers in Chinese medicine is the animal ruling
the metal element, the organs are the lungs and the
large intestines, and the color is pure white.
People born under the sign of the Tiger have
personalities that are associated with creativity,
doing lots of projects, loving children and are
protected by the Archangel Michael.

It’s said that people born under the sign of
the tiger unusually makes people feel at home
and are good protector, have qualities of royalty,
wealth, inspiration, and are fearless.
They bring good luck to people and they have bounds
of sexual energy, with a large sexual appetite.
But be careful as they are very territorial and
will bit if you mess with their mate.
A Tiger demands a lot of attention from a partner,
but when given enough love and support can turn into
a gentle pussy cat. They are winners; their model is
“I will finish first”.

The people I know that are tigers have great strength
are extremely smart, and straightforward.
If you were born in 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962,
1974, 1986, 1998 or 2010 you’re a tiger
and one of the most compassionate and kind signs
in the Chinese zodiac.
According to tradition a tiger year is associated
with massive change, so get ready.
Flexibility is the Key here.
This year we can look forward to a dynamic year of
sudden opportunities and bold actions.
Expect massive social change, political rebellion,
and military coups all over the world.

It’s the perfect time to detoxify your lungs and
large intestine. Do your breathing exercises every
morning and stay away from junk food.
Eat organic as much as possible and drink lots of
clean fresh water.

I am doing more of the percussive breathing
and the internal stomach lifts.
In fact I am going to make a short video and put
it on “You Tube” so you can see what I am talking
about.

But if you want the real goods, pounce like a Tiger on
this great opportunity and become a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle. Make it I gift to yourself

For a limited time It’s still only a $1 to join
and if you don’t dig it, nothing lost.
Join today and you’ll be on the conference call
tomorrow night with the members.

I usually only share the Top Secret info with the members,
but today is Chinese New Year, so here’s a bit of inside
info.
According to legend, sacred tigers live 1000 years.
Half way through life at age 500, they turn pure white.
Tigers scare off thieves, and ghosts.
The Fearless Tiger is a powerful totem animal to
contact in the shamanic realm to assist in
banishments and purifications.
Tiger magic is luckiest for those born in Tiger,
Horse, Dog, and Pig years. Only the clever Monkey
is not compatible with the ways of the Tiger.

I have big plans tonight to welcome in the year of the
White Tiger with meditations and ritual foods.
I’ll share more on the call tomorrow night at 8:00 EST
only with the members.

Forecast 2010

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

2010 is going to be more than interesting and
exciting according to my friend, Ray Merriman,
he’s well-versed in the language of both market
analysis and astrology.
In his 2010 book “Forecast” he says.
“2010 it’s like a portal opened into a new reality.
Both consciousness and perception are altered from
anything known before. It is as if a new paradigm
is being created continuously, but never quite
manifested entirely. Many of the rules of
the past for the phenomenal world no longer work
and the rules that will work have yet to be
established.
It is unlike anything experienced before, and therefore
the first and most primal emotions are likely to be
confusion and disorientation, followed by fear and
then if lucky,faith and acceptance.”

That’s quite a mouth full Ray. It sounds like there’s
going to be a lot of changelings and a lot of new
Opportunities
for those of us who are centered and willing to bend
like the bamboo or willow swaying in the wind.

“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked,
while the Bamboo or willow survives by bending with
the wind.”
- Bruce Lee

Flexibility and opening up to new possibilities will
Definitely be what is needed.

I have some real gems to teach all of you this year.
Practice and training is the key to make us strong
like the Bamboo.

“Knowledge = Wisdom”.

This year in early February I am going to release
a new teaching. “Crain Style Qi Gong”.
I have been practicing and teaching this form for
30 some years. There will be classes,DVD’s
meditations and strength building exercises
as well as internal work to increase longevity.
I’ll include the erotic teachings as well
of the Buddhist and Taoist healing and
meditation Systems.

Thanks for being a part of
Recharging Qi Gong programs,workshops
and classes.
May great things come your way in 2010!!!!

Don’t lose your pie in the snow

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009

I was talking to my cousin Susie today.
She told me that she made two pies and brought
them to friend’s houses for Christmas.
Suzy, “I didn’t know you inherited that pie maken
gene from Grandma”.

I told her about a story that I heard years ago from
my Dad about pies.
It was back in the time of the great depression.
My grandmother was a great cook and an even better baker
she made everything. Home made noodles from scratch, cakes,
cookies and everyone loved her pies, they were the very best,
lemon, cherry, blueberry, pumpkin and apple you name it
Grandma made it.

The family lived in Michigan and one cold, snowy, winter
day just around this time of the year my Grandma made a
few of her famous pies and placed them on the windowsill
to cool.

As fait would have it, one flipped over and landed in the
new fallen snow.

What a Bummer!

In our lives there is so much we see spill, tip over, or break
and some of us see only the lost pie in the snow.

I had a patient call me and say.” I am going into the hospital
to treat my depression. It’s really bad.  Saw a shrink and he’s
throwing pills at me – but they’re not doing anything and he’s
a fortune. I have to go somewhere that can remedy this.
I feel that I am being stuck in the same place without the
tools to dig my way out.” I am not sure I can hang on.
 I am really feeling hopeless.

Well I know from experience that our lives are a series of
lessons to be learn. If we get up-set, bent-out-of-shape and
it effects our health in all three bodies physically, mental
and spiritual.

If the lesson isn’t learned, most likely we’ll have to repeat
it over and over again, until we learn it.
When it feels like a “crisis of death”, it is most likely akin
to a “crisis in birth.”

There are always ways to dig your pie out of the snow.
All it takes is the right coaching and education.

My dad and both of my uncles ran out side with spoons
in hand and didn’t let a bit go to waste.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
